1. Feds Crack Down On Amish Organic Farmer

The judge is discussing with counsel how to resolve the issue of sanctions for the seller of unpasteurized, raw milk and uninspected meat and poultry products.

Miller is the owner of Miller’s Organic Farm in Upper Leacock Township. He’s long resisted federal food safety laws, recently saying his actions are intended to make it possible for his children to stay on the farm. “I am willing to take the stand to make sure that we preserve our culture,”  Miller told a local newspaper.

Miller’s Organic Farm is associated with a private membership group of as many as 2,000 food buyers. The farm fulfills orders for unprocessed meat and unpasteurized, raw dairy products.

On behalf of the USDA and FDA, the Department of Justice has filed numerous actions over the years against Amos Miller and his farm. Most recently, the DOJ won an injunction forcing Miller to cease violating food safety laws. Miller signed a consent degree in 2020 acknowledging he was violating the injunction.

(Silly Christian. Religious and cultural freedoms are only for Muslims.)

3. Canadian Border Guard discusses the new regulations to return to Canada, and the “Arrive Can App”. Spoiler: YOU DON’T NEED IT

(At the end it starts to sound like a personal vendetta with management. It might be. but it doesn’t make him wrong. I hope to hear him speak at a protest at some point)

5. A couple of interesting stories about Canada’s biggest bookstore, Indigo Chapters

Indigo won’t put a book about the Freedom Convoy in stores, despite it being a bestseller

A best-selling book about the Freedom Convoy that took over downtown Ottawa earlier this year will not be sold on shelves in Indigo bookstores, and the book’s publisher says he’s mystified.

The book, The Freedom Convoy: The Inside Story of Three Weeks that Shook the World by Andrew Lawton, a journalist and broadcaster for True North, combines on-the-ground reporting with exclusive interviews with convoy organizers and volunteers to “tell the whole story” of the weeks-long protest against COVID-19 restrictions. It was published by Sutherland House.

“Maybe they don’t think the people who would be interested in this book would shop at Indigo,” said Kenneth Whyte, publishing executive and founder of Sutherland House. “You would think they understand that people who go into their stores don’t all share the same outlook and probably want to see some diversity of opinion on their shelves.”

You would think so. But then its not about the diversity of views of the customers. Its about the views of the owners. Check out this story from last year:

Woman born without hands kicked out of BC bookstore for not masking

Elisabeth Walker-Young is a four-time Paralympic swimmer who was denied entry to a Vancouver Indigo location for not wearing a mask.

A Vancouver woman who was born with no hands was kicked out of an Indigo Chapters bookstore location for not wearing a mask. When attempting to explain her medical disability exemption, staff threatened to call the police. Elisabeth Walker-Young is a four-time Paralympic swimmer. She was denied entry to a Vancouver Indigo location for not wearing a mask. Walker-Young is physically unable to put on a mask because she was born with no hands, according to Global News.

(So we can probably guess why they don’t carry a book about Canadians protesting for the restoration of their freedoms as guaranteed in the Constitution. That isn’t how Chapters rolls.)

Thank you all for following these events from a perspective other than the state-paid narrative feeds. And I hope as many of you all as possible make it to a protest this weekend. Stock up. To get our freedoms back, it may take more than a few weekend protests. It may take a solid month or more like the Egyptians did, twice. And it worked both times.
