2. Ottawa Police bringing back its Repressive Tolerance Unit.
(When the state determines what is true it is a totalitarian state. When the state enforces speech and thought crimes, guaranteed on a selective basis, it is an Orwellian state.)
“Officers in the hate crime section will monitor and triage all incoming reports to ensure a timely, consistent and effective response to all hate-motivated incidents in the city,” police said.
“The section will focus on the prevention of hate-motivated incidents through public education, outreach, and the development of intelligence to address extremism.”
Police also issued a reminder that reports can be filed on the service’s website […]
Now seems like another good time to explain how the Frankfurt School’s Marcuse and Habermas figured out how to use a very robust system of selective enforcement to allow a minority to rule a majority.
3. Has Canada adopted the British code words for Muslim?
4. Muslim Cleric Issues Fatwa Against Bollywood Film Director for ‘Showing Quran in Bad Light’
(Most readers of this site will know this. But for any who may not, it is critical to understand that Islam, like leftism, uses rhetorical tricks to achieve political goals. Much like leftists use terms like “racism” to silence anyone who may disagree with the consensus imposed by leftist think tanks in its never-ending cycle of destruction of reason, eg you cannot say that men cannot become women or that men and women are different without serious consequences to your life, Islam used the word Slander to mean something which makes islam or muslims look bad, irrespective of the truthfulness of the claim.
In other words, slander or libel in the real world is telling damaging lies about a person. In Islam, they mean telling the truth about an ideology that makes it look bad to as yet, unconquered people.)
New Delhi (Sputnik): The Bollywood movie “Gul Makai”, based on the story of the life and struggle of 22-year-old Pakistani Nobel Peace Prize laureate Malala Yousafzai, has drawn the ire of a Muslim cleric.
A Muslim cleric from the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh has issued a fatwa, an Islamic legal decree, against Amjad Khan, the director of a film about Pakistani Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai, who was shot by Taliban militants at the age of 14.
A poster for the film “Gul Makai” shows a girl holding a burning book in her hands with an explosion coming out of it. The cleric alleged that the book in question is the Quran, which means, per him, that the poster is against Islam and that the movie is showing their holy text as well as their religion in a “bad light”.
(Match set point)
5. Shots fired in German town of Rot am See reportedly kill 6, shooter in custody
(At first blush, this looks like a major league honour killing.)
Shots were fired in a small town west of Nuremberg, Germany, with local media reporting multiple casualties and injuries. Police, which sent additional patrols to the site, say the shooter has already been apprehended.
An unknown suspect opened fire in Rot am See, a town of just 5,300 inhabitants, local police report. The media are speaking of at least six dead, although police have only said that “many were injured and, probably, killed.”
The gunman has been promptly brought to custody. At this stage, he is believed to have acted alone as “there’s no evidence of other suspects.”
Preliminary inquiry suggests that the shooter could have known his victims. The Bild tabloid reported that he was a man in his 30s, while the victims were members of his family.
(The article goes on to try and link it to the oddly feminine looking German guy who incompetently attacked a Synagogue in the same city by virtue of the fact that it was the same city. This, they assume, will get people to semiconsciously think that it was a “white supremacist” act instead of a huge muslim honour killing. Which it seems more likely that it was.)
Thank you Richard, M., Johnny U., Snaphanen.Dk ET., Xanthippa, Wrath of Khan, and all who sent in these, and many more materials today.
I remember years ago hearing about gangs of “Asians” beating people up and wrecking things and finding it hard to picture a gang of Chinese guys doing that, ’cause they’re nothing like that here in Vancouver and it made no sense. Also, I could never figure out what they were so mad about – lack of chopsticks at the lunch counter? Too many potatoes and not enough noodles?
I guess I’m kind of slow. I know that in France, “Youths” means, “Muslims” and I just learned in the last few years that “Teens”, in the United States, means “blacks”. I here’s me picturing Richie Cunningham and the Fonz at the soda stand when I hear the words “teens” and “wilding” instead of the all-black crew that they really mean.
The thing is that it is frowned upon to the point of anger and violence to say anything negative about another race no matter how true it might be so the blame always has to land on someone else in order to maintain the political correctness of the thing. It’s horrible and will never ever lead to a solution because it’s bullshit…
A bunch of hired thugs that large costs a lot of money.
If I was the bad guys that is what I would do. I would dump endless money into Black Lives Matter and The Southern Poverty Law Center et al and I would encourage the hell out of every anti-American leftist organization I could think of. And I would pay special attention to Antifa. Just imagine how much more attractive democracy would look without all these aforementioned assholes making it look like a violent heap of garbage. The left are doing a wonderful job of discouraging the peoples of China and North Korea and Iran from turning to democracy by making it look absolutely terrible on the evening news. Cut to car-burnings and ugly bare-chested lesbians with short purple hair and huge black glasses. “Welcome to The Wonderful West!”.
I think they’ve been hard at work making us look bad since JFK was alive and Russians had to sneak off by themselves to listen to a smuggled Elvis Presley record…
They started trying to make democracy and freedom look bad since the late 1800s, they just became more open after JFK.
