2. Linked here is a video of the kind of apex conspiracy theory which any intelligent person should refuse to even acknowledge a few years ago. Now, maybe it should be watched to try and garner what kernels of truth it contains and what, if any, parts of it are disinformation to negate the value of the true parts. Considering what takes place around the world, ignoring it seems more dangerous than watching it. At the same time, it has a distinctly Qanon feel. Qanon, at least to this site, we believe to be an enemy propaganda/disinformation effort intended to create false hope and encourage doing nothing. I know personally many people who have been saying we are a few days away from Trump saving us all, and they have been saying this for 2 years or more now. Those same people will not actually do anything to raise awareness or go to a demonstration or anything practical ever. While it seems fairly certain that Qanon is an enemy disinformation effort, what isn’t certain is who is behind it. Could be Russia. Could be the alphabet agencies in the US. Could be both together.
3. The back story here: Activists in Canada were protesting abortion in Canada and passers by who opposed them now feel empowered to threaten death because they don’t agree with killing the pre-born babies. In the first video, the passerby threatened to “put a bullet in (the) head” of the protestor because she filmed him behaving badly.
In the following video, another fellow shoved his phone in the face of a protestor with pornography on it. A more direct weaponization of pornography than usual.
The obvious rhetorical game to play here is ‘imagine if sides were reversed’ etc. That a non-leftist did this to a leftist protestor. We all know what would happen. The Senate would still be holding hearings about it while they decide which rights to take away to prevent it happening again. But when they do it to us, then its their freedom of speech. And voila! 4. Judge thwarted deportation of refugee charged in recent Ottawa shooting
It was recently revealed that in 2021, a judge thwarted the deportation of a South Sudanese man who is now charged with a weekend Ottawa second-degree.
According to the Ottawa Citizen, Yohanna David Chol was charged in relation to the shooting of 36-year-old old Vuyo Kashe last week and he held prior convictions which led to him being found a present danger to the public by authorities.
Chol, who is not a Canadian citizen, is a refugee who first arrived in Canada in 2003. Since then Chol has accrued a list of criminal offences leading to the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration to strip him of his permanent resident status.
His criminal record includes assault, drug trafficking and obstructing a peace officer.

Once, a fellow I know defined the word, Simulacra to me as an imitation of a thing that never existed. The example he gave was of a Newfoundland Pub outside of Newfoundland which might have lobster traps on the walls and other implements of fishing while no such bar in Newfoundland actually exists. Or picture a Western style bar with swinging half-doors and so on.

I think Qanon was an Alernate Reality Game. Virtually all of them have been organized as a stealth promotion tool for some product, a movie, a video game, an album. This one was organized to promote Trump, it seems to me. It did promote false hope, but at the same time, it motivated people to look for clues to what is happening. It was some Qanon film that alerted me that Kate Middleton wore Rosemary’s Baby dress when existing the birthing hospital with her third child. People dug up some unlikely stuff! 🙂
This new thing has a Qanon feel to it, but it is not credible… I have seen the comments, and people are mighty skeptical it means anything. It reminds me of the We are Anonymous posts way back, that came to nothing. Maybe it’s a ploy to tell people how to social scoring system will work… priming them, so to speak.
