This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

    A judge has dismissed all charges, including murder, against a Philadelphia cop over the shooting of Eddie Irizarry.
    Municipal Court Judge Wendy Pew dismissed the case against former Philadelphia police officer Mark Dial on Tuesday during a preliminary hearing.

    Dial had been charged with murder, voluntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, possessing an instrument of crime, simple assault, reckless endangerment of another person, and official oppression.

    Judge Pew sided with Dial’s defense, who argued that the August 14 shooting was justified because he believed his and his partner’s lives were in danger.

    In the moments leading up to the fatal shooting, Dial shouted, “I will [expletive] shoot you,” before firing six rounds into Irizarry’s vehicle.

    The author of one of the most banned novels in the country says “parental rights” make him angry and push him to write more such stories.

    Alex Gino is the author of “Melissa,” a book about a boy named George who believes he is a girl. The book has been banned in four U.S. states and was No. 1 on the American Library Association’s most challenged list from 2018 to 2020, according to Yahoo News.

    Korean War veteran feared he would be left ‘on the curb’ after he was ordered out of his Staten Island nursing home to make way for the migrants overwhelming New York City.

    Frank Tammaro, 95, was given six weeks to get out of the Island Shores Senior Residence when it was sold to city authorities last month.

    Ten people were arrested amid furious protests when the first migrants were bussed to the facility last week after the last of the elderly residents were thrown out.

    ‘The thing I’m annoyed about is how they did it, it was very disgraceful what they did to the people in Island Shores,’ Tammaro told a press conference.

    • This is happening everywhere, my home town is building a new public housing unit on the outskirts and are suppose to move the US citizens (mainly elderly) into it to free up the old downtown building for the illegals Obiden is forcing on us.

      • They killed off an awful lot of elderly people in nursing homes at the beginning of the pandemic. Pretty much emptied the facilities housing elderly vets. It was worse than NY and NJ but hushed up fast.

    WASHINGTON — Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic Chairman Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio) revealed new allegations that Dr. Fauci went to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Headquarters to “influence” its COVID-19 origins investigation. This revelation comes on the heels of recently acquired whistleblower testimony alleging that the CIA potentially skewed its COVID-19 origins review by offering six analysts significant financial incentives to conclude that the result of its investigation was inconclusive. Dr. Fauci’s questionable presence at the CIA, coupled with recently uncovered evidence that he, Dr. Fauci, “prompted” the drafting of “Proximal Origin” — the infamous paper that was used to attempt to “disprove” the lab leak theory — lends credence to heightened concerns about the promotion of a false COVID-19 origins narrative by multiple federal government agencies.

    I’m proud to be a Jewish American. I’m 100% Jewish. I have two Jewish parents, four Jewish grandparents who escaped Nazi Germany and Russia. A DNA test that says my DNA is 99% Eastern European Jew. Many of my relatives escaped the Holocaust. Could I be any more Jewish? So, I take all references to Hitler and Nazis very seriously.

    But there are thugs in government today who DO remind me of Nazis.

    Here is my definition of how Nazis or Gestapo would actually act…

    What do you call someone who weaponizes the government to intimidate and arrest the citizens? I call them Nazis.

    What do you call someone who asks the FBI to arrest and indict PTA parents for opposing government brainwashing? Nazis.

    What do you call someone who brands religious Catholics as “domestic terrorists?” Nazis.

    What do you call someone who wants to arrest peaceful Pro-Life demonstrators outside abortion clinics? Nazis.

    What do you call someone who orders FBI SWAT teams to raid homes of salt-of-the-earth Americans (many of them veterans) who peacefully protested on January 6th…and then tortures them in prison…while denying them basic human and civil rights? Nazis.

    What do you call someone who indicts the leading presidential candidate (President Trump) again and again, in the runup to the presidential election? Nazis.

    What do you call someone who orders social media to censor and ban anyone disagreeing or criticizing government propaganda? Nazis.

    What do you call someone that hands out millions of dollars to police, mental health networks, universities and churches to identify opponents of the government and snitch on them? Nazis.

    What do you call someone who demonizes and dehumanizes one segment of the population (the unvaccinated) and tries to ban them from going to restaurants, bars, gyms and sports events? Nazis.

    What do you someone who carries out evil medical experiments by vaccinating millions against their will with an experimental vaccine? Nazis.

    What do you call someone who orders you to show your papers (vaccine passports) to enter restaurants, bars, retail stores and gyms. I call them not just Nazis, but Gestapo.

    What do you call someone who builds a climate change army of brainwashed youth? Nazis.

    P.S. This sure sounds a lot like “Hitler Youth.”

    What do you call someone who is building a Big Brother army of 87,000 new IRS agents to act as enforcers and destroy the lives of your political opponents? Nazis.

    What do you call someone who believes in pandemic lockdowns, climate change lockdowns and 15-minute cities? Nazis.

    What do you call someone who orders and oversees all of this as the chief law enforcement officer of the United States? Attorney General Merrick Garland is acting like a modern-day Heinrich Muller- the Nazi chief of the Gestapo.

    Again, I’m a Jew. I don’t take words like this lightly.

    Now look at the hearings in front of Congress last week. What a coincidence. There was AG Merrick Garland- the man who oversees the weaponized government…brands his political opposition “domestic terrorists”… and targets for arrest PTA parents, Catholics, conservatives, peaceful protestors, and even President Trump. And Garland just happened…out of the blue…to defend himself by bringing up the Holocaust.

    THE HOLOCAUST? Why would he happen to bring that up?

    I’ll tell you why. Because Saul Alinsky taught communists to look in the mirror and always blame the other guy for what you see. When Merrick Garland looks in the mirror, he must see echoes of the Gestapo, the KGB, the East German Stasi, and the secret police of communist tyrants and thugs the world over.

    They all played by these same rules.

    Garland knows exactly what he’s doing. He is evil personified. And yes, like me, he is of Jewish heritage. He makes me sick to my stomach. He hides behind his Jewish background and his grandparents’ escape from the Holocaust, to justify the terrible crimes he is committing in the name of Big Brother control and the communist takeover of this country.

    He didn’t bring up the Holocaust by mistake, or coincidence.

    Every single thing Merrick Garland does is a copy of what Nazis, and the Gestapo, and the KGB, and other Marxist thugs the world over have done to their own citizens.

    No, I’m not comparing what’s happening today to the Holocaust. Nothing compares to the Holocaust.

    But I didn’t bring up the Holocaust. Merrick Garland did.

    I am comparing what’s happening today (demonization, censorship, arrests, FBI raids)…what Merrick Garland is doing to innocent Americans who happen to oppose his evil agenda…to 1930’s Nazi Germany. That was before the Holocaust. But it led directly to the eventual murder of millions of innocent people.

    Merrick Garland just “showed his hand.” The fact that he chose to bring up the Holocaust to justify the evil he’s done gives it all away. In poker we call this a “tell.”

    This is always how it starts. America is clearly under communist attack. Garland is a communist thug. We need courageous men and women to stand up to this bully. Because if he gets away with any of this, it will lead to the unimaginable. It always does.

    It’s clear what Merrick Garland has been promised as a reward for destroying the lives of conservatives, PTA moms and Catholics: a seat on the Supreme Court (if Democrats win in 2024). Can you even imagine what damage he’ll do to America from that position of power?

    Republicans in Congress who are afraid of telling the truth about Merrick Garland and his Gestapo-like tactics are either cowards, useful idiots, bribed, playing for the other team, or blind, deaf and really dumb.

    It’s time to stand up to Attorney General Merrick Garland. Before it’s too late.

    For the first time since the anger of the Poll Tax riots during Margaret Thatcher’s time as Prime Minister or the anti-Iraq war demonstrations under Tony Blair, we are witnessing an outpouring of anger against the government. In this case it is anger at the anti-car measures by the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan. Citizens are attacking and disabling the network of cameras in London that monitors all traffic and fine cars that do not meet certain standards.

    The attack on the motorist in London goes back to 2003 when the then London Mayor, Ken Livingstone, implemented the Congestion Zone whereby drivers would have to pay to enter. The public were told that this would cut congestion but many felt it was just anyway to extract money from the motorist. Public transport in London is very good but never before has there been a road charge in the UK. The London Congestion zone was, and probably still is, the largest in the world.

    The Federal Trade Commission and 17 states have filed a lawsuit against Amazon for allegedly inflating prices, overcharging sellers, and stifling competition.
    The lawsuit, filed in federal court in Washington, accuses the e-commerce giant of violating state and federal anti-trust laws.

    The Colorado Sentinel reports that the suit is asking for a permanent injunction to prohibit Amazon from engaging in “monopolistic control” to “restore competition.”

    Lawsuit Alleges that eBay Sold Unlawful Pesticides, Prohibited Products Containing a Restricted Chemical and Illegal Devices that Defeat Pollution Controls on Motor Vehicles
    The Justice Department filed a complaint against eBay Inc. today for unlawfully selling and distributing hundreds of thousands of products in violation of the Clean Air Act (CAA); the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The complaint was filed on behalf of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in federal court in Brooklyn.

    The complaint alleges that eBay sold, offered for sale or caused the sale of more than 343,000 aftermarket defeat devices, which defeat motor vehicle emission controls, a violation of the CAA. Aftermarket defeat devices significantly increase pollution emissions – including carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, particulate matter and nonmethane hydrocarbons – that harm public health and impede efforts by the EPA, states, Tribes and local agencies to plan for and attain air quality standards.

    The complaint also alleges that eBay has violated FIFRA by unlawfully distributing or selling at least 23,000 unregistered, misbranded or restricted-use pesticide products, even in violation of a stop sale order EPA issued to eBay in 2020 and amended in 2021. Examples include a high toxicity insecticide banned in the United States, restricted use pesticides that only certified applicators may apply and products fraudulently claiming to protect users against the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

    According to the dozens of pages of police reports from the Muskegon Police Department and Michigan State Police, a firm called GBI Strategies was under scrutiny as an organization central to alleged voter registration fraud in the 2020 presidential election. The matter was initially investigated by city and state authorities before the FBI took over.

    Contacts between local law enforcement and the FBI continued into 2022 but there is no evidence of what happened after that in the memos obtained by Just the News through requests made under Michigan’s own Freedom of Information Act.

    Last week, the FBI denied a Freedom of Information/Privacy Acts request from Just the News regarding records from the investigation into GBI Strategies.

    The request sought “copies of all reports, documents, and records about GBI Strategies, including all communication and correspondence regarding investigations of GBI Strategies with Michigan government officials, city and state law enforcement agencies in Michigan, and all other state government officials and law enforcement agencies involved in investigations of GBI Strategies.”

    The FBI’s response partially reads: “The material you requested is located in an investigative file which is exempt from disclosure.”

    The FBI cited 5 U.S. Code § 552(b)(7)(A) for exempting disclosure of the records, specifically, “records or information compiled for law enforcement purposes, but only to the extent that the production of such law enforcement records or information … could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings.”

    The agency’s response continued: “The records responsive to your request are law enforcement records; there is a pending or prospective law enforcement proceeding relevant to these responsive records, and release of the information could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings.”

    Police from Michigan interviewed GBI Strategies employees in 2020 and cited specific instances of registrations that appeared suspicious or fraudulent, the previously obtained memos show. A Michigan State Police memo described the possible crime being investigated as “Election Fraud by Forgery.”

    The Michigan attorney general’s office confirmed last month that there was a state investigation into thousands of suspected fraudulent voter registrations, which was referred to the FBI, the Bridge Michigan reported.

    Danny Wimmer, press secretary for the State Attorney General, told Just the News in August that among 8,000 to 10,000 voter registration forms that were submitted to the Muskegon clerk before the 2020 general election, some were suspected to be fraudulent.

    “An organization turned in some thousands of voter registrations throughout the fall of 2020, estimated on the high end to be cumulatively 8-10,000, and some within those batches were found to be suspicious or fraudulent,” Wimmer said.

    There were legitimate registrations within the batches. The city clerk receiving the batches alerted authorities when she began noticing irregularities.

    “None of the fraudulent material was incorporated into the state’s qualified voter file, and this had no effect on any ballot requests or associated processes. This attempted fraud was detected because the system worked,” Wimmer added.

    Wimmer explained to The Detroit News last month that state officials referred the unresolved investigation to the FBI because it has national jurisdiction. He independently confirmed to Just the News that “The case was referred to the FBI in March of 2021.”

    When Just the News first asked about the investigation on Aug. 9, the FBI National Press Office said the following day that their “standard practice [is] to neither confirm nor deny the existence of an investigation.” The Muskegon Police Department also declined to comment on the investigation “because this matter is possibly an active investigation by our law enforcement partners.”

    According to a Michigan State Police report, in March 2021, “D/SGT. PONZETTI … STATES FBI TASK FORCE SHE IS ASSIGNED TO HAS POSSIBLE INVESTIGATION REGARDING [redacted] IN OTHER STATES. REQUESTED MSP, AG AND MPD REPORTS FOR REVIEW.”

    On a supplemental police report dated May 28, 2021, it reads, “Case will remain open as FBI has opened an investigation on the nation wide organization.”

    The latest dates on the report are Aug. 19, 2022, where it reads, “STILL MAINTAINING EVIDENCE FOR FBI,” and Sept. 20, 2022, which reads, “Six month supp.,” and that the status of the investigation is “open.”

    According to the Muskegon police report, the FBI visited the Muskegon Police Department in May 2021 to examine the voter registration applications.

    In March 2022, the Muskegon police department received a call from an FBI agent “request[ing] random copies of some of the voter applications,” according to the report. The agent also spoke with the Muskegon city clerk, who told him “there was another box of applications with thousands of applications that were turned in after the deadline thus never examined. He requested that these be retained by the police department pending further investigation.”

    There is a business listing for GBI Strategies in Cordova, Tenn., but at least during the 2020 election, the company had a Philadelphia office, employees from Atlanta working in Michigan, and a supervisor in New York for Michigan workers, according to the memos.

    Wimmer told The Detroit News that GBI Strategies conducts voter registration drives and is headquartered in Tennessee.

    Just The News is weighing its legal options regarding a challenge to the FBI’s denial of the FOIA request.

    The TV show exposes completely nude adults to young children, whose job is to ask questions about the bodies of the fully naked men and women.

    Daily Mail reported on the “Simply Naked” show for kids and those involved in the show who defended it in March 2021- TV presenter Edson da Graça told NOS: “The aim is to teach children that each and every body is different and that not all bodies are perfect.”

    Elsbeth Reitzema from the Rutgers sexual health foundation, which collaborated with NOS to produce the series, said that the steady stream of semi-pornographic images that children see every day on television and online gave them a distorted view of the human body.

    Social media went into a collective meltdown after a young white woman won Miss Universe in a country with a 98% black population.

    Breitbart reported Sunday that Brooke Bruk-Jackson, a 21-year-old Harare native and part-time model, was crowned Miss Universe Zimbabwe 2023 on Saturday, September 16. Bruk-Jackson beat out 11 other finalists for the coveted crown.

    This was the first time in 22 years Zimbabwe had been able to hold their Miss Universe Competition. Bruk-Jackson now advances to participate in the upcoming 72nd Miss Universe pageant in El Salvador in November.
