1. GOLDSTEIN: China’s secret bioweapon research caused COVID-19 pandemic: Report

(I guess I can expect hourly Chinese language robo-calls for the next few months now)

On the heels of China’s foreign interference scandal in Canada, an explosive report by the Sunday Times of London says credible new evidence suggests the COVID-19 pandemic was the result of a lab leak at China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology, where a secret military program was attempting to create a global bioweapon.

“Investigators believe the Chinese military had taken an interest in developing a vaccine for the viruses so they could be used as potential bioweapons,” the newspaper said.

“If a country could inoculate its population against its own secret virus, it might have a weapon to shift the balance of world power.”

The origin of the COVID-19 pandemic, which killed seven million people and crashed the global economy, has been a hotly contested issue since the start of the pandemic in China more than three years ago.

(This would explain both why China cancelled all internal flights from Wuhan at the start of this, and encouraged flights to the West.)

4. England’s health service to stop prescribing puberty blockers for kids

England’s National Health Service has announced it is limiting the use of puberty-blocking drugs for minors and will allow them only “as part of clinical research” following an evaluation of medical practices for purported “gender transitions.”

Its interim policy, announced June 9, proposes that “puberty-suppressing hormones (GnRH analogues) are ‘not routinely commissioned’ as there is not enough evidence to support their safety or clinical effectiveness as a routinely available treatment and that they should only be accessed as part of research.”

The NHS document advises that “outside of a research setting, puberty-suppressing hormones should not be routinely commissioned for children and adolescents who have gender incongruence/dysphoria.”

Gender dysphoria is the perception that one’s birth sex does not match one’s perceived gender identity.

5. Massachusetts middle school students tear down rainbow decorations and chant their pronouns are ‘U.S.A.’ during Pride celebration: Officials slam ‘intolerance and homophobia’

(Yeah that’s great and all, but one wonders if these guys understand how far the revolution is as ‘progressed’. What they need to do is, rent a damn building somewhere, hire teachers and circumnavigate the system altogether. Start going to school to learn skills and squire understanding and not collect paper credentials.)

Massachusetts middle schoolers tore down Pride decorations and chanted that their pronouns were ‘USA’ in a striking protest after they were asked to wear rainbow colors to school. 

Students at Marshall Simonds Middle School in Burlington, Massachusetts, were asked to wear rainbow-colored shirts to celebrate Pride Month on June 2, but a preplanned protest broke out with students tearing up Pride flag stickers and chanting: ‘USA are my pronouns.’ 

Decked out in red, white and blue, the students destroyed the decorations lining the hallway the student organization Spectrum Group distributed, including a quote from American playwright Tennessee Williams, signage saying the school was a ‘safe space’ and ‘equality for everyone’ decorations. 

‘I was shocked and horrified,’ Nila Almstrom, a parent of an LGBT student, said at a town hall meeting about the protest. 

Parents have told local news outlets their straight-identifying students said they felt forced to participate and were ‘offended’ by the Tennessee Williams quote that reiterated that the human heart is ‘curved like a road through the mountains’ and only lines and streets can be straight.
