  1. I have to give it to the Left. They are not unlike an Islamic sewer in that no matter how far you go down into the abysmal/abyssal depths of their stupidity, there is always more yet to come and even worse. Not only are muslims dragging us all back to the ages well before it became dark, but so are the Left and in the name of socialist progression. This is becoming quite scary:
    http://sultanknish.blogspot.com/2018/08/san-francisco-bans-everything.html
Quote: “Here are a few things that are effectively legal in San Francisco: drugs, public defecation and shoplifting. And here are some of the things that are banned or will be banned in the City by the Bay.

Straws. Fur coats. Bottled water. Eating at work. Vaping liquids. Upholstered furniture. Plastic bags. Pet stores. Electric scooters. Coffee cups and packing peanuts. Tropical fish. The McDonald’s Happy Meal. “

  2. Just when you think that elected socialists cannot be more stupid, ignorant, dishonest or frankly criminal, we have such as this:
    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6018525/How-lawyer-Labour-cllr-star-Respect-party-candidate-forced-marriages-fixer.html

Revealed: Ex-Labour councillor who George Galloway called a ‘star’ acted as a ‘fixer’ for forced marriages of girls as young as 15 ‘who were sent abroad to be abused and raped’
•Asama Javed, 44, caught on film saying it is okay for girls to be married aged 15
•She believed she was advising Pakistani father who was an undercover reporter
•Mrs Javed works at Reiss Solicitors in Bradford where she was once a councillor

  3. I never believe polls or any data collection results (see “statistics”) put out by any group contaminated by the Left. this includes NGOs and ALL government statistics. I know for a fact about the obstetric ward male /female birth ratio of muslim children in my country (6-8/1) but it is impossible to find this in available stats. So much of what we are told is from polls etc. that this gives far too much power to those in control as it does those who push “official” statistics.

  5. Right from the horse’s mouth: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-45045438

Sepsis deaths in hospitals up by a third. Certainly antibiotic resistance plays a role here (did you know that animal stock food manufacturers once(?still) put antibiotics in the food as the animals gained more weight if they did?) but from my own observations this is directly proportional to the muslim number increase amongst hospital staff. We had to scream at those idiots: “wash your hands in front of us” but it did not matter then they would scratch their nose or backside or..then pass a once sterile instrument. It wasn’t just ignorance as it seemed to be on purpose

    • It probably is on purpose, just as so much of the food contamination in the US is on purpose, the Jihadists are using forms of bio war in ways that it is hard to prove.

  6. Starting off the day with some Cultural Enrichment in Barcelona, Spain:

An American tourist is in critical condition after being attacked by migrants.

    • Sounds like the British Government trying to cover up their misconduct. If he had been in general population he would be dead.

  7. More cultural enrichment in Spain. This time illegal migrants attacking Police, who then flee.

  8. EVEN IF THEY GET CAUGHT, THEY STILL GET AWAY WITH MURDER.

The African (25) who savagely attacked a senior citizen (73) last December in Germany, severely injured her while jumping on her head and neck, was found to be “not legally responsible for his actions”. Once again, the German velvet glove justice system has shown what cuddly justice awaits those who have not lived in Germany for so long.

“A RAPPER who admitted that violent music lyrics fuelled Britain’s crime epidemic has been stabbed to death in an apparent gang feud. Sidique Kamara, 23, known as musician Incognito and part of drill music crew Moscow17, died yards from his home on Wednesday night after walking his mother Janaba to a bus stop.

Janaba, 55, tried desperately to climb over railings to reach her dying son, a neighbour said.

A 16-year-old boy and a 31-year-old man were taken to hospital with stab wounds and two youths aged 18 and 19 were arrested on suspicion of murder.

Kamara’s father Lamin said last night: “Our family are in a lot of distress.”

Earlier this year Kamara and another Moscow17 member were cleared of murdering Abdirahman Mohamed, 17, with a samurai sword in Peckham, south-east London, after a court heard they were deliberately misidentified as his killers.

Police last night suggested the rapper had been killed in a robbery that had gone wrong.

  11. Right-wing websites target New York Times’ new writer over what they call ‘anti-white’ tweets

Writer Sarah Jeong joined the New York Times on Wednesday as the lead technology writer for the paper’s editorial board. Following the hiring, right-wing publications such as National Review and the Federalist and alt-right Twitter users scoured through Jeong’s Twitter feed and dug up what they call racist and anti-white tweets from 2013 to early 2015.

In a 2014 tweet, Jeong likened white people to “groveling goblins.” (Though, to be fair, it was in the context of speculating whether they were predisposed to sunburn and thus needing to seek shelter underground from the sun.) Also in 2014, she tweeted about “white people marking up the internet with their opinions like dogs pissing on fire hydrants.”

The U.S. Africa Command says this is the 19th such airstrike this year against the Somalia-based al-Shabab, the deadliest Islamic extremist group in sub-Saharan Africa.

The U.S. also has carried out a number of drone strikes against a small presence of fighters linked to the Islamic State organization in northern Somalia.

Friday’s statement says the latest airstrike was carried out Thursday about 74 miles (119 kilometers) northwest of the capital, Mogadishu. Al-Shabab often targets the capital with deadly attacks.

The U.S. says it assesses that no civilians were killed. Somali officials and residents at least twice in recent months have alleged that civilians were killed in airstrikes.”

Police said Friday the eight were suspected of involvement in the July 23 stabbing death of a 29-year-old Pakistani man who had been with three compatriots heading toward Greece’s northern border with Macedonia.

The eight — six Afghans and two Pakistanis — allegedly robbed the four near the border, stabbing the 29-year-old in the process. His body was discovered the following day near a railway track.

  16. The Bin Laden family says Osama’s youngest son went to Afghanistan to ‘avenge’ his father

The family of Osama Bin Laden, the infamous terrorist behind the September 11, 2001 attacks, finally spoke out about their family’s dark legacy in an interview with The Guardian on Friday — and they’ve revealed that the family’s involvement with terrorism hasn’t ended yet.

Living sheltered lives as a prominent but controversial family in their native Saudi Arabia, several of the family members opened up about Bin Laden’s childhood, and his eventual transformation into one of the most notorious figures in recent history.

But while Osama’s career as a terrorist and Al Qaeda leader came to an end at the hands of US Navy SEALs in a midnight raid on his hideout in Pakistan, his militancy has taken root in his youngest child.

    • My son, Osama: the al-Qaida leader’s mother speaks for the first time

Nearly 17 years since 9/11, Osama bin Laden’s family remains an influential part of Saudi society – as well as a reminder of the darkest moment in the kingdom’s history. Can they escape his legacy?

On the corner couch of a spacious room, a woman wearing a brightly patterned robe sits expectantly. The red hijab that covers her hair is reflected in a glass-fronted cabinet; inside, a framed photograph of her firstborn son takes pride of place between family heirlooms and valuables. A smiling, bearded figure wearing a military jacket, he features in photographs around the room: propped against the wall at her feet, resting on a mantlepiece. A supper of Saudi meze and a lemon cheesecake has been spread out on a large wooden dining table.

Alia Ghanem is Osama bin Laden’s mother, and she commands the attention of everyone in the room. On chairs nearby sit two of her surviving sons, Ahmad and Hassan, and her second husband, Mohammed al-Attas, the man who raised all three brothers. Everyone in the family has their own story to tell about the man linked to the rise of global terrorism; but it is Ghanem who holds court today, describing a man who is, to her, still a beloved son who somehow lost his way. “My life was very difficult because he was so far away from me,” she says, speaking confidently. “He was a very good kid and he loved me so much.” Now in her mid-70s and in variable health, Ghanem points at al-Attas – a lean, fit man dressed, like his two sons, in an immaculately pressed white thobe, a gown worn by men across the Arabian peninsula. “He raised Osama from the age of three. He was a good man, and he was good to Osama.”

US counter-intelligence investigators discovered a suspected Russian spy had been working undetected in the heart of the American embassy in Moscow for more than a decade, the Guardian has learned.

The Russian national had been hired by the US Secret Service and is understood to have had access to the agency’s intranet and email systems, which gave her a potential window into highly confidential material including the schedules of the president and vice-president.

  19. Invasion of big, voracious lizards threatens U.S. South: study

AUSTIN, Texas (Reuters) – A group of South American lizards that can grow up to four feet long (1.2 meters) has established a home in the Florida wild after being brought to the United States as pets, and the reptiles could begin a voracious march across the U.S. South, according to a new study.

Tegu lizards, which currently live in two large colonies in Florida, could expand into an area from the Carolinas to Central Texas, according to the scientific report published in July on the website for the journal Nature.

“They are voracious, omnivorous predatory lizards that can live in a variety of habitats, but we can’t know what is going to happen or how intense this invasion is going to become until the effects are upon us,” said Lee Fitzgerald, a professor at Texas A&M University and curator of its Biodiversity Research and Teaching Collections.

  21. Eric Trump: Entire family has received ‘white powder’ in the mail
By John Bowden – 08/02/18 11:35 PM EDT

President Trump’s son Eric Trump on Thursday said that all the members of his family have had “white powder” mailed to their house.

He said that his family has been a victim of anthrax scares while making and appearance on Fox News’ “Hannity” saying, “We’ve all had white powder show up at our house.”

Host Sean Hannity asked President Trump’s son if his family had been threatened.

“I’ve been threatened,” Eric Trump said. “Our family’s been threatened. All of us. We’ve all had white powder show up at our house.”

Trump’s revelation to Hannity indicates that that other anthrax scares had occurred targeting the Trump family besides a previously reported incident in February in which Donald Trump Jr.’s wife Vanessa Trump opened an envelope containing white powder.

Vanessa Trump was taken to the hospital as a precaution following that incident, but the substance was proven to be nonhazardous.

In March a 24-year-old Massachusetts man was charged with sending envelope addressed to Trump Jr. which his wife opened, which allegedly contained a note reading “you are getting what you deserve.”

The charges included five counts of mailing a threat to injure a person and five counts of mailing a hoax threat.

During the 2016 campaign, Trump Tower was the target of two similar white powder scares which were also determined to be non-harmful.

    • New York man arrested for leaving threatening voicemails for Scalise and second congressman

Federal authorities arrested an upstate New York man accused of leaving menacing voicemails on the office phones of House Majority Whip Steve Scalise, R-Jefferson, and another congressman.

Carlos Bayon, 63, used the phone in his Grand Island, New York, home to leave the threatening messages in English and Spanish, federal authorities told The Buffalo News. He was arrested Wednesday on counts of making threats across state lines.

Federal officials did not identify the congressmen by name Bayon called — instead indicating only their home state — but a spokeswoman for Scalise confirmed the Jefferson Parish Republican was the recipient of one of the calls.

“Hey listen, this message is for you and the people that sent you there. You are taking ours, we are taking yours. Anytime, anywhere. We know where they are. We are not going to feed them sandwiches, we are going to feed them lead,” Bayon said in a June 30 message left at Scalise’s office, according to WKBW-TV in Buffalo.

  22. China Forces All Religious Buildings to Fly Communist Flag

China’s state-run newspaper Global Times derided critics in the West Thursday for condemning a new initiative forcing all religious buildings to fly China’s red flag as a means to “enhance the concept of nation.”

The newspaper claimed the move was necessary because, without imposing the government’s wishes on individual religions, the nation could “lurch toward war.”

Requiring religious institutions to fly the national flag, a symbol of the nation’s embrace of communism in 1949, is necessary because “religions are exclusive” and the government has a responsibility to work on “strengthening people’s national and civic consciousness,” the Global Times argued.

According to the state newspaper, the proposal to make all buildings fly the flag came from “the country’s major religious associations.” China recognizes only five religions legally—Protestant Christianity, Catholic Christianity, Islam, Taoism, and Buddhism—and has established government-recognized “patriotic” institutions that govern each. Chinese citizens who wish to worship outside of government institutions are considered criminals. Beijing has increased its persecution of unofficial “house” churches and home worship under Communist Party leader Xi Jinping.

    • China Supplies Weapons to Israel’s Enemies

China’s technological and qualitative military progress enables it to expand its exports of weapons and military equipment to its allies in the Middle East, such as Iran and Syria. In 2000-2015, Chinese weapons exports increased by a factor of 6.5.

As of 2017, China became the world’s third largest weapons exporter, after the U.S. and Russia. Israel must therefore closely follow the volume and types of Chinese weapons sold to countries considered to be enemies. Israel must also consider the possibility that China will emerge as a significant strategic competitor in this sphere.

If China decides to invest in Syrian reconstruction, Israel will have to try to reach understandings with Beijing about the investments in order to preserve Israel’s freedom of action in the country.

  23. Ethnic cleansing makes a comeback — in China

If ethnic cleansing takes place in China and nobody is able to hear it, does it make a sound? That’s what millions of Muslims inside the People’s Republic are asking as they watch the Chinese government expand a network of internment camps and systematic human rights abuses designed to stamp out their peoples’ religion and culture.

Since last year, hundreds of thousands — and perhaps millions — of innocent Uighurs and other ethnic minorities in the Xinjiang region in northwest China have been unjustly arrested and imprisoned in what the Chinese government calls “political re-education camps.” Thousands have disappeared. There are credible reports of torture and death among the prisoners. The government says it is fighting “terrorism” and “religious extremism.” Uighurs say they are resisting a campaign to crush religious and cultural freedom in China. The international community has largely reacted with silence.

Horrific as they are, the camps constitute just one part of Beijing’s effort. The government has destroyed thousands of religious buildings. It has banned long beards and many Muslim names. People are forced to eat pork against their beliefs. The Chinese government’s persecution of innocents continues even after their death. Crematoria are being built to literally extinguish the Uighur funeral tradition, which insists on burials.

Iran entered its third day of protests as furious citizens took to the streets to rail against the regime they blame for devastating the country’s economy.

Protests have broken out in a number of cities this week over the dramatic drop of the country’s currency and other economic problems ahead of the imposition of renewed US sanctions.

Videos shared online purportedly show some furious Iranians burning tyres and setting fire to police vehicles as demonstrations spun out of control.

Referring to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, many chanted ‘death to the dictator’ at protests.

‘The nation is forced to beg while the leader lives like God,’ was also among the furious chants against the Iranian regime at protests, according to the National Council of Resistance of Iran, a political organisation founded to oppose the fundamentalist regime ruling Iran.

    • Iran naval drills underway amid tensions with U.S.

WASHINGTON, Aug 2 (Reuters) – The United States believes Iran has started carrying out naval exercises in the Gulf, apparently moving up the timing of annual drills amid heightened tensions with Washington, U.S. officials told Reuters on Thursday.

One U.S. official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said possibly more than 100 vessels were involved in the drills, including small boats. A second official expected the drill could be wrapped up this week.

Iran has been furious over U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to pull out of an international nuclear deal and reimpose sanctions on Tehran. Senior Iranian officials have warned the country would not easily yield to a renewed U.S. campaign to strangle Iran’s vital oil exports.

The U.S. military’s Central Command on Wednesday confirmed it has seen an increase in Iranian naval activity, including in the Strait of Hormuz, a strategic waterway for oil shipments that Iran’s Revolutionary Guards have threatened to block.

SINGAPORE (Reuters) – Iran’s foreign minister said on Friday China was “pivotal” to salvaging a multilateral nuclear agreement for the Middle Eastern country after the United States pulled out of the pact earlier this year.

U.S. President Donald Trump pulled out of the 2015 deal in May. International sanctions were lifted under the pact between world powers and Tehran in return for curbs on Iran’s nuclear program.

Trump has ordered U.S. sanctions on Tehran, while a senior State Department official said Washington has told allies to cut imports of Iranian oil by November. Iran and other signatories, including China, have been trying to salvage the deal.

  25. Pompeo says North Korea weapons work counter to denuclearization pledge

SINGAPORE (Reuters) – Less than two months after a landmark U.S.-North Korea summit in Singapore, U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo flew back to the city state on Friday and said North Korea’s continued work on weapons programs was inconsistent with its leader’s commitment to denuclearize.

Pompeo was asked en route to Singapore about his statement in the U.S. Senate last month that North Korea was continuing to make bomb fuel and reports that North Korea, led by Kim Jong Un, was building new missiles.

“Chairman Kim made a commitment to denuclearize,” Pompeo told reporters. “The world demanded that they (North Korea) do so in the U.N. Security Council resolutions. To the extent they are behaving in a manner inconsistent with that, they are a) in violation of one or both the U.N. Security Council resolutions and b) we can see we still have a ways to go to achieve the ultimate outcome we’re looking for.”

Pompeo thanked ministers of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) at a meeting in Singapore for their efforts in enforcing sanctions on North Korea.

Over 10,000 new North Korean workers have registered in Russia since September, the paper said (https://on.wsj.com/2KlfyJO), citing records from the Russian Interior Ministry.

Russia’s action potentially violates U.N. sanctions to reduce cash flows to North Korea and puts pressure on Pyongyang to give up its nuclear weapons, the Journal reported, citing U.S. officials.

Labour Ministry records obtained by the Journal showed that a minimum of 700 new work permits have been issued to North Koreans in Russia this year, the paper said.

U.N. officials are probing potential violations of the sanctions, which contain narrow exceptions, WSJ reported citing sources.

Russia’s foreign ministry did not respond to a request for comment.

  27. Rules on being white in an age of anti-whiteness
By Howard Portnoy August 3, 2018

Notwithstanding LU contributor Ben Bowles’s certainty that the New York Times would do a 180 on Sarah Jeong within 24 hours, the hashtag #SarahJeong is not even trending on Twitter this morning. Jeong’s thee-year history of using the vilest profanities imaginable to characterize white people is yesterday’s news — literally.

This is not to say that Jeong hasn’t spoken out about the tweets. Explaining that she herself has been the target of racist and sexist tweets, she said in a statement:

I engaged in what I thought of at the time as counter-trolling. While it was intended as satire, I deeply regret that I mimicked the language of my harassers.

I don’t know. “Dumbass f*cking white people marking up the internet with their opinions like dogs pissing on fire hydrants” seems more like unbridled anger than it does satire, but I can’t read her mind so we’ll have to leave it there.

For its part, the Times is likewise ready to move on, having noted in a statement of its own that Jeong has covered “the internet and technology at a range of respected publications.”

Despite what liberals have been preaching for years, it’s OK to judge people by the color of their skin so long as the color is white.
It is OK to use incendiary and/or hateful language and stereotypes to characterize an entire race provided the rice is white.
There is no such thing as racism when the target of the racial taunts are directed at white people.

I will add rules to this list as they become apparent.

  28. Sessions DOJ appeals judge’s dismissal of Cliven Bundy case. Bundy’s fighting the appeal
By Daily Caller News Foundation August 3, 2018

The Nevada rancher who led a standoff with the federal government nearly four years ago is vowing to fight the Department of Justice’s move to appeal a judge’s decision to dismiss an indictment against the man.

Larry Klayman, legal counsel for Cliven Bundy, issued a statement on behalf of Bundy vowing to fight the DOJ’s attempt to retry his client for his role in the 2014 standoff. Klayman is the founder of Judicial Watch and is a former prosecutor.

“My client and friend Cliven Bundy is confident that the Ninth Circuit will affirm Judge Navarro’s dismissal,” Larry Klayman, legal counsel for Bundy, said in a press statement Thursday. The government’s case was “based on prosecutorial misconduct,” he noted.

“That the prosecutors who committed and furthered this gross prosecutorial misconduct would now seek to file a notice of appeal underscores that my once proud alma mater, the U.S. Department of Justice, has become the Department of Injustice,” he added.

U.S. District Judge Gloria M. Navarro dismissed conspiracy charges against Bundy, his two sons and Ryan Payne in January after finding prosecutors acted “with prejudice” throughout the trial. Prosecutors violated federal law and failed to share evidence favorable to the defendant’s case with the court. (RELATED: Bundy Case Dismissed, Judge Orders Rancher Released)

A federal judge rejected prosecutors’ request Tuesday to reconsider her dismissal of the case against Bundy. The prosecutors plan on appealing the case to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco.

  29. Why Peter Strzok wanted to keep declassification authority when he moved to Mueller team
    By J.E. Dyer August 2, 2018

There may be some confusion out there as to why Peter Strzok was so insistent on keeping the declassification authority from his previous office at the FBI when he joined the team for Robert Mueller’s special counsel investigation.

Judicial Watch has obtained emails between Strzok and his former chain of supervisors, in July 2017, discussing the authorities Strzok wanted to retain from his previous FBI position as Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence Division. Strzok wanted to keep those authorities while he was working for Mueller. The declassification authority isn’t the only interesting one, but it’s getting the most media attention.

Here is the passage from Strzok’s 13 July 2017 email:

    https://libertyunyielding.com/2018/08/02/why-peter-strzok-wanted-to-keep-declassification-authority-when-he-moved-to-mueller-team/

    • Read the entire article: Having said that the logical reason (pointed out in the article) is that Strzok knew that the actions of the FBI and others to use the Judicial and Intelligence assets of the US to spy on a Presidential Candidate was illegal and wanted to ensure that their activities will keep classified so no one would go to the pen. Another data point saying Strzok was a crooked cop who broke his oath of office and who wanted to hide that fact.

  30. Italy: CCTV captures woman fighting off sex attacker with pepper spray

A woman used pepper spray to repel an attempted sexual assault at the Garibaldi metro station in Milan on July 20, as seen in CCTV footage released by the city’s Carabinieri on Friday.

The woman was returning from work early in the morning when the incident took place. The man had earlier attempted to molest her in the station before she managed to get away thanks to the help of passersby, according to a police statement. The attacker followed the victim and once again attempted to assault her.

By using pepper spray, she managed to shock her assailant and run away. The man was later identified via surveillance camera and arrested on Friday.

He was identified as an undocumented Nigerian migrant.

    https://www.breitbart.com/london/2018/08/03/mentally-disabled-women-forced-marriages-raped-visas/

“The Home Office is allowing women with severe mental disabilities to be forcibly married and raped, in both Britain and Pakistan, so that foreign men can obtain a visa and stay in the country.

Migrant and Muslim families reportedly believe that marrying their disabled children to foreigners will secure them a carer — and are being allowed to because authorities are too politically correct to invene, according to critics.

The victims include a woman with the mental age of a 7-year-old allowed to marry in a British registry office to a Pakistani man who had overstayed his student visa, The Times reports.

Authorities had been aware of the case for over ten years and had received warnings the family of the man was paying around £20,000 to the woman’s family because he wanted to stay in the United Kingdom…”

“Members of Rome’s Muslim Bangladeshi community have launched a fundraiser to create a new Muslim-only cemetery in Rome, with claims they refuse to be buried next to Catholics.

The fundraiser was created by the Dhuumcatu Association whose president, a man named Bachcu, said: “A cemetery managed by the Islamic faithful is necessary because there are differences between the Catholic and Islamic rites. We can not be buried in clothes and our body must be placed in a north-south direction.”

“It already happens in Great Britain and in France,” another member of the association said, adding: “At the same time, though, if I have to be buried here, I would like to be buried like a true Muslim.”

The entire project is estimated to cost at least six to seven million euros as the group are looking to build a cemetery that will be able to hold between 30,000 to 40,000 burials, Il Giornale reports…”

Asylum seekers who crossed into Canada irregularly are using a loophole to help family members get into Canada at regular crossing points.

  36. Osama Bin Laden: Mother Alia Ghanem remembers ‘good child’ (BBC, Aug 3, 2018)
    https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-45062241

“The mother of al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden has spoken publicly about her son for the first time, seven years on from his 2011 death.

Alia Ghanem gave an interview to British newspaper the Guardian from the family’s home in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

She told the publication her son had been a shy and “good child” growing up, but was “brainwashed” at university.

The family say they last saw Bin Laden in 1999, two years before the attacks, when he was living in Afghanistan.

By that time he was considered a major global terror suspect, after moving to the country initially to fight the invading Soviet forces in the 1980s.

“We were extremely upset. I did not want any of this to happen. Why would he throw it all away like that?” Ms Ghanem told the newspaper, when asked how she felt after learning her son had become a jihadist militant.

She also said the Muslim Brotherhood organisation, which her son became involved with while studying, was like a “cult”.

The Bin Laden family remain one of the most influential families in Saudi Arabia after gaining vast wealth in construction.

Bin Laden’s father, Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden, divorced Alia Ghanem three years after Osama’s birth, and had more than 50 children in total.

After the 9/11 attacks, the family say they were interrogated by the Saudi government who then limited their travel and movement.

Journalist Martin Chulov writes in the piece that he believed the gulf kingdom granted him permission to speak to Ms Ghanem because senior officials hoped it would demonstrate that the former al Qaeda leader was an outcast and not a state agent, as some have alleged.

Two of Bin Laden’s brothers, Hassan and Ahmad, were also present for the Guardian interview and described their shock at learning of his involvement in the 9/11 attacks.

“From the youngest to the eldest, we all felt ashamed of him. We knew all of us were going to face horrible consequences. Our family abroad all came back to Saudi,” Ahmad told the newspaper.

He also said his mother remains “in denial” about Bin Laden 17 years on from the 9/11 attacks, instead blaming the people around him.”

Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo made the announcement as he made public results of the investigation into the shooting.

Lombardo says shooter Stephen Paddock was “an unremarkable man” who showed signs of a troubled mind.

    8:30 a.m.

Las Vegas police are making public their final report on the shooting that killed 58 people and injured hundreds last year at a country music festival and was the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.

Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo announced he will provide reporters with the results of 10 months investigating the Oct. 1 shooting on the Las Vegas Strip, though it’s unclear if police will have any answers as to why gunman Stephen Paddock shot from a Mandalay Bay hotel room into a concert crowd of 22,000 people.

The sheriff and the top FBI official in Nevada have said that they believe the shooter acted alone and it was not terrorism and that they may never know his motive.

Police have released 13 batches of investigative documents, 911 audio, police reports, witness statements and video over the last three months.

  38. Southern Africa On The Skids
    http://africaunauthorised.com/?p=2849
    by Hannes Wessels
The sight of blood-soaked bodies including a middle-aged mother lying face down in a pool of blood on the streets of Harare having been shot in the back by a Zimbabwean soldier provided the sickening signal that hopes were dashed for the millions desperately hoping for relief from 38 years of brutally despotic misrule. Far from a fresh start it now appears bad may get worse and a potential economic powerhouse will become a fully-fledged failed state. If this lady had been killed by white soldiers the world community would be in an uproar and the UN Security Council would be involved but this was black-on-black so expressions of ‘regret’ and ‘calls for calm’ are the order of the day.
I watched this human tragedy unfold with mixed emotions; anger, sadness and frustration but also quite convinced that the catalyst for this killing was the Mugabe ordered land-invasions that drove roughly 4,000 European farmers off their land and triggered one of the most rapid economic collapses in history. The country has never recovered and now it seems it never will; over 90% of the working class are unemployed and life-expectancy is one of the lowest in the world.

Astonishingly, at the precise moment the gruesome killings were underway in Zimbabwe the headline news in South Africa; greeted with wide-spread jubilation was to the effect that the country’s leadership has elected to follow exactly the same path! President Cyril Ramaphosa has reaffirmed his earlier statements and the country will proceed forthwith to amend the constitution and commence the confiscation of property without compensation in the great Mugabe-inspired tradition. While some spin the pronouncement to alleviate fears that this is a racially motivated development there is little doubt the targets are and will be the white farmers. Moletsi Mbeki, author, intellect, respected political pundit and brother of former President Thabo Mbeki says: “This is not about land it’s about the loss of votes by the ANC… They think they can bring back the voters who are abandoning the ANC by attacking the white population. It’s an attack on the white citizens of South Africa.”
R.W. Johnson, Rhodes Scholar, Oxford Historian, celebrated author and highly respected political commentator has recently penned a piece titled; ‘Is South Africa About To Fall Apart?’ Sensible people cannot afford to ignore what this man says and his prognosis is grim. Citing examples he points out that in the post-colonial era, in most countries, tiny elites have grabbed almost all the wealth and impoverished their people while wrecking the inherited infrastructure and points out that, “.. when the ANC elite came to power (under Nelson Mandela) in South Africa they were taking over the richest country on the African continent. The result has been a feeding frenzy which no Senegalese, Ghanaian or Congolese could ever have dreamed of. In a nutshell,” he writes, “the South African black elite has been involved in a vast, continuous feast for the last 24 years.” He paints a frightening picture of the scale of the country-wide corruption and the collapse of governance structures leaving much of the citizenry destitute and dangerous in their desperation to survive and provide for their families. He states that when Mandela took power promising jobs for all there were 3.7 million unemployed, now there are 9.4 million seeking work. He emphasises that nobody now seriously disputes the fact that health, education and law-enforcement were in better hands under the previous government run by the Afrikaner Nationalists.
Many ask if South Africa is going the same way as Zimbabwe; the terrible truth is it is almost certainly going to be far worse. Millions of poor people, born and bred in violent, lawless neighbourhoods, exposed on a regular basis to massive wealth disparities they associate with race are straining at the leash, waiting for reckless politicians to unleash them and commence the popular rising that will license them to loot, pillage and destroy a country that will certainly involve a bloodletting of terrifying proportions. Africa’s greatest economic collapse and racially motivated genocide may soon be at hand. And the destruction of the last, large, functional economy in southern Africa will have a disastrous impact on an entire sub-continent that relies massively on the country’s infrastructure; ports, roads and manufacturing power.
Some people; mostly whites, hang on to the ‘too big to fail’ argument; the country is too big, too rich, too developed and too important for the world to allow its destruction. They are almost certainly wrong. The entire world sat on its hands and fretted when close to a million Rwandan Tutsis were slain in 1994 and there has been little meaningful, Western intervention in any southern African country in the post-colonial era. Why should South Africa be different? This is largely a result of a pernicious international media campaign that has for decades, vilified the European in Africa and steadfastly refused to tell the world the truth about the real villains that have wrecked the region and delivered little but murder, mayhem and grinding poverty upon their people. Thanks to them the decolonisation process which they championed may go down as the greatest socio-economic catastrophe in history.http://africaunauthorised.com/?p=2849

    • I add… I have no sympathy for black Africa…white man exploits black man = racist; black man kill whites and rips off blacks = smart man…dropping capitalism suddenly on communists(see China) or Africans(see decolonization) or muslims, creates a opportunistic feeding frenzy amongst the less ethical sharks who make the 19th century USA robber barons look like angels by comparison. When the west wake up(and even it they do not) there will be no longer handout outs for Africa. Sharia states DO not believe in charity especially to infidels or inferiors.(do look up who gave what to Aceh after the tsunami)
