Pro-Palestinian students at a small Ohio college set up a makeshift memorial for the 34 people, including leading Islamic Jihad militant Bahaa Abu el-Atta, killed by Israeli air strikes in the Gaza Strip earlier this month.
The students say the dead Palestinians were unarmed civilians, but Israel says that most of them belonged to Islamic Jihad, an organization considered by the United States and other Western governments to be a terrorist movement.
Oberlin Students for a Free Palestine posted two images of the memorial on its Facebook page on Thursday.

If our society was working halfway properly people would just be able to turn on CNN or MSNBC and there would be an accurate and sober analysis of the Gaza situation that they had every reason to believe wasn’t just propaganda. As it is when they turn on the MSM they get a carefully controlled pack of lies designed solely to make the left look good and the right look bad – especially one Donald Trump. How can we expect our democracy to work if the people aren’t even told reliable news? The Israelis don’t purposely bomb civilians and CNN should have gone out of their way to point that out a long time ago instead of always filling their reports with subtle but significant lies…
Like, have you ever heard a MSM outlet say that the “Palestinians” have been offered statehood many times but have always refused to cooperate, that they would rather stay angry? Have you ever heard the MSM point out that the Muslims categorically deny the Jews the right to a homeland and will only be satisfied when every single Jew in Palestine is either dead or gone – no exceptions! How the hell can you sit down and negotiate with people who will only accept your complete genocide? Why doesn’t CNN ever ever ever point out these important truths…?
