Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

This is the new Samizdat. We must use it while we can.

    • BBC – Countries that ‘mistreated’ Ukraine will be held to account, warns foreign minister

Countries that “mistreated Ukraine” will be held to account after the war ends, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has warned.

In an interview with the BBC, Kuleba also said the delays of Western weapon deliveries would cost Ukrainian lives.

During the wide-ranging interview, Kuleba discussed how he believes the war will end, the role of China in the war, and his disappointment that Pope Francis has yet to visit his country.

      • ‘Weaken Russian army’? ‘Human waves’?

        1. Copying Putin’s stated objectives from Day 1, i.e. “demilitarize Ukraine”. Hall of Mirrors in the Fog of War.

        2. Bakhmut is Wagner PMC, NOT the Russian Army! Their losses aren’t a factor in public support for the war. That’s why they were deployed in Syria. They would’ve died in prison anyway.

        3. NOT “human waves”. Just the reverse! The Western media buys the cliche from Stalin’s WW2. It’s the artillery, stupid!

==>Most important: Ukes are counting their OWN army casualties as RUSSIAN army losses! Russian-Ukrainians haven’t been exactly enthusiastic – to say the least – about dying for the Kiev regime. They’re just cannon fodder, so add those soldiers to the Uke Clobber List.

==>Uke Army soldiers shot by “anti-retreat” squads (foreign mercenaries, Right Sector) are added to the toll of Russian Army casualties. The wounded are either executed on the spot or left to die.

My Russki will get more info today at the Orthodox Church.

        • Everything I am reading says the Russian Generals are fighting a smart war. They are destroying the enemy while preserving their soldiers. This is how you win wars, killing the enemy instead of your own soldiers.

I wish we had a rational President that doesn’t want to destroy the US. The US doesn’t have a dog in this fight. I think Obiden started the war to bankrupt the US faster.

          • Putin is obsessed with the population collapse of the Russian-speaking world.

I’ve heard this from various sources, including Kazuko, whose Japan-based demography consultancy is a contractor for the RF. And from Russian-Israelis.

While Putin is nostalgic about Empire, bitter about the post-USSR insolence of the West, he’s at a point in his life when securing the *Russian people* is his top priority. South and eastern Ukraine fit the profile. The regime in Kiev has sought their extinction since 2014. That’s the goal of revanchist elements running Nato and the EU.

That’s why he’s been so parsimonious with allocation of troops. Terrible to say, but military contractors are expendable. Those used to fight Syrian jihadis were too savage to be welcomed home. So they were sent to die in Libya. They’d fight their Turkmen counterparts while Putin and Erdogan watched together in Sochi. Comparing notes over ice cream.

The military-grade, Cold War propaganda we’re fed doesn’t fit Russia or the Putin of today. The domino theory is nonsense. He doesn’t have the people to occupy great swaths of territory. Like Belarus, half of Ukraine identifies as Russia, half as semi-Poland.

Holding it would be a nightmare, but it can’t be left as a missile-launching platform. Delusional Nato functionaries continue to advocate dismembering the RF. They can’t be trusted.

So Russia needs a meat barrier.
            Human sandbags. A bullet sponge.

          • That explains Putin, I was talking about Biden and Obama. Their actions say they are trying to bankrupt the US to make it easier to install their communist government. They pushed to create a shooting war giving them an excuse to ship weapons and ammo to Ukraine without reading them. Remember Obama cut the size of the Army, but instead of mothballing the excess equipment he gave the equipment to salvage yards. This means that the equipment we send to Ukraine has to be taken from the active duty equipment. Then they shipped most of our reserve ammo and are now having trouble manufacturing more. Until Obama we had several companies we bought things from, Obama cut us back to one supplier for every items. We have. No depth to take up the slack.

      • Media focus on Bakhmut is vastly disproportionate.
Partly because Wagner manages PR there, not Shoigu, RF Minister of Defense. (Shoigu is much more reticent, not well-informed, and not the sharpest tool in the shed. Prigozhin, head of Wagner, is smart as a whip.)

It’s a distraction, a red herring. Avdiivka is at least as important as Bakhmut. Uke losses in the Liman sector are higher.

Ukes are building up a counter-offensive in Zaporozhye. There’s a _yuge_ concentration of Western-equipped and trained forces, from 40,000 to 70,000. According to rumors, Polish is more widely spoken than Ukrainian.

    • VOA – US Opposes Chinese Cease-Fire Proposal in Ukraine

WASHINGTON — The White House is rejecting Beijing’s proposal for a truce in Ukraine, ahead of Chinese President Xi Jinping’s meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin in Moscow next week and a subsequent phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

“We’d be concerned if coming out of this meeting there was some sort of call for a cease-fire,” said John Kirby National Security Council coordinator for strategic communications in an interview with VOA on Friday. “While a cease-fire sounds good, it actually ratifies Russia’s gains on the ground.”

Putin’s foreign policy adviser, Yuri Ushakov, earlier Friday said the talks with Xi could yield new approaches to the war in Ukraine.

“I’m sure that our leader and the Chinese leader will exchange their assessments of the situation there,” he said. “We shall see what ideas will emerge after that.”

Kirby suggested that a cease-fire could provide Moscow with the opportunity to prepare for a more effective assault on Ukraine in the future.

A cease-fire at this point, he added, “doesn’t serve Ukraine’s interest” and “would be a violation of the U.N. Charter” as it would take away from the recognition that Russia is illegally inside Ukraine.

Cautiously welcoming Beijing’s involvement, Zelensky said success would depend on actions not words.

Last month Beijing released its 12-point framework for a political settlement in Ukraine, calling for a “direct dialogue as quickly as possible” to reach a “comprehensive cease-fire.”

The document lacked specifics about resolving Russia’s occupation of Ukrainian territory or security guarantees for Ukraine. It did not call for the withdrawal of Russian forces.

      Chinese motives

By proposing a cease-fire, the Chinese appear to be trying to “salvage something for Putin,” said David Kramer, executive director of the George W. Bush Institute.

“The Russian forces are not doing well,” he told VOA. “And we don’t need the Chinese intervention at this point.”

Not all observers are quick to dismiss Beijing’s diplomatic overtures. Given that Putin has burned his bridges with the West and become more dependent on China, Xi may have a decent chance of brokering peace, said George Beebe, director of Grand Strategy at the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft, a think tank that advocates restraint in U.S. foreign policy.

“He has limited room for maneuver[ing] in rejecting the Chinese involvement altogether,” Beebe told VOA.

On the Ukrainian side, Beebe noted that while they are not dependent on Beijing, they realize that China is potentially an important wild card. Zelenskyy would want to engage with Xi if only to prevent Beijing from supporting Putin militarily, which could alter the war’s outcome.

      Slim prospects

The prospects for a cease-fire acceptable to the warring parties at this point are slim.

Recent polls show that 85% of Ukrainians believe no territorial concessions are acceptable even if that means a longer war.

Kievv is demanding that Russia pull back from areas taken since its February 2022 invasion as well as from the Crimean Peninsula, which Putin illegally annexed in 2014.

Meanwhile, Moscow would oppose any truce that would require it to withdraw from newly annexed Ukrainian territories, said James Acton, co-director of the Nuclear Policy Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. It is even less likely to agree to withdraw from Crimea.

“It’s held it since 2014,” Acton told VOA. “It is a crowning achievement of Putin’s reign.”

Even with no little prospect of a concrete outcome, the announcement of the meeting with Xi provided a diplomatic boost to Putin on the same day the International Criminal Court announced it wants to put the Russian leader on trial for alleged war crimes.

Because of the warrant, should Putin travel to a country that is party to the ICC, that country has the legal obligation to arrest and surrender him to the court, ICC President Piotr Hofmanski told VOA.

      Growing diplomatic ambition

Xi’s plan to visit Moscow is the latest sign of the Chinese leader’s growing diplomatic ambition, following last week’s announcement of a Beijing-brokered deal that allowed Iran and Saudi Arabia to reestablish diplomatic relations after seven years of hostility.

China is signaling that it wants to be involved in a future peace process, said Moritz Rudolf, a fellow at Yale Law School’s Paul Tsai China Center.

“Part of it is to be perceived as an ‘international responsible great power,’” he told VOA.

This makes Washington uncomfortable. “I don’t think the United States wants to be in a situation where China develops a reputation around the world for being a peacemaker,” Beebe said.

Kirby insisted that the administration’s opposition to the cease-fire is not because it was proposed by China.

“I’ve been very clear. It’s about the principle of a cease-fire called for right now, which would essentially just ratify Russia’s gains,” he said.

    • Rasmus Paludan will burn Quran in Wakefield, England, on 22 March 2023 – the first day of Ramadan!

Rasmus Paludan will come to Wakefield in England and burn the Quran on Wednesday March 22, 2023, when Ramadan begins!

On February 23, 2023, a brave and capable Christian 14-year-old English boy took his own Quran to school. The Quran ended up on the ground and was slightly crumpled. He attended school at Kettlethorpe High School in Wakefield. Quite unfairly, he was suspended from school. Undemocratic forces sent him death threats. Undemocratic forces, including the school management and the police, took part in a humiliating session where the boy’s mother had to apologise. Although there was nothing to apologize for.

There is no blasphemy law in England. It is legal to criticize stupid religions. In response to the undemocratic people’s threats against the 14-year-old boy,
Rasmus Paludan chose to burn a Quran in front of a British embassy on Saturday 4 March 2023.

      It’s just not enough!
Every time the undemocratic forces try to humiliate us, we will fight back!
That is why party leader Rasmus Paludan has decided to travel to Wakefield and burn a Quran in front of the school on Wednesday 22 March 2023.

That is the day Ramadan begins. It is a tribute to freedom of speech in England and the rest of Europe. It is a legal action which will of course be done in cooperation with West Yorkshire Police and other authorities.

    • An interesting read, I think that distracting us from the banking crisis and Hunter’s scandals is probably a large portion of their reasoning. What they are ignoring is how this action will ensure Trump wins, which will allow him to do major damage to the swamp and the establishment in both parties.

The New York Police Department is preparing to deploy 700 riot cops to mitigate the potential mayhem expected ahead of former President Donald Trump’s anticipated arrest this week.

The NYPD is reportedly coordinating with senior staff members from the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and officers who provide security at the state Supreme Court building in lower Manhattan to prevent violence or a riot similar to January 6.

The NYPD’s s Strategic Response Group is reportedly gearing up for a showdown between MAGA conservatives and anti-Trump protesters outside Manhattan Criminal Court while Trump is arraigned.\

  2. The Optimistic Conservative
Three mindsets that need a reset if we want a return to constitutional governance
    Eyes forward.

Fear not: this will be brief. I’ve actually written at considerable length on these topics before, but all I want to accomplish here is to lay down a few markers, as a season of what promises to be incredible silliness bears down on us.

We’ll need touchstones with which to think about what’s going off the rails. The basic problem is always more fundamental than the details by which we tend to navigate. We come up with shallow hypotheses and explanations, but they’re situational and ultimately unsatisfactory. I don’t propose to dictate what people conclude about causes and effects here, so much as suggest ways to think about our problem that are more fruitful than what we usually do.

One of the good effects of this is to adjust our thinking to a level as profound as the one the American Founders operated on, when they were deliberating the concepts of law and government for the new republic.

The starting point for discussing these three mindsets is a key matter of perception about why the American polity finds so little to agree on today. The most salient reason isn’t that all those other people have lost their minds, although at times it sure looks like people have gone crazy.

The most salient reason is that we’ve accepted making literally everything in life a matter for regulation and government enforcement.

Government isn’t a benign presence, and it isn’t supposed to be one. Government exists first and foremost for enforcement. It isn’t suited for open-ended therapy or benevolent suggestion. What we allow it to have a say on will in every case become a situation of mandate, prohibition, and usually punishment. It will coercively alter lives.

When at least one side is invariably aiming to chart the course of government coercion, as today’s Left is, of course the other side can’t agree. It’s one thing if the topic is something merely ill-judged and evil-precedent-setting, like banning incandescent light bulbs or drop-sided cribs. It’s another thing entirely, if the topic is demanding that ideological zealots have access to people’s minor children for the purpose of preaching “sexuality” and transgender theory to them.

It’s also another thing – an intolerable thing, one on which there is no compromise position – if the goal of government coercion is to force people to change their life arrangements in service of an ideology, anyone’s ideology, or in ways that violates people’s consciences and faiths.

Government coercion as the end-state raises the stakes on every public debate. The stakes have been too high for compromise for years now. The intensity level could be instantly dialed back on a lot of things we argue over, if the purpose of argument weren’t about wielding government to crush other people’s freedom.

But for the advocates of government intervention in everything, that’s what the purpose is.

A great many people who don’t want to be intervened with, on ever-growing lists of life arrangements and decisions, are nevertheless unable to see that the problem is our expectations of government. We’ve accepted it as the intervening juggernaut it has become. And it’s going to keep pursuing us for more intervention until we reset our premises about that.

With that in mind, three mindset/thinking tools to ponder. I will state each as an affirmative proposition.

1 Humans are incapable of deliberately and systematically reshaping the physical, moral, or spiritual world for good.

Government doesn’t enable us to do this. The coercive power of government, and our complacent post-modern view of our scientific prowess, combine to delude us that we can be so enabled.

Government’s great delusion is that we can approach the project of reshaping as a scheme, viewing the cosmos, the earth’s environment and natural furnishings, and our fellow humans as systems to be tuned, remodeled, renovated, or otherwise altered by some formula to produce better outcomes.

We aren’t capable of that and we never will be. We are capable of living well, each individually; showing direct and personal kindness and integrity to others; picking up after ourselves and being careful what we leave behind. By doing our best in the span of our own reach, we can each and all affect the world around us for good. But we cannot have a larger, systematic effect for good by seeking to command what’s all around us with the threat of government force.

Unfortunately, this deluded premise is precisely the energizing idea of progressivism. We don’t realize how much it has infected our thinking over the last 100 to 150 years. But as with Marxism, which is the framework in which virtually all popular, mainstream discussion of the human condition is now conducted, progressivism has overtaken our lexicon and common premises. Our thinking doesn’t know how to breathe without it today.

Yet it, like Marxism, is a lie about reality. Collective efforts to defy and replace the extant realities of our existence not only don’t work; they are always and invariably distorting and destructive.

We will never throw off the shackles of a government that’s too big for goodwill and agreement without rejecting the false “reshaping” premise.

2 Government regulation corrupts, and is much less necessary than our progressive thinking imagines today./I>

The best government doesn’t set itself up to be bribed, or to enforce rent-seeking schemes at the point of a gun. Regulation is a vehicle for both arrangements. Always and everywhere; there are no exceptions. The variations are not in whether the effect is felt, but in how egregious and invasive it is.

Endlessly writing new regulations is equal to endlessly expanding the opportunity for corruption.

Meanwhile, the U.S. has reached the point at which there is little pretense anymore that regulators do the work their offices were originally intended for. To see this clearly, you don’t need to look beyond the Food and Drug Administration’s and the CDC’s infamous exertions with the COVID-19 vaccines. But you could also look to the astonishingly feckless attitude of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco in the months before the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank. It wasn’t watching the capital asset health of the bank (its actual charter); it was obsessing over “DEI” issues.

You could look as well to the Department of Homeland Security and its administration of the U.S. border, which now uses the Border Patrol itself to usher in illegal migrants rather than preventing their entry.

A key danger for accountable government is that when misuse and abuse of regulatory power produce bad outcomes, officials blame it on a need to regulate better, which invariably means more heavily. In the vast majority of cases, however, the problem is either that the law isn’t being enforced, or that the congressional intent of a regulatory power is being ignored, with some other intent quietly substituted for it.

No nation has ever been as heavily and thoroughly regulated as the United States of America is today. The rubric of regulation has the effect of separating government behavior from the accountable expectations of the people. But it also hides itself in plain sight: by becoming mere background landscape, the banality of regulation desensitizes us to its existence.

Many younger people today actually think what’s going on around them is not regulated. They clamor for regulation, because they have no idea that what they’re seeing 24/7 is the result of regulation, with both its magnetic properties for corrupt practices and its distortion of incentives and expectations.

They’ve been taught for decades now to be terrified of life without government supposedly watching out for their interests, against the imagined predation of a mankind defined for them in the divisive, vilifying terms of Marxism.

Yet such “watching” is a giant bribery, extortion, and rent-seeking scheme, and indeed has gained so much institutional and economic power today that it forms an expanding basis for controlling and limiting the people.

It’s a very hard mindset to break: the mindset that regulation works uniformly as intended and we’d be in unacceptable danger without it. Some mild forms of regulation, especially at the state level or below, may work well enough over time to justify their cost. (Regulation always imposes additional costs.) But most of it also becomes outdated and counterproductive over the same period.

Regulation isn’t a magic wand for making things better. It carries significant, ever-present moral hazards, and unlike lawsuits and criminal law, it doesn’t deal in demonstrated specifics but in theories about causality. It coerces the public while escaping the obligation to prove or justify its premises – all it needs is an original charter from Congress and it can make prophylactic whoopee.

It will take moral courage to break the mental chains of the regulatory mindset, but unless we do, our political environment will only worsen.

3 Voting is a veto on government power, and was meant to be by America’s Founders.

We lost touch with this founding idea so long ago that saying it today will seem impossibly strange to the generations that have been taught to revere the menu-voting excitement of “democracy.”

But for the Framers of the Constitution, voting for federal offices was one of the Constitution’s checks and balances. They didn’t intend it foremost as an exercise in selecting from a menu of policy proposals in every election cycle. They intended it to prevent the growth of such a menu.

The federal government was instead supposed to have a more limited charter, such that long menus of policy proposals wouldn’t even come up. The Founders wrote often about the hazards of changing government’s vector with every change of majority power in the two elected branches (their view of what democracy is). They deliberately gave the U.S. a government that wouldn’t see the people’s lives dragged around from pillar to post by the majority of the day. The Founders understood that to be the corrupt, destabilizing career of democracy in ancient Athens, and their goal was to prevent it taking hold in America.

Voting in a democracy is about voting on everything, as if it’s a civic duty to agree that we must use the ballot box to opine on our neighbors’ business.

The purpose of voting in the constitutional republic the Framers crafted was to be the opposite: a check on government’s tendency to inflate its idea of itself and set the people against each other.

Not one syllable of the U.S. Constitution conveys enthusiasm for government and what can be done with it. The whole document is about keeping government in check, with the Constitution and the people acting as the ultimate checks. The people’s power is wielded through voting. In a document like the Constitution, it’s not just unlikely; it’s impossible, that the envisioned purpose of voting was for the people to pursue their dreams and passions, or express their every heartfelt preference, through government.

That’s not what government is properly for, and it’s not what voting is for. Unless we de-romanticize voting and the role of government, we won’t break the chains of encroaching government that are layering up about us like the clanking, clattering burden of Marley’s ghost.

The idea of shedding these mindsets will be alarming to many. Some who see the need for it will still think it’s too hard. But so much is shifting tectonically underneath us today that I think more and more people realize we do need fundamental changes in how we now approach government. Our approach today isn’t that of our nation’s beginning, and certainly not that of its vision. In terms of the people’s mass indoctrination in it, it’s barely 50 years old, if that. Those of my generation – Gen W – can clearly remember a time when the people didn’t walk around petrified of not being regulated enough, and anxious to vote mandates on their neighbors.

We can’t afford to ignore root causes of dysfunction that are hard to dislodge. Moreover, time and a series of remarkable, mind-blowing developments are doing much of the work for us. People increasingly don’t need convincing about the inevitability of a “mindset reset,” as much as they need thinking aids for it.

Postscript: I sympathize with everyone who says the most fundamental thing we need to do is turn back to God. I agree. But that condition is not one to be brokered by or for government, or shaped by our continuing temporal need for government. It’s a spiritual precondition for everything else, including having wise and proper expectations of government. My project here is to propose elements of those wise and proper expectations.

  3. Mark Levin on Democrat DA’s Indictment of President Trump: “This Is Soft Tyranny – Their Goal is to Destroy Civil Society” (VIDEO)
    By Jim Hoft Mar. 19, 2023 9:30 am49 Comments

Mark Levin joined FOX and Friends Weekend to discuss the upcoming arrest of President Trump by the Democrat New York City DA Alvin Bragg this coming Tuesday.

Levin pointed out that this is the latest piece of evidence that the Democrat Party’s goal is to destroy civil society. This is the mission of the Democrat Party.

Mark Levin: When the people lose faith in the law the country is done. The people are losing faith in the law because the Democrat Party and the Democrat prosecutors in Manhattan, the Soros prosecutor want them to lose faith in the law. Their whole goal is to destroy the civil society and the morality that undergirds it. That is the mission of the Democrat Party.

Mark Levin added later in the interview that American citizens are ALREADY living under a soft tyranny where Democrats are not prosecuted while Republicans are thrown in prison and charged with made-up crimes.

    • DC Judge Demands Army Combat Veteran nad J6 Defendant Come to D.C. For Hearing After He Attended CPAC and ALLEGEDLY FLEW IN ON TRUMP’S PRIVATE JET!
      By Cara Castronuova Mar. 19, 2023 7:45 am370 Comments

A January 6th defendant is in trouble for “hobnobbing with conservative lawmakers”.

The Government says Retired Army Captain Gabriel Garcia violated his pre-release conditions when he attended CPAC earlier this month.

Garcia has been subpoenaed to report to a courthouse in Washington D.C on Monday for a status hearing. This comes after the pre-trial service office reported Garcia to his judge for violating conditions of his release after he attended CPAC. CPAC is an annual political conference attended by conservative activists and elected officials from across the United States and beyond.

Garcia’s family is extremely fearful that Judge Amy Berman Jackson will throw him into the DC Gulag after the hearing, as she has openly shown her distaste for the Army Captain and Bronze Star Iraq War Veteran. Garcia was awaiting trial from his home in Miami but according to a new government motion he violated his pre-trial conditions when he traveled to CPAC earlier this month to speak with his attorney and his Florida Congressional Representative Matt Gaetz.

See a page from the government’s complaint:

** Donate HERE to help Garcia out with his legal expenses. Garcia is asking for prayers and help.

The government complained that Garcia socialized with other January 6’ers and conservative politicians at the event. The government also claims that Garcia possibly traveled by private jet to DC- but not just any private jet! According to the geniuses in the DOJ it was allegedly on President’s Trump 747.

How did the government come to this conclusion? A local liberal paper from Garcia’s home city of Miami made this ridiculous fake news claim after Garcia posted a parody photo of Trump’s private jet on social media. The government actually cited “The Miami New Times” gossip newspaper as a reference in the actual court filled motion.

“It seems minions of the Biden Regime have reported to Obama Appointee Judge Amy Jackson that they read in gossip rags and fake liberal newspapers that Garcia was ‘brashly schmoozing with conservatives’ at CPAC,” said Tina Ryan of Citizens Against Political Persecution. “He was seen taking photos with Rep. Matt Gaetz and Donald Trump Junior. In the upside-down world we live in, that is considered a high crime that needs to be punished.”

Donate HERE to help Garcia out with his legal expenses. Garcia is asking for prayers and help.

Garcia took a photo with Trump Jr. at CPAC.
Garcia told us he drove to CPAC in his RV from Florida and did not fly there in Trump’s private jet as alleged by the government. Garcia also informed us he is required to wear an ankle monitor to track his every move- so therefore the government already knows he drove and that their claim is ridiculous.

According to Garcia, the pre-trial agreement allows him to travel as long as he does not enter Washington D.C. All January 6th defendants are banned from entering D.C. without special permission. Garcia obtained approval to go Washington D.C. for this trip to meet with attorneys and observe a J6 trial, but he slept outside of D.C. in Alexandria, Virginia in his parked RV. This can be confirmed by his ankle monitor report. Garcia said he went to observe a couple days of a J6 trial to prepare for his own trial, but became sickened at what he saw.

“I got tired of looking at the false prosecution and looking at that Jury panel that all look like they belong on some MSNBC panel with their double masks made me sick so I decided to exit and leave the f-ing district for good,” said a disgusted Garcia. While Garcia’s words may seem harsh, this reporter can verify from first-hand observation that his accounting of a D.C. January 6th trial courtroom is accurate.

This is what Garcia posted on social media that ticked off the Government and appeared in their motion as one of their grievances to the judge:

When Garcia attended CPAC, the event took place at a location in Maryland- NOT in Washington D.C. (The conference was at the Gaylord National Convention Center located across the District of Columbia in National Harbor, Maryland.) According to Garcia, he went to CPAC to meet with his attorneys. Garcia also spoke with Congressman Matt Gaetz (his representative from the State of Florida) about how his legal team could request the J6 footage that Speaker Kevin McCarthy promised to make available to them.

Garcia’s crime? “Hobnobbing with Conservative lawmakers.”
According to a motion filed by Garcia’s attorney:

      Around the Web
Everyone Wanted to Date Her in the 70s, This is Her Today
“That Mr. Garcia then went to CPAC in Maryland, should be treated no differently than if he went to a restaurant, church services, or a movie theater in Maryland and posted that on social media—he was not in D.C. While at CPAC, Mr. Garcia was working on his defense to these charges. Indeed, he asked Congressman M. Gaetz, who is from Mr. Garcia’s home state, how and when could his defense team access the 40,000 hours of unreleased video Capitol Police have. Also, he and his counsel met, and conferred extensively with, attorney Ivan Raiklin, whom they may retain for assistance and trial preparation. Mr. Raiklin had spoken to Mr. Garcia on March 2 at CPAC, and he told Mr. Garcia to return the next day with his counsel to discuss at length defense strategies, which they did. On March 2 and March 3, CPAC’s programs concluded at 5 PM each day; Mr. Garcia then went to and ate at a nearby restaurant on March 2, and he ate at a restaurant at the Gaylord Hotel, where CPAC was held, on March 3. In sum, there is not clear and convincing evidence, as required under § 3148, that Mr. Garcia violated any release conditions by going to CPAC.

Mr. Garcia did not violate any of his pretrial conditions. He did not violate his curfew; he provided a precise itinerary, according to the stand for itineraries previously provided to Pretrial Services, and he attended a substantial portion of the United States v. Gossjankowski trial on March 3, contrary to media reports that all he did was brashly schmooze with J6’ers at the “Conservative Action Coalition” Conference (“CPAC”) and misled a federal court.

Trending: President Trump Says He Will Be Arrested Tuesday, Calls for Protests

The day before his trip Mr. Garcia posted on social media obvious photoshopped images of him on Donald Trump’s airplane, claiming he was traveling to D.C. on the plane. Incredibly, in her ongoing crusade to expose and humiliate Mr. Garcia, Miami New Times reporter Alex DeLuca naively ran with this story about traveling to CPAC on Trump’s plane as if it was true; the reporter even asked counsel to confirm if Mr. Garcia was traveling in Trump’s plane to D.C. To which, sensing another yellow-journalistic hit peace was forthcoming, counsel facetiously replied that he could not confirm because of “security measures.” Amazingly, DeLuca published counsel’s comment as if it was a serious reply. While the Government suspected his posts might be photoshopped, they claim Mr. Garcia was still being disingenuous (but as to whom it is unclear, the World Wide Web?) by claiming he was flying to CPAC. His social media postings were clear fakes; and although his social media posts, generally, may be crass, obnoxious, brazen, and bad form, Mr. Garcia still has his First Amendment rights to post on the internet. He was not under any gag order.”

    • The Silence is Deafening – Florida Governor DeSantis Still Has Not Said Anything on Soros-Backed DA Bragg’s Garbage Case and Threats Against President Trump
      By Joe Hoft Mar. 19, 2023 11:00 am141 Comments

Yesterday, The Gateway Pundit noted that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis had not issued a statement on the news that President Trump would be arrested on Tuesday by the corrupt Soros-funded DA in New York City.

      The silence was deafening.

To date, the Governor has not spoken about this assault on President Trump and the corruption of our justice system. 2024 hopefuls, Mike Pence and Vivek Ramaswamy, have weighed in on this historic abuse of power.

Read: One Way To Keep Your Family Fed In A Crisis

Make America Great Again, Inc reported on how the 2024 GOP Presidential hopefuls addressed the news about Bragg’s abusive actions:

Several reported 2024 presidential hopefuls have commented since the news that District Attorney Alvin Bragg could indict President Trump on bogus charges next week.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ PAC sent out an email on COVID-19 policies from three years ago to collect emails and phone numbers for fundraising platform WinRed. Governor DeSantis also tweeted Saturday evening about his hurricane response last year.

Former Vice President Mike Pence has commented twice since the news. He told Breitbart that this “reeks of the kind of political prosecution that we endured back in the days of the Russia hoax.” Pence also told ABC that an arrest of President Trump would be “a politically charged prosecution.”

Vivek Ramaswamy has weighed since the news. “This will mark a dark moment in American history and will undermine public trust in our electoral system itself,” Ramaswamy wrote. “I call on the Manhattan District Attorney to reconsider this action and to put aside partisan politics in service of preserving our Constitutional republic.

    • Biden’s Bailout of SVB Saved China, Gavin Newsome, Buzzfeed, VOX and BLM
      By Joe Hoft Mar. 19, 2023 10:30 am63 Comments

The Biden gang has announced that they aren’t going to bail out every bank like they did with Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), only the banks they like.

Last week the Biden gang bailed out SVB. We reported on the connections between SVB and China’s venture capital business. SVB was the bridge for Chinese venture capitalists to get to US dollars.

Brain Scan Uncovers Real Cause of Tinnitus (Ear Ringing)
These Vegetables Will Kill Your Belly And Arm Fat Overnight!
When Biden bailed out SVB depositors in full, he bailed out China’s venture capitalists. Some of these entities backed China’s aerospace and defense ventures.

Note that Biden didn’t bail out the shareholders of SVB, only the depositors in full, who before the bank’s collapse, the 2nd largest bank in US history to fail, were only guaranteed up to $250,000. Biden bailed out billions in account balances above this FDIC-insured amount.

Biden didn’t only bail out the Chinese venture capital sector he also bailed out numerous far-left causes that had large deposits in SVB.

According to the Washington Free Beacon, Biden bailed out the following:

      Gavin Newsom

California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D.) trio of wineries are clients of the failed financial institution, as is the governor himself. He has maintained personal accounts at the failed bank for years, the Intercept reported, citing a former Newsom aide. Newsom’s efforts to rescue Silicon Valley Bank’s clients could also put him on the wrong side of the law. California law prohibits elected officials from influencing official matters in which “the official has a financial interest,” Insider reported…

Liberal online media company BuzzFeed revealed to investors Monday that it held $56 million in cash and cash equivalents as of the end of 2022, the majority of which was held at Silicon Valley Bank. The news capped off a not-so-banner 2022 fiscal year for BuzzFeed, in which the company weathered a net loss of $201.3 million, laid off 40 percent of its newsroom, and saw its stock price plummet by 90 percent…

Vox Media, the parent company of dozens of liberal news companies including Vox, New York magazine, the Verge, and Polygon, disclosed in news stories that it banked with Silicon Valley Bank before its collapse.

Unlike BuzzFeed, Vox has disclosed its financial connection to the failed bank in news stories this week. That hasn’t stopped the outlet, however, from carrying water for the Biden administration. On Tuesday, for example, it published a story mocking concerns that Silicon Valley Bank’s fixation on woke initiatives may have contributed to its demise…

      Black Lives Matter

While Black Lives Matter isn’t a known client of Silicon Valley Bank, the bank’s untimely failure marks the end of a significant gravy train for the movement.

Silicon Valley Bank and its employees contributed more than $73 million to the Black Lives Matter movement and related causes since 2020, according to a database maintained by the Claremont Institute.

And there you have it. And that is that. Just more massive corruption from the always corrupt Democrats socialists.

    • Democrat Party’s Expected Arrest of Donald Trump: This Is What Communists Do When They Know They Own Elections
      By Joe Hoft Mar. 19, 2023 12:00 pm76 Comments

When reporters, journalists, or your friends suggest that the Democrat Party is acting like a Communist party, it’s because THEY ARE acting like third world Communists.

This Twitter thread by Senator JD Vance says it all.

The thread starts off with the WaPo’s Josh Dawsey pushing another hit piece on President Trump, trying to explain how it now makes sense to make a misdemeanor a felony that occurred six years ago as long as it takes down President Trump.

Ohio Senator J.D. Vance responded to Dawsey’s tweet noting that Bragg’s case is garbage and that the this same District Attorney is allowing criminals to run free in New York City. He rightly claims that these actions taken by Democrat public officials are third-world tactics.

Then Vance opines that this will cause President Trump to win in a landslide in 2024.

But why does this not scare Democrats or prevent them from acting like communist tyrants?

The reason is that the Democrats know that they are going to win the next election. They don’t know who will win, they don’t yet know the name of the Democrat winner, they just know they will win.
Communist leader Lenin stole elections in Russia and then after multiple elections, the election process was over. That is what communists do.

    • Trump Calls Out Biden For His Involvement in Looming Arrest and ‘Assault on Democracy’
      By Cassandra MacDonald Mar. 19, 2023 1:00 pm95 Comments

Former President Donald Trump is calling out Joe Biden for his involvement in his looming arrest.
Trump has said he expects to be arrested on Tuesday over an indictment in New York.

The possible indictment stems from an alleged $130,000 hush money payment made to porn star Stormy Daniels in 2016 over an alleged sexual encounter that the two had in 2006. His former attorney, Michael Cohen, pleaded guilty to charges over the payment in 2018 and was sentenced to three years in prison.

In a post to Truth Social on Sunday, Trump said that “Biden wants to pretend he has nothing to do with the Manhattan D.A.’s Assault on Democracy when, in fact, he has ‘stuffed’ the D.A.’s Office with Department of Injustice people, including one top DOJ operative from D.C. who is actually running the ‘Horseface’ Witch Hunt. Bragg is a (Soros) Racist in Reverse, who is taking his orders from D.C.”

“I beat them TWICE, doing much better the second time, and despite their

DISINFORMATION campaign, they don’t want to run against ‘TRUMP’ or my GREAT RECORD!” Trump continued.

  4. Most Obvious Reason that Soros-Backed DA Bragg’s Case Against President Trump is a Sham Is the Mueller Gang Did Not Pursue It
By Joe Hoft Mar. 19, 2023 9:00 am

One obvious reason that the corrupt New York DA’s case against President Trump is a sham is that the Mueller gang did not pursue it.

There are several reasons why the New York City’s Soros-backed DA, Alvin Bragg’s case is a sham. The law has never been pursued in this manner. But one obvious reason is that the corrupt Mueller gang never pursued it during their sham investigation into the Trump-Russia hoax – a hoax they knew was created by the Hillary Clinton campaign.

David Giglio on Twitter pointed this out:

    Here are the facts.

Robert Mueller investigated Trump over this alleged Stormy Daniels payment and found that Michael Cohen was NOT a credible witness and that there was NOT enough evidence to support charges.

Then, the leftwing SDNY looked into the matter and also concluded Cohen wasn’t trustworthy and that there was insufficient evidence to support charges. Now, @AlvinBraggNYC, a Soros funded DA who routinely releases and reduces charges for violent offenders, has decided to elevate a misdemeanor offense (if guilty) under New York Law to a felony to indict Trump.

Bragg knows a leftist NY grand jury will automatically vote indict regardless of the evidence and the legal basis for doing so.

Anyone screaming about the “rule of law” is lying to you about what is actually transpiring.

They are cheering on a blatant and politically motivated act of prosecutorial misconduct all because of their personal hatred for President Trump.

    • Oversight Chair James Comer: Very Odd that Trump Indictment Announced Day After Biden Bank Records Released – We Have 11 More Deals to Release (VIDEO)

House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) joined Maria Bartiromo this morning on Sunday Morning Futures.

Rep. Comer was asked about DA Alvin Bragg’s announcement on Friday that Presient Trump will be arrested on bogus obstruction charges involving a deal signed by stripper Stormy Daniels. The case has already been thrown out of court and Stormy was ordered to pay President Trump $300,000 for filing the junk lawfare case against Mr. Trump.

Comer said he thought it was odd that this took place THE DAY AFTER Congress released proof that the Biden family was paid millions by the China regime in secret deals not reported by the criminal family.

Comer also announced the Oversight Committee has bank records on 11 more illicit Biden family business deals.

Rep. James Comer: Well, it’s very odd that this would come out just the very next day after I revealed bank records which showed that the Biden family, the President in particular, hasn’t been truthful with respect to his family receiving payments directly from the Chinese Communist Party. So it almost looks like it’s an effort to detract, but at the very least, it’s another example of a two-tier system of justice. Look, we’ve been looking into these classified documents. We saw the FBI rated Mar-a-Largo for one set of supposedly mishandled classified documents, but yet Joe Biden had at least five different locations of mishandled classified documents, and they give him days and days to go in and clean up with his attorney. So this looks to me like it’s another example of a two-tier system of justice at the DOJ.

Comer announces more evidence against the Biden Crime Family.

Rep. James Comer: There are many more. Maria, this is one deal. We think there are as many as eleven more deals. Now, we don’t know what those deals were for… In the beginning, the White House denied having any knowledge, or the fact that their family was involved in any sort of way, shape, or form with the CCP. But now we have bank records that reveal otherwise. We don’t know what the Bidens did in return for this money. The lawyer said that it was “seed capital for a business.” We haven’t been able to find a business, Maria.

      What an interview!

It all makes sense now. Joe Biden is caught red-handed making illicit and illegal deals with the Communist Chinese – so the Democrats announced the arrest of Donald Trump to change the subject. And their accomplices in the fake news media are more than happy to carry their water.

  5. African Country Burundi Detects Polio Outbreak Linked to Polio Oral Vaccine – Vaccine-Induced Polio is Now More Prevalent than the Wild Type
    By Jim Hoft Mar. 19, 2023 9:15 am77 Comments

An outbreak of vaccine-induced polio has been declared by Burundian health officials, marking the first time the paralyzing disease has been detected in the East African nation in more than three decades, ABC reported.

A four-year-old child in western Burundi who had not been vaccinated and two other children who had come into contact with the child have all tested positive for polio, the Burundi government confirmed in a statement on Friday.

It was determined that the virus that caused the children to become ill was a mutated strain of polio originally contained in the oral polio vaccine.

According to CDC, a vaccine-derived poliovirus (VDPV) is a strain related to the weakened live poliovirus contained in oral polio vaccine (OPV). If allowed to circulate in under- or unimmunized populations for long enough, or replicate in an immunodeficient individual, the weakened virus can revert to a form that causes illness and paralysis.

  6. LOST IN TIME: Republicans in 1860 Did Not Cower from Political Violence – Here Is What the Courageous “Wide Awakes” Did to Protect Republicans from Democrat Violence
    By Jim Hoft Mar. 19, 2023 8:00 am196 Comments

1860 – When good men stood up for what was right.

The Wide Awakes were a Republican group of young men organized to escort and protect Republican speakers during the highly contentious election of 1860. The men would wear uniforms hats and march with lanterns to protect Republican speakers in northern states from unruly political opponents.

The organization of mostly young working-class men did not sit home or cower from the political violence of the day.

The Wide Awakes had chapters in several free Union states including Ohio, New York, Connecticut, Illinois and Iowa, to name a few.

    MyPillow’s New Mattress Topper 2.0 – “Saved

The members escorted Republican speakers, surrounding them and protecting them from the violence of the slave supporters and Democrats. In many cases, rowdies ambushed Wide Awake parades, hurling bricks and screaming, “Kill the damn Wide Awakes.” This is similar to the tactics of the American left today with their Antifa and BLM shock troops with the support of the intelligence agencies.

Oscar Lawrence Jackson, a twenty-year-old who lectured to open-air audiences in rural Ohio, recorded an incident in which drunken Democrats tried to shout down his speech. “It came near taking a serious turn,” Jackson wrote, “as the ‘Wide Awakes’ were prepared and would have shot and sliced them like dogs if any one of us had been struck.”

A young Iowan Wide Awake in full uniform demonstrates for the 1860 Republican candidates Abraham Lincoln (for president), Hannibal Hamlin (for vice president), and Samuel R. The Wide Awake Generation

    Via archive.
In August 1860 former presidential candidate William H. Seward traveled to the Midwest to stump for Abraham Lincoln, the very man who had defeated his campaign for the Republican nomination. In new hamlets and budding cities from Michigan to Kansas, tumultuous throngs of Wide Awakes greeted Seward’s entourage with parades, fireworks, and banquets. Seward noticed more than just the stunning number of Wide Awakes who packed prairie arenas to hear him speak; in their young faces he recognized a grand generational stirring. When fifty companies converged on Detroit to receive him—a rally so large that Wide Awakes made up 10 percent of the city’s total population that day—Seward declared, “The reason we didn’t get an honest President in 1856, was because the old men of the last generation were not Wide-Awake, and the young men of this generation hadn’t got their eyes open. Now the old men are folding their arms and going to sleep, and the young men throughout the land are Wide Awake.”

The rosters show that three-quarters of the clubs’ members were between fifteen and forty years old, and more than one-quarter would have been below voting age in the last presidential election. There were more members under twenty-one than over fifty…

… Established party leaders also looked askance at the Wide Awakes because of their non-elite roots. Though the movement incorporated members from most sections of society, wage laborers and farmers predominated. Some Republican leaders even complained about the absence of “the intelligent classes” in the Wide Awake ranks, which they claimed were made up of “the mechanic, or laborer, or clerk.” Census records from Ohio and Connecticut indicate many farmers, factory workers, and carpenters in the Wide Awakes, in addition to some middle-class young men employed as store clerks or railroad ticket agents.

  8. Horror: CBS Meteorologist Collapses on Live TV Broadcast (VIDEO)
    By Jim Hoft Mar. 19, 2023 8:15 am514 Comments

A Los Angeles-based meteorologist suddenly collapsed on Saturday morning during a live TV broadcast.

Alissa Carlson Schwartz led the KCAL newscast with a weather update about the impending rain in Los Angeles. However, she passed out before she could even begin her report, TMZ reported.

“The video is absolutely horrifying … you see Carlson’s eyes roll to the back of her head, and she begins to lean forward on the desk she was at. Eventually, she completely collapses,” the outlet added.

When Nichelle Medina and Rachel Kim realized what was happening, they panicked immediately and cut to the commercial.

CBS Los Angeles Vice President and News Director Mike Dello Stritto issued a statement to TMZ hours after Carlson collapsed on camera.

“Our colleague Alissa Carlson became ill during our 7 AM newscast this morning. I want to thank her co-workers who took immediate action to comfort Alissa and call 911,” Stritto said.

“Alissa is being treated at the hospital right now. Hopefully we’ll know more shortly. In the meantime, Alissa will be in our thoughts and we’re praying for her to be feeling much better soon,” he added.
On her Facebook page, Carlson also provided a short update. Although, nothing has been said about what may have caused her to collapse.

  9. Minnesota Aims to Become Third State to Adopt Ranked Choice Voting to Favor the Left
    By Mike LaChance Mar. 19, 2023 11:30 am18 Comments

The state of Minnesota is aiming to become the third state to adopt ranked-choice voting, a completely corrupt system of voting that almost always favors the left.

Ranked-choice voting is how Alaska keeps electing left-wing Republican Lisa Murkowski, despite widespread dislike of her by conservatives in a solid red state.

Minnesota is doing this for purely political reasons. They are trying to make sure that Republicans are never elected there.

Minnesota Could Be Third State To Adopt Ranked-Choice Voting, Following Alaska And Maine

Minnesota is seeking to become the third state in the nation to utilize ranked-choice voting (RCV) for state and federal elections, following in the steps of Alaska and Maine.

While five cities in the Gopher state already use RCV for municipal elections — Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Bloomington, Saint Louis Park, and Minnetonka — Minnesota Senator Kelly Morrison has introduced a bill that would require RCV for all state and federal elections. While the bill is currently in committee, it has a companion in the Minnesota House that’s waiting for a hearing.

RCV requires voters to rank candidates in order of preference. If no candidate receives 50 percent of the vote, the candidate with the least votes is eliminated, and his votes are redistributed to whichever candidate his voters ranked as their second choice. This process continues until one candidate clears 50 percent.

As one might imagine, this process is riddled with errors. Not only do election results take weeks or even months to tabulate, but sometimes the wrong candidate wins. In an Oakland school board race, for example, election officials announced — two months after the fact — that they got the count wrong. The rightful winner is now suing for his seat.

Proponents of RCV argue that it rewards moderate, centrist politicians, as candidates have to appeal to a wider pool of constituents to earn their 2nd or 3rd rankings. What this really means, as a local Minnesotan paper describes, is that Republicans are pushed out for Democrats.

People who have dealt with this in other states are trying to sound the alarm.

There is even opposition in Minnesota.

This cannot be allowed to spread to other states. It is complete corruption of our electoral system.

  11. BIDEN ECONOMY: Ed Dowd Issues Dire Warning, “We’re at the End and It’s Imploding on Itself” (VIDEO)
    By Joe Hoft Mar. 19, 2023 1:20 pm14 Comments

Equity Investment Executive Ed Dowd was on the War Room on Lindell TV where he discussed the consequences of Biden’s actions on the economy. It does not look good.

Steve Bannon had Ed Dowd on The War Room where they discussed the consequences of Joe Biden’s actions on the economy and the predictions Dowd made a few months ago.

Dowd was on The War Room last year and he predicted that a deep, deep recession was coming “fast and furious in the first and second quarter.”

The other thing that Dowd reports that took place in late 2022 is this:

The money supply (M2) year-over-year growth went negative for the first time since 1930 (the Great Depression). Let me say that again, 1930. This is the fifth time it happened and the previous four times since 1868, have been associated with financial panics. So, M2 is basically money and money is credit…

Here we are, the Wall Street Journal is fomenting bank runs by reporting 186 of them are in trouble.

Dowd goes on to say that we’re going to consolidate the banks into six banks. But this will only delay the mess.

We’re watching Japan. We’re watching China. So this is going to spread around the globe. Quite frankly this is beyond anyone’s control, including the FED and the US Treasury.

The release valve for all this debt is going to be a currency issue and a global sovereign debt default. So currency wars are coming. There’ll be currency issues which will lead to a kinetic war…

Look, I don’t want to be a doomsdayer but this is beyond everyone’s control. We’re at the end and it’s imploding on itself.

This is a must-see interview from last week’s War Room.

The Biden regime is at wit’s end.

Economists are now estimating that 186 US banks may be prone to the same risks as Silicon Valley Bank. This number is likely higher as the pressures that regional banks are facing are ramping up.

MyPillow’s New Mattress Topper 2.0 – “Saved Me From Having To Buy A Whole New Mattress”

Late last week the Biden regime called on Warren Buffett as the regional banking crisis worsened. The Biden regime is asking Buffett to possibly invest in the US regional banking sector in some way.

    Via Bloomberg:

Berkshire Hathaway Inc.’s Warren Buffett has been in touch with senior officials in President Joe Biden’s administration in recent days as the regional banking crisis unfolds.

There have been multiple conversations between Biden’s team and Buffett in the past week, according to people familiar with the matter, who asked not to be identified because the information is private. The calls have centered around Buffett possibly investing in the US regional banking sector in some way, but the billionaire has also given advice and guidance more broadly about the current turmoil.

Buffett has a long history of stepping in to aid banks in crisis, leveraging his cult investing status and financial heft to restore confidence in ailing firms. Bank of America Corp. won a capital injection from Buffett in 2011 after its stock plunged amid losses tied to subprime mortgages. Buffett also tossed a $5 billion lifeline to Goldman Sachs Group Inc. in 2008 to shore up the bank following Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.’s collapse.

Representatives for Berkshire Hathaway and the White House didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment. Officials at the US Treasury Department declined to comment.

US regulators unveiled extraordinary measures to assuage customers last weekend, promising to fully pay out uninsured deposits in the failed banks. Shares in regional banks continued to fall this week on fears the pain would spread.

Over 20 private jets landed in Omaha on Saturday afternoon. The jets came from the headquarters of regional banks, ski resorts and Washington DC.

Missouri Patriots Fight Back for the Safety of Missouri’s Children

Jody Grace, a mother, concerned citizen and hero for the children, has taken on herculean efforts to keep Missouri’s RINOs and Democrats turning Missouri from a Red State to a Purple State.

There are eight other heroes, in this story, that are all working to protect the children. This hard-fought battle is being championed by Patriot Missouri Senator Mike Moon.

Experimentation known as the “SAFE Act.” SB 49 would ban puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and gender surgeries for children under the age of 18.

Along with Senator Moon, the other seven senators, standing strongly for the children, are: Senator Jill Carter, Senator Bill Eigel, Senator Denny Hoskins, Senator Andrew Koenig, Senator Rick Brattin, Senator Nick Schroer and Senator Ben Brown.

Missouri has 34 state senators, 24 are Republicans or 71% of the state senate is “controlled” by Republicans. The question arises, if Missouri has a 71% Republican majority, why are only eight Republican senators fighting-the-good-fight for the safety of our children? Where are the other 16 Republican senators?

Part of the situation relates to Washington University (under investigation for child abuse – see below), has several Political Actions Committees “PACs” and is one of Missouri state’s most aggressive transgender hospitals. Washington University’s most prominent PAC is RightPath.

Over the last several years, Washington University, through its PACs has given tens of thousands of dollars either directly or indirectly to elected Missouri Senate and House of Representatives. These Republicans are trying to “water-down” the child’s SAFE Act to be a softer version more accommodating to Washington University.

While this may appear to be an up-hill battle, on Monday, March 20, 2023, Jodi Grace is inviting all concerned people who care about the safety of the children to the Missouri State Capital in Jefferson City.

    The invitation reads:

“Come join us for a history-making kind of a day where people from a variety of backgrounds, lifestyles and religions are going to lock arms for the fight against the progressive agenda that is targeting our children. SB 49, sponsored by Senator Mike Moon, is a ban on puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones & gender surgeries for children. Our legislators aren’t getting the job done, so it’s time to take a stand!”

The good news is people are listening. Washington University is under investigation for child abuse by both Missouri US Senator Josh Hawley and Missouri’s newly appointed Attorney General Andrew Bailey.

  15. Biden administration quietly resumes deportations to Russia

The Biden administration has quietly resumed deportations to Russia, an apparent reversal of the position adopted after Russia invaded Ukraine just over a year ago, when such removals were suspended, the Guardian has learned.

Immigration advocates were taken by surprise when a young Russian man, who came to the US fleeing Vladimir Putin’s efforts to mobilize citizens to fight in Ukraine, was abruptly deported at the weekend from the US back to Russia.

He was among several Russian asylum seekers, many of whom have made their way to the US in the last year, who are now terrified the US government will return them to Russia where they could face prison or be sent rapidly to the frontline, where Russia has seen tens of thousands of casualties.…

Immigration officers ruled that fear of conscription did not meet the criteria for a “credible fear” determination and they each appealed before an immigration judge, who agreed that they did not meet the criteria…

  16. Excerpt from John Helmer:
Unravelling The Riddles – The Nord Stream Bomb Operation, The Kinzhal Decapitation Operation, The Georgian Beggar Operation

According to Polish and US sources, the electric war campaign has now broken the capacities of the Ukrainian and NATO governments to repair, deliver, and deploy the logistical infrastructure supplying the eastern front, and make up for the losses there of combat capacities. The emergency attempts to send electricity generation and distribution parts and replacements is causing highly unusual delays in domestic procurement inside the US.

Not only has the impact of the electric war campaign dropped out of mainstream media coverage, so too has the strategic significance of the Russian firing of a salvo of hypersonic Kinzhal (“Dagger”) missiles…

NATO-supplied air defence systems cannot detect, intercept or defend against the Kinzhal… [I]n firing six Kinzhals for the first time the Russian General Staff have demonstrated they are far from running short of supplies; and that the high-cost, high-precision weapons were targeted on Ukrainian and NATO war staffs concealing themselves in civilian buildings in Kiev and Lvov.

According to the Ukrainian military sources for the London newspaper, “Russia fired 81 missiles, including six Kh-47 Kinzhals at targets across Ukraine.… [O]nly 38 of the 81 missiles were intercepted, while another eight were knocked off target by countermeasures. That is a notably lower interception rate than the 80 per cent notched up by Ukraine’s air defence forces earlier this year.

“The missiles destroyed were mostly subsonic cruise missiles and slow-flying attack drones. NONE of the 25 high-speed or ballistic missiles of various types, including the Kinzhals, were shot down. Ukraine’s air force said it did not have the capability to do so.”

    * * *
The Ukrainians omitted to tell, and the newspaper failed to report, that the targets for the Kinzhal have been concealed. This is the start of a decapitation campaign aimed at the secret locations of the Ukrainian and NATO war staffs between Kiev and Lvov; the civilian shields which the Ukrainians and NATO allies are using have not been attacked on the railroad lines.

A search for this part of the story came up with just one Russian report that the missile targets included “a bunker extending to 80 metres deep…near Lvov [which] was a NATO strategic command point used to control anti-aircraft systems [where] there were up to 300 personnel in the bunker, 40 of which were high ranking foreign specialists.”
