Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

      Hassan Nasrallah, the leaders of Hezbollah in Lebonon, an Iranian proxy army, spoke today to supporters in Beirut, Lebanon.

      Nasrallah warned of strikes against US bases in the region saying, “We will attack US bases. They must pay the price.”

      There have been at least 24 attacks on US bases in the Middle East since Hamas stormed Israel and massacred 1,400 civilians.

      Hassan Nasrallah warned Israel, “There will be more actions against Israel on many different fronts and this will become clear in the next few days.”

  8. Security Breach at Duke Power Nuclear Plant: Man Rams Gate and Attacks Guards

    The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation following a concerning incident at the Oconee Nuclear Station in South Carolina on Thursday night.

    At approximately 8:05 p.m. on Thursday, deputies from the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office responded immediately to an emergency call from the Oconee Nuclear Station. An unknown individual had reportedly driven a car through the exit side of the facility’s gate, facing Highway 183, FOX Carolina reported.

    According to on-site accounts, following the unauthorized entry, the facility’s security systems activated pop-up barricades designed to immobilize intruding vehicles. The rogue driver, however, managed to reverse the vehicle upon encountering these barricades and proceeded down an adjacent dirt road. It was here that Duke Energy security personnel made an effort to block the intruding car.

  9. Here is a very confrontational video from Caroline Glick in which she interviews a woman who took care of the dead victims of the so-called Palestinians. (I have heard it now from 3 different, credible sources, that while the initial massacre was done by HAMAS, the hordes that immediately followed them, killing, torturing, looting, raping were the “civilian” (not to be confused with “civilised”)

    While the whole video is very very confrontational, it is necessary. With the global madness that is taking place at the moment, we need to lift the skirts over the vile stench of Jew Hatred that seems to be pervasive.

    What struck me the most in this video is that none of the dead, tortured and broken bodies had any piece of jewellery left on it.

The leader of the Iran-backed Hezbollah militant group stoked fears that the conflict could widen by promising more attacks along the Lebanon border.

    Israeli troops tightened their encirclement of Gaza City, the focus of their campaign to crush the enclave’s ruling Hamas militants, who launched a brutal attack on Israeli communities that started the war.

    But ever since that Oct. 7 assault, there have been concerns the conflict could ignite fighting on other fronts, and Israel and the Iranian-backed militant group Hezbollah have repeatedly traded fire along the Lebanon border.

    The terrorists in Hamas, with headquarters in Gaza, opened up a war with Israel when members attacked Israeli civilians on Oct. 7, committing atrocity after atrocity and killing some 1,400 in that one night.

    Now it wants help.

    Standing up for Civilization

    A year and a half ago, Russian troops invaded Ukraine. And almost a month ago, swarms of irregulars from Gaza suddenly crossed the border into Israel, spreading death and destruction.

    A “barbarian conspiracy” is once again testing the resilience of civilization. It is as if the basic view of human dignity that shaped Western refugee policy in the post-war period has suffered a defeat. Apparently, large segments of world opinion (originating in societies without traditions of personal freedom and hostile to Western liberalism) are prepared to tolerate Nazi-style massacres of civilians. Sadistic orgies are readily justified by reference to historical “injustices,” especially those concerning territorial remapping and entrapment of ethnic minorities (i.e. with the Treaty of Versailles as a prototype).

  21. Carbon Dioxide: Vital Plant Food

    Carbon dioxide has been called a poison, yet it is actually the sustainer of all life on Earth. Plants grow from the carbon in carbon dioxide in the air, and animals grow from the carbon in the plants they eat. So carbon dioxide cannot be a poison.

    Turn on the television any day of the week, and there is likely to be some discussion or news about some aspect of energy use.

    Everyone needs to buy an electric vehicle.
    End the use of fossil fuels by 2035.
    Every home with a solar panel (California).
    Cancel the Keystone XL Pipeline.
    No more coal.
    Eliminate the use of natural gas.
    No gas stoves.
    No gas furnaces.
    Battery-powered trucks and buses.
    All these programs are based on one important foundation: the belief that as carbon dioxide levels rise, the earth will get warmer, and will continue to warm until, with positive feedbacks, it burns up with us on it.

    Few have ever taken the time to see if the foundation upon which they are operating is actually true. Few even dare to ask a working scientist for the truth in the matter.

    The truth is that carbon dioxide is needed by every plant on the Earth. Trees, bushes, and plants of all kinds are made mainly of carbon and hydrogen, and the carbon comes from the tiny amount of carbon dioxide that is in the air.

    At the present time our atmosphere is made up of about 417.06 parts per million (ppm) of carbon dioxide. That isn’t much, but from that tiny portion comes all the plants we can see around us, from vegetables in our gardens to the trees that shade our yards or the ones on the mountains from which we harvest the lumber to build our homes.

    There is no question that carbon dioxide is increasing. It has been increasing for about 200 years. The only result has been a greening of the Earth. In fact, with higher levels of carbon dioxide, things grow better. Even the deserts are getting greener.
