On the first question:

It is interesting that this virus was released into the population right at the time where a large number of Chinese expats came back to the motherland for the largest celebration of the year on the Chinese calendar. Chinese New Years.

The Diaspora got infected and went back to their adopted countries to spread the virus there. Italy most notably.

These things are known to be the case. What is not known, is if it was deliberate on the part of the Chinese communist government.

But the fact that the virus did spread to the entire Western world, and perhaps the entire world from Wuhan, but NOT to the rest of China, would certainly be a massive data point to suggest that it was.

  2. The lack of an outbreak in the rest of China changes everything, their economy is still suffering but not at the rate I thought. This makes a foreign adventure to kick other Navy’s out of the South China Sea more likely, especially if we are still locked down and afraid to use our military and Naval forces to oppose China.
