Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

    I haven’t gone on telegram to see the truly graphic stuff and believe that Hamas is doing atrocities, but everything else presented is pixelated what am I looking at content
    If this is a false flag it leaves Israel even more susceptible to the hate that permeates the world once discovered much less from its own residents
    Malley giving Israeli codes to the Iranians to give to Hamas seems to be the only extraneous legitimate situation explainer at the moment
    If not a full false flag the complacency and passivity of the IDF is appalling
    For decades since Sharon yanked the Jews out of Gaza Israel has had nothing to do but prepare for this and woefully unprepared they are
    Netanyahu has not fired the generals who own this situation
    My prediction is Israeli humiliation and bloodying with the end goal of Gaza being a 15 minute un city with the two State solution being foisted on Israel as further humiliation accompanied by worldwide jihad attacks

    I’m livid at the IDF for allowing this to happen
    Additionally I heard an Israeli call a talk show and he mentioned that at the border crossing there were a crowd of women and children that allowed the Hamas guys to get in, I re-listened to the after show of the podcast and confirmed that’s what he said, and was excited to hear it because finally there was a plausible explanation for the breach
    there’s zero film of this year footage of the Gaza crossings on yt much less this weekend and is still able to be bypassed
    If the Cyber attack was that extensive to take out every camera and all IDF communication for that much time civilians in Israel are doomed, additionally it was announced there were seven infiltrations yesterday, how are we to fathom this with hundreds of thousands of Israeli troops in a 20 mile area yet that stupid cheap fence (not wall) was able to be pushed down with a wee dozer

      The Shabbat closest to the 50th anniverary of ‘The October War’, following an infusion of cash and perhaps some type of cyber attack — in retrospect seems like a pattern here, Captain Obvious. But– much as with the Yom Kippur War’s intrigue, we won’t know what may have happened until another 50 years have elapsed.

      I have a more optimistic prediction: Egypt and Jordan–funded by Saudi Arabia and the US –while finally complete the population exchange that started in the early 1940’s when 800,000 Jews started to leave their homes, businesses, (and even unpaid pensions!) in the Middle East in the wake of pro-Nazi pogroms. Here is an observation from an Israeli friend born in India to a family with Hindu members who had suffered displacement from their homes : Partition in India took place as the State of Israel emerged – population exchange is no longer a throbbing issue – https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Partition_of_India Egypt and Jordan have no reason to accept Gaza refugees until the violent nationalists are spent.

      Unfortunately, this is a distraction from Iran, while putting at risk Israel’s ability to replenish its most courageous and nationalistic fighters. I can’t see how the desert-concert massacre was anything but a lure to compel a ground war in Gaza. I hope your daughters remain level-headed in how they cope and react to threats. In the meantime, all North Americans need to focus on border security and thank God that most of our Southern neighbors remain as God-fearing Christians.

      • I mentioned this impossible woman in my first post, from ofakim, this is the fifth iteration that I have read of the story and each time there are different details none of which add up.
        I can’t believe this is getting posted everywhere without an interview with her or the police as I previously mentioned.
        Thank you for the thoughts about my daughters, I’m going to post a poem that my oldest wrote that is beyond her years in brilliance and thoughtfulness, they have a network of friends around the world from their Chabad connections, it’s remarkable how many places they go to and feel at home and fit right in.
        Remarkable side note, they go to school with the family that operates the Mall of America and that family hired an airplane to fly 200 of their family back from Israel this week and had room for two extra girlfriends of my daughters.
        They are responding resiliently and bravely along with their girlfriends, deeply grounded women going forward strongly.

      Look at the position the US, U.K. and EU/ 4th reich take on Israel, the U.S. appeasement of Iran, their funding of Iran as well as U.K.

        I’ll second guess whoever I wish, my two daughters in Israel deserve top-notch IDF protection not politicized brass spending billions on sketchy fences that can be pushed over with a tiny bulldozer amongst all of my other laments.
        Not seeking answers leads to ignorance, this fence stupidity has been talked about as far back as 2018 with the suggestion of 100,000 man civilian national guard armed and doing patrols, that didn’t happen.

  3. I think the attack on Israel is an extension of the war in Ukraine. Iran’s supply of low-tech drones in that war was not just for pocket change.

    Pushing up the price of oil with an expanded Middle-East war will also push up inflation in the West. Biden’s depletion of the strategic oil reserves from 700 million barrels to somewhere south of 350 to reduce inflation is a broadly-known vulnerability. That shot is now spent. With winter approaching and energy demand increasing this vulnerability will become more acute.

    Opening another war front that the U.S. must deal with will also stretch already depleted weapons supplies, while higher oil prices will help Putin finance the Ukrainian war. Using Iran as a proxy, who uses Hamas as a proxy, seems to me to fit like a glove.

    The timing could not be more conspicuous given that winter is coming and the U.S. bond market is at crisis levels. Higher inflation will force the Fed to keep interest rates higher for longer. This, despite the havoc wrought in the economy and emerging markets. Domestic banks rolling over debt, only to have to pay higher interest as a result, will push some so deep under water that bank defaults are inevitable. Tightening lending as a result will make liquidity even scarcer than it already is. Companies that rely on credit to operate will go bust. Unemployment will spike. Discretionary spending will plummet, and so will the housing market.

    Putin is perfectly aware of these economic vulnerabilities, and knows that he needs only press this one oil button to exploit them. Ironically, the U.S. debanking Russia possibly did them a huge favour, because foreigners holding U.S. T-bills now find themselves scrambling for USD to service their economies and to obtain fuel. This demand for USD worldwide only ensures the U.S.’s debt spiral will continue.

    Granting that my analysis is amateur, I hope to inspire any professional analyst to wade in and blow up my thesis. I will add, though, that I wrote yesterday that I sensed our paradigm had suddenly changed with the start of the Israel war on Saturday, and I am right, with the only hopeful fly in the ointment being that the Israel war does not expand, and I am proven wrong. This is also the beginning of the end of Wokeness, because it is quickly showing itself to be the unaffordable luxury of an utterly malignant political class of Western leadership, and it only survives while those subjected to it are warm and well fed.

    Our enemies are led by ruthless, smart, murderous killers who know us better than we know ourselves (don’t forget they invented dialectics). It is time we woke up (or rather woke down) and find rough, smart men to lead us before it is too late, and before yet another war front opens up.

Btw, I offered the Israeli/Hungarian man and his wife who care for my father another place to live should they need it. They live in a highly “enriched” neighborhood which can no longer be trusted as safe.

    Khalid Mashal, leader and founder of Hamas, gave a speech today asking Muslims around the world to do the following:

  16. Israel Actively Fighting A Secondary Front On Northern Border With Hezbollah: IDF

    A worst-case scenario for Israel is emerging: the dreaded multi-front war involving Hezbollah, which is a much more formidable and better equipped paramilitary force than Hamas.

    Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesman Lt. Col. Jonathan Conricus has confirmed Wednesday Israel fired rockets into southern Lebanon for at least a second straight day, striking Hezbollah positions after the Iran-backed group struck Israeli soldiers with anti-tank missiles fired from across the border.

    Bloomberg has also confirmed in a note, “Israel said an anti-tank missile fired from Lebanon hit one of its military posts near the border, news that saw investors seek haven assets like US Treasuries.” This as an Israeli ground invasion into the Gaza Strip, which is sure to be a bloody campaign, appears imminent after PM Netanyahu told Biden in a Tuesday phone call, “We have to go in. We can’t negotiate now.”

    Netanyahu also previously vowed in public statements that “what we will do to our enemies in the coming days will reverberate with them for generations.”

    Citing IDF spokesman Conricus further, Fox News underscores that Israeli is now “actively fighting a secondary front” in the north and is surging troops toward that end:

    …the Israeli army shelled the Lebanese border town of Duhaira and the surrounding area where the missile attack came from. He also said Israel was actively fighting a secondary front along Israel’s northern border with Hezbollah in Lebanon, in addition to the counteroffensive the IDF is launching in the Gaza Strip.

    “We have deployed tens of thousands of additional units along the northern border,” Conricus said, including infantry, special forces, armored forces, artillery, air forces, and “additional assets including intelligence and logistics.”

    Cross-border shelling has occurred since Sunday, leading to multiple casualties among Hezbollah members and possibly other Islamic factions. Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) has also had a presence there and has taken casualties. The IDF said, “The message to Hezbollah is very clear: ‘If they try to attack, we are ready and we are vigilant on our border.’”

    The short answer to the title question is: because this isn’t a terror-harassment campaign. This is the opening attack in a war, one intended to amplify and accelerate the destructive effects on Israel, with devastating consequences in view.

    This is a hybrid war, and it’s being waged by Iran, with Hamas as its initial proxy.

    The war’s intent is to alter regional conditions and yield a changed end-state for Israel: internal disruption, division from Arab partners both new and old, significantly compromised security, even a disadvantaged and unstable political settlement accepted by Israel out of desperation.

    My assessment is that it’s also intended to set up a window in which Iran could make significant strategic moves, possibly including the final “sprint” to a bomb. The sprint would be a worst-case scenario; other possibilities include buildups in Syria and Iraq. The induced, necessary condition would an Israel too preoccupied to act preemptively.

    Denver, Colorado – A radical Democratic Representative refused to condemn Hamas murdering women and children during an interview Saturday following the invasion of Israel. The brave journalist who confronted him was then on the receiving end of a disturbing threat.

    As the Gateway Pundit previously reported, Hamas has committed multiple horrific atrocities since invading Israel Saturday. These include gunning down peaceful Israelis at a dance party, raping and abducting young Israeli women, and beheading Israeli soldiers. Hamas has even chopped off the heads of little babies and gunned down entire families in their beds.

    On Tuesday, a citizen journalist named Russel who goes by @_walruss on X, confronted Colorado Democratic Representative Tim Hernandez for his refusal to condemn these sick war crimes. At the time, Hernandez was attending a pro-Hamas rally in Denver.

    As one can see below, Hernandez responded by smiling and acting dismissively.

    Hernandez later issued a disturbing threat to the brave journalist who dared to question him regarding Hamas’ sick war crimes.

    This is Part 2 of my commentary from 24 hours ago. As an American Jew, I bleed for Israel. Israel must now send a message that echoes around the world and lasts forever in the brains of Jew-haters and all those around the world who want to do harm to the Jewish people…

    The world is about to learn a lesson. This isn’t 1941. No one will ever kill Jews again and live to gloat. Anywhere in world…if someone targets Jews and kills them for being Jewish…they will be hunted down and killed.

    The last thing they will think before being killed by Israeli forces is “Oops, maybe attacking Jews wasn’t such a good idea.”

    But everything I’m talking about is up to Israel. Right now, America needs to focus on America and our border.

    Because what America is facing is a thousand times worse than what Israel just experienced.

    Military intelligence and security experts analyzing what went wrong with Israel’s massive security failure are citing a “failure of imagination of what Hamas was capable of.” So, it’s time to imagine the kind of attack America is facing.

    If I can imagine it, then you know China’s evil leaders are thinking it too. I believe they are planning it right now.

    Here is what I believe an attack by China might look like. And I expect it soon…

    First, if I was China, I’d invade Taiwan NOW. To take advantage of a world now distracted by two major wars in Ukraine and the Middle East…and plunged into chaos and crisis.

    America is weak. America is led by an incompetent, brain-dead, feeble old man with dementia and diapers, who should be in a nursing home.

    Worse, the Biden Crime Family (and his boss, the real President Obama) are clearly owned by China and the Chinese Communist Party. So, who is going to stop China from invading Taiwan?

    America is running dangerously low on weapons and ammo- because Biden left them on the ground in Afghanistan…and gave most of the rest of our stockpile away to Ukraine. The cupboards are bare. America is weak and vulnerable.

    Our military is depleted, demoralized and distracted by a focus on climate change, transgenders, diversity and Critical Race Theory. We can’t recruit anyone who wants to join a military like that.

    Old, feeble, confused Biden is frozen with fear and clueless. Maybe he’ll turn for military advice to Kamala Harris, the only person in history who sits a heartbeat away from the presidency, who is dumber than a doorknob.

    At this moment in time, we are incapable of mounting a serious challenge to China invading Taiwan.

    Unlike Ukraine, Taiwan is not some meaningless country to America. Taiwan makes well over 90% of the advanced computer chips to run America’s cars, computers, cell phones and military equipment. If China takes Taiwan and controls the world’s chip production, it’s game over.

    So, taking Taiwan is the key to enslaving America.

    But that’s only Part 1 of what I’d be planning for America, if I was running China. Part 2 is even more frightening.

    Biden (and his boss Obama) have left the border open. They’ve let millions of dangerous foreigners in. Most of the illegals entering our country are military-age males from China, the Middle East, and MS-13 thugs and gangbangers under the control of the Mexican Drug Cartels. This is an army of killers now roaming around our country.

    If I was China, I’d order this army into action- to paralyze America with low-tech violence and terrorism- just like the Hamas terror attack in Israel.

    There’s no need for another 9-11.

    If I was China, I’d send “hit squads” of 100 killers to airports, train stations and supermarkets in twenty major U.S. cities at the exact same time- to walk in with assault rifles, machine guns and grenades. Think of the fear and hysteria from seeing thousands of murdered Americans in twenty different cities across the USA. All at the same time.

    All that takes is 100 killers times twenty. That’s only an army of 2,000 killers needed. China has sent tens of thousands of military-age males across our open border. Biden, Kamala and Mayorkas have welcomed them in like family- with no background checks.

    There’s already a large enough Chinese army in our country for many rounds of the low-tech terror attack I just dreamed up. They could do it thirty days in a row. To the same twenty cities. Or choose a new set of twenty cities every day. They could expand to suburbs and small towns.

    Our economy would shut down. The stock market would collapse. There would be no travel, or tourism. No one would dare go to a supermarket. All schools would be shuttered. We’d all be locked in our homes. America would quickly become a ghost town.

    All from an easy low-tech attack. And this Chinese army is already in our country. Biden (and his boss Obama) welcomed them in. Millions more are coming.

    Those Chinese military-age males are separate from millions of other illegals in our country set to do us harm with murder and mayhem. And who knows how many military-age Hamas, Hezbollah, and Syrian terrorists are now in the country. Will they join in on the slaughter? Or just turn our cities into war zones? Get ready for “Mad Max.”

    For good measure, if I was China, at this exact same moment, I’d send another pandemic our way. Keep in mind, China has had three years to make it much more deadly than Covid.

    In the middle of all of that, do you think we could mount a serious military effort to defend Taiwan? And fight WW3 with China, Russia, Iran and North Korea? Good luck.

    Stay frosty. It’s coming. Trust me, if I can imagine it, China is planning it right now.
