1. Man charged with yelling anti-Semitic threats at Toronto event
Many Jewish participants were shocked to hear somebody allegedly yelling “Heil Hitler” at the Toronto Walk with Israel in North York last spring.
But Toronto Police have now also determined it was not just shocking but criminal.
They have arrested and charged a 74-year-old man with causing a disturbance and uttering death threat at the May 20 event.
The charges came after a complaint by B’nai Brith Canada, which sent police a video of a man allegedly yelling, “Hitler, please come back and kill all the Jews – not 100%, but 90% of them.”
2. Protest promptly planned in Halifax following Al-Rawi not-guilty verdict
It didn’t take long for a protest to form in Halifax amidst the controversial not-guilty verdict in a years-long case involving a former taxi driver charged with sexual assault.
Amanda Dodsworth has been following Bassam Al-Rawi’s high-profile retrial ever since it first entered the courts.
Al-Rawi was originally charged in 2015 after a woman who was naked from the waist down was spotted late at night by police officers in the back seat of the vehicle he was operating.
He was charged with sexual assault but was acquitted on Wednesday by Judge Ann Marie Simmons.
(We wrote on this at Vlad when the first trial was taking place and the odd reasoning for the acquittal, that seemed custom made for muslims. As the law is very clear for European Canadians. If a woman is drunk, and not only gives consent to have sex but she regrets it the next day, the man is guilty of rape. Canadian law states that the man is always responsible for the decisions women make no matter what she says etc. It is a bad law. And highly anti feminist in the way in which most people have been duped into thinking feminism is, but the fact that it is now selectively enforced so that muslims are now not guilty of rape if there is no evidence of lack of consent, well isn’t that interesting.)
An Illinois woman says authorities are trying to force her to remove a September 11 memorial on her property that they claim is ‘obsolete’.
Leigh Gardella-Wood lives with her family on the site of the former Spring Bluff Elementary School in Winthrop Harbor about 50 miles north of Chicago.
They have lived there since they bought the property in 2011 when the school shut down.
Gardella-Wood received a letter from the Winthrop Harbor Village last week ordering her to remove ‘all obsolete signage’ related to the elementary school and a 9/11 memorial currently on their property.
She has 14 days to remove the signage or risk a fine of up to $500 a day.
Gardella-Wood told NBC5 that the memorial rock was already on the property when they purchased it and that they asked officials to remove it within a year.
She claims said officials did not make any attempt to remove the boulder.

4. NOVA SCOTIA PRIEST FIRED FOR PRAYING FOR ISRAEL
(As we read, let us remember all the priests celebrated and promoted for praying for, and with Islam, washing the feet of muslims and in all ways supporting Islam)
HALIFAX – A Christian Orthodox priest in Nova Scotia was forcibly retired for delivering a sermon that honoured Judaism and Israel.
The head priest of St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Church in Halifax, Father Vladimir Tobin, received a letter from Orthodox Church in America Archbishop Irénée, the archbishop of Ottawa and Canada, on Aug. 12, informing him that he is being forcibly retired due to the alleged “Jewish twist in your ministry.”
The phrase likely alludes to a sermon Father Tobin delivered that mentioned Israel and Judaism in favourable terms, asked for congregants to pray for Israel and reminding the congregation that Jesus was a Jew.
“I’ve always been straightforward, have always spoken my mind,” said Father Tobin from his home in New Germany, about 120 kilometres south of Halifax.
He admits that his sermons over the last several years have tied together Christianity’s roots and the Old Testament’s Jewish background.

At the Thompson Rivers University: “The Canadian Government wants Shar’ah.” Mufti said: “And the government told us we would like you to have this system, and we would like to work on those initiatives with you.”
Is this not Shari’ah when the church fires a priest for saying pray for Israel and Jesus was a Jew.
Qur’an—A woman’s testimony in a court of law counts for half a man’s testimony “Since she might forget”. 2:282 Women’s minds are deficient.” Shari’ah law also states “ False accusers of sexual crimes may be flogged 80 times.” Will that be the next step for this poor woman?

This could have easily been “Jesus, please come back and kill all those who disbelieve – not 90%, but 100% of them.”
Thankfully, neither is ever going to happen. The wheat and the tares grow side by side. When evil is visible, then you will see good more clearly.
Because, when no one is exposed to complete islam, where the Muhammadans are
watched and their plans thwarted, then moderate islam becomes popular.
It is the very killing of civilians in the streets that turns people away from the halal served to them. And it is the schools deceptively teaching Muhammad as equal to Buddha, Jesus and Nanak (and all those who did not kill for their Gods) that draws the naive into the kaaba, to never be let out again on punishment of death.
Canadians are signing their own death warrants if they silence the voices of evil or good prophets. Because they will become so domesticated that they won’t know which is better.
Opinions are not crimes. They are words that can be disarmed and revealed for what vanity and weakness they are. Emotions are blind. And if all they learn is the point of a gun is the only solution – because this is the definition of criminalization – then it is that result we will get.
You can’t get to a person’s heart without listening to a person’s heart.

[Me: Perhaps he should have said that Jesus was a Jewish Palestinian. Anyhow, it was his assistant who complained. This past week’s Torah Reading, by the way, contains the phrase “Pursue just justice.” So, here we have in Canada an example of unjust justice!
