A female prisoner who was allegedly sexually assaulted in jail by a male-bodied transgender inmate has launched a High Court action for a judicial review of government policy.
She says the transgender woman, who is serving a sentence for rape of a female, groped her breasts in the prison toilets.
Shortly after the assault, the victim was moved to a different prison only to find her assailant had also moved there and would be sharing accommodation.
She is challenging the lawfulness of the government decision to place trans-women prisoners convicted of sexual and violent offences against women in women’s prisons without, it is claimed, adequately protecting female prisoners.

Now that the influence of Christianity is diminishing in the West, violence and insanity are increasing.
When the Scriptures speak about the light of Christ coming into the world, they’re not speaking about physical light, they’re speaking about the light of Truth.
Jesus wept over Jerusalem because they wouldn’t listen to him, and he knew what would happen to them because of it.
Jerusalem was destroyed in AD 70 by the Romans.
People say why doesn’t God speak; the truth is he has and people won’t listen. Jesus said to Thomas “He who has seen me has seen the Father.” They wouldn’t listen then and they won’t now.
And the world is a mess because of it.
If only people could see that God is on their side, and that the Scriptures are not a fairy tale, but reality. God has been warning us since Genesis, but he respects our freedom and will not save us without our cooperation.
I know this isn’t a religious website, but how can you cure the ills of our Western Society if you don’t have the right remedy?

It’s an attitude of mind. The truth sets you free. Hope, but not blind faith. Love your god equally as you love your neighbor even if they don’t love themselves. Forgive them for they know not what they do, and keep them far far away from the kids.
No Church I have ever met has taught this. Why? Because of St Paul snatching it away. His religion attracts homosexuals to the Catholic Church like flies. Because they get to put on a new suit. A convert. Hearing voices. Not a repenter. And keys to Heaven await them.
