  1. FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP — Jerry Wolkowitz, a freelance photographer who prosecutors say was brutally beaten and assaulted because of his race, has died six months after the attack in the parking lot of his apartment.

Jamil S. Hubbard, 25, of Sayreville, approached 55-year-old Jerry Wolkowitz and hit him from behind on May 1, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.
He had been hospitalized in a vegetative state ever since the attack, according to a GoFundMe page created to help with his medical expenses. The Asbury Park Press reported his death on Thursday. Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office spokesman Chris Swendeman said his body had been brought to the Middlesex County Medical Examiner for a postmortem exam.
Wolkowitz was hit on his head and his face before being dragged into the parking lot of an apartment building on Harding Road, Gramiccioni said. Hubbard then stole Wolkowitz’s car and drove over him, prosecutors say. Police said they found the car at Hubbard’s home in Sayreville.

“The investigation determined that the defendant targeted the victim because of his race,” Swendeman said at the time, adding that Hubbard, who is black, and Wolkowitz, who is white, did not know each other.

  2. Democrat Party Official Says Republicans Should Be “Brought to The Guillotines”

Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party Member Suspended After Saying Republicans Should Be Brought ‘To The Guillotines’
    Daily Caller | Politics October 18, 2018:
A member of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor (DFL) Party was suspended after saying Republicans should be brought “to the guillotines” after the November midterm elections.

William Davis, who is the spokesman for the party in Minnesota, commented in a Facebook post: “11.7 — bring them to the guillotines.” Party executive director Corey Day said Davis deleted the post and party spokeswoman Charlene Briner said Davis’s suspension started Monday with no pay for one week, according to The Associated Press.

“The comment made by William Davis on social media this weekend was unacceptable. The DFL offers its apologies and assurance that these types of remarks by our employees are not the way we conduct our business,” Day said in a statement to Bring Me The News.

The screenshot of the Facebook post was shared by the campaign for Republican Attorney General candidate Doug Wardlow. Wardlow is running against the deputy chair of the Democratic National Committee, Keith Ellison, who was accused of sexual abuse by his ex-girlfriend. • If/when the left gets enough power in every Western Nation we will see revolutionary courts and the people who opposed the revolution will be sent to either reeducation camps or to the Guillotine, although I doubt that many nations will build and use Guillotines some may. Most will either hang or shoot the ones they want to murder.

  3. French Flee To Hungary To Escape Effects of the Hijrah (Mass Muslim Migration)

You can run, but you can’t hide. If Islamic history has taught us anything, it’s that war is unavoidable.

French citizens are now joining Germans and others seeking a new life in the Hungarian capital of Budapest in order to escape the negative effects of uncontrolled mass migration.

    Breitbart, October 20, 2018:

More and more French are seeking to escape to what they see as the safety of Budapest according to a new documentary called Hungary: the Promised Land that was broadcast on French television this week, France Info reports.

The 20-minute documentary examined the lives of several French citizens who now call Budapest home including a young woman named Elsa who came to the city two years ago after living in the notorious, heavily migrant-populated suburbs of Paris.

The young woman claimed that she moved after being assaulted and robbed on three separate occasions in her previous neighbourhood. “I think that when you are master of your country, fundamentally, in an era of globalization, the immigration factor comes into play,” she said.

    • The ones running will probably be used to form Governments in Exile and Free French Armies like was done in WWII (successfully) and in other wars with mixed results.

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released 224 pages of documents containing nearly 1,000 summaries of Significant Incident Reports (SIRs) from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) revealing that “Unaccompanied Alien Children” (UAC) processed during the Obama administration included admitted murderers, rapists, drug smugglers, prostitutes, and human traffickers.

The documents, from the HHS Administration for Children and Families reported to the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), are for the approximate six-month period May to November 2014. They were produced to Judicial Watch after a three-year delay in response to a November 12, 2014, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking:

  5. Illinois Girls Brutalized In ‘Demonic’ Muslim Sex Ritual

Doctor could face 30 years in prison

    | Tresa Baldas, Detroit Free Press – The federal government has found three more female genital mutilation victims who traveled to Michigan for the procedure — all of them elementary school girls from Illinois who came here with their mothers for religious cuttings, prosecutors say.

One of the girls was cut on Valentine’s Day in 2015; another at the start of her 2015 school year, court records show. The third was cut in March 2015.

All three Illinois girls were about 7 years old at the time of the procedures, according to a new indictment filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Detroit, where eight people are facing charges in the nation’s first genital mutilation case, including two doctors and four mothers.

German AfD MP Markus Frohnmaier says he is most disconcerted by the latest developments. Piled up on his desk, is a mountain of papers with the headers showing the logo of the United Nations.

“Every MP of Europe, every MEP and even every mayor should be forced to read this”, says 27-year-old Frohnmaier, one of the youngest deputies in the Bundestag.

In September 2017, he was elected to parliament on the list of the Eurosceptic party Alternative für Deutschland (AfD). “If there had not been the AfD in the German parliament, no other political force would dare to criticise this monstrous document.”

    • Pay attention to what he is saying about the weaknesses of China, they are the reason that China is in much more trouble then the mainstream pundits are willing to admit. I don’t know if China will have an economic and political collapse if one of the weaknesses collapses but the collapse will probably be several of them at the same time which will ensure that China is no longer a threat and there is a good chance that any collapse in China will spread.

The EU is threatening to collapse the Italian banking system and economy they seem to think that they can shield the rest of Europe from any collateral damage but what happens if that collateral damage is to China? Will this cause China to collapse? If China collapses what will this do to Germany?

Don’t forget that the worlds economy is very closely tied together and the only nations that have totally self sufficient economies are those where they life in mud huts. The left is always pushing the idea that the US economy is weak and will collapse at any moment. In reality we are the economy that is in the best shape to ride out a major global economic crisis.

      • … the collapse will probably be several of them at the same time which will ensure that China is no longer a threat and there is a good chance that any collapse in China will spread.

As Machiavelli was known to say:

If an injury has to be done to a man it should be so severe that his vengeance need not be feared.

What to do when your self-declared foe is busily gutting itself socioeconomically with an entirely unexpected degree of vim and vigor? America needs to figure out how to roll up its sidewalks all smart and proper as part of immunizing itself against Communist China’s pending implosion.

If the USA skirts economic disaster with Red China to the same extent as we did with the USSR, it will be nothing short of miraculous. From all indications, the margin (as in lingering bond debt, etc.) promises to be even narrower with Beijing than it ever was with Moscow.

        Quelle Horreur!

    • Its an old one but the info is still good and gives you some base lines to estimate what the true state of the Chinese economy is, and it isn’t good.

“A French teenager has been charged with aggravated violence after video footage showed him pointing a fake gun at his teacher in the Parisian suburb of Creteil, prosecutors said on Sunday.

The incident was filmed and uploaded on to social media on Thursday by one of his high-school classmates.

The 15-year-old said it was “a joke”, adding that he was not aware that he was being filmed, local media report.

  9. GEERT Wilders has been refused police protection after he planned to attend a pro-Tommy rally in London.

The Dutch MP, who is a critic of Islam accepted an invitation to appear on stage with Tommy Robinson outside the Old Bailey next Tuesday, but has been denied protection from UK authorities.

Mr Wilders said he wanted to come London to support activist Tommy Robinson who is facing trial for reporting on the case of a grooming gang.

Wilders tweeted: “Unfortunately AGAIN the British authorities refused police protection.

“Probably politically motivated. What a sham.” He added.

  10. Following the vandalism of the crucifix on the island of Lesvos as reported previously by GCT, news has come to light of a second act of desecration of Orthodox religious symbols by suspected Islamists.

Authorities on the island alleged that Islamists on the island vandalised and destroyed a small ‘proskinitari’ built in the shape of a small chapel.

This second act of religious desecration took place in the same area as the vandalised crucifix.

According to sources, after the tearing down of the crucifix, authorities instructed the police to prevent any attempts to raise it in its place again for fear, it is suspected, of provoking the religious sentiment of other minorities.

  11. n Iran, retirees join truckers, shopkeepers, teachers on strike agains the mullahs
    By Hassan Mahmoudi
As Iran spends billions on proxy wars throughout the Mideast, thousands of Iranian retirees took to the streets of Tehran and other cities across Iran on Oct. 16, 2018, joining the truckers, shopkeepers and teachers who have initiated a major strike against the mullah regime. What brought so many retirees to the streets was public anxiety about the miserable conditions of life under the mullahs. There’s an economic crisis, spiraling inflation, and a high cost of living that has particularly hit the lives of the elderly hard. Iran’s mullahs may live the good life, enjoying the proceeds from rich oil fields and exports of 4 million barrel a day, but the elderly and the working people do not.

What’s outrageous is that there’s no money in the country to help them. Instead, Iran’s rulers in recent years have financed billions to support their extremist allies in Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, Bahrain, as well as keep Syria’s odious dictator, Bashar al-Assad in power. Back home, people are suffering from unemployment and high prices.

  12. An Islamist mob stoned three Christians to death in western Kenya this week in apparent retaliation for the recent killing of three suspected al Shabaab militants.
An eyewitness said that the killing happened at a construction site where one of the Christian victims, Fredrick Mukanda Bahati, was building a house along with two assistants. The men were mixing mortar in Elwak, Mandera, a town close to the Kenya-Somalia border, when they saw the mob arriving.

“From a distance, I saw the men hurling construction stones towards Fredrick and his coworkers,” the unnamed witness said.

“The three managed to flee into a nearby hotel for safety, although they had been badly injured. The Muslims relentlessly followed them up and stoned them to death,” he said.

The witness said that the mob was chanting “takbir, takbir, takbir,” the title for the Arabic phrase “Allahu Akbar” (Allah is greatest).

  14. Qatar drenched by floods as almost a year’s rain falls in one day (mee, Oct 21, 2018)

“Qatar was hit by widespread flash flooding on Saturday as the desert state received almost a year’s worth of rainfall in one day.

Roads became impassable, air traffic was disrupted and homes were flooded, while shops and universities closed, AFP said.

Qatar broadcaster Al Jazeera’s senior meteorologist, Steff Gaulter, tweeted that one part of the capital Doha had experienced almost a year’s worth of rain on Saturday.

“Abu Hamor (a suburb) now reporting 59.8mm. (Doha average annual rainfall is 77mm),” she wrote. By early evening it was estimated that 61mm (2.4 inches) of rain had fallen.

The storm hampered visibility for drivers, and motorists were urged to be cautious, the Peninsula website reported.

“I am turning back because driving has become very difficult in the heavy rain and wind. Even buildings cannot be seen clearly,” one driver told the Peninsula.

Qatar Airways was forced to divert some flights, creating logistical headaches, as neighbours Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain are among states that do not allow Doha to use their airspace, amid an ongoing diplomatic rift.

Some Qatar-bound flights were forced to divert to Kuwait and Iran, and the airline warned its passengers to expect further problems.

“Due to weather conditions over Doha, flights are subject to delays for departure and arrivals,” Qatar Airways said on Twitter.

Qatar’s public works authority issued a warning to drivers to avoid tunnels because of the flooding.

Social media in Qatar showed cars almost completely submerged after thunderstorms over Doha.

Other footage showed rainwater running downstairs inside buildings as workers tried to mop up.

Qatar’s National Library, not yet a year old, was forced to close and said it would remain shut on Sunday to ensure the “safety of our users”.

The US embassy also said it would be closed on Sunday, “due to weather conditions”.

The extent of the flooding may cause concern for the authorities who have spent billions of dollars on major infrastructure projects ahead of hosting the World Cup in 2022.

Some sought to downplay the disruption, joking online there was now no need for Saudi Arabia to dig a canal around Qatar – an apparent threat made by Riyadh as part of the continuing political tensions – because the flooding had done the neighbouring power’s job for it.”

  15. Egypt’s SIS refutes reports claming theft of British tourist’s heart and kidneys (ahram, Oct 21, 2018)

“The State Information Service (SIS) refuted on Sunday British media reports claiming that a tourist in Hurghada had his organs stolen last month in Egypt, saying samples of his bodies were only analyzed.

According to its statement, the SIS communicated with the concerned authorities and obtained all medical documents of 62-years-old British man David Humphries to leave no doubt over the post-death procedures.

“The documents have proved that samples were taken from the body of the aforementioned tourist in a medical manner and were officially handed over to the governmental analysis laboratories in Assiut and Cairo to investigate the cause of death,” the statement reads, playing down reports of British tabloids Daily Mail and The Sun which cited organ thieves.

According to media reports, Humphries’ heart and kidneys were removed.

Medical reports show that Humphries arrived at the Red Sea Hospital on 18 September while “in a deep coma, with no pulse, breathing, or blood pressure and cold body,” the SIS said.

His wife Lynda Humphries, who accompanied him in his trip to Hurghada said he was transferred to the Red Sea Hospital on 13 September after feeling sick, the SIS highlights. He left the hospital after receiving treatment.

Lynda said the day of his death, her husband “felt pain in his chest again and fell to the ground and was taken by the ambulance to the hospital where his death was confirmed.”

She did not hold anyone responsible for her husband’s death, the SIS stressed.”

  16. Pakistanis among ‘dark-skinned people’ facing immigrant crackdown in Thailand (tribune, Oct 21, 2018)

“BANGKOK: Allegedly aimed at busting visa abusers and illegal migrants, a Thai police operation called “X-Ray Outlaw Foreigner” has raised questions about racial profiling and fears for asylum-seekers caught in its web.

Tights groups warn that refugees and asylum seekers who transit through Bangkok en route to a third country for resettlement are also being ensnared in the latest police operation as they lack legal protections.

According to rough estimates from the non-profit Fortify Rights, there are about 100 adults and 30 children who fit this description, mainly from Pakistan but also from Syria and Somalia.

More than 70 Pakistani Christians were rounded up and detained this month by police under charges of illegal entry and overstay even though they were assumed to be in transit and escaping religious persecution in their homeland.

    But the authorities remain unapologetic…”

  17. Four-fold increase in child sexual abuse cases in Turkey in 10 years (hurriyetdailynews, Oct 21, 2018)

“The number of child sexual abuse cases that Turkish courts have settled in the last 10 years has quadrupled, according to figures provided by the Justice Ministry.

The number of such settled cases was 3,718 in 2007, whereas it spiked to 16,041 in 2017, as per the data highlighted by main opposition Republican People’s Party (CHP) deputy Ayd?n Özer. On the other hand, the total number for the period of 2007-2017 was recorded as 153,139.

“It is wrong to take this increase normally, to face it with an attitude of ‘Things like this occur in every part of the world, this is not only our problem.’ It is also wrong not to speak about methods that can be a solution to children’s rights issues and to turn a blind eye to them,” Özer said.

“As it appears, the justice system regarding children needs to be reorganized and a children rights commission needs to be established in the Turkish Parliament. This is why when we started our duty, the first bill we submitted was on the establishment of a permanent commission in the parliament under the name of the Children’s Rights Monitoring Commission,” Özer said.

According to the data provided by the Justice Ministry, the numbers of child sexual assault cases settled in the courts over the last 10 years are as follows: Some 3,718 in 2007, 4,261 in 2008, 6,415 in 2009, 10,900 in 2010, 14,066 in 2011, 17,457 in 2012, 19,754 in 2013, 22,865 in 2014, 21,175 in 2015, 16,487 in 2016 and 16,041 in 2017.”

  18. Erdo?an vows broadening rights, freedoms (hurriyetdailynews, Oct 21, 2018)

“President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an has vowed continued efforts to expand rights and freedoms and to improve democracy in the country amid Turkey’s efforts to mend ties with the European Union and European countries.

“We will continue to work on expanding rights and freedoms, as well as improving democracy, although some people have made a habit of distorting the reality,” Erdo?an said at an opening ceremony for the Turkey Youth Foundation (TÜGVA) headquarters in Istanbul on Oct. 21.

Under his leadership over the last 16 years, the AKP government has never intervened with people’s lifestyles and has not narrowed the freedoms of any ethnic or religious group, Erdo?an said. “Those who are disturbed by Turkey’s last 16 years are the ones who have lost their privileged status,” he said.

Erdo?an’s remarks came as Turkey has recently engaged in a new diplomatic campaign to mend ties with the EU by pledging new promises in regards to boosting democracy. Turkey had convened the Reform Action Group last month after a three-year break and signaled its readiness to revive stalled accession talks. The EU, however, wants to see concrete actions in the fields of freedom of expression and rule of law along with political statements.

“Terror organizations and their supporters are also the ones who have lost their grounds in the last 16 years,” he said, stressing that Turkey was on the eve of a new era.

“The name of this era is the Era of Resurrection. It is when the idea of a great Turkey will again be put in practice. This is of course also related with our geography but it is never about expansionism,” Erdo?an said.

Turkey’s main objective is to defend a global system where all the oppressed and sufferers will live in comfort, peace and safety in the world, the president said, highlighting this as Turkey’s main principle with regard to the ongoing turmoil in Syria as well.

“Look at what the head of the main opposition said in the United Kingdom yesterday [Oct. 20]. ‘We will send all Syrians back to their country when we come to power.’ Does this person have anything related to humanity? Only an inhumane person would say this,” he said.

In an address to the Oxford Union over the weekend, Republican People’s Party (CHP) leader Kemal K?l?çdaro?lu called on all countries to cooperate in bringing peace to Syria.

“Syria and its roads, bridges, schools, hospitals, need to be reconstructed. All this must be done and the EU has to lend support to this end. Only after that we will send Syrians back to their home. We are not going to send them in the middle of a war but to a country where they can live humanly. Developed countries and Turkey have a responsibility for the reconstruction of Syria. We have embraced and sheltered four million Syrians who had not been accepted by any European nation,” K?l?çdaro?lu said.”

“German Finance Minister Olaf Scholz said in an interview for publication Sunday he backed a global minimum fiscal regime for multinationals as Europe looks to levy tax notably on US tech giants.

“We need a minumum tax rate valid globally which no state can get out of (applying),” Scholz, a social democrat in conservative Chancellor Angela Merkel’s coalition government, told the “Welt am Sonntag” weekly.

Dynamic, vibrant, and ambitious in scope, Persona Grata is the first collaborative expo between the Musée national de l’histoire de l’immigration, just inside Paris’s eastern edge, and the MAC VALcontemporary art museum in Vitry-sur-Seine, 7.5 km south of the French capital. It brings together the work of more than 70 artists in pieces monumental and tiny, unsettling or droll, in a vivid inquiry on departures and, in particular, arrivals.
