  1. Brad Johnson isn’t thinking this through, if the top people in and out of the White House, including Obama (if there is enough evidence) aren’t prosecuted and sent to the pen you are setting the precedent that that top politicians are a special class that are above the law. This is what the Dems have been pushing for their politicians while those who are their opponents are to be prosecuted when they have committed no crime. We are either a free nation with the rule of law that everyone is subject to or we are a nation with a multilayered Judicial system.

Brad can talk about not wanting ex-Presidents sent to the pen all he wants, if there is enough evidence that Obama broke the law and he isn’t prosecuted we are no longer a nation with the rule of law.

    • Public Servants are beholden to State interests and so lie and cheat while warmly smiling at the cameras. Such are their unenviable positions as actors.

It is when they don’t, that we should be very afraid.

Imam’s don’t lie. Communists don’t lie. LGBTQ+ don’t lie. Because in power they tell you exactly what they think, because they are ideologically aligned to be forced throughout the culture.

So, lying is not the issue, but being traitors. To allow foreign entities to take over.

For the Father, Mother and Son should always be one as Charlie, Alan and Jake Harper; or Spock, McCoy, and Kirk.

Judicial, Legislative and Executive. This is the Family of Man. It never gets old to watch and to love each one.

But islam, Communism and LGBTQ+ want everything to revolve around themselves.

These narcissists, who will betray their own mothers to supplant them – top, bottom or mistaken sideways glance – they are the evil in our midst who preach Diversity and, ‘we are just like you,’ whilst totalitarian, ruthless and intolerant.

There is no Trinity ever their hearts.

      • Like glass-half-full Charlie Harper, the hedonist as long as it is legal, this Hassidic Jew who can smoke because it is not forbidden in the Talmud.

Like glass-half-empty Alan, the neurotic sky is falling, this Socialist who can demand fairness and Safe Spaces from others.

Jake, just knows they are both nuts and poor parents. For us to see through this child’s eyes.

  2. The next time you talk to Brad I want you to ask him at what level of criminality does “I was just obeying the orders of my superiors” cease to be a valid defense?

Then ask him why it is (in his opinion) a valid defense for the lower level FBI Agents and Intel Operatives but isn’t a valid defense for Brennan, Comey and Strozk?

All I am doing is following his line of reasoning to the logical conclusion, that if Obama ordered the attempted coup then the coup members are shielded by his orders and according to Brads other statements Obama can’t be prosecuted because he is an ex-President and thus can’t be sent to prison for his crimes.

If we allow the Camp Guards defense to become a valid defense in the US Court system and can’t prosecute former Presidents where is the protection for the ordinary people? The President can order the law enforcement organizations to ignore the Constitution and the law and according to the logical conclusion of the line of thought the Cops, the Judges and the Prosecutors who are violating our Constitutional Rights can’t be prosecuted because they are just obeying orders.

We either have the rule of law for everyone or for no one, we can’t have any protected class of people or protected individuals. We are either the shining city on the hill that is the example of how to be a free nation with free people living in that nation. Or we are just another semi-Dictatorship or full Dictatorship with our freedom and our rights depending on the whim of a high ranking individual.

I don’t want to live in a nation where the President can break the law and not be prosecuted for breaking the law. We allowed the Clintons to break the law while Bill was President and after and this lead to Obama getting the idea that he could weaponize the US Law Enforcement and Intelligence communities against the people. That he could set the people against each other so that people with his political ideology could win the 2016 Presidential election and all Presidential elections after that.

    • The chance of rioting that could result makes the matter moot. Kind of a “too big to fail” protection for past Presidents whose popularity continues.

  3. Interesting question as to where the “following orders” defense begins and ends. While this aspect is going to be a largely a legal issue there are some clear differences. The FBI agents that spoke to Patrick Byrne were in fact following orders. The head of the FBI CI division Peter Stzrok and the Director of the FBI James Comey were the decision makers who gave the orders. A clear distinction. Leadership comes with responsibility and Stzrok/Comey are the individuals at the FBI that should pay the maximum price if there is a price to pay. The same applies to former director of the CIA John Brennan and DNI James Clapper. My thoughts on President Obama differ slightly because of two reasons. First, in a perfect world if Obama knew (very likely) or gave the orders (also possible) he should go to jail. The problem is that it would be very, very difficult to prove and would be mired in politics which would not be good for the US. I suppose if Brennan, Comey and Clapper flip and testify (not likely) that Obama made all the decisions and gave direct orders (which I doubt) then it should go to court and we all see how it plays out together. The second and perhaps larger issue (for me) is that I think the United States would be diminished if a former president were to actually go to jail. If it were up to me in a case like this I would let the case go forward and see Obama convicted but pardon him after he was sentenced. Not to help Obama but out of respect for the United States.

    • Thank you for the answer Brad.

Maybe along with the pardon, a nice fat fine would help assuage the public. I think Obama’s sea level palace at Martha’s Vineyards has annoyed a lot of people made to pay for Global Warming’s alleged sea rising,
