Reader’s Links for March 22, 2022

Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

This is the new Samizdat. We must use it while we can.

  1. The world’s latest, greatest democracy is born. If the castration part is more than propaganda aimed to deter invading Russian men, very clever. Just remember this is the model of government that Dear Leader most admires–tyranny–along with his impish, morally stunted, Ukrainian deputy who has emptied the shelves of the Canadian armed forces in the service of foreign authoritarianism. FOUR PEOPLE HAVE been killed after a man wielding a knife stabbed several people and ran over another in southern Israel today in one of the deadliest attacks in the country in recent years.
The attacks occurred outside a fuel station and a shopping centre in the southern city of Beersheba.
Police have not officially identified the suspect but multiple Israeli media outlets reported the attacker was a Bedouin man in his thirties who had previously been convicted over seeking ties with the Islamic State group.

Ukrainian women who fled the war to Sweden say they are afraid in the new country.
Men have on several occasions broken in at night into the building where they’ve been placed by the authorities.
The men then aggressively banged on their bedroom doors, demanding to be let in.

  5. Update on story I posted just now about ukrainian refugees being harassed in Sweden. The incident seems to have been a misunderstanding:

Unknown men entered homes where Ukrainian women and children are staying
Updated yesterday at 15.12 Published Friday 18 March at 16.58
P4 Örebro reported on Friday about an incident at a hostel in central Örebro where unknown men knocked on the door of a room where Ukrainian women and children were. The situation was described as scary by the Ukrainian refugees, but now the Swedish Migration Board can tell that it was a misunderstanding that arose.
Shortly before, other hotel guests had stayed in the room that the Ukrainian refugees were allowed to take over. Those who came to the hostel during the night wanted to meet their friends who they thought would be in the room. According to the Swedish Migration Agency, this should not have been a threat or the like, but instead a misunderstanding.
According to the Swedish Migration Agency, similar problems will not arise in the current situation, as the accommodation now only consists of Ukrainian refugees.
During one night a week, at least two different groups of men tried to enter a residence in Örebro where Ukrainian families live.
Two people managed to enter the accommodation and then tried to get into a bedroom where a Ukrainian woman slept with her two children.
“They said that Sweden was a safe country, but I have not seen that,” says Oksana.
