2. Hearing for Ontario vaccine passports postponed
TORONTO: The Justice Centre regrets to announce that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice has postponed the constitutional challenge to the Ontario government’s now-cancelled vaccine passport mandates. The hearing has been rescheduled for November 21 and 22, 2022.
Lawyers for the Justice Centre filed evidence on behalf of nine applicants, as well as extensive expert reports, in preparation to argue the unconstitutionality of the vaccine passport, which significantly impacted the lives of the applicants and Ontarians generally.
Before the hearing to determine if vaccine passports were constitutional, the Court asked whether it could hear a “moot” case, as there was no longer a live issue to be determined, and vaccine passports had not been in force as of March 2022. Justice Centre lawyers argued that the vaccine passport represented unprecedented and significant infringements on constitutional rights and that the public interest strongly weighed in favour of hearing the application on its merits.

4. 40% of Women With The COVID Vaccine Have Reported Significant Effects on their Periods.
Nearly half of women receiving a COVID-19 vaccine reported heavier menstrual bleeding, according to new research from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
The figures come from a survey of over 35,000 women who were fully vaccinated, with the majority of the cohort receiving a Pfizer jab followed by Moderna.“In this sample, 42% of people with regular menstrual cycles bled more heavily than usual, while 44% reported no change after being vaccinated,” summarized researchers, which counted funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for the study.
(Anecdotally, I spoke with a doctor recently who knew a post menopausal woman who now experiences menstrual bleeding for something like 25 days a month every month post injection.)
