Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

This is the new Samizdat. We must use it while we can.

  1. His grey beard and the tam on his head put him north of sixty years old. He was fat and wore a festive, rainbow tent. Essentially it was a bag that grabbed him at the ankles in blue, billowed up over his gut in red and yellow, then grabbed his shoulders, firmly, in greens and purples. His younger boyfriend followed like a little pet on an invisible collar and chain. They seemed to be in a hurry as they tried not to be hit by a car or bus crossing Rideau Street.

    I was returning from the bush, which is what I call the forest. My place is deep in the forest–deep in nature. There are bears and wolves all around me up there, but I feel less nervous in that natural world than I do by the unnatural sight of a fat fruit with his toy poodle. And it is not because of these two men, at all, but because of the immense power they wield collectively. I remember reading one time that both the Canadian and American medical associations put homosexuality at about 1.5 percent of the population. It’s a wonder how a poodle’s tail can wag 98.5 percent of the dog. But then I know this is not a completely accurate statement when all Woke demographics are included. Yet politically-weaponized sexuality began somewhere, and we know the names of the runners in that identity race when the starter pistol fired back in the ’60s. The birth control pill was another great sprinter, helping to free humanity to self-absorbed extinction.

    Winding my way slowly through the downtown I came to the Rideau Canal, a great man-made wonder constructed to help fight the Americans. The road that runs beside it takes me home. Many people were on their way to the Gay Pride parade. Mothers and fathers rode their bicycles with their young children. It was a lovely late-summer day. They all were decked out in the new hammer and sickle flags. What a long way these Marxists have come from their dreary Soviet suffering. No more blood red on drab green for these unwitting dupes. Remember that old expression, “You’ve come a long way, baby?” Wasn’t this originally meant for women and their liberation? Dialectics is another man-made wonder, but in the service of brutal collectivism. Expressing it in brilliant, friendly, gay colours is clever. Reverse engineering everything from “nice”, right back to the gulag of your choice, surpasses the Rideau Canal as far as invention goes. These people riding their bicycles with their little flags are doing it to be nice, not to be in the service of communism. The only catch with “nice” is that it consistently kills millions of people, and its engine runs on high-octane lies. Millions got injected with poison to be nice, too. But millions is just a statistic, isn’t it. It doesn’t have much of a face.

    The rainbow swears allegiance to a new softer, kinder communism. Saying this to the VTB crowd already seems so self-evident and tired it makes me want to quit writing about it. I’m not saying anything new. Yet, look around to see how many still don’t get it.

    Just before home I came to a stop light. Two young Muslim women walked in front of my truck crossing the street. They were covered head to toe in their own tents. They both also wore Covid masks. How is that for a definition of screwed, I thought. Serving two masters doesn’t let in much sunlight, I bet.

    I’d rather take my chances with bears and wolves.

      He declared lockdowns were ‘absolutely justified’ and suggested they should be used AGAIN to FORCR vaccinations.

      “Lockdowns are a great tool to forcibly “vaccinate” people”.

      “If you have a vaccine available, you might want to lockdown temporarily so as to get everybody vaccinated”, Fauci said.

      He recounted “several years ago, New York City was overrun and had cooler trucks outside because they had no place to put the bodies”.

      “Lockdowns could be deployed to increase inoculations rates”.

      “We are not done with COVID” and of course recommends the new updated boosters to come this September and October.

      A new vaccine containing the version of the Omicron strain XBB.1.5 are already being developed by Pfizer, Novavax and Moderna. However the virus’s continuing to mutations will likely to necessitate updated vaccines.

      Some have stated lockdowns could return, as some venues and institutions decided to reinstate mask-wearing, SOCIAL DISTANCING and QUARANTINING.

      Kentucky school districts cancel classes less than 2 weeks into school year due to Covid-19 viruses and strep outbreaks.

    I guess at this point in the interview we are supposed to be completely infused with Stockholm Syndrome, bow down to kiss Fauci’s feet and thank him profusely for his graciousness in not locking us down permanently.

    Fauci, the longtime NIAID chief and a multi-millionaire who’s never done anything but work for the government, then declares that “climate change” is “playing a role” in causing pandemics.

    He calls for an “international commitment to decrease the carbon imprint in society so you don’t have the kinds of crazy weather we’re having in this country.”

    Yes, he actually said that. I don’t know if he believes it, but he did say it. Why? Because he is doing his part to lay the narrative that humans cause climate change and therefore we must change the way we live or be subject to perpetual lockdowns.

    He went on to blame the tragedy in Maui on climate change.

    As Fox News reported, officials in Maui said the fires were caused by downed power lines and failures by the state’s main power utility company.

    Due to these facts, the government of Maui County, Hawaii has filed a lawsuit against the Hawaii Electric Company and its subsidiaries for neglecting to properly power down live electrical equipment amid a red flag windstorm earlier this month.

    Because of this occurrence, downed power lines operated by the utility company sparked the series of deadly fires on the island.

    GOP activist and attorney Alexander Talcott was found stabbed to death in his New Hampshire on Saturday morning.

    Talcott was found dead after he was stabbed in the neck.

    Police are reportedly investigating if the person who stabbed Talcott was acting in self-defense.

    Boston 25 says the parties involved in the incident were identified.

    Shots were fired on campus.

    According to early reports, at least two people were injured.

    The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on Monday sent an emergency notification reporting an armed and dangerous person was “on or near” campus.

    A source told WRAL News that someone was armed while inside a campus building. Shots were fired, according to a source.

    Tim Hernández was chosen on Saturday to serve as a state representative for the Denver area.

    A committee of Democrats selected the far-left Marxist to fill the vacant seat of Serena Gonzales-Gutierrez, who is leaving after being elected to the Denver City Council.

    Fox News reports, “Hernandez worked at Aurora West Preparatory Academy in the Aurora Public Schools District, according to its website from May. Their staff list has since been scrubbed, and it was unclear if he continues to work in the Colorado district. A sign in his classroom called for ‘Dismantl[ing] White systems.’”

    The Golden State had hundreds of youths beating the tar out of each other on Sunday leaving some local journalists confused.

    The Los Angeles Times reported that brawls involving teens broke out at two separate malls. The first fight occurred at the Del Amo Mall in Torrance, a city just west of Los Angeles.

    Torrance Police Sgt. Ron Salary said that around 4 P.M Pacific, the police received a call reporting “a large crowd of juveniles fighting among themselves” at the shopping mall. Torrance police said that the number of youths actually brawling was unclear, but that a thousand were watching the scene unfold.

    The brawl was so massive that police officers from at least 10 different agencies rushed to the scene to end the mayhem according to KCAL News photojournalist John Schreiber.

    There are still no answers from the FBI on why they found it necessary to raid the home of a disabled US veteran and shoot him dead on the morning of August 16th.

    Theodore Deschler was shot and killed when FBI agents raided his home near Henderson, Tennessee.

    Now Deschler’s family are looking for answers. There is still no news from the government on why they had to break out the windows, toss smoke bombs into the home, and then shoot Deschler who was unarmed at the time.

    The story first broke on local WBBJ on August 16th. WBBJ was tipped off by a local viewer about the shooting.

  16. Ukraine reportedly used Australian-made cardboard drones to bomb Russian air base

    Ukrainian forces reportedly used SYPAQ Corvo Precision Payload Delivery System, or PPDS, drones as loitering munitions to carry out an attack on an undisclosed Russian airfield.

    The SYPAQ PPDS drone boasts an operational range of up to 120 kilometers (74 miles), 3 kilograms of payload, and a cruise speed of 60 kilometers per hour (37 miles per hour).

    But what makes the PPDS stand out is that it is primarily made from a material similar to cardboard. It is a low-cost, expendable platform that can be transported as a small package and assembled rapidly with minimal tools. Its composition also makes it harder to detect by radar systems….

    “Tonight, [Ukrainians] used them in a swarm, mixing drones with warheads with empty drones,” the post read. “I don’t know exactly what engines were on the drones, but if they were electric-powered, then they were not launched from Ukraine.”

    Though the exact location of the strikes was not shared, both Ukraine and Russia reported a drone attack on Kursk Vostochny Airfield the same day.

    Kursk Airfield is located 97 kilometers (60 miles) away from the Ukrainian border.
