  1. BREAKING: HORROR as gang of gunmen KIDNAP Italian woman and injure FIVE children in Kenya (express, Nov 21, 2018)
    https://www.express.co.uk/news/world/1048197/Kenya-gunmen-italian-woman-kidnap-kidnapped-attack-children-injured-malindi-Al-Shabaab

“POLICE have launched a manhunt after an Italian woman was kidnapped and five children injured by a gang of armed men near the coastal town of Malindi, Kenya.

The attack was confirmed by the Kenya Police who revealed the injured had been ferried to Malindi Subcounty hospital.

The force’s statement reads: “The National Police Service wishes to inform the public that last evening at about 8pm, a gang of men armed with AK 47 rifles attacked Chakama Trading centre in Chakama, Makongeni sub location in Kilifi county, about 80 kilometres west of Malindi town.”

Police chief Joseph Boinnet identified the Italian woman as 23 year-old volunteer for Africa Milele Onlus, an NGO operating in the area.

He said the motive and the identity of the attackers is not yet clear.

However, residents claimed she was abducted after five men attacked the site and demanded money.

  2. Swedish Left-Wingers Try Blocking ‘Biggest in Years’ Deportation of Afghans (sputniknews, Nov 21, 2018)
    https://sputniknews.com/europe/201811211069998797-sweden-afghanistan-deportation/

“Pro-refugee protesters forming a human chain and chanting humanitarian slogans failed to stop the biggest deportation from Sweden in recent years.

About a hundred people gathered outside the Migration Board’s premises in Märsta, north of Stockholm, in an attempt to block the expulsion of some two dozen rejected Afghan asylum seekers to Kabul, the newspaper Dagens Nyheter reported.

Border police officer Patrik Engström said that with 25 people expelled on a single occasion, this was the largest deportation in recent years.

While 23 of the cases were referred to by the Migration Board, two were crime-related. According to Engström, the deportees were exclusively men aged 18 and over.

“The reason why there are so many is that we have handled many cases lately and have had a lot of people sitting in custody for a long time,” Engström told Dagens Nyheter.

Engström partly attributed this to previous regulations, which granted temporary immunity from expulsion to applicants for high school studies.

“From the police side, I believe it’s important to emphasise that our mission is to enforce government decisions while ensuring that people who want to hear opinions against such decisions can do so. That’s what we did yesterday,” Engström said.

Police spokeswoman Anna Westberg said the transfer from Märsta to Arlanda Airport took place “relatively calmly,” although a small number of the roughly 100 protesters were escorted from the scene after trying to form a ring and prevent the bus from leaving the detention centre.

“It feels terrible. I really thought that the deportation would be cancelled, because it’s so remarkable to deport people to Afghanistan, especially in the current situation,” Elin Morén of the pro-refugee organisation Ung i Sverige (“Young in Sweden”) said, as quoted by the newspaper Göteborgs-Posten.

In a video posted by Ung i Sverige on Facebook, the protesters are heard chanting “No person is illegal” before clashes with police ensue.

Ung i Sverige is a lobbyist organisation whose goal is to stop deportations to Afghanistan due to dangerous conditions in the war-torn country. Its motto is “We’re leaving nobody alone, the fight goes on.”

This year, to date, 142 Afghans have been expelled to their home country from Sweden with police assistance. This compares to only 69 during the entirety of last year. Another 252 Afghans chose to travel back to Afghanistan willingly, while yet another 1,950 left Sweden to pursue asylum in other EU countries.

Meanwhile, activists have been campaigning against the continued deportations of Afghan asylum seekers for over a year, including previous protests at the country’s airports. In one instance that gained international attention, a Swedish woman live-streamed her protest until the deportee was removed.”

  3. Number of children admitted to hospital with stab wounds up 86 per cent in four years, NHS figures show (telegraph, Nov 21, 2018)
    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2018/11/21/children-admitted-hospital-stab-wounds-86-per-cent-four-years/

“The number of children being admitted to hospitals in England with stab wounds is up 86 percent in four years, according to figures.

Statistics compiled by the NHS showed a big rise in the number of people receiving treatment for assaults by sharp object – most commonly a knife.

More than 5,000 people were admitted to hospitals in England, according to the most recent figures analysed by the BBC, which is up 14 percent for the same time period last year and up 40 percent compared to four years ago.

Those treated under the age of 18 has climbed by 86 percent since 2014, as it emerged the average age of knife attack victims is getting younger.

More than one in 10 of the 5,000 treated for stab wounds in hospitals last year in England were under the age of 18.

Of those, more than 50 were children between 10 and 14 years old, and four were under nine years old.

Among the statistics is understood to be eight-year-old Mylee Billingham, who was stabbed to death by her father William Billingham at his home in Walsall in January.

The figures come amid a surge in London knife crime, which Mayor Sadiq Khan conceded would take a decade to solve. Earlier this month the total number of murders in the capital surpassed that for the whole of 2017.”

    • It will take a lot longer then a decade to reduce the Islamic attacks in London. Of course the Brits could start deporting them in cargo ship lots but that is highly unlikely.

“There has been a surge in the number of reported sexual assaults in Sweden, with over six per cent of women saying they had been victims of sex crimes in the past year alone.

Criminal statistics agency Brå reported that the number of adult women aged 18 to 84 who have experienced some sort of sexual assault had risen from 4.7 per cent of the population in 2016, to 6.4 per cent in 2017.

According to the agency, “Between 2006 and 2012, the level was relatively stable, but since 2013, the proportion that claims to be exposed to sexual offences has shown a clear increase.”…”

  6. Poland Pulls Out: UN Migration Pact ‘Will Make Migrant Crisis Worse’ (breitbart, Nov 21, 2018)
    https://www.breitbart.com/europe/2018/11/21/un-migrant-pact-poland-crisis/

“Poland has announced it would be following nations including the U.S., Hungary, and Austria in pulling out of the UN migration pact, which it said would only “intensify” problems with illegal immigration.

Speaking on Radio Poland Tuesday, Defence Minister Mariusz B?aszczak confirmed the country would not be going to Marrakech next month to sign the agreement, which he said was “not a good solution” to Europe’s immigrant influx.

“This is not a method that would make it possible to reduce the migration crisis. On the contrary, it would only intensify the crisis,” B?aszczak told the public broadcaster, adding that Poland is cooperating with its fellow Visegrád nations to ‘migrant-proof’ external EU borders on the bloc’s east.

According to the Polish government, the document — which declares migration “inevitable, necessary and desirable”— did not meet its demands regarding the provision of “adequately strong guarantees of [nations’] sovereign right to decide who they allow to live in their territory”, and it failed to make a distinction between legal and illegal immigration.

A statement from the interior ministry added that signing the agreement, which is titled the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration, would have been “contrary to the priorities of the Polish government, which are the security of Polish citizens and maintaining control over migration flows”…”

  8. Report: 80 Percent of Venezuelans Short of Food

Around 80 percent of Venezuelans are now short of food, according to the new data compiled by NGO Human Rights Watch on Tuesday.

Following a trip to the Venezuelan border with Brazil by a team of health experts from John Hopkins University, researchers found that malnutrition continues to rise aggressively, with 80 percent of households unable to access enough food and rates of malnutrition among five years now over the World Health Organization’s crisis limit. In 2017, the average person lost around 11 kilos (24 pounds). In 2016, that number was 19 pounds; it is expected to have risen in 2018.

Combined with chronic malnutrition, the report also points to the scale of the collapse of the country’s health system, with practically every major health condition ranging from tuberculosis to malaria reaching crisis levels. For example, the number of malaria cases has risen from 36,000 in 2009 to 406,000 in 2017, while 87 percent of HIV patients now do not receive their necessary drugs.

    https://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/finns-held-malaysia-distributing-religious-material-59336178

“Malaysian police said Wednesday that four tourists from Finland have been arrested for distributing Christian materials at public places on a resort island.

The police chief of Langkawi island, Mohamad Iqbal Ibrahim, said the two women and two men were detained Tuesday at their hotel after police received complaints about them. He said police seized 47 pens with Bible verses and 336 notebooks containing texts from the Bible.

Police obtained a court order Wednesday to hold the four, including a married couple, for seven days while they are investigated.

Mohamad Iqbal said the Finns, aged between 27 and 60, arrived in Langkawi on Sunday and planned to leave Thursday. He said they are being investigated for allegedly causing disharmony and violating their visa status.

Proselytizing of Muslims by members of other religions is forbidden in Malaysia, although the reverse is allowed. Muslims, who comprise nearly two-thirds of Malaysia’s 31 million people, are also not legally permitted to change religion.

The Finnish Foreign Ministry confirmed that four of its nationals have been detained in Malaysia, but declined to give details.

Finnish news agency STT reported that one of those detained belongs to Joosua Missio, a Finnish Christian youth group known for promoting healthy lifestyles and touring the Nordic country’s music festivals with their own “Finland to Jesus” bus.”

“Rights groups say Mali is experiencing unprecedented violence in its central region where extremists, armed groups and the military are committing human rights violations.

The International Federation of Human Rights and the Malian Association of Human Rights say in a report Wednesday that soldiers have been responsible for the disappearance of at least 67 suspected extremists this year. Malian Association of Human Rights president Moctar Mariko says such figures are not available for extremists and armed groups but more than 1,200 people have been killed since 2015.

The groups say thousands have fled the intercommunal violence that has been worsened by extremist attacks in what they call Mali’s most dangerous region.

The rights groups urge the government to prosecute the perpetrators of crimes and serious rights abuses.”

  12. Mexico puts on job fair for migrants to stay and work in country

A job fair is underway in Mexico, giving migrants a second chance to accept Mexico’s offer to stay and work in the country instead of going to the U.S.

The fair opened just south of the U.S. border in Tijuana Monday, providing work permits and a humanitarian visas to members of the caravan.

At least five companies took part in the event, mostly offering factory work, with more expected to join over the course of the month-long fair.

Mexican officials behind the event are hoping their efforts will cool tensions between locals and the migrants, following a string of violent incidents.

  13. Trump admin. could designate Venezuela as state sponsor of terrorism

The Trump administration is considering whether to add Venezuela to the list of state sponsors of terrorism.

According to U.S. officials cited in the Washington Post on Monday, the country led by President Nicolas Maduro may soon be on the list of countries accused of supporting international acts of terror. The list currently includes Syria, Iran, Sudan and North Korea.

The report said the State Department is currently asking for input from other agencies on the designation as it could affect international aid to the country. It would also prohibit financial transactions between the U.S. and Venezuela.

This comes after administration officials reportedly met with the country’s military officials to plan a coup earlier this year. President Trump has not ruled out military action against Maduro.

“I just want to see Venezuela straightened out, I want the people to be safe, ” stated President Trump. “We’re going to take care of Venezuela — what’s happening in Venezuela is a disgrace.”

  14. China building on new reef in South China Sea, think tank says

BEIJING (Reuters) – China has installed a new platform on a remote part of the Paracel Islands in the disputed South China Sea which could be used for military purposes, according to recent satellite images reviewed by a U.S. think tank.

The strategic waterway is claimed almost in its entirety by China, whose continued building of military and other installations on artificial islands and reefs there has unnerved the region and angered Washington.

The Asia Maritime Transparency Initiative of Washington’s Center for Strategic and International Studies said the images showed a “modest new structure” on Bombay Reef, topped by a radome and solar panels.

“The development is interesting given Bombay Reef’s strategic location, and the possibility that the structure’s rapid deployment could be repeated in other parts of the South China Sea,” the group said in a statement on Tuesday.

  15. Climate scientist: Claim linking global warming and wildfires has ‘little grounding in fact’
By Daily Caller News Foundation November 20, 2018

Despite what Democratic California Gov. Jerry Brown and environmentalists say, man-made global warming is not a big factor in the wildfires raging across California, according to a veteran climate scientist.

University of Washington climate scientist Cliff Mass, no skeptic of global warming, said blaming California’s deadliest wildfire on a changing climate “has little grounding in fact or science.”

“Global warming is a profoundly serious threat to mankind, but it has little impact [on] the Camp Fire and many of the coastal California fires of the past few years,” Mass wrote on his blog Tuesday.

  16. Germany: Merkel defends UN migration pact, agrees with Brexit deal

German Chancellor Angela Merkel defended Germany’s signing into the UN migration pact while speaking to the Bundestag in Berlin, on Wednesday.

“This free movement of people is an accomplishment of the European Union,” said Merkel as she urged parties to refrain from only considering their own interests.

“That is nationalism in its purest form,” she added.

The non-legally binding Global Compact for Migration which covers international migration in all aspects was concluded in July and is expected to be adopted by UN member states in December.

The German Chancellor also addressed the Brexit deal projected to be finally struck between the UK and EU member states in an emergency summit on November 25, after Theresa May secured the approval of her cabinet earlier this week.

“We are, just as before, sad that Great Britain is leaving the European Union but of course we accept and respect that,” remarked Merkel while adding that maintaining a good relationship with the UK was in Germany’s interest.

Merkel’s only apprehension about the deal was the question of Gibraltar, a territory with British sovereignty on the south coast of Spain.

Spain has threatened not to sign the Brexit deal if the status of Gibraltar is not open to further discussions between Spain and the UK.

  17. Mexico: Migrant caravan defies Trump in final push to cross US border

The caravan of Central American migrants left Mexicali and headed for Tijuana on Tuesday.

Mexican police had blocked the migrants from leaving Mexicali for five days. They are hoping to reunite with another group already based in Tijuana.

Many were forced to make the journey on foot given the shortage of lifts on the motorway.

Froy Ramirez said he would consider making an illegal crossing over a river, even if he was denied asylum.

The situation along the border is tense. US President Donald Trump has vowed to prevent migrants from seeking asylum instead choosing to bolster security along the frontier.

Around 3,000 migrants have already arrived in Tijuana. The city’s authorities expect that number to reach 10,000 in the coming weeks.

The migrants, mostly fleeing violence and poverty, have been travelling for over a month after the group first formed in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.

    • VICE News – Mexico First!: The Migrant Caravan Arrives In Tijuana To Angry Protestors

The desperate and seemingly unstoppable journey of about three thousand migrants from Central America heading towards the United States has finally reached Tijuana, the final stop before the U.S. border. But the goodwill that migrants encountered on their long journey north from people offering rides and meals is now greeted with a chillier reception.

Instead, those arriving in the border city earlier this week were greeted by hundreds of Tijuana residents protesting their presence with angry chants of “Mexico First!”

Protest organizers echoed language used by U.S. President Donald Trump. “Mexico has always opened its doors to Central Americans to legal and organized migration but not to the illegal invasion that’s currently taking place,” said organizer Jesus Eduardo Burgos Gomez.

At one point during the protest, a group of residents tried to rush one of the shelters housing migrants but Mexican police in riot gear held them back.

“There’s too many people,” said protester Josefina Arangure. “We won’t be able to control it. A lot of people are going to stay and get jobs, others are just going to commit crimes.”

Protesters say they’re worried that this new wave of asylum seekers will overwhelm a city that has already dealt with its share of refugees from previous migrant caravans and from Haitians fleeing the devastation of the 2016 earthquake.

While the vast majority of those in the caravan say their ultimate goal is to get to the United States, U.S. border inspectors under the Trump Administration have only been processing about 100 claims a day at the Tijuana crossing. In the meantime, another thousand Central American migrants are expected to arrive in the next few days.

“They’re coming here with an American dream that doesn’t exist,” said Aranguer. “So unfortunately these people are going to stay here.”

  22. VICE News – Ken Starr: Mueller May Indict Trump After His Presidency

Special Counsel Bob Mueller has two pathways to proceed against President Trump if he uncovers serious wrongdoing by the President, former independent counsel Ken Starr told VICE News.

Mueller can either refer his findings to Congress for impeachment — as Starr did with former President Bill Clinton in 1998. Or Mueller can wait for Trump’s presidency to end, and indict Trump afterwards, Starr said.

Starr said he believes that the law does permit a sitting president to face a criminal indictment. But longstanding DOJ policy against charging a sitting president will keep Mueller from charging Trump while in office, Starr predicted — no matter what the special counsel’s investigation into Trump’s links to Russia finds.

Unlike many observers, Starr himself has real-world experience in making such decisions. In 1998, he sent an explosive report to Congress, dubbed the Starr Report, that laid out 11 “grounds” for impeaching Clinton, including perjury, obstruction of justice, witness-tampering and abuse of power.

  25. Belgium: Italy ‘sleepwalking into instability’ – EU Commission on 2019 budget

Italy’s 2019 budget plan is a “particularly serious case of non-compliance” with the EU rules, European Commission Vice President Valdis Dombrovskis said in Brussels on Wednesday.

“The situation in Italy is of common concern. Euro area countries are in the same team and should be playing by the same rules. These rules are here to protect us, to provide certainty, stability and mutual trust,” Dombrovskis noted.

The official stressed that “with what the Italian government has put on the table, we see a risk of the country sleepwalking into instability.”

He explained that “in the situation of very high debt” – the country’s debt load is the second-highest in Europe, after Greece – “Italy is essentially planning significant additional borrowing instead of the necessary fiscal prudence.”

“We conclude that an opening debt-based Excessive Deficit Procedure is thus warranted,”

    Dombrovskis added.

  26. EU FURY: Romanian politician gives Brussels MIDDLE FINGER in parliament

A MAJOR Romanian political figure has just given the EU the middle finger in the middle of a packed assembly.

    By FREDDIE JORDAN
    PUBLISHED: 08:46, Sat, Nov 17, 2018 | UPDATED: 09:03, Sat, Nov 17, 2018

Deputy Speaker of Parliament Florin Iordache was caught on video rampaging out of the speaker’s podium and thrust both middle fingers pointedly into the air as he swept across the room and down the stairs. The debacle came in response to increasing pressure from the European Commission on the Balkan state concerning allegations of corruption. The EU released a report that criticised the eastern European nation for democratic backsliding, but an impassioned Mr Iordache exclaimed that the government would continue a controversial drive to overhaul the judiciary and to remove prosecutors who are cracking down on graft.

In a speech at the assembly, the maligned politician said: “We’ll go on despite all the opposition from the European Commission.

“We want to be independent, we want to make the decisions according to our constitution and not because of the pressure coming from other quarters.”

This is not the first time Mr Iordache has come under fire. Last year, he backed a decree that catalysed Romania’s greatest protests since the Ceausescu era.

The repudiation follows a string of similarly polemical speeches given in Hungary and Poland – two other ex-Communist states that are proving resistant to the EU’s directives….

  27. Mother searches for alleged perpetrators on Facebook – police warns against it
    20 Nov 2018
    Alexander Huber
The case of alleged sexual harassment of a young girl in a train on the Rhine Valley Railway caused a major stir on social media on Sunday and Monday. On Sunday afternoon, a mother posted on Facebook a kind of private search request, according to which around noon her 12-year-old daughter have been sexually harassed by a stranger on a train from Freiburg to Schliengen
Attached to the post office were several pictures showing a dark-skinned man in a seat in the large compartment of the regional train. “Who knows this man?” Wrote the mother on Facebook. She did not write the details of what exactly have happened Within a short time the facebook entry got wide reach. By Monday morning, it had already been shared 8,000 times, by noon the 10,000 mark had been exceeded.
Clear message from the police: “NO!”
A spokesman for the Federal Police confirmed to the BZ that the incident was known there and they have taken care of that matter. The police did not want to give further information at first – both for reasons of investigation and for reasons of victim protection, it was said. On Monday afternoon, the police Freiburg published their turn a Facebook entry with a heavily pixelated and edited version of the original post and the clear message: “Not that way!”
The police said: “We point out that the publication of portrait photos without the consent of the depicted is a criminal offense and (in case of) criminal complaint will be prosecuted by the police. The public search on the Internet including photo of the wanted is incumbent on the police and prosecutors and may be done after decision of a court. Sharing a photo may already be seen as a publication [which is a criminal offence]. ” The mother’s original post is now offline.

  29. Germany: Turkish-Muslim Appointed Second-In-Command of Domestic Intelligence

    by Soeren Kern
    November 21, 2018 at 5:00 am

    https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/13334/germany-domestic-intelligence

Chancellor Angela Merkel has appointed a Turkish immigrant to fill the second-highest position in Germany’s domestic intelligence agency, the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz, BfV).

As the BfV’s new vice president, Sinan Selen, a 46-year-old Istanbul-born counter-terrorism expert, will be the first Muslim to fill a top leadership position within Germany’s intelligence community.

The appointment comes just weeks after Merkel fired BfV President Hans-Georg Maaßen for publicly defending the anti-mass-migration party Alternative for Germany (AfD) against attacks from Merkel and her junior coalition partner, the center-left Social Democratic Party (SPD).

By choosing Selen, Merkel appears to be trying to achieve several objectives. First, she seems to be attempting to save her floundering government by placating the SPD, which has demanded that the domestic intelligence agency begin monitoring the AfD party, and which has called for more people with a “migration background” in leadership positions at federal agencies.

Selen’s appointment also seems to be a symbolic move aimed at reaching out to Germany’s Turkish community, which has long complained of “institutionalized racism” within the German security apparatus. Finally, by appointing an ethnic Turk, Merkel appears to be trying to mollify Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who has repeatedly pressed for her to crack down on anti-Turkish Kurdish elements in Germany.

      • The news is depressing, the German Government has once again proven they are traitors to Germany.

  30. Obamairhead Judge Enforces Borderline Insanity
Meet Jon S. Tigar: coddler of criminals, defender of illegals, enemy of U.S. sovereignty.
    November 21, 2018
    Lloyd Billingsley

In the run-up to the November election, thousands of Central Americans began marching toward the United States, claiming the right to enter and gain asylum. Though billed as mostly women and children, the “migrants” were predominantly male and bristling with violent criminals. In Tijuana, Mexicans are calling the caravan an “invasion.”

On November 9, President Trump announced that anyone who crossed the border would be ineligible for asylum. An axis of the ACLU and Center for Constitutional Rights began shopping for a judge who would slap down President Trump’s policy. They found their man in federal judge Jon S. Tigar, who on Monday barred the Trump administration from refusing asylum to those who enter the United States illegally. The London-born Tigar was a 2012 pick of POTUS 44 but there’s more to his back story.

The UC Berkeley law alum was a Superior Court judge in Alameda County for 11 years. There he served as a judicial mentor for the Alameda County Bar Association’s Judicial Diversity Mentor Project and the Youth Law Project for the Centro Legal de la Raza. As a federal judge for the U.S. District Court in Northern California, Tigar made a name for himself as a friend of violent criminals such as Rodney Quine.

  31. Trump Admin Allows Troops to Fire to Protect Border Patrol Agents
    November 21, 2018
    Daniel Greenfield

The Democrat and Republican Left believes that American troops should be able to defend the borders of every country… except our own.

President Trump has been pushing back on that. Usually sending troops to the border is a hollow stunt because the troops can’t do much more than provide some basic support. But this latest memo allows for a very limited use of force.

The White House late Tuesday signed a memo allowing troops stationed at the border to engage in some law enforcement roles and use lethal force, if necessary — a move that legal experts have cautioned may run afoul of the Posse Comitatus Act.

The new “Cabinet order” was signed by White House Chief of Staff John Kelly, not President Donald Trump. It allows “Department of Defense military personnel” to “perform those military protective activities that the Secretary of Defense determines are reasonably necessary” to protect border agents, including “a show or use of force (including lethal force, where necessary), crowd control, temporary detention. and cursory search.”

There are approximately 5,900 active-duty troops and 2,100 National Guard forces deployed to the U.S.-Mexico border.

    https://www.frontpagemag.com/point/272023/trump-admin-allows-troops-fire-protect-border-daniel-greenfield

Richard: Posse Comitatus forbids using the US military as a police force against the US citizens, not using it to secure our borders and protecting US police along the border. The basic role of the Military is to secure our borders from foreign invaders, including civilian invaders. Granted the left wing activists Judges will try and twist the law all out of shape to try and say the US can’t use the military to protect our borders but a quick appeal to the Supreme Court will end that stupidity.

  32. ?If the Turk has tapes, he knew Khashoggi was going to be at risk _before_ he entered the embassy. The Saudis were executing an extraordinary rendition. That the embassy was bugged means the Turk had time to warn K against going inside.

He decided K was to be a shaheed for the MB, a weapon against MbS. The propaganda operation was already in place. The Saudis were not prepared, they fumbled.
    …….
SHEDDING LIGHT ON THE SAUDI-TURKEY RIFT
It appears that Erdogan and the Muslim Brotherhood are one, and that included sympathizer, and colleague Jamal Khashoggi

Saudi Arabian officials have conceded complicity in the murder of Jamal Khashoggi. The time has come to shed light on Turkey’s position in the matter. It is recognized by many that the main battle was not between Khashoggi and the Saudis, but rather a clash between Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman and Turkey’s Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The struggle is not over the death of the journalist, but rather for control of the entire Sunni world.

…Jamal Khashoggi walked into the Saudi Arabian Embassy but did not walk out. It appears that an attempt was made to drug him and return him to his home country to stand trial for charges against the Saudi government. According to some sources, Khashoggi was not garroted; instead he stopped breathing after he was drugged.

Article 6 of Saudi Arabian basic law states it is “punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years and a fine of not more than SAR 3 million [$800,000] or one of these penalties for a number of crimes, including the production of anything that violates public order, religious values, morals, the inviolability of private life, or preparation, transmission or storage of it through the Internet or a computer.”

I was quietly told – first in Israel by a former high-level member of the Mossad, and later in a meeting with Egyptian intelligence officials – that Crown Prince bin Salman approved the mission to arrest Khashoggi and bring him to justice, as Israel had done with Adolf Eichmann.

Unfortunately, the persons charged with secretly arresting the journalist and flying him back to stand trial for incitement accidentally killed him with an overdose and then panicked. It was then that the cover-up ensued.…

Leaks from Turkish intelligence (MIT) regarding events inside the consulate are so detailed that one has to wonder how, when, and why clandestine devises were planted inside the building, as well as the home of the Saudi consul. MIT must have known that an attempt to kidnap Khashoggi was imminent.

Not surprisingly, Erdogan has failed to present taped recordings of conversations inside the Saudi consulate that were made days before the death of the journalist. Any speculation on the why must include the theory that the Turkish president knew of [=>]the plan only to return[<=] Khashoggi to Saudi Arabia.

…I was in a delegation that had a two-hour meeting with the Crown Prince, and told him the story of “Operation Eichmann.” I knew it well because Isser Harel, who planned the operation, shared it with me at his home one evening over dinner.…

…Who or what inspired Erdogan to become involved in the turmoil surrounding Jamal Khashoggi’s death? There is one simple answer: the Muslim Brotherhood.…

It appears that Erdogan and the Muslim Brotherhood are one, and that included sympathizer, and colleague Jamal Khashoggi. President Erdogan sacrificed his friend in order to implicate the Saudis and particularly Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman. The Washington Post journalist was the pawn in Erdogan’s game. He was sacrificed in order to get to the king—or in this case, the Crown Prince.

    • Interesting comment from a source WordPress rejects [?!]:

Khashoggi’s murder is an attempt to drive a wedge between the kingdom the US. In rearranging the political deck chairs to isolate Iran in the Mid-East, Saudi Arabia had crossed some lines.

Back in May 2018, MbS ordered that all Saudi government contracts with Germany be cancelled after Germany announced its intentions to stand by Iran while the US prepared to re-impose sanctions. That decision jeopardized massive contracts with German companies, including Siemens, which had just signed a contract worth around $400 million to deliver five gas turbines for a new Saudi power plant, and Daimler, which had secured an order to supply 600 Mercedes-Benz Citaro buses from Saudi bus operator SAPTCO.

They don’t care about journalists in Turkey. Europeans don’t mind too much either, actually.

Last July, Dutch Prime Minister Rutte quietly let two Iranian diplomats slip home, after it was discovered the Iranians liquidated two opponents of the regime residing in The Netherlands.

Late October, the German government announced it will evict Ertugrul Adil Yigit, a 60-year old Turkish dissident, who had enjoyed asylum in Germany for 36 years. In September 2018, Mr. Yirgit showed up at a joint press conference in Berlin of Frau Angela Merkel and Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Yirgit donned a T-shirt inscribed with “Gazetecilere Özgürlük Freedom for Journalists in Turkey”. He was thrown out of the hall by security. Next month, Yirgit received a letter from the Regional Authority Hamburg Center, Department for Foreigners, that he will be deported from Germany.

The Europeans and Turkey, want back their cozy relationship with Iran.

      • “That decision jeopardized massive contracts with German companies, including Siemens, which had just signed a contract worth around $400 million to deliver five gas turbines for a new Saudi power plant, and Daimler, which had secured an order to supply 600 Mercedes-Benz Citaro buses from Saudi bus operator SAPTCO.

Now THAT’S going to leave a mark!

  33. CIA Lied About Iran’s Nukes, Trump is Right to Question it on Khashoggi
    November 21, 2018
    Daniel Greenfield

There are 3 worthless things in the world: LEED environmental certifications, Petro, the Venezuelan cryptocurrency and CIA reports.

If a CIA report told me the sky was blue, I would have to look twice to be sure.

President Trump is right to be skeptical about a CIA report on Jamal Khashoggi, an old terror pal of Osama bin Laden. CIA reports are notoriously worthless. They’re easier for foreign governments to plant than fake news on Facebook. The whole Steele Report circus was a civilian version of the same mess that produces garbage claims by people who shouldn’t be trusted to take out the trash.

    e.g. Valerie Plame.

Most Americans don’t trust the CIA, for various reasons, it’s a sensible position. And the media’s hysterical frothing over the matter won’t convince anyone outside Washington D.C. to care about the death of its pet Muslim Brotherhood member.

  34. Asia Bibi and the Plight of Pakistani Christians
An inconvenient narrative for Western media elites.
    November 21, 2018
    Jack Kerwick

Media talking heads and self-appointed monitors of “hate” have been waxing hysterical over what they claim is a rising tide of “hate crimes” nationwide, a phenomenon, they want for us to believe, provoked by the rhetoric of President Donald J. Trump.

This claim, of course, is nonsense. Yet there’s another point that I wish to make here.

While the Western world has been deluged with media coverage regarding the legions of Muslims that fled to Europe from the oppression that they allegedly suffered in their own homelands, as well as with stories (many of which have been revealed as hoaxes) of Christians victimizing religious minorities in the streets of America, media elites never make a sound concerning the oppression that Christians around the world really suffer at the hands of the non-Christian majorities with which they co-exist.

Take Asia Bibi as just one example of this endemic phenomenon. This young woman’s experience is illustrative of that endured by numerous Christians throughout Bibi’s home country of Pakistan and throughout the Islamic world. Hers is worth drawing attention to, however, for more people are increasingly becoming familiar with Bibi’s name.

  35. Trump Statement Puts National Interests Over Khashoggimania
    November 20, 2018
    Daniel Greenfield

President Trump’s statement on the death of Jamal Khashoggi, an old Muslim Brotherhood friend of Osama bin Laden, was fairly nuanced, but it put our national interests and the fight against Iran front and center.

That’s obviously not very satisfying for the media, which backs Iran and the Brotherhood over the Saudis.

Trump’s statement makes the case that Saudi investments and the fight against Iran matters more than the media’s Khashoggimania.

The media however loathes America and rejects our national interests, economic or military.

Trump not only shrugged at Khashoggimania, but he rejected the left’s hysterical push to help Iran win in Yemen. Trump’s agenda is beating Iran. The media’s agenda is helping Iran beat America

  36. SOURCE: Bill and Hillary Clinton tour canceled due to ‘poor sales’ — and Broaddrick movie shadowing it?

A source tells The American Mirror that Bill and Hillary Clinton’s 13-city tour has been canceled.

    In early October, CNN reported:

The Clintons announced on Monday that they would headline a series of live events together — billed “An Evening with The Clintons” — across the country in the final weeks of 2018 and into 2019.

The tour will provide the Democratic stalwarts with a notable platform weeks after the consequential 2018 midterm elections and deep into 2019, when a number of Democrats will be jockeying for positions in the fight to be the party’s standard bearer against President Donald Trump in 2020.

The events, which are being produced by tour promoter Live Nation, are being billed as “one-of-a-kind conversation with two individuals who have helped shape our world and had a front seat to some of the most important moments in modern history.”

But now that appears to be off, due to “poor sales.”

A survey of Ticketmaster listings Wednesday night for some of the shows indicates many tickets are still available for the early dates for the tour.

  37. Person of the week: Louise Arbor
The mother of the migration pact

    By Wolfram Weimer
    20.11.2018

More and more countries reject the migration pact. In Germany it becomes a political bomb. Now the UN Migration Officer intervenes in the debate. She wants to help Angela Merkel – but just the opposite could happen…….

.Angela Merkel feels the growing resistance and fights more and more vehemently for the pact. An ally is Louise Arbor, UN Special Representative for International Migration. Arbor is currently busy giving interviews to appease growing criticism in Germany and Switzerland. After all, the wish for the pact came from here. In an interview with the weekly newspaper Die Zeit, she admits: “The initiative for this came from Europe after the European crisis in 2015.” Now Union politicians wonder who exactly started this initiative from the federal government? The Chancellery and the Foreign Ministry have unduly sneaked around on this issue.

    “Comrade Louise” joins Merkel
In fact, the Federal Government apparently had the lead behind the scenes of the pact closure right from the start. Under the chairmanship of Germany and Morocco, diplomats, politicians and various interest groups met in 2017 and 2018 for several events of the Global Forum on Migration and Development. The GFMD, with the help of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to a large extent has formulated the Marrakesh paper . It stated on its website that the summit in Morocco was the “climax” of the “global migration community” to establish “general principles and legally enforceable liabilities” of migration. “Compulsory liability” is exactly what the critics of the Migration Pact claim as the long-term goal of the Pact.
Arbor announces, however: “The pact is not a contract, so it is not legally binding.” But why should it exist if it does not have a formal effect? Legally non-binding agreements often pass into international law. A prominent example is the Paris Climate Treaty. Arbor counteracts the critics: “This pact does not promote migration, it does not aim to reduce or increase migration, neither does it say that migration is good or bad.” Then why does his preamble expressly refer to migration as a source of wealth and innovation? When asked, Arbor declares, “Because it’s the truth.” As the tone in the Pact debate is sharpening, Arbor speech also became increasingly aggressive . Arbor believes that countries that do not want to sign the pact either “misunderstand the text or are insincere”. But then Arbour defamed her critics and entire countries such as the United States, Austria or Australia as fools or liars.

The agitatory tone is no coincidence. Because Louise Arbor is not only considered the “mother of the migration pact”, she is also a passionate, political activist. For decades, she has been pursuing policies on minorities and international law from a left-liberal stance; her political opponents call her “Comrade Louise”. As United Nations Commissioner for Human Rights, she regularly attacked US foreign policy, as well as Israel, or even her own government in Canada, which she said to do too little for Native Americans. Arbor got herself in political hot water, as she welcomed the Arab Charter of Human Rights, which unilaterally accused Israel of racism and sought to “eliminate” Zionism. Only after heavy criticism from Western countries Arbor dissociated herself from some statements of this document. However, Arbor won a lot of cross-party respect as Chief Prosecutor of the tribunals on the genocide in Rwanda and the crimes committed during the Yugoslav wars. Now she is active on the European opinion platforms in order to allow Angela Merkel to legitimize the Pact of her migration policy. But it could be that she only drives Merkel deeper into political problems.

  38. NGOs in Gaza and the West Bank Incite with European Support

    • In Gaza, the NGO network is closely linked to the Muslim Brotherhood in Europe and the European “Red-Green” alliance, comprised of the European Left and the Muslim Brotherhood.

    • The NGO network in Ramallah, however, belongs to the historical Palestinian Left – the former Communists and the Marxist terror organizations such as the Popular Front and the Democratic Front.

    • The NGOs in Ramallah are very radical, marked by hatred of Israel and the U.S., and they foment tension between Europe and the U.S.

    • In the last Palestinian Legislative Council elections in 2006, the leftist parties won only meager percentages and barely qualified for the Palestinian parliament. They maintain their political power thanks only to the NGO frameworks, which are buttressed by European money.

    • Mustafa Barghouti is the spokesman of the Ramallah NGOs. He was the leader of the Communist Party in the West Bank. In the 2006 presidential elections, he ran against Abbas and won 20% of the vote.

    • When former U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry tried to promote an Israeli-Palestinian peace agreement, Barghouti instigated a demonstration against him.
