Catalan police on Friday reported that two people had been detained after smashing a car into the interior of Barcelona Airport’s Terminal 1.

 

According to regional police chief Eduard Sallent, the two perpetrators shouted Islamist slogans and investigators aren’t excluding any possible motives.

  1. The Chicom Flu is spreading in India and Pakistan and Brazil is bracing for a massive surge in infections as winter sets in down in South America. This pandemic is far from over.

    • Countries like India have experienced epidemics – forever.
      This is not our problem.
      It becomes our problem when we let ourselves become a receptacle for population overflows elsewhere. Then we get colonized. Like Italy.

    • Leads to a link that has been referenced and saved the last 10 days, everyone apparently wondering was the mid-November posting indicative of an unmet need, an anticipated need, or just a yearly random cdc posting for quarantine officers for contagious diseases, including zoonotic.

      • Above my paygrade- not imminently harmful. OU has an early kabbalat shabbat, though.

Each day, I receive notices of more meals and snacks available at schools and bus stops for those ages 0 to 18; today the age went up to include 22-year old high school students.
