The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms has announced that Jessica Yaniv is pursuing yet another immigrant-woman owned salon at the B.C Human Rights Tribunals. Despite this, Yaniv is now being penalized by the BCHRT for refusing to pay outstanding fines.

“If you’re a distributor of content in Canada and obviously if you’re a very small media organization the requirement probably wouldn’t be the same if you’re Facebook, or Google. There would have to be some proportionality embedded into this,” said Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault in an interview on CTV’s Question Period airing Sunday.

 

He said the government will take time to carefully consider the 97 guidelines set out by the expert panel, most of which suggest handing over more powers to the CRTC.

It is astounding that seventeen years after 9/11 that it would be newsworthy that the FBI called a jihad attack “jihad,” but the denial and willful ignorance have been pandemic, and made into official U.S. policy during the Obama administration. This is a small step back to sanity for the still largely clueless and corrupt FBI. Much more is needed.

8. Streatham shooting: One dead, two injured after terrorist knife rampage in London street

Reports claim that a man attacked the cyclist with “a knife grabbed from a shop and police shot him” and the man “appeared to be dead”. […]

 

Social media users reported helicopters, ambulances and over a dozen police cars surrounding the area in south London.

“Over a dozen armoured police vehicles and helicopters at the scene.”

(As usual, no witness reports saying who the stabber was, what he looked like or if he yelled “Allah hu ackbar”, which almost certainly means his name was a variant of Mohammad, he had a beard, and yelled allah hu ackbar)
