When their bodies were taken to the local main hospital, a suicide bomber, who the authorities believe was female, detonated her explosive-packed jacket outside the hospital compound, damaging the emergency ward.
Footage from outside the hospital shows bloodstains left in the wake of the suicide attack as well as the damage to the surrounding area.

Despite many details are still unclear, the Tehreek e-Taliban Pakistan armed group (TTP) claimed responsibility for the attack, saying it was carried out in response to the murder of two Taliban commanders by police in Dera Ismail Khan a month ago. President Donald Trump and the Republican Party had better be ready for a tsunami of new Democratic voters coming their way in 2020.
Far from the easy victory many pundits are predicting, there’s a strong chance that the president and his party (strong economy notwithstanding) may be overwhelmed by an unexpected wave of new voters coming mainly from the South and Southwest.
The same pro-China, communist-led organizations that almost won gubernatorial races in Florida and Georgia in 2018, and have almost turned once-reliably Republican Virginia blue, are aiming to mobilize a staggering 40 million new voters against President Trump.
If this network can mobilize just 20 percent of the new voters they are targeting, Trump will be a one-term president. Donald Trump Jr.’s recent prediction that the 2020 election will be a battle between “freedom and communism” will prove horribly accurate.
While most commentators are focusing on Midwestern “battleground” states, the American far-left is looking further South. The Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO) and its allies are looking to the millions of black, Latino, and low-income white potential voters in the South and Southwest who lean heavily Democrat, but traditionally vote in low numbers.

I doubt that there are 40 milloion unregistered American Citizens in the states mentioned. The fact that the Communists are willing to have it publicly known that they are pushing for the Dems shows that they think they have taken the US so far to the left that they can take their masks off. It also shows they recognize the danger of a second Trump term, the way he is appointing constructionist Judges who will make their rulings based on the Constitution and the laws that are written instead of on their political philosophy.
When Trump is reelected, and he will be reelected. A lot of people are not willing to tell the pollsters or display the political signs that show their true loyalty but in the ballot box they will vote for Trump. Remember a lot of the people live outside of the big cities and most of them support what Trump is doing, as do most of the blue color workers (most political polls are taken in upper middle class sections of the big cities, this is done because this gives the best chance of the results helping the left). These people will vote the way they want no matter what their Union leaders tell them. We are also seeing the minority groups leave the Dems as they realize that the policies instituted by Trump have made their lives better.
The 2020 election will be a hard fight but in the end Trump will win, and when he does the left is going to do their best to start an asymmetric civil war that will last well over a decade.

HONG KONG (AP) — Hundreds of thousands of pro-democracy demonstrators took to the streets of Hong Kong on Sunday, with some of the marchers defacing a national Chinese emblem in their latest expression of protest against mainland authorities.
After the march reached its designated end point in Hong Kong’s Wan Chai district, thousands continued onward, at various points occupying key government and business districts before departing for the Liaison Office, which represents China’s Communist Party-led central government within the city.
Protesters threw eggs at the building and spray-painted its surrounding surveillance cameras. China’s national emblem, which adorns the front of the Liaison Office, was splattered with black ink.
Organizers said 430,000 people participated in the march. Police had yet to release their estimate, which is generally lower.
Large protests began early last month in the Chinese territory in opposition to a contentious extradition bill that would have allowed Hong Kong residents to stand trial in mainland China, where critics say their rights would be compromised.

On the fiftieth anniversary of the 1969 Stonewall riots, Israeli historian Yuval Harari gave an interview to The Guardian in which he warned that the 21st century could see a dramatic rise in persecution of gays. Harari is known as the author of popular bestsellers and as a guru for progressivists. In his opinion, the main threat to the LGBT community comes from countries where, having obtained the freedom they desire, they have been turned into scapegoats: in Eastern Europe – most of all Poland and Hungary – and Russia.
Such an assertion is not something new. But it is interesting that it is being repeated by one of the most talented and outstanding representatives of the Western elite. It is evidence of how deeply prostrated and divorced from reality the members of that elite are. Even such obvious and shocking things as the Orlando nightclub massacre were not able to make them look at the world realistically.

A federal judge on Thursday denied bail to wealthy sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein who sought to be released from custody on a $100 million bond.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., has taken another shot at President Trump amid their ongoing feud, saying he cannot conceive of an immigration system that didn’t involve torture or hurting innocent people.

Border agents use tear gas to stop nearly 50 undocumented migrants who stormed Rio Grande bridge
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents had to use tear gas and pepper spray early Saturday to stop nearly 50 “undocumented individuals” from illegally entering the U.S. after they stormed a port of entry along the U.S.-Mexico border in Texas, officials said.
The incident at the Pharr-Reynosa International Bridge took place at around 4 a.m. The bridge is closed between midnight at 6 a.m., but CBP has had to construct temporary barriers in the middle of the span due to the large influx of migrants using the bridge at night.

House Intel Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) admitted that the real plan to ‘get Trump’ will be when he leaves office.
Schiff called Trump an “unindicted co-conspirator” during his appearance on CBS’s “Face the Nation” Sunday and said the SDNY should indict Trump after his presidency for campaign finance violations.
Prosecutors in the Southern District of New York on Wednesday wrapped up their probe after investigating the Trump Organization over a potential campaign finance violation because Donald Trump paid 2 women ‘hush payments’ in 2016.
There is nothing illegal about making hush payments and the prosecutors concluded their investigation with no new charges.
But Adam Schiff says the SDNY should re-open the investigation after Trump’s presidency so they can indict him.
Schiff says that if Michael Cohen went to jail for (non-existent) campaign finance violations, certainly Trump should as well because he was the one who directed Cohen to make the payments.
Schiff says that the only reason why Trump hasn’t been indicted yet is because of a legal opinion by the Office of Legal Counsel that a sitting president cannot be indicted so the DOJ will just have to wait until Trump leaves office.

A video recorded by Google shortly after the 2016 presidential election reveals an atmosphere of panic and dismay amongst the tech giant’s leadership, coupled with a determination to thwart both the Trump agenda and the broader populist movement emerging around the globe.

“Father Giacobbe Elia, a Roman Catholic priest, has hit back at fellow clergy who have expressed pro-open borders sentiments, defending walls and borders.
In an interview with Italian media, Father Elia expressed a positive opinion on walls and borders, stating that both were crucial to the building of any civilization throughout history, Italian newspaper Il Giornale reports.
The parish priest also defended populist Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Matteo Salvini’s public display of the crucifix during the last election campaign, which had been widely criticised by other members of the church.
On the topic of migrants themselves, Father Elia said that the reception of migrants and asylum seekers, “must never be implemented to the detriment of security.”
Elia is just the latest member of the Roman Catholic clergy in Italy to come out in support of the migration policies of Matteo Salvini.
Last month, Monsignor Michele Crociata, an expert scholar of Islam, praised Salvini’s strong border policy, saying, “A sensible politician must guarantee the security of the nation and control of the situation.”
Crociata also defended Salvini’s public displays of faith saying, “Christian signs are beautiful both in private and in public. We have almost lost our Christian identity and if anyone remembers us, so be it.”
The pro-Salvini clergy members are likely outnumbered by other members of the church who are vehemently against the Lega leader and his strong migration policies.
Jesuit Father Antonio Spadaro accused Salvini of “taking the name of God in vain,” earlier this year, claiming Salvini’s values, “have nothing to do with the gospel of Jesus” — while Catholic magazine Famiglia Cristiana went as far as comparing the deputy prime minister to Satan himself.
“The comparison to Satan seems in very poor taste,” Salvini said at the time, adding: “I don’t presume to give anybody lessons and I am the last of the good Christians, but I don’t think I deserve that.””

Voerde/Duisburg – The killer of platform 1 pushed Anja N. (†34) at the station Voerde on Saturday apparently out of pure murder desire before a arriving train.
After the arrest and on the following Sunday morning, the Homicide Unit questioned Jackson B. (28) for several hours. On Sunday morning, he was brought before the magistrate in Duisburg and was remanded in custody.
Prosecutor Alexander Bayer: “The Duisburg District Court has issued an arrest warrant for murder. The murder features of treachery and lust for murder have been fulfilled.”
“The perpetrators and victims did not know each other before the crime; there was also no dispute between the two,” the Duisburg police said in a statement. The Serb of Kosovar origin is already known to the police for various other crimes.
The apparently arbitrarily chosen victim Anja N. had only married in the summer of 2018 and is the mother of a daughter (13). Her husband mourns on Facebook, wrote on Saturday evening: “My wife was murdered today. She was pushed in front of a train by a stranger for no reason.”
The incomprehensible crime
8.49 a.m. at Voerde railway station (Wesel district) on the Lower Rhine: Passengers stand individually or in groups at the tracks, there is not much going on on Saturday morning. Suddenly it gets loud on platform 1.
Then everything goes very fast: When the RE19 is already in sight with its destination Düsseldorf Central Station, Anja N. from Voerde crashes into the track bed. The locomotive driver has no chance of preventing the tragedy. The train catches them. Despite immediate rescue and care by the emergency doctor, she dies.
