He is right, the Dems have so much invested in “Orange Man Bad” that they don’t have any choice, if they stop they are toast, if they continue they are toast. They will continue to unite and excite their base, they will do this until the 2020 election and when they lose they will start all over again on how Trump stole the election and is illegitimate. If Hillary had won the left would have won it all and non of the Dems crimes would be investigated or punished. Now their only hope is to get their base ready for an asymmetric civil war. A civil war they can’t win but one they can’t not fight, if they give Trump and the patriots a peaceful second term the left will lose control of the Dems and will wander in the political wilderness for many decades.
Of course the demonrats are unfit. A president wins or loses on domestic issues. PT’s got it.
Even if we avoid major violence, our side is also sustaining serious damage. We’re so fragmented, we can’t thrash out our internal differences. You’re either a warmongers or an isolationist. A RINO, CruzBot[*], Never-Trumper.
