Political figures have long used their families to route power and benefits for their own self-enrichment. In my new book, “Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Elite,” one particular politician — Joe Biden — emerges as the king of the sweetheart deal, with no less than five family members benefiting from his largesse, favorable access and powerful position for commercial gain. In Biden’s case, these deals include foreign partners and, in some cases, even U.S. taxpayer dollars.

 

The Biden family’s apparent self-enrichment involves no less than five family members: Joe’s son Hunter, son-in-law Howard, brothers James and Frank, and sister Valerie.

When this subject came up in 2019, Biden declared, “I never talked with my son or my brother or anyone else — even distant family — about their business interests. Period.”

 

As we will see, this is far from the case…

5. Judge Smacks Down Transgender Pronouns, Says They’re a Courtesy, Not a Right for People Before the Court

You can get yourself into an awful lot of trouble these days for the mere act of living in reality. Such is the case of Judge Stuart Kyle Duncan, a member of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

 

Duncan is a Trump appointee, one who was savaged by the left during his confirmation hearings because they said he couldn’t rule fairly in cases involving LGBT individuals, in large part due to the fact he once represented a school board fighting against a transgender student who wanted to use the bathroom of their choice.

 

He finds himself again at the center of a controversy regarding whether transgender identity and pronouns are a right in the legal system as opposed to a courtesy.

In an advisory opinion Wednesday, as The Hill reported, Duncan said that it was “convention,” not “binding precedent,” for the courts to refer to a transgender-identifying litigant by their chosen gender pronouns.

There are reports that ANTIFA are marching with American patriots because they also support gun rights.

I will say it loud and say it clear:

They do not. This is likely a plot to get on the other side of the barricades to attack or otherwise do mischief against those marching for 2A rights.

There are two things communists are against. Freedom of speech for the people and any chance the people have to fight back against a God like, state. That would be the second amendment, and by no coincidence, that is why the second amendment exists in the first place. When ANTIFA says they are for gun rights, it should be enough to keep them twice as far from the patriots as they would have been before that ludicrous lie.

    I think antifa is saying they are supporting gun rights and showing up in ordinary street closes instead of their black uniforms so they can mix with the peaceful people and do things to make all of the patriots look bad. Tomorrow is going to get interesting.

      It’s Going Down, arguably the largest Antifa website on the internet, has published a lengthy op-ed in support of gun rights from a Virginia militant leftist planning to attend the Second Amendment rally in Richmond this Monday.

      The anonymously penned piece titled “With Neither Tyrants Nor Fascists: An Anarchist Analysis Of The Growing Fight Against Anti-Gun Legislation In Virginia,” makes a surprisingly reasonable argument for why they oppose anti-gun legislation and mocks the theories that Antifa is planning to go to the rally just to instigate problems.

    • Virginia State Senator Issues Warning Hours before Monday’s 2A Rally: “We Are Being Set Up”

      Democrat Governor Blackface Northam is putting the squeeze on Virginia gun owners before Monday’s Second Amendment protest.

      The map of the protest grounds was released and shows only one entrance for the thousands of Virginia protesters expected at the rally.

      The group will be fenced in.
      And the governor is ordering the 2A protesters to leave their guns at home — in an Open Carry State!
      On Friday State Senator Amanda Chase issued a warning to those attending the Monday rally.
      “We are being set up!”

      Senator Chase wrote this on her Facebook page.

      I want you to be aware of how we are being set up.

      Does the Patriot Act ring a bell?

      Does the National Defense Authorization Act ring a bell?

      If people show up wearing any kind of uniform, patch or other symbol on their clothing signifying they belong to a militia and something goes wrong, you could/will be held as a domestic terrorist.

      If anyone steps out of line, all it takes is one person, it may even be a government plant….if that plant does anything to disrupt the rally, you could/will be arrested as a domestic terrorist.

      The Governor, using the media has already set the stage for this to happen.
      He has already laid the groundwork to make the entire movement look like insurrection.

      It will be used to put the rest of the nation on notice of what will happen to you, if you resist.

      They have used the Southern Poverty Law Center over the last 15 years to lay the groundwork.

      They have labeled us as potential domestic terrorist for a long time now.

      Anyone who has ever related to the 3%er’s, a militia, or just belonged to any Patriot group…the groundwork has been laid to brand you as a domestic terrorist.
