There is a North America wide test of something or other which will deply some government measure on your devices. TV, Radio, Cell phones and computers. No idea what to do about it if anything. Lots of rumours and speculation about it from the extreme to the placating. Anyway, here is some material on it for better or worse. It is at 2:20 apparently. It does seem to be a good time to walk the dog and leave your phone off though.
