4. Road rage woman driver stabs girl in the throat and slashes another with a knife amid Paris gridlock caused by French transport strikes

French transport chaos caused by nationwide strikes turned to macabre horror in Paris when a road rage woman driver stabbed a girl in the throat for walking in the road.

 

The terrifying attack saw a 41-year-old mother identified as Fathia R. arrested in a street just off the Champs Elysee during traffic gridlock on Monday afternoon.

Her victim – who has not been named – was rushed to hospital where on Tuesday her condition was described as ‘critical’.

 

A second girl was also slashed by Fathia R, who tested positive for heroin, and suffered minor wounds.

The attack happened as Paris faced yet another day of transport chaos amid widespread strikes over President Emmanuel Macron’s hated pensions overhaul.

(So no last name given for a woman with an oddly Islamic name. One of her victims however is described as testing positive for heroin. The attacker tested positive for opiates. What the article does not say is: Koran 8:12 – hearts of those who disbelieved, so strike [them] upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip.”)

6. Police officer Amjad Ditta in group charged with sex offences

Sixteen men including a police officer have been charged with historical sex offences against children aged between 13 and 16.

 

West Yorkshire PC Amjad Ditta, also known as Amjad Hussain, 35, has been charged with sexual touching.

He and 15 other men are charged with offences against three girls in the Halifax area, dating from 2006 to 2009.

The allegations include several counts of rape, sexual assault, supplying drugs and trafficking.

 

Mr Ditta, who was attached to West Yorkshire Police’s Protective Services Operations, was a serving officer at the time of the offence he has been accused of.

 

The 16 men, all from Halifax, will appear at Bradford Magistrates’ Court on 6 January 2020.

7. Three found guilty of assaulting young girl in Telford

Three men have been convicted of sexually assaulting a young girl in Telford between 2000 and 2003.

Five men have been tried for abusing the girl who said she was forced to perform sex acts in a churchyard and was raped above a shop.

 

The jury unanimously agreed verdicts for three of the defendants earlier.

Deliberations are continuing on another separate charge faced by one of the convicted men, and in the case of two other separate co-accused.

 

The offences are alleged to have started when the girl, now an adult, was 12 years old.

Opening the case at Birmingham Crown Court, Michelle Heeley QC prosecuting, had said the victim had been “passed around like a piece of meat for the sexual gratification of several young men, some of whom are in the dock”.
