1. Report on Italian Chicom Flu deaths and diseased
2. How the Chinese communists turned what was likely a global disaster they caused into effective propaganda. Watch all of this one. It is very good and very important.
(Communists today, really do propaganda well. People used to wear Chez Guevara T shirts who were the exact demographic Che in fact mass murdered and celebrate their deaths while watching from his office window.)
3. Reminder of who made this virus and why:

Yesterday, in the interest of freedom of speech, I reluctantly let a post through with a video of a man speaking German explaining why this is no big. The video was accompanied by the poster’s comment that as a military weapon this was not very clever as it did not target military-age, fit young men.
This shows the kind of lack of imagination that has brought us to at least the brink of the extinction of civilization. To imagine that war is made of a specific set of tactics that always look and act a certain way.
Darwin had a word for people who failed to adapt to changing environments. Extinct. And the tactics of war is always changing. This is often why the loser of one war is the winner of the next. The losers tend to adapt to enemy tactics while the victor usually sees no point in change.
This virus is bringing the whole world economy to a stand still. Schools, every institution, even Churches to closure. For some temporary, and for some permanent.
I would call that one hell of a weapon.
Remember George Soros’ little concept of “reflexivity”. This is where you do an action and then capitalize on predictable reactions to that action you made. Soros does this to national economies all the time.
A crude example would be where a terrorist sets off a bomb in a public place that causes a state to send in first responders like ambulance, fire and police. Then you have a second attack that targets the first responders because you know they will be there.
In this case its not that hard to anticipate what the world will do when faced with a new virus that has this kind of potential. And as Col. Kemp says, this had better change how we view and deal with Communist China.
Eeyore for VladTepesBlog.
Thank you to all of you who sent in materials for this post and for ones to follow. This would include Xanthippa, MW., Johnny U., M., Wrath of Khan, Richard, EB., and many more not listed but not forgotten here on this post.
‘Chez Guevara’ sound like a restaurant with nothing on the menu except long boring speeches.
He liked to have prisoners chained to chairs so he could walk down the line and beat their heads into paste with a baseball bat. He would also strip the female relatives of rebels, lock them in cages and hang the cages in public where everyone could watch them starve to death.
BERGAMO – ITALY
So, I just placed my regular Superstore online order and found I had to wait until Sunday for pickup instead of later today, which would be usual. Then it hit me. I wonder how COVID-19 is affecting our friend Jeff Bezos, especially his new online grocery service? Why, I’ll betcha Jeffy-boy is socking billions away like so many sandbags on a dike, eggs in a carton, smokes in a pack. And I’d also betchya that when this is over his share of the market will have grown significantly and will stay grown forever and Amazon will be on the way to becoming the only store there is with Jeff Bezos the only businessman left standing.
Wouldn’t that be a scream if Jeff Bezos and Amazon turned out to be Chinese assets? That would certainly explain how a company that never showed a profit could end up the biggest company in the world, wouldn’t it…? I’m just saying… And it certainly would have made my life easier to have the Chinese government underwrite and assist my career for the last fifty years…
But, of course, nobody would be so crass as to do anything immoral for mere money and power, would they? Nobody would be that crass…
https://www.cnbc.com/2020/03/16/amazon-to-hire-100000-warehouse-and-delivery-workers.html
On the plus-side, AOC was against the NYC Amazon move, so she is not a possible Chinese asset.
Or maybe there are so many such “assets” that they are actually bumping into each other in their haste to destroy our civilization…:) Remember, their only goal is to break us down and make democracy look less attractive than dictatorship so their own people won’t rise up and hang them on meathooks like they deserve…
Yes this is an act of war, and the Wuhan Virus is a very effective weapon, I blame the left and their destroying the educational system for the lack of imagination among the younger generation. Here is a example of how to think about war and weapons, President Eisenhower was ask what he considered the most effective weapons that we used in WWII. He answered the Higgens Boat (landing craft) and the 6X6, the truck with 6 drive wheels. The landing craft got men and equipment ashore in places other then ports and the 6X6’s moved them to the from and kept the combat line supplied with the material needed for the open combat. (Yes I know we out ran our supply line a couple of times and had to stop to let the supply train catch up. The Germans were losing faster then we could win.)
By getting so many companies from so many nations to move their factories to China the Chinese won several major battles for world domination without firing a shot. The Chicom Flu has shown that weakness to the entire world and its destruction of the Chinese economy has given the West a chance to fight back and regain our independence from China. No nation can be totally self sufficient but all nations need to retain the ability to manufacture their own medicines, weapons, vehicles and grow their own food.
China and the left have managed to destroy the manufacturing sector of many of the Western Nations and this in turn has lead to the West depending on China and to an extent Russia for our manufactured goods (China) and our energy (Russia, Iran and Saudi) these attacks on Western independence, Western Cultures have either driven Western Civilization to the brink of collapse or have destroyed Western Civilization and we are clutching to the final shreds of that Civilization. Part of what they have destroyed is the rule of law with one law for everyone, we have all seen examples of the two tiered Judicial systems in the Western Naitons, a 2 tiered system that is rapidly turning into a multi tiered system. One of the very strong foundation stones of Western Civilization was the rule of law and now that is under massive attack in all nations.
Both Adolf Hitler in “Mein Kampf” and Winston Churchill in “Bodyguard of Lies” are quoted as saying that psychological (covert) warfare was exactly as significant as actual military war. Hitler said in Mein Kampf that Germany lost WWI for lack of sufficient propaganda, not for lack of materiel and logistics, and he along with Goebbels went on to become the very fathers of such warfare…
When we see Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer engaging in psychological warfare against their own country we should be reminded of the fact that such aggression is indeed “warfare” and as such should not be practiced against one’s own team. It’s not a joke and it’s not funny. According to Hitler and Churchill Nancy and Chuck and Gerry and Eric might just as well be opening the bomb bays over New York as engaging in psy-ops the way they do. In short, you’re not supposed to be doing that to your own side just for the effect of making Donald Trump and the Republicans look bad and the current group of “progressives” doesn’t seem to know that…
They have been part of a communist (Mensheviks) cabal trying to take over the US since they were in Collage. Nancy and company are as radical as Bernie and the squad they just want to slowly move the US to full communism. Bernie and the squad want to do it faster.
If you want to know what a politician really thinks look at what they do rather then listen to what they say. The Dem Leadership have all supported all of the left wing policies that have been put forward during the past 60 years.

But seriously, just had a conversation with a friend over what should be done by governments to help the man on the street. Here’s Zoltan Pozsar. He’s one of these odd animals who is the top guy in some incredibly arcane financial specialties like “…Institutional Cash Pools and the Triffin Dilemna of…”. Every time he writes a letter the Fed seems to respond by executing his recommendations. The jargon is very dense. Go to the last paragraph(s) for the crux of it. I hate it, but I guess it’s the only way to maintain civilization, for now.

The politicians climbed on the back of the Keynesian Tiger back in the 1920s and 1930s and have been riding it for so long there is no way to get off. We both know that bailing out everyone and everything will at best kick the can down the road for a different group of politicians to screw up.
I don’t often share my thoughts with others as history has taught me that most don’t want to hear what I have to say or think, so I generally oblige them. That being said, I think the following is worthy of consideration and the folks here may be receptive.
With regards to the future of the Wuhan Flu, assume two things.
1. It will last several months at a minimum.
2. There will be a resurgence in autumn.
Act accordingly.
With regards to #1. Earliest reports of it in China go back to November 2019. This means that they have been dealing with it for over 4 months. It is just picking up speed in the West now. Expect the long haul.
With regards to #2. There is always an uptick of people getting sick in the fall as compared to the summer. I am not expecting the Wuhan Flu to be eradicated by summer, even if we manage to “flatten the curve”. As such, I am still expecting an uptick/resurgence in the fall.
As I look out my window here in Ottawa, there is still snow on the ground, but I am already planning my garden, and how to add further supplies to my pantry. Even though I doubt it is going to be “the end of the world”, I would rather take constructive steps to ensure my family’s well being than not.
The precautionary principle is generally speaking a wise one so long as it does not stray into Pascal’s Wager territory.
Given the way the Chicom Flu is acting in Singapore and other areas in that region with tropical climates I am not sure it will slow down during the summer.
The CNA news organization is based in Singapore and partially owned by the Singapore government. They have flu cases in Singapore and today some were reported in Malaysia.
Flatten the curve
— assumes everyone (or–I have read on NHS websites and discussion of them via twitter–at least 40% for “herd immunity) contracts the virus
— hopes that by slowing the rate of infection, we will have adequate medical care for those infected and for everyone else needing medical care
— does not address mutation itself, but a side effect of a slower rate of infection could be a slower rate of mutation
Please comment on the mutation issue if you have insight. Would a manufactured virus have a rate that is faster or slower than a naturally occuring one?
I notice that there are indeed naturally occurring viruses that are fomites.

I wish I could answer that question but don’t I don’t know enough about the life sciences to make an informed statement. Something in the back of my mind is saying they would mutate faster and more but that may not be right.
In my never-humble-opinion, there is now very little question about several points:
1. This virus got out of the Wuhan bio-weapon lab, and is not ‘just the flu’
2. The ChiCom regime mishandled it.
3. The World Health organization is a puppet of the ChiCom regine and should not be trusted. (Some of the Medical staff are good people, but the political apparatus of th WHO is rotten to the core.)
Scott Adams – one of the best thinkers of our generation – has put together some ways this pandemic will improve our civilization:
The $1,000 per person in the US will never be done on a regular basis, it would take $300 billion to do that for one time, It would take $3.6 trillion to do it every months for a year. Where is the money going to come from? If this is done on even a semi regular basis the US will go bankrupt much faster then it currently is.
I recall that in the time of Joseph and the Pharoahs, there was preparation of a famine. The govt took the people’s grain to store it in order to prepare for the famine, then the govt sold it back to the people during the famine. Since they were reduced to nothing during the famine, the people had no money to buy back the grain that the government had requisitioned, so became indentured servants to the government.
Next time around, the individual should be doing personal saving so as not to rely on the government!
We are blessed to have this type of warning handed down to us through oral and written tradition.
Yesterday on twitter there was the idea of “senior shopping hours.”
Today the idea is part of stores — and is we hope going to save lives in the future by partitioning shopping hours based on immune system response.
Who has been working for cash in the dining-out industry?
What value are schools and universities providing in return for the money taxpayers and tuition-payers pay?
I notice more people are relaxed and having time to walk because they no longer have a 2-hour daily commute.
I notice people tuning out the news because the situation is beyond our control and we have a limit on how much dire news we can tolerate.
Report 9: Impact of non-pharmaceutical interventions (NPIs) to reduce COVID-19 mortality and healthcare demand

Just read the Summary. Solid, though grim.
It’s grim and hopefully it won’t play out that way but I am afraid that this is wishful thinking on my part.
Aerosol and Surface Stability of SARS-CoV-2 as Compared with SARS-CoV-1
A novel human coronavirus that is now named severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) (formerly called HCoV-19) emerged in Wuhan, China, in late 2019 and is now causing a pandemic.1 We analyzed the aerosol and surface stability of SARS-CoV-2 and compared it with SARS-CoV-1, the most closely related human coronavirus.2

Yes, but it is not optimal to look at the wearers at such a distance.
Facial hair inhibits a good seal. Shave it. Conform the bridge to the nose.
No guarantees, but it’s a third-world thought:
