  1. Former Censorship Czar and Lounge Singer Nina Jankowicz Sues FOX News for Defamation in Latest Lawfare Suit
    By Jim Hoft May. 12, 2023 10:04 pm250 Comments

Nina Jankowicz is the former executive director of the Department of Homeland Security’s now-disbanded Disinformation Governance Board or “Ministry of Truth.”

Jankowicz has been wrong about nearly every single issue in the past five years.

And she likes to think she’s a super hottie.

And here she is singing about who to f**k to enhance her career.

    Via Midnight Rider.
And now there are even more tweets from the singing leftist who apparently is wrong about most every major issue.

Nina was pushing the completely fraudulent Steele dossier.

Jancowicz consistently pushed the garbage Trump-Russia hoax.

Jankowicz claimed Trump would embolden ISIS — a group he obliterated.

And here she is pushing the Trump-Russia lie.

What a perfect fit for the Democrats as their new speech czar!

The truth means nothing to these communists. And, don’t be fooled, this is communism. But it does give them more power.

In March Jankowicz launched a crowd-funding effort to sue FOX News.

On Thursday Nina Jankowicz sued FOX News for defamation.

The Conservative Treehouse responded to the latest lawfare suit against FOX News.

Whether you believe Fox News intentionally created this opening, or whether it was just a disastrous mistake on behalf of a multi-billion corporation with a full suite of lawyers they chose not to use, Rupert Murdoch’s Fox Corp created a problem in the Dominion settlement that is only going to get worse.

  3. Report: NYC May Give Border Crossers Free Rooms at Iconic Roosevelt Hotel

New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) is reportedly considering turning the iconic Roosevelt Hotel in Manhattan, which closed in 2020 as a result of economic lockdowns, into a migrant shelter — costing New Yorkers some $75 million annually.

According to the New York Post, and corroborated by local city officials and security guards, Adams is looking to broker a deal with the owners of the Roosevelt Hotel to transform it into a migrant shelter for more than 1,000 border crossers and illegal aliens arriving every day.

The cost to New Yorkers, some of the most tax-burdened Americans, would be $225 million over the course of three years.

    The Post reports:

The Adams administration is in talks to convert the historic Manhattan hotel, located at 45 East 45th Street, into an emergency shelter as the city grapples with the ongoing surge of migrants, several people familiar with the matter said Tuesday. [Emphasis added]

  7. bill gates – The Mosquito Factory

Inside a two-story brick building in Medellín, Colombia, scientists work long hours in muggy labs breeding millions and millions of mosquitoes.

They tend to the insects’ every need as they grow from larvae to pupae to adults, keeping the temperature just right and feeding them generous helpings of fishmeal, sugar, and, of course, blood.

Then, they release them across the country to breed with wild mosquitoes that can carry dengue and other viruses threatening to sicken and kill the population of Colombia.

This might sound like the beginnings of a Hollywood writer’s horror film plot. But it’s not.
    This factory is real.

And the mosquitoes being released don’t terrorize the local population. Far from it.
They’re actually helping to save and improve millions of lives.

    • WaPo -The 2024 election isn’t about normal things. It’s about Trump.

Rather than policy debates, the GOP primaries and the general election could focus on the ex-president’s fitness for office

Donald Trump’s televised town hall on CNN framed an important question for voters: What will, or should, the 2024 presidential election be about? Will it be about the normal issues and concerns of most elections — topical issues such as the economy, immigration, abortion? Or should it primarily be about the existential threats posed by the reckless former president?

Voters will make their own calculations about what’s important as they weigh their choices. But after the performance Trump put on during the CNN town hall on Wednesday, there is no escaping that he has an agenda that is anything but normal. This includes pardoning those convicted during the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol; reveling in attacks and mocking victims of sexual abuse; and promoting an anti-democratic view of the office of the presidency. There is no turning a blind eye to what this would mean if he were reelected.

The former president might not become the Republican Party’s nominee. He lost the last election and hurt the party in 2022. A jury this week held him liable for sexual abuse and ordered him to pay writer E. Jean Carroll $5 million in damages. Earlier, he was indicted on criminal charges over falsifying business records as part of a hush money scheme to silence an adult film actress. Pending are three other investigations that could result in additional indictments, all more serious than the hush money case in New York.

By the time the primaries take shape early next year, Republican voters could have genuine reservations about his electability in a general election. He could face a competitive contest for the Republican nomination, but only if one of his challengers is able to meet the moment and consolidate anti-Trump support among GOP primary voters. At this point, he remains the party’s dominant figure and its most likely nominee.

President Biden has no serious opposition for the Democratic Party nomination. He has weaknesses — low approval, questions about his age in particular, criticisms of his record — but those are all issues up for consideration during the general election. That means America could be heading for a rerun of the 2020 election, with the two nominees having traded places as incumbent and challenger.

A Biden-Trump contest is one that many — maybe most — Americans are unenthusiastic about. Maybe it will never materialize. If it does, however, a rematch between these two politicians would be an election with clear choices and enormous consequences for the future of the country that go beyond normal considerations of presidential elections.

In many ways, the election next year will look and feel like all elections: the return of in-person national conventions; boisterous campaign rallies; saturation advertising especially in the battleground states (more negative than positive by far); heavy efforts to mobilize the parties’ bases with a modicum of outreach to the small percentage of genuine swing voters. Put aside the elephant in the room and it’s just like elections always were.

The 2024 election will be about some traditional issues. The state of the economy will weigh on voters as they assess their own futures and the candidates. Biden has put forward a freedom agenda, looking to cast Republicans as extremists for what they are doing in the states and nationally with respect to abortion, LGBTQ rights and the like, and pledging to protect those rights. Trump, if he is the GOP nominee, will hammer Biden on the border and immigration, on crime in cities, on the economy, though Biden will return fire on that.

The two would outline drastically different policy agendas that would move the country in opposite directions. The policy debate will be familiar and not unimportant, but it will not be the most important element of the election.

Trump’s town hall on CNN was a bright spotlight reminding everyone that this is a different era politically. He is anything but a traditional candidate, and, therefore, the stakes in these elections have been and will be unlike those that voters have had to confront. Both in office and out of office, Trump has changed the debate — by elevating its significance while debasing the terms.

His core supporters remain loyal. That was clear from the reaction of the largely Republican audience in New Hampshire during his town hall. They laughed and applauded as he bulldozed his way through. This is what his Republican challengers will have to overcome during the primaries, a Trump skilled in the repudiation of any who oppose him.

Some Trump supporters will say they have qualms about him. “Oh, his tweets,” was the standard way of expressing those qualms when he was in office. It was an easy way to suggest reservations about him even when they were bought into his agenda and quite willing to vote for him.

For some Republicans, opposition to the Democrats’ priorities has been enough for them to stick with Trump. No doubt that is still the case. But it was perhaps easier for them to compartmentalize policy choices on the one hand versus Trump’s anti-democratic instincts that have been on display since after the 2020 election. It’s not that Trump has changed; it’s that he takes every opportunity to reiterate those anti-democratic instincts, making the threats he represents more difficult for anyone to ignore.

His statements at the town hall were replete with false claims. He lied when he said the election was stolen.

He still claims that those supporters who stormed the Capitol are patriots and good people. He still will not commit to accepting the outcome of the 2024 election. As he puts it, he will accept the outcome if he thinks it is fair. And he has made clear that he intends to attack the institutions of the federal government if he is reelected to the presidency.

Most Americans know where they stand on Trump and have for years. Close to a majority simply oppose him outright, and they have turned out in big numbers in three consecutive elections: 2018, 2020 and 2022. A portion of the electorate, the hardcore loyalists, will follow him wherever he takes them. Another portion — many of whom identify with the Republican Party but dislike his conduct may still be torn.

Republican voters will render the initial judgments, both in their perceptions of Trump versus his rivals but as well in how much they perceive him as outside the mainstream of American politics. Some of his rivals may attack directly. Others are likely to tiptoe around the big question about his fitness for office and the dangers another term in the White House would represent.

If he becomes the nominee, a broader electorate will judge him, and he said a number of things during the town hall that could hurt him, among them claiming credit for the overturning of Roe v. Wade. The instincts of many people will be to approach 2024 as something familiar and with choices comparable to those of the past. But Trump’s candidacy presents a unique challenge to the electorate, to elected officials, to strategists and operatives, to the media.

He is who he was. If there was any doubt about that, his performance on CNN erased it. That is the frame of the 2024 election.

NYT – We’re Asking the Wrong Questions About the Trump Town Hall

As a former executive of Fox News, I never expected to write this: CNN performed a valuable journalistic service this week by hosting a spirited town hall with Donald Trump.

Like it or not, Mr. Trump is one of the two people who are most likely to win the presidency next year. He should be questioned by journalists at every opportunity, whether those be news conferences, live interviews, taped interviews, debates and, yes, town halls. Far too often, presidential candidates stick to scripted events, safe audiences and saturation advertising; days, even weeks, go by with a candidate — or a sitting president — not facing a single tough question.

We’ve heard a lot of naysayers deriding the recent town hall or even the idea of mainstream media interviews with Mr. Trump as “platforming” a monster.

Monster or not, Mr. Trump is the front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination (he is about 30 points ahead of his nearest rival) and a central figure in some of the most high-profile political and legal debates in this country. Are we better off as a society if, after shunting Mr. Trump into his own MAGA bubble, we wake up in November 2024 and find that he has been elected president?

With the first Republican primary debate scheduled for August, we need to confront this and some other uncomfortable questions now. Is American democracy so fragile that we cannot metabolize the outlandish views of a presidential candidate? If a candidate is the subject of serious investigations, shouldn’t the news media ask him about that? Are our ideas of journalism so degraded that providing airtime to a candidate is tantamount to an endorsement?

When a reporter holds a politician’s feet to the fire by asking him tough questions, that does not mean she or the network endorses the politician’s answers. We need to reflect on why televising a town hall with a leading candidate, no matter how abhorrent he is to a portion of the country, could inspire not just outrage at his performance but also fundamental questions about a television network’s decision to host the candidate. The Constitution does not bar Mr. Trump from running and our democracy does not bar him from running — yet CNN should not ask him tough questions?

Since the 1960 debate between Richard Nixon and John F. Kennedy, television networks have played a role in our country’s politics. Television is second only to the internet in its ability to concentrate the country’s attention. The United States is a mature democracy. We must trust voters to assess candidates and the media to provide more, not less, information.

Some Democrats think that Mr. Trump’s performance at the town hall will hurt him among swing voters, making it less likely that he will win in 2024. That may be so: Many swing voters have spent less time thinking about Mr. Trump these last two years because they don’t obsess about politics like partisans do. So it was a journalistic service to interrogate Mr. Trump’s brand of politics in a forum that allowed voters to assess the former president.

I have spent a lot of time thinking about what motivates Americans to vote, and I wonder if there’s more driving the hyperventilating about the town hall than just providing a platform to a monster. Could Democrats be worried that Mr. Trump’s brio and showmanship might strike a chord with some voters? Could Mr. Trump’s performance remind some independents that while they may not be overtly pro-Trump, they are more than a little anti-anti-Trump?

Having spent part of my career helping prepare news anchors to question presidential candidates in debates and town halls, I tip my hat to CNN’s Kaitlan Collins. Under enormous pressure, Ms. Collins kept her composure and, crucially, never made it about herself. Furthermore, she elicited responses from the candidate that made news on topics from abortion to Ukraine.

Mindful of Ms. Collins’s strong performance, critics have instead focused their ire on the town hall format, lamenting that it allowed Republican audience members to cheer on Mr. Trump’s insults and falsehoods.

But not all the people in the room were pro-Trump — just the noisy ones. Besides, news organizations have been using town hall formats for years, rightfully reasoning that it’s important for candidates to hear from likely primary voters.

Should we ban all town halls because the audience might side with the candidate? Should we ban live interviews because it’s too difficult to fact-check a candidate in real time? Or should we just ban Donald Trump altogether and get it over with, as many of his critics would prefer?

We should do none of these things. That would be a journalistic disservice to a pluralistic society and electorate that is entrusted with listening, assessing and judging our leaders. Town halls like this one help Americans to think for themselves. It wasn’t so long ago that journalists were able to report hard truths and conduct tough interviews without worrying about upsetting some segment of their viewers. CNN deserves a lot of credit for attempting to return to a baseline that I always considered Journalism 101, but which now feels downright old-fashioned.

CNN’S DISASTROUS ‘TOWN HALL’ WITH TRUMP PUT THE COUNTRY AT RISK

CNN’s New Hampshire town hall with DONALD TRUMP last night may have done more to boost his chances of winning the GOP presidential nomination than anything that’s happened since the 2020 election.” That was Politico Playbook’s substantive conclusion the following morning. Its more direct take: “To call it a shitshow would be generous.”

The New York Times concluded, “Trump’s Falsehoods and Bluster Overtake CNN Town Hall.” The Times also vividly described the raucous, hostile atmosphere CNN moderator Kaitlan Collins encountered:

The audience’s regular interruptions on behalf of Mr. Trump were like a laugh track on a sitcom. It built momentum for him in the room — and onscreen for the television audience — and stifled Ms. Collins as she repeatedly tried to interrupt him with facts and correctives.

No matter how vulgar, profane or politically incorrect Mr. Trump was, the Republican crowd in New Hampshire audibly ate up the shtick of the decades-long showman.

He would pardon a “large portion” of Jan. 6 rioters. Applause.

He mocked the detailed accusations of rape from E. Jean Carroll as made up “hanky-panky in a dressing room.” Laughter. No matter that a New York jury held him liable for sexual abuse and defamation this week, awarding Ms. Carroll $5 million in damages.

Calling Ms. Carroll a “wack job.” Applause and laughs.

Flip-flopping on using the debt ceiling for leverage, because “I’m not president.” More laughs.

The cheers revealed the current psyche of the Republican base, which is eager for confrontation: with the press, with Democrats, with anyone standing in the way of Republicans taking power.

It made for tough sledding for Ms. Collins, who was like an athlete playing an away game on hostile turf: She had to battle the crowd and the candidate simultaneously.

“You’re a nasty person,” Mr. Trump said to her at one point, echoing the line he used against Hillary Clinton in 2016.

The town-hall format felt like a set piece for Mr. Trump that he leveraged to cast himself as both the putative Republican incumbent — “Mister president,” he was repeatedly addressed as — and the outsider, recreating conditions from his two previous campaigns.

This town hall carnival comes on the heels of the inexplicable decision CBS made to give airtime to Marjorie Taylor Greene on its respected 60 Minutes show last month. I’m deeply disturbed that America’s mainstream media platforms are choosing to platform politicians who are openly espousing the Big Lie that the 2020 election was stolen and who are fueling their runs on openly racist and anti-democratic sentiments.

Prior to the event, CNN’s defense was that its coverage was appropriate because Donald Trump is a former president who’s currently the leading Republican nominee for president in 2024. But he is also, of course, a twice-impeached president who attempted to steal an election he lost via a raft of illegal schemes, the chief of which was his incitement of a violent insurrection at the US Capitol building that put his own vice president’s life in jeopardy and resulted in the deaths of seven people, plus two US Capitol police officers who later took their own lives following the trauma they experienced that day.

There’s no legitimate, much less pressing, reason to give our disgraced former president such a national platform. The election remains 18 months away, and the GOP field of presidential candidates hasn’t fully taken shape. Moreover, Trump was found guilty, on the day before the scheduled town hall meeting, of sexually assaulting and defaming E. Jean Carroll, giving the network an easy excuse to kill the interview. Yet it moved forward.

Even if one concedes the newsworthiness of an interview with Trump at this time, the decision to fill the room exclusively with Republican primary voters—and to misleadingly call such a skewed audience a “town hall” meeting—remains indefensible.

To state the obvious, Republican primary voters are the strongest partisans and the biggest MAGA fans. To give you a sense of just how skewed the attitudes of this demographic are, and how far out of step they are with mainstream Americans, here are just a few of the beliefs of those who say they strongly identify as Republican (a group that constitutes only 15% of Americans), based on recent surveys from PRRI.¹

Strong majorities of this group are all-in for Trump’s MAGA worldview and support the television media networks that promote it:

84% have a favorable view of Trump, compared to 32% of Americans.
71% continue to believe the Big Lie that the 2020 election was stolen from Donald Trump, compared to 28% of Americans (PRRI, American Values Survey, 2022).
Nearly half (48%) say they most trust either Fox News or far-right news such as Newsmax or OAN to give them accurate news about current events and politics, compared to only 14% of Americans. Notably, only 2% say they most trust CNN.
Most do not blame Trump for the violence on January 6th, and one-third believe our current political and cultural context may justify political violence.

Only 15% believe Donald Trump bears a lot of responsibility for the violent actions of the rioters who took over the U.S. Capitol building on January 6th, compared to a majority (56%) of Americans (PRRI survey, 2021).²
32% believe that because things have gotten so far off track, true American patriots may have to resort to violence in order to save our country, compared to 16% of Americans.
Most cheer on Trump’s displays of aggressive and predatory masculinity:

70% agree that “society as a whole has become too soft and feminine,” compared to 38% of Americans.
63% agree that “these days society seems to punish men just for acting like men,” compared to 34% of Americans.
Most hold Christian nationalist views and affirm the racist “great replacement theory.”

62% believe God intended American to be a new promised land for “European Christians,” compared to 30% of Americans.
69% believe that immigrants are invading our country and replacing our cultural and ethnic background, compared to 32% of Americans.

It’s also important to emphasize that this package of beliefs is held together among strong Republicans by a firm ethno-religious identity. While the country continues to become more racially and religiously diverse, those who identify as strong Republicans remain a highly homogeneous group. More than three-quarters of strong Republicans (76%) identify as White and Christian, compared to only 42% of Americans overall.

This White Christian identity, easily animated by appeals to resentment and racism, is the moral glue holding this defensive and defiant group together. Its apocalyptic worldview—where the all-important end of preserving a White Christian America justifies a by-any-means-necessary politics—legitimates support for Trump.

I’ll give the last word today to Michael Fanone, a former police officer who was at the Capitol on the day of the Jan. 6, 2021, attacks, and who wrote an op-ed in Rolling Stone calling out CNN’s irresponsibility in giving Trump their stage.

I witnessed this assault firsthand as an officer with the Metropolitan Police Department, who like hundreds of MPD officers, responded to the U.S. Capitol Police Department’s calls for assistance after their officers were overrun by Trump’s mob. As a result of my efforts that day I was severely beaten, struck numerous times with a taser, and suffered a heart attack as well as a traumatic brain injury. One police officer died, and several others took their own lives in the wake of that barbaric day.

It is not just that Trump’s lies and political rhetoric sparked an uprising at our nation’s Capitol. Trump, as U.S. president, lied in an effort to defraud the American people and overturn a free and fair election in an attempt to remain in power. (See the January 6th Select Committee’s Report.) In doing so he betrayed every aspect of his oath to represent us as Americans. We no longer need to imagine what Trump is capable of. He has shown us that he is an authoritarian who will use any means at his disposal, including violence, to remain in power….

To me, allowing Trump an open forum on a major television news network is the moral equivalent of putting an AR-15 in the hands of someone mentally unstable. Whether words or bullets — and I have seen firsthand the effects of both — they are equally dangerous in the mouths or hands of those who have shown us time and time again what their true intentions are.

By platforming a former president who is a clear and present danger to democracy in front of his most ardent supporters—particularly the day after his conviction of sexual assault and defamation—CNN has put not only its own reputation but the country at risk. It has chosen to value clicks over country and to place profits over principles.

  8. Highly Contagious and Drug-Resistant Ringworm Reported in US for First Time
    By Jim Hoft May. 13, 2023 8:15 am533 Comments

New York City is home to the country’s first-ever reported cases of ringworm infections that are highly contagious and resistant to common anti-fungal treatments, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Two cases were reported to state health officials by the dermatologist in February, and those cases are briefly documented in a case study released Thursday in the CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report.

“On February 28, 2023, a New York City dermatologist notified public health officials of two patients who had severe tinea that did not improve with oral terbinafine treatment, raising concern for potential T. indotineae infection; these patients shared no epidemiologic links,” according to CDC.

The first case dates back to the summer of 2021, and it involved a pregnant woman in her twenties who had never left the country, was in perfect health, and had never been in contact with anyone else who had a

  10. Feds on Parade: Hundreds of ‘Patriot Front’ Members March in Khakis and Masks Towards U.S. Capitol (VIDEO)
    By Jim Hoft May. 13, 2023 3:00 pm2 Comments

On Saturday, members of the Patriot Front, a group that leftists have labeled as white supremacist, marched towards the U.S. Capitol.

Approximately 150-200 members of the Patriot Front were out in khakis and blue T-shirts again. They were all wearing masks while being escorted with police.

The group invested in several flags for today’s march including “Reclaim America.” It would be interesting to discover who paid for the travel, the flags, and the uniforms.

Biden DOJ Appeals Florida Federal Court’s Ruling that Blocks Regime from Releasing Illegals on Streets of US without Court Notices

The Biden regime ended Title 42 and opened the US borders this week to MILLIONS of new illegal aliens from around the world.

The regime is releasing the illegals on the streets of America without trial dates for several years or not at all.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams recently slammed Biden’s border policy, indirectly, by claiming that the migrant crisis is ‘destroying’ the city.

Adams is finally experiencing what people who live near the border have known for years.

Adams says New York is at a breaking point due to the number of migrants who keep arriving in the city and needing services.

It was recently reported that it’s costing New York City up to $5 million dollars a day to house and feed illegal immigrants.

The Gateway Pundit reported Friday that armed federal agents faced off against reporters trying to document illegal alien migrants being boarded onto buses at the El Paso, Texas after Title 42 expired.

A federal worker in civilian clothes told the reporters they were protecting the “privacy” of the migrants. The feds moved a Border Patrol truck in front of the reporters to block their view. A protester can be heard denouncing the Biden administration’s policies.

The Deep State is REALLY making it obvious these days.

On Saturday race-baiter Joe Biden warned graduates at the historically-black Howard University that, “The most dangerous terrorist threat to our country is white supremacy.”

    By Margaret Flavin May. 13, 2023 6:50 pm2 Comments

As Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot nears the end of her disastrous term, and leaving a city ablaze with violence and in economic dire straits, she made sure to sign a slew of executive orders, 10 in all, to make sure that Chicagoans continue to suffer from her tenure.

Some of the orders included the establishment of youth commissions, pension advance funds and the game plan for the implementation of a “We Will Chicago” plan. The We Will Chicago plan includes a focus on equity stating, “Equity is essential to address structural racism, depopulation, poverty, and health disparities. Equity is measured by both processes and outcomes for people.”

  16. Marjorie Taylor Greene Hints Hunter Biden’s Sex Workers May Testify in Front of Congress
    By Margaret Flavin May. 13, 2023 7:30 pm82 Comments

The House Oversight Committee continues their probe into the Biden crime family and Hunter Biden’s role in the sleazy activities.

According to comments from Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), there are now discussions underway to bring in some of the sex workers who were entangled with Hunter to testify in front of Congress.

The Gateway Pundit reported on James Comer’s announcement that the House Oversight Committee is committed to the investigation into the MILLIONS in illegal business dealings by the Biden family that have been concealed from the American public.

Hunter’s own dealings are especially concerning. His personal actions with hookers and crack dealers, often from Ukraine and Russia, put the US at risk. Naked Hunter famously told one hooker that Russians stole his laptop for blackmail.

A naked Hunter went down a waterslide, and bizarrely felt the need to record it, to the delight of a prostitute.

In an exclusive, The New York Post reports:

“We’re going to track down these women and talk to them and if there is a credible reason that we need to bring them in front of the Oversight Committee then absolutely we will do that. Especially when it involves our national security,” said Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.).

“I’ve been talking about it with [committee] Chairman [James] Comer and we’re already working in that direction.”

“There was an entire stack of papers and it was each transaction, each person, each LLC, Hunter Biden’s law firm, Hunter Biden himself, and multiple Biden family members — then it was all these prostitutes. And you can go through and it gives all the prostitutes’ names, addresses, birthdates, telephone numbers, their passports,” Greene said.

She continued: “We need to talk to them, especially the ones from Russia and Ukraine. … We need to find out where they were with Hunter Biden. Did they go in the White House when [Joe Biden] was Vice President? We just need to know these things. Where they’ve been, what they know, what they’ve seen, what they’ve heard.”

A Project Veritas video shows a staff member for a Democratic member of Congress saying he thinks his boss has been lying about her background.

Fabricated backgrounds have become a hot issue amid the scandal surrounding Republican Rep. George Santos of New York.

The Twitter video from Project Veritas, a conservative activist group, features Legislative Correspondent Clay Connor Elmore, who works for Democratic Rep. Lauren Underwood of Illinois. In the video, Elmore is asked if Democrats have similar issues to those of Santos.
