Whistleblowers Allege Biden Admin Blocked Prosecutors From Filing Charges Against Hunter Biden Twice Last Year

Two IRS whistleblowers have come forward to allege to Congress that President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice buried evidence implicating Hunter Biden in tax crimes.
Rep. Jason Smith (R-MO) made the announcement during a press conference on Thursday, saying that U.S. Attorney David Weiss tried to bring charges against Hunter Biden in two different jurisdictions last year but was denied both times.
Smith said Weiss sought to be appointed as a special counsel in the case last year but was denied.
The IRS whistleblowers pushed for felony charges to be brought in the case after Hunter Biden allegedly skipped paying millions of dollars in taxes on more than $8.3 million in income.
The whistleblowers said that the IRS was notified of potential evidence “in the guest house of former Vice President Biden,” but were told “by U.S. attorney Lesley Wolf that because the evidence would be found in the guest house of former Vice President Biden ‘there is no way’ a search warrant for evidence would ever get approved.”

Prosecutors Say Mom Encouraged 14-year old to Kill Man at Chicago Restaurant

On Thursday, prosecutors accused a Chicago mom of encouraging her 14-year-old son to shoot two people during an altercation at an area restaurant leaving one man dead.
Both the mother and her son are charged with first-degree murder.
According to prosecutors, 35-year-old mother Carlishia Hood, 35, entered the restaurant and got into an argument with the victim, Jeremy Brown, 32, while waiting in line for her food. Brown’s girlfriend allegedly encouraging him during the altercation and laughed at the situation.
Hood texted her son to join her in the restaurant and the argument tuned physical. Brown allegedly punched the boy, and the 14-year-old took out a gun and shot Brown in the back.

Planned Parenthood, the Walmart of murdering the unborn, released its 2021-2022 annual report last week.
It came amid bad news for the abortion mill: Its bread and butter, once constitutionally protected under the worst Supreme Court decision since Plessy v. Ferguson, no longer enjoys that guarantee.
Indeed, abortions were down over the period that was covered — although, as the Daily Signal’s Melanie Israel noted, health-related data actually only covered parts of 2020 and 2021, when Roe was still the law of the land.
That means an even sharper downturn might happen next year.
But fear not, Planned Parenthood defenders. Your favorite baby-killers have a new grift they’re milking: so-called transgender services.
While abortions were down in this report to 374,155 from 383,460 the previous year (a record, it must be noted), the report showed net assets up to $2.3 billion from $2.1 billion.
Part of this was an increase in government funding: $670.4 million vs. $633.4 million the prior year. Revenue was also up to $1.9 billion from $1.7 billion. The organization also added 137,000 individual contributors, bringing the total to 727,000.

However, one of the things we’ve often been told from the abortion mill — and which has been repeatedly debunked — is that it’s mostly an organization dedicated to women’s health, not to killing the unborn.
Yet again, the report proved that was a load of bull, as Israel noted.
“Planned Parenthood performed 208 abortions for every adoption referral. Meanwhile, the number of patients Planned Parenthood saw (2.13 million) declined yet again,” she wrote.
“The Charlotte Lozier Institute, a pro-life research and education organization, points out the shocking long-term decline in actual health services. Since 2010, breast exams are down 74%, Pap tests are down 70%, prenatal services are down 85%, and contraceptive services are down 36%.”
So, where’s the windfall coming from? It’s not just the government or individual donors — but, instead, a focus on the latest liberal battleground, transgender treatment.
“In the latest report, Planned Parenthood says that ’41 affiliates provide gender-affirming hormone therapy.’ And when you look at the data, the numbers are even more shocking,” Israel said.
Planned Parenthood categorizes the data regarding transgender therapies under “Other Services” in its reports. When it began providing “gender-affirming care” in 2014, its first subsequent report listed 8,153 procedures under “Other Services.” In the 2020-2021 report, that number had risen substantially to 15,902.
And then came the 2021-2022 report — in which procedures categorized under “Other Services” went up over 16 times, to 256,550.
“The meteoric rise in the ‘Other Services’ category is astounding,” Israel wrote.
“And by Planned Parenthood’s own admission (it isn’t exactly making the press rounds bragging about providing other types of services in this category), we know that transgender ‘health care’ makes up the bulk of the dramatic rise.”
The report does note that other services “in this category include WIC services (a federally funded nutrition program for low-income women, infants, and children up to the age of five), pediatric care, transgender services, other adult preventive care, and high complexity visits, including infertility services.”
However, the exact same definition of “Other Services” was used in the 2020-2021 report. The only thing that could account for this difference — aside from an errant digit being thrown in there by a distracted Planned Parenthood staffer putting together the Excel report — is the abortion giant’s shift to being a transgender services giant as well.
As many noted after a “pride month” tweet from Planned Parenthood’s official account, abortion and abortion rights no longer seemed to be first and foremost on the organization’s mind. In fact, women’s rights even seemed to be an afterthought, if one were to judge by this post:
No, they can’t show it to you in a drawing — but they can show you in graph form that transgender care is a lucrative business, and one that assures that (unlike with abortions) the patient will be returning again and again for more puberty blockers, more hormones, more surgeries, more of whatever they can provide.
Just in case you needed that fact to make it clear, Planned Parenthood is not some brave activist group standing up for women’s rights. This is a self-perpetuating organization that makes the average South Beach plastic surgeon look like he has the ethical standards of Hippocrates.
If abortion can be banned, Planned Parenthood will, just like the cultural cockroach that it is, find some way to survive.
The best thing that can be said of the shift toward transgender care is that this time, they’re just ruining lives, not ending them.

Like an imbecile in an old slapstick show who goes from banging his head to stepping on a rake, Bud Light on Thursday broke two months of post-Dylan Mulvaney silence on Twitter…with an ad mocking its core customers.
The latest display of self-destructive marketing comes on the heels of the brand posting the worst weekly sales drop since Harvard-educated Bud Light marketing VP Alissa Heinerscheid thought it would be a great idea to use clownish, male-to-female trans TikTok star Dylan Mulvaney as a brand ambassador for what’s long been seen as a manly beer for hard-working, blue-collar people. In the week ending June 10, sales were off 26.8% off the previous year’s pace.
Last week, CEO Brendan Whitworth of Bud Light’s parent — Anheuser-Busch InBev North America — issued a statement acknowledging that “over the last two months, the discussion surrounding our company and Bud Light has moved away from beer and this has impacted our consumers, our business partners, and our employees.”
Whitworth implicitly assured the shrinking universe of Bud Light drinkers that the company had learned a lesson from the positively disastrous aftermath of its mind-boggling embrace of woke culture:
To all our valued consumers, we hear you. Our summer advertising launches next week and you can look forward to Bud Light reinforcing what you’ve always loved about our brand – that it’s easy to drink and easy to enjoy.

Supreme Court Rejects Challenge by Louisiana and Texas to Biden Deportation Priorities

In an 8-1 ruling on Friday, the Supreme Court rejected a challenge to a Biden Administration memorandum that prioritizes immigration enforcement on illegals who pose a threat to national security, public safety or who recently crossed the border.
Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas stated in the memorandum that, because of the approximately 11 million undocumented or otherwise removable non-citizens in the country, the United States does not have the ability to remove all of them and thus would prioritize who will be removed.
In the case before the Court, Louisiana and Texas argued that federal law gives Biden less discretion to pick and choose the targets of enforcement.

Time Is Running Out For Congress And States To Defuse Biden’s Election-Takeover Bomb

Through this executive order, the president is abusing the power of his office and using taxpayer-funded resources to transform federal government agencies into get-out-the-vote machines for the left.
Constitution is clear: Determining their time, place, and manner falls squarely upon the shoulders of the state legislatures with limited oversight from Congress. Nowhere is the president granted the power to regulate elections.
Yet through Executive Order 14019, President Joe Biden has ordered federal agencies to engage in overtly political activities that will affect elections, while violating the Constitution and federal law in the process.
The bad news is this executive order brings the threat of federal election interference to every state’s doorstep. And with the countdown to 2024 well underway, time is running out to stop Team Biden’s scheme. The good news is Congress and the states can stop the threat if they work together and work quickly
In one of his first acts after taking office, Biden signed Executive Order 14019, titled “Promoting Access to Voting.” His order commanded every federal agency to use taxpayer-funded resources to engage in voter registration and get-out-the-vote efforts. These are overtly partisan activities reserved for political parties, not government.
Through food stamps, public housing, Medicaid, and other welfare programs, federal agencies have the resources and ability to target millions of potential voters across every state in the country — potential voters whose information is required to enroll in these programs and who are statistically more likely to vote Democrat.
The order went even further by requiring agencies to allow third-party groups, hand-selected by the White House, to engage in voter registration activities on federal agency premises.

To date, the administration has refused to disclose the full details of the agencies’ plans to carry out this order, nor has it disclosed which groups the White House has approved for special access and taxpayer-funded resources to carry out their mission.
But Team Biden has a big problem. The executive order is illegal. State attorneys general, with the help of congressional allies, can work together to stop this scheme.
Using the power of the courts, state attorneys general should sue the Biden administration seeking a permanent injunction barring agencies from carrying out Executive Order 14019. There are at least three legal claims they can make.?
First, Biden’s executive order violates the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) and the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), as the executive order directs all agencies to assist in registering voters whether or not they are legally authorized to do so under the NVRA, which goes beyond the statutory authority of these federal agencies that have been neither explicitly authorized under current law to register voters nor designated by the state to do so.?
Second, the executive order violates the elections clause of the Constitution, since the order commands executive agencies to engage in activity that affects the time, place, and manner of elections without statutory authority to do so. It infringes on the constitutional rights of state legislatures to regulate elections with limited oversight from Congress.?Even if the administration could point to a federal statute clearly granting it the secretive, unbridled power over elections that it is seeking to exercise through this executive order, such a delegation of power would be unconstitutional regardless. The powers at issue here, outlined in the elections clause, are clearly legislative powers. Congress cannot delegate powers that are strictly and exclusively legislative, even if it wished to.
Third, the executive order violates a federal law known as the Anti-Deficiency Act, since it requires agencies to expend funds that Congress never authorized these agencies to spend. The Anti-Deficiency Act strictly forbids this.
There are certainly other legal claims that can be made, besides the three outlined above. A lawsuit requires only one.
So, what can Congress do to help?
Besides advancing legislation to cut off the funding needed to carry out this executive order, which Sen. Ted Budd and Rep. Claudia Tenney have done in recent weeks, Congress should use its subpoena and oversight power to gather evidence, including sworn testimony and documents that can be shared with state attorneys general to help strengthen their case. Not only would this help aid a lawsuit, but it would also draw attention to the executive order and discourage the overzealous execution of the order by unaccountable political appointees and bureaucrats.
Such evidence might include specifics on what the agencies are doing in the states to carry out the plan, a list of the third-party groups the White House has approved — or disapproved — for the special advantages the executive order affords, and the amount of funding and other resources being used to carry out this effort.

First, Biden’s executive order violates the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) and the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), as the executive order directs all agencies to assist in registering voters whether or not they are legally authorized to do so under the NVRA, which goes beyond the statutory authority of these federal agencies that have been neither explicitly authorized under current law to register voters nor designated by the state to do so.?
Second, the executive order violates the elections clause of the Constitution, since the order commands executive agencies to engage in activity that affects the time, place, and manner of elections without statutory authority to do so. It infringes on the constitutional rights of state legislatures to regulate elections with limited oversight from Congress.?Even if the administration could point to a federal statute clearly granting it the secretive, unbridled power over elections that it is seeking to exercise through this executive order, such a delegation of power would be unconstitutional regardless. The powers at issue here, outlined in the elections clause, are clearly legislative powers. Congress cannot delegate powers that are strictly and exclusively legislative, even if it wished to.
Third, the executive order violates a federal law known as the Anti-Deficiency Act, since it requires agencies to expend funds that Congress never authorized these agencies to spend. The Anti-Deficiency Act strictly forbids this.
There are certainly other legal claims that can be made, besides the three outlined above. A lawsuit requires only one.
So, what can Congress do to help?
Besides advancing legislation to cut off the funding needed to carry out this executive order, which Sen. Ted Budd and Rep. Claudia Tenney have done in recent weeks, Congress should use its subpoena and oversight power to gather evidence, including sworn testimony and documents that can be shared with state attorneys general to help strengthen their case. Not only would this help aid a lawsuit, but it would also draw attention to the executive order and discourage the overzealous execution of the order by unaccountable political appointees and bureaucrats.
Such evidence might include specifics on what the agencies are doing in the states to carry out the plan, a list of the third-party groups the White House has approved — or disapproved — for the special advantages the executive order affords, and the amount of funding and other resources being used to carry out this effort.
Through this executive order, the president is abusing the power of his office and using taxpayer-funded resources to transform federal government agencies into get-out-the-vote machines for the left. It is a ticking time bomb threatening the integrity of the 2024 presidential election. And it’s up to the states and Congress to work together to stop this unprecedented scheme before time runs out.

On October 28, 2020, Donald Trump Jr. responded to reports that the Biden-Harris Campaign was sponsoring a “Soul of the Nation” Bus Tour in the Lone Star State — he asked Texans to give them “a nice Trump Train welcome.”
“Get out there. Have some fun. Enjoy it,” said the president’s son.
Two days later, a grassroots community of Trump Supporters answered his call. They headed out in their trucks with flags flying high — eager to meet the Biden Bus as it made its way from San Antonio to Austin— excited to provide a playful escort on I-35.
Thirty-two months after that fateful day, the fight for the soul of the nation continues, and eight American lives are directly in the crosshairs of the Biden Bus law-fare machine — accused of a “modern-day conspiracy to intimidate voters,” like pointy-hooded members of the Ku Klux Klan “in the dark of night in 1871.”
In a 62-page lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, former State Senator Wendy Davis and three others allege members of the Trump Train violated their civil rights. She and the other plaintiffs say they were “terrorized and menaced” to the point of “psychological and emotional injury” — forever scarred by Trump Supporters who joined them on the highway that day.
While the Plaintiff’s borderline-satirical lawsuit has been lauded (and perhaps crafted) by partners in mainstream media, the Defendants have had their lives destroyed. But after being harassed in their homes and left voiceless for years by the insufferable harpies in control of the corporate propaganda machine, three good Americans are now choosing to speak out against those who seek to punish their freedom of expression.

In early 2020, Joeylynn Mesaros was new to politics. She consulted with her husband and felt she should support Trump. Her friends disapproved, however. Mesaros says she was accused of being a racist bigot — encouraged to sit in silence.
“That was like the first time I experienced cancel culture,” Mesaros explains, “I came home, and my husband was like, ‘Maybe we just need some new friends.’ And so we joined a Trump train group in our town that was parading around.”
For Pastor Steve Ceh, the decision to support Trump came much earlier.
“As soon as Trump came down from the escalator, I said, ‘That’s my president,’” Ceh says.
Navy Veteran Eliazar “Cisco” Cisneros wasn’t a natural Trump supporter. At first, he surmised The Donald was just another politician in a long line of liars. Sisneros thought Trump was an idiot.
“I didn’t care for the dude,” Cisneros explains, “But then when he got into office, and he started doing stuff, I’m like, ‘okay, what the fuck is going on? Who is this dude?… Why do they hate him?’ He’s trying to do things. And then you start piecing stuff together, like, okay, I’m starting to see it. And now, I will literally spill my blood for this man. I will die for this because for me, dying for him is like dying for this country.”

While Cisneros’ devotion to the former president may seem extreme to some, it’s reasonable to speculate that years of law-fare attacks on his First Amendment may have brought him to this point. On October 30, 2020, Cisneros was happy to be a free American.
“We started when the bus was in New Braunfels,” Cisneros reminisces when asked how things developed on October 30, 2021, “I would say we had upwards of about a hundred vehicles, or close to. By the time we got to Austin, we had six. They (The Biden Bus) scared everybody off with their driving.”
Pastor Ceh was also excited, but a conflict with his work schedule forced him to sit it out.
“I thought it was awesome —like old high school days where you put the flags on or whatever,” Ceh explains, “But I was working at the time and couldn’t be there. I was kind of ticked.”
In Joeylynn Mesaros’ mind, having fun was the only agenda that day.
“Our Trump Train had 4,000 members,” she says, “There’d be miles-long images of trucks with Trump flags making the news. And so we thought, if that Biden Bus is coming through New Braunfels, Texas, how fun would it be to show our support for President Trump? I bet we could make the news. And we certainly did.”
As Mesaros and the rest of the Trump Train caught up with the Biden Bus, the situation took a slight turn for the worse.

An exclusive report from Politico has uncovered former President Barrack Obama has been holding secretive meetings with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and several other Democrats.
According to the report Obama has held “informal, but lengthy private meetings with groups of next-generation House Democrats.”
The report revealed Obama met with several Democrat lawmakers such as Maxwell Frost of Florida, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Haley Stevens of Michigan and Mikie Sherrill of New Jersey.
The meetings took place at Obama’s Washington D.C .office and ,although specifics of his discussions with the lawmakers were not disclosed , it was reported Obama was using the time to “counsel” the lawmakers.

Obama’s meetings underscore that even though he has not been in office for over eight years, he is showing no signs of trying to stop calling the shots for the Democrat Party.
The Biden administration is heavily influenced by Obama and his former staff picks.
In 2021, USA Today highlighted Obama’s influence on the Biden admin in an article titled “Biden insists his presidency is not a third Obama term; his staff picks suggest otherwise.”

On Thursday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz stated that the allegation from a whistleblower that President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, demanded payment from a Chinese businessman with his father in the room is “probable cause” of an “impeachable offense” of bribery and merits investigation. Dershowitz also stated that it’s a good thing Republicans control Congress right now so they can investigate and that Hunter Biden can’t invoke the 5th Amendment “because his lawyers have said that he’s no longer subject to any criminal prosecution.”
Dershowitz stated that if President Biden was there while Hunter Biden demanded money and knew of Hunter’s demand, “that would be an impeachable offense. That would be the crime of bribery.” But cautioned that we don’t know if that’s the case since Hunter Biden could be lying about whether his father was there.
He added, “But there is probable cause. And this has to be investigated. And thank God for our system of checks and balances that we have a Congress that is not controlled by the party in power and can do the kind of investigation, and Biden can’t plead his 5th Amendment anymore, because his lawyers have said that he’s no longer subject to any criminal prosecution. Wagner Group founder Yevgeny Prigozhin blasted Russia’s defense ministry as “evil” on Friday, saying Moscow’s military leadership “must be stopped” after an alleged missile strike killed scores of his fighters, allegations immediately denied by that Russia’s ministry of defense.
In a statement shared to social media, Prigozhin seemed to openly declare taking up arms against Russia’s defense ministry in an escalation of his simmering stand-off, saying that those who were responsible for the death of the Wagner mercenaries and Russian soldiers should be “punished.”
“PMC Wagner Commanders’ Council made a decision: the evil brought by the military leadership of the country must be stopped,” Prigozhin said, according to a translation of his statement. “They neglect the lives of soldiers. They forgot the word ‘justice’, and we will bring it back.”
“I’m asking: no one resist. Everyone who will try to resist, we will consider them a danger and destroy them immediately, including any checkpoints on our way,” the Wagner chief said. “And any aviation that we see above our heads. I’m asking everyone to remain calm, do not succumb to provocations, and remain in their houses. Ideally, those along our way, do not go outside.”
Prigozhin noted that the presidential authority — a nod to Russian President Vladimir Putin, who has historically been Prigozhin’s patron — “will continue operating as before,” and that Wagner willeventually return to the front lines whenever it is done; it was not immediately clear what uses of force that Prigozhin was ordering to seek justice for what he claims was an attack on his employees.

Earlier on Friday, Prigozhin published a video to his Telegram account that he claimed to show the aftermath of a missile attack on Wagner Group positions.
