A man bike riding with his wife and daughter are attacked and beaten for asking 4 men -the usual suspects who were blocking the bike path to – to let them pass. He posted a plea for witnesses at facebook and described the incident. “I was hit in the head from behind, which made me fall to the ground with my bike, then 2 to 3 of these men started kicking and beating me. My wife tried to get them off me, but they attacked her and threw her to the ground. She is bruised all over her torso, left arm and is in great pain. After attacking my wife the four men disappeared. I am covered with bruises and injuries. We are appalled by this extreme brutality for no apparent reason. My wife and daughter are totally traumatised by the event. I called the police and an ambulance, but until now there is no trace of the perpetrators.”

I read some dialog on reddit today on a Tommy thread where participants were seriously discussing how to make bullets, because making weapons isn’t the hurdle – the ammunition is. It looks as though we are rapidly arriving at day X. Maybe that’s what TPTB are trying to provoke, especially if Tommy gets suicided in prison.
I don’t know what they were saying on that thread but the primers are the hard part.

Mueller Appears to Have Screwed Up by ‘Accidentally’ Exposing Names in Manafort Case
Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his team have been aggressively pursuing former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, even tacking on new charges of obstruction of justice due to alleged attempted witness tampering.
Although Mueller has been tight-lipped about evidence and witness identification up to this point, his team appears to have screwed up by outing journalists who “produced messages to the FBI” about Manafort’s alleged “coaching up” on lobbying practices. ‘Forced’ sterilization of Brazilian woman sparks uproar
Rio de Janeiro (AFP) – Claims that a drug-addicted Brazilian woman was subjected to forced sterilization are sparking accusations of a nightmarish “dystopia” in a country where a leading presidential candidate has stirred controversy with his own birth control proposals.
The facts of the case not under dispute are that Janaina Aparecida Quirino, an addict with numerous children, had her tubes tied after a ruling by a judge in Mococa, near Sao Paulo.
But according to a report in Folha de S.Paulo newspaper, the woman was homeless and the procedure was performed without her consent.

MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russian President Vladimir Putin asked North Korean official Kim Yong Nam at their meeting on Thursday to pass an invitation to visit Russia in September to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
Kim Yong Nam is head of the presidium of North Korea’s Supreme People’s Assembly.

Call it a proxy war if you like, between Iran and Saudi Arabia. That characterization may shortchange the internal divisions in Yemen, which has never really functioned as a unified political entity. But it does highlight an important reality – in particular, the reality that is driving the interventions in Yemen by Iran and a Saudi-led coalition.
Who controls Yemen is geopolitically crucial. It’s about domination of the chokepoint gauntlet from the Suez Canal to the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait, the Gulf of Aden, and the Indian Ocean that lies to the east.
In the post-Pax Americana world we have inhabited since 2011, control of maritime chokepoints has shifted from the implied guarantees of American maritime power to the offshore power projection capabilities of littoral nations.
The observance of international conventions in chokepoints – like the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait – was largely a given in the Pax Americana decades, rarely requiring enforcement with urgent diplomacy (or hot lead). Threats and instability certainly broke out (e.g., in the Strait of Hormuz in the 1980s). But a world organized essentially into blocs tended to fall in line with the pragmatic arrangements of the bloc leaders, which from 1945 until about 15-20 years ago were the U.S. alliance network and the Russian alliance network.
I’ve written before about the scope of the regional competition between Tehran and Riyadh. Its origins go back many centuries, to before the rise of Islam (and before Tehran and Riyadh, the cities, were nationally or even culturally representative). There’s too much history for a convenient detour here. But once the clamps of the old Pax Americana were well and truly lifted, that competition accelerated and came to the fore. It was bound to. That’s what the collapse of hegemonic domination does: unleash more-localized conflicts.

It is amazing to me that this conversation is even taking place. Perhaps it is because I was educated in Yankee territory but really, teaching creationism in public school?
To say that there is no evidence of evolution just doesn’t wash with me. Take, for example, the antibiotic resistant strain of TB. Did it not evolve in order to survive a changing environment? There are millions more examples of evolution by living creatures. It seems to me that this discussion should be left in the religious domain, which I am fine with. But not in the public school.
As far as global warming/climate change/whatever you are naming it today is concerned, an exact opposite approach is taken. The idea that man is causing this is irrefutably true and anyone that challenges that is a “denier.” Any discussion that the activity of the sun or a natural cycle of global cooling and warming has already been proven is slapped down and slapped down hard.
Do you see how these two issues are treated exactly opposite by those setting the agenda?
That is micro vs MACRO evolution – the strain of bacteria did not evolve – it adapted. That is not Darwinian evolution, because the bacteria didn’t become an Amoeba. The reason both should be presented is because you need faith for either of these belief systems. You just have to believe these changes took place 60 million years ago, because teachers told you so.

I just watched the first few minutes of this, but there is what appears to me to be a flaw.
If he is talking about the way science is perceived by the general public, then fine. If he is talking about how the left (especially) and other groups use the language of science and the argumentum ad credentum or pretence to a thing he is selling as ‘scientific’, also fine.
But science isn’t a group. Scientists are also, not a group. Science is a method and people who use that method are called scientists.
If a person wears a white lab coat and tries to tell you that man made CO2 is causing the oceans to rise, but volcanic CO2, which in the past 40 days has produced more atmospheric CO2 than in all of human history I think by a factor of 100X, is not, they are not doing science.
They are selling snake oil. Just like the social scientists who try and tell you there are no biological differences between men and women. That biology is pretend, but a man thinking he is really a woman is not.
The fact that some people masquerade an agenda as a product of science is no different than those people I have seen on Youtube dressing up as Jews and peddling things to stoke antisemitism. They are manufacturing the data other antisemites need to sell a false case, and for their own reasons.
The analogy is flawed but you get the point I hope.
Science is a process. If you do it you are a scientist while you are doing it and then you are not when you are not.
Many of the best scientists who lived where religious. They where not doing science in the Churches, And they likely would not have justified their belief scientifically, and nor should they. They do not have to be connected.
One is a method of exploring the universe, hopefully to delight in its wonders, enhance understanding and lessen the suffering that life inevitably brings.

1. Evolution.
The science on evolution is very good and has profound predictive value, which is my #1 benchmark on the worth of a theory. its not in and of itself 100% an indicator of truth, but lack of predictive value is 100% an indicator of an inacurate model.
Evolution must be taught in science class because it is science. It must be taught also AS science and not as religion. What I mean by that is, 99% of people I ask about it, tell me that they believe in evolution but have no idea what it is or how it works. Its just a more fashionable belief than creation for them. They ‘believe’ in evolution as a dogma. Which is no different than an arbitrary belief for its own sake.
I have the same respect for them as I do for anyone who blurts out a belief as a statement of fact with zero understanding of it.
Creationism or any variation of it, possibly the most pernicious one being ‘intelligent design’, a theory that the last Pope, and possibly the last ever Catholic to lead the Church, condemned over more traditional flat out creation which he also condemned.
In fact, on the Vatican webpage last time I checked, it endorsed Darwin and opposed any form of creationism and claimed that the Bible supports Darwin if you “read it correctly”.
Creation is a part of a system of belief which in one form or another is integral to various religions and sects. It should be taught as such.
In schools in the US today, they are teaching Islam as fact and other religious thought inaccurately, mockingly, and as quaint beliefs belonging to people who don’t yet know that Islam is truth.
But in any case, creationism needs to be taught as part of those cosmologies.
To confuse science with supernaturalism I find unfortunate. Either a thing is miraculous or it is not. Either it is beyond the realm of reason, observation or it is not.
To paraphrase Penn Gillette, either the parting of the Red Sea was an act of God or it was an earthquake or other natural phenomenon, in which case it was not a miracle or proof of the supernatural. So why does one flavour of religious teaching attempt to explain it as a natural thing and use it to bolster belief in God?
I find attempts to accept some of the more visible aspects of evolution as scientifically valid while denying the overall thesis to be bad science. Evolution is adaptation to the environment that leads to morphological changes. For a stunning (and wonderful) example of that, watch the experiment with Silver Foxes that was done by Soviet evolutionary biologists, illegally doing Darwinian experiments (communism does not allow Darwin to be true) where you see selective breeding turn one type of animal into something quite different and quite quickly.
This brings in the question of all the mechanisms of evolution, many of which are still unknown. But lack of certainty on a particular question should lead to an avenue of inquiry, not to a statement of certainty where it is explained via Deus ex machina.
2. Global warming is, as you point out, a phenomenon where the facts are not convenient to leftism. And so they are changed, omitted, or made illegal as “hate facts” of a sort in order to push the narrative that Global Warming is a scientific and real thing about which we all must contribute to the solution. Global Warming as a model has a predictive record of total failure. All predictions since the theory hit the ground running have been wrong. Again, a 100% indicator that the model is incorrect.
Both religion and leftism, a sometimes false distinction, insist on claiming that science supports their cosmology. They do so because science has earned a place of respect in the minds of most Westerners and so that respect must be tapped to bolster the unscientific.
If you simply accept that science exists in one sphere, a process where observable things are tested to falsify a hypothesis, then the supernatural can be left to its own sphere. Sometimes they collide, like meditation and brain science. And thats fascinating and of great value. But each concerns itself with its own well defined set of parameters. Or at least they should.
Science when properly understood does.
The evolution-creation debate embraces many topics: biology, molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, palaeontology, paleoanthropology, geology, genetics, physics, astronomy, mathematics, radiometric dating, taxonomy, zoology, etc. No person hold degrees in all these fields – if that was required to speak on evolution, everyone would be silent.
Every person by reviewing the facts, is competent enough to draw conclusions about the theory of evolution, whether or not you have a Ph.D in paleobotany. A science should be based on supporting observations, but evolution is virtually barren of them. In any other field, if facts didn’t fit a theory, it would be discarded. Evolution survives because it is, at its root, an attempt to deny God. Its opposition to faith is ironic, since, with so little corroborating evidence, it must be accepted on faith itself.
I believe the error is confusing Darwinism with “science”. Question is: Can you tell me anything you know about evolution, any one thing that is true?

Another Iranian MP, Mustafa Kawakibiyan, criticized the government’s reaction against the kulbar, stating Tehran is not taking any action against the primary sources of illegal trading but are strict against the Kurdish border couriers.
Kulbar is the Kurdish term for individuals who smuggle small amounts of goods across the border—“kul” meaning “back” and “bar” meaning “carrying.”
Though illegal, the local practice has long been accepted as a norm in the economically undeveloped areas where many residents depend on it for their livelihoods.
According to figures released by Kurdish NGO Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, 56 Kurdish couriers have been killed and 40 wounded by Iranian security forces in the past 17 months.
The Kurdish NGO added that Iranian forces killed five Kurdish kulbar and wounded 14 others in May.
Most of the kulbar that have been victims of the Iranian forces’ use of direct gunfire are from the bordering areas of Sardasht, Shno, and Piranshar, the NGO said.

Former UKIP leader Nigel Farage has questioned the ‘judgement’ of his successor Gerard Batten over his support for the imprisoned ex-EDL leader Tommy Robinson, who was recently convicted for contempt of court.
Farage, who was speaking at a dinner for UKIP activists in Lancashire this month, did not openly criticize Batten, but told the assembled faithful that being seen as opposing all Muslims and supporting Robinson was a political mistake, reports the Guardian.
In an apparent dig at Batten’s choice of friends, Farage told dinner guests: “I think this gets to the heart of not just the positioning of a political party, but of judgment too. And judgment really, really matters. Tommy Robinson is seen to be a hero by many. But actually, what the bloody hell was he doing outside the court?”
Batten posted a picture on Twitter of himself with Robinson, on Saturday, declaring he was to speak at the ‘Free Tommy Robinson’ rally, which was marred by violence from a set of protesters against the police.
Batten seems to also be in hot water with many UKIP senior officials over his position on Islam. It is understood that one senior party member has written to him to express their concern about his alleged anti-Islam stance.
On the issue of Islam and how UKIP should conduct the debate around the issue, Farage told activists that the party was right to oppose Islamic extremism “but if dealing with Islamic fundamentalism becomes a battle between us and the entire religion, I’ll tell you the result: we’ll lose. We will simply lose.”
Adding: “We absolutely have to get that Muslim majority living in many of our towns and cities on our side, more attuned to Western values than some pretty hardline interpretations of the Qur’an.”
But it’s Batten’s relationship with Robinson that has caused unease with UKIPers, according to a life-long senior UKIP figure, speaking anonymously to the Guardian.
They told the paper: “These are the people we spent years trying to keep out of the party, and so this isn’t making a lot of people happy. It’s really upset what you might call the more old-school party members.”
Batten took over as UKIP leader on an initial one-year basis in February, replacing Henry Bolton, who was removed following controversy over his girlfriend’s racist messages.

French police thwarted an attack on a swingers’ club in the Loiret region north of Paris last month, arresting a ‘radicalised convert’ to Islam, a source close to the inquiry said today.
‘An improvised explosive device was found at his home and the man admitted that he wanted to use it to target a swingers’ club,’ the source told AFP.
The plot is the fifth to be thwarted in France this year and comes with the country still on high alert after a string of jihadist assaults since 2015 that have claimed more than 240 lives.
It was revealed just hours after police sources said two men had been charged on suspicion of planning an attack in the name of Islamic State which may have targeted gay people.
Sources close to the probe said the men, described as friends aged 21 and 22, were arrested Saturday in the Seine-et-Marne region east of Paris.
Searches found two knives, a detonation system and IS propaganda material in their possession, a source said.
‘Their plan was still ill-defined at this stage, but there were elements to suggest they planned to attack homosexuals,’ one source added.
The two men, said to be unknown to security services, were charged on Tuesday by an anti-terrorism judge and detained.
Agents with the DGSI domestic intelligence service were first alerted to their plans several weeks ago after ‘they referred several times to a plan for an attack,’ said a source close to the inquiry, describing them as ‘very determined’.
‘One of them had mentioned trying to find a weapon,’ another source told AFP.
Prime Minister Edouard Philippe told parliament in March that a total of 51 planned attacks had been thwarted since January 2015, when gunman killed 12 people after storming the offices of satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.

zero hedge – US Officially Resumes Funding For The White Helmets In Syria
In a somewhat surprising but not entirely unpredictable turn, President Trump has authorized new funding for the White Helmets which had previously been put on hold.
A State Department press release puts the initial funding figure at $6.6 million to continue what it calls “the vital, life-saving operations of the Syrian Civil Defense, more commonly known as the White Helmets.” Elsewhere on the State Department’s website the group is referenced as “first responders” in Syria; however, it remains an indisputable fact that the group only operates in al-Qaeda and anti-Assad insurgent held territory.

The statement continues: “The United States Government strongly supports the White Helmets who have saved more than 100,000 lives since the conflict began including victims of Assad’s chemical weapons attacks.”
In early May the Trump State Department froze funding to the controversial aid group which had provided the sole evidence that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad reportedly used chemical weapons on his own people in an April 7 attack on the city of Douma.
The prior funding freeze dealt a huge blow to the group’s reputation, already long under fire after multiple videos emerged proving the White Helmets operate closely alongside know al-Qaeda terrorist groups, and have even participated in al-Qaeda execution videos typically in a support role of disposing the bodies.
As CBS News reported at the time:
Having not received U.S. funding in recent weeks, White Helmets are questioning what this means for the future. They have received no formal declaration from the U.S. government that the monetary assistance has come to a full halt, but the group’s people on the ground in Syria report that their funds have been cut off.
Much speculation abounded at the time over whether the freeze was a bureaucratic error in paperwork, or whether it was the result of the White House adopting a different view of the scandal-laden group.
After all in 2016 the US State Department had blocked entrance into the United States by Raed Saleh, the head of the White Helmets, and refused to say why. Saleh had been invited to receive in NYC an award by USAID and NGOs that the US government finances, but he was barred at the airport, apparently because the FBI had placed him onto its no-fly list as a known terrorist.
For this reason many analysts who have been critical of the group’s known terror ties and penchant for “enhancing” and possibly staging videos were hopeful that Trump had changed his tune concerning the group. In the summer of 2017 Trump announced he was shutting down the CIA covert program to aid rebels in Syria after he saw a shocking video of CIA-supported fighters decapitating a young boy in Aleppo.
In an irony which will surely be lost on all mainstream pundits, the very group featured in the appalling beheading video which reportedly caused Trump to nix the CIA program, Harakat Nour al-Din al-Zenki, has been filmed in multiple UK Channel 4 broadcasts working closely with the White Helmets.

Concerning last April’s alleged Assad chemical attack, the evidence provided by the White Helmets was used by the West to justify several airstrikes on Syrian scientific and military facilities throughout April – the first one conducted on Syria’s T4 airbase by Israel 48 hours after the White Helmets’ report. Many Douma residents, meanwhile – including Hospital personnel, say the chemical attack never happened.
The White Helmets are a 3,000 member NGO formally known as the Syrian Civil Defense. Established in “late 2012 – early 2013” after a group of 20 Syrians were trained and organized by former British army officer James Le Mesurier. The group then received funding from Le Mesurier’s Netherlands-based non-profit group, Mayday Rescue – which is in turn funded by grants from the Dutch, British, Danish and German governments.
The US has in the past provided at least $32 million to the group – around 1/3 of their total funding – through a USAID scheme orchestrated by the Obama State Department and funneled to the White Helmets using a Washington D.C. contractor participating in USAID’s Syria regional program, Chemonics.
According to their website, the White Helmets have been directly funded by Mayday Rescue, and a company called Chemonics, since 2014.
Yet there’s evidence that both of those organizations started supporting the White Helmets back in early 2013, right around the time the White Helmets claim to have formed as self-organized groups.
Mayday Rescue, as we said, is funded by the Dutch, British, Danish and German governments. And Chemonics?
They are a Washington, D.C. based contractor that was awarded $128.5 million in January 2013 to support “a peaceful transition to a democratic and stable Syria” as part of USAID’s Syria regional program. At least $32 million has been given directly to the White Helmets as of February 2018. -TruthInMedia
So the US, Dutch, British, Danish and German governments have been funding the White Helmets, a non-governmental organization, through proxies for around five years.

Meanwhile Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Igor Konashenkov warned early this week that US-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA) forces are planning a “serious provocation” aimed at justifying a new round of Western coalition missile attacks against Syrian government bases and facilities.
Russia says it is aware of the existence of a video which will be used to “prove” an Assad chemical attack, similar to the videos which have emerged in past events.
Konashenkov, in a statement carried by Russian state-run TASS and subsequently featured in a One America News report, said “According to the information confirmed through three independent channels in Syria, the command of the so-called ‘Free Syrian Army’ aided by the forces of the US special ops units are preparing a serious provocation involving chemical warfare agents in the Deir ez-Zor province.”
Russia has in the past pointed the finger at the White Helmets from staging such “provocations”.
“After being published in western media a staged video is set to initiate a missile strike on Syria’s state facilities by the US-led coalition and justify an offensive operation by militants against Syrian governmental forces on the eastern bank of the Euphrates River,” he said, adding that Russia’s Defense Ministry warns that the use of such provocations for destabilization of the environment on the Syrian territory is unacceptable.
Perhaps today’s announcement of the resumption of US funding for the White Helmets is merely the beginning of another major “event” which will justify more Western military intervention in Syria?

Remember, special prosecutor Robert Mueller indicted Russians with great fanfare, but when one of the indicted asked for a trial date, suddenly Mueller wasn’t ready to go to court. He even suggested he would flood the court with so much “evidence” that they would not be able to go to trial any time soon. Of course, it makes no sense that Mueller would have enough evidence to indict and not be ready to prove their charge in court.
But now, rather than choking the court with evidence, Mueller claims to be worried about releasing too much. If he argues his case in open court the Russians might learn important secret intel! He wants to make sure his secret evidence isn’t revealed to anyone.

Since migrant delivery NGOs stepped up their activities in the Mediterranean, over the past few years Italy has been burdened with approximately half a million illegal immigrants whose crime rate has been found to be significantly higher than that of native Italians, according to a study by Italy’s largest business association.
“We need to listen” to Italy, Grandi said, stating that the nation’s populist government was “right to say” the nation cannot welcome every boat of third world migrants wishing to make Europe their home.
The High Commissioner for Refugees, an Italian himself, pronounced that the only solution is to let them all in and then give Brussels the power to distribute newcomers equally throughout the bloc.
“It’s very clear that Europe needs to reform its asylum system in a collective manner; there’s a lot of resistance to that but there’s no other way,” Grandi said.

“British vets are demanding the production of non-stunned slaughter meat be properly recorded, as well as calling for the amount produced in the UK to be cut as exports of the Sharia-compliant meat to Saudi Arabia have increased.
The British Veterinary Association (BVA) highlighted statistics from the Food Standards Agency (FSA) showing 22 percent of sheep and goats are not stunned before slaughter in the UK – as halal and kosher requires – an increase from 15 percent in 2013.
However, religious groups in the UK do not consume all of the halal meat produced here, with the rest being sold to other groups. There is also no reliable data on how much is exported – despite it being considered cruel and inhumane by many animal rights groups including the BVA and RSPCA.
“This lack of information has been brought into sharp relief by the recent government announcement on a trade deal with Saudi Arabia that could greatly increase the exports of British lamb and other meat, some of which may be from non-stun slaughter,” the BVA explained in a statement.
Adding: “BVA believes all animals should be stunned before slaughter and has been calling for an end to non-stun slaughter in the UK for several years…”
I no longer buy Australian lamb as I am pretty sure it is all halal slaughtered. I only buy US or Canadian lamb.

“Hungary’s Viktor Orbán has warned that another “high tide” of mass migration is approaching, and that financial speculators like George Soros hope to profit from the “ruination of Europe” via that mass migration.
In a Kossuth Radio discussion on the growing flood of illegal migrants into Balkan countries just outside the European Union — Bosnia has seen arrivals surge by 600 to 700 per cent in recent months — Prime Minister Orbán warned Europe was “seeing signs of a new migration wave, of a rising tide following a low tide; it’s rising now, and this poses a challenge.”
“We’ve managed to ensure that now every migrant knows that they shouldn’t follow the path marked by the signpost pointing to Hungary,” he said, referring to the robust border wall he built at the height of the migrant crisis in 2015, and the anti-illegal immigration ‘Stop Soros’ legislative package currently passing through the Hungarian parliament.
Tens of thousands of migrants are simply rerouting around Hungary to reach the generous welfare states of Western and Northern Europe, however — with the new Orbán-aligned populist coalition in Austria warning that it may seal its southern border with Slovenia as a result. Bosnia, in turn, warns that they will respond by sealing their southern borders with Serbia and Montenegro, to forestall a situation where migrants travelling north through their territory en route to Austria become bottled up after their path is blocked.
Prime Minister Orbán encouraged Serbia and neighbouring Macedonia to secure their own borders — some of the first which illegal migrants on the Balkan route cross — to prevent serious disruption, and offered them assistance to do so.
“It’s worth fighting against a force that is stronger than us – against a force like George Soros and his army,” he declared, after the topic of the billionaire’s activities in the Balkans was broached.
“We’ve played a role in this network being exposed, as we brought it out into the open, and now they have to openly state their goals. They want immigration. The replacement of populations and peoples is underway in Europe, partly because speculators like George Soros can make large financial profits. They are set on the ruination of Europe, because they’re hoping for large profits,” he said.
“That is just what financial speculators are like, and we shouldn’t be surprised at that – but we must not accept it.”
The Hungarian also insisted that, with movements rooted in populism, civic nationalism, and traditional conservatism now on the rise in countries such as Austria and Italy, the European establishment would soon find that his government is the least of their problems.
“The origin of Europe’s problems today – its political problems – is that what the people want and what they want to do is different from what their leaders want and what they do,” explained the Fidesz leader.
“As regards politics, current developments are to my liking, and they are in our interests. Tough guys have emerged in European politics. Many people think that we’re a little coarser or tougher than is customary in the EU, but now they’ll really learn the meaning of those words,” he predicted.
“They’ll find that compared with the new leaders who have now spoken out – and who say things that surprise even straight-talking Hungarians – we are sociable little gentlefolk. I see this both in Austria and Italy.””

“Deportations of failed asylum seekers and illegal migrants have increased by 36 percent under populist Freedom Party (FPÖ) Interior Minister Herbert Kickl compared to 2017 as Austria looks to provide more information to the public on deportation cases.
In the first five months of 2018, the Austrian Interior Ministry has recorded a total of 2,926 deportations of failed asylum seekers and illegal migrants – an increase of 450 from last year. In addition, 2,114 migrants left of their own accord, Oe24 reports.
The number of asylum applications has also fallen by 40 percent since the beginning of 2018.
So far this year, 34 flights have been chartered for deportations, along with two buses, with most flights heading to Kosovo and Nigeria.

“Turkey has claimed to have sent “thousands” of Islamic scholars and teachers to Europe to influence Turkish-background children to remain loyal to the near-east country, according to a letter sent to school children in Austria.
The claim came in a highly controversial letter that was allegedly sent by the Turkish government led by President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an to mostly 14-year-old children in two schools in Vienna, Kronen Zeitung reports.
The campaign letters, sent from Erdo?an’s ruling AKP party ahead of the national election later this month, claim that, “In order for our children to learn their native language, their religion and their culture, we have sent thousands of teachers and religious scholars abroad.”
The letter has been condemned across the Austrian political spectrum with city council president Heinrich Himmer of the Social Democrats (SPÖ) saying: “I want Erdo?an and his party to leave Vienna’s schools and all pupils in peace immediately.”
“The letter, however, clearly asks Turkish families to vote for Erdo?an – ‘for a strong Turkey’,” Mr. Himmer added.

“A senior journalist and his two police bodyguards were fatally shot Thursday by assailants in Indian-controlled Kashmir, police and the journalist’s colleagues said.
Shujaat Bukhari was shot by unidentified gunmen as he left his office in Srinagar, the disputed region’s main city.
Bukhari, who was a group editor for three daily newspapers and a weekly, including the English-language daily Rising Kashmir, was targeted as he was getting into his vehicle.
Bukhari and one police bodyguard were declared dead on arrival at a hospital. The other bodyguard died later.
Police said the assailants came on a motorbike and fired a volley of bullets toward the victims, leaving Bukhari and his guards in a pool of blood.
He died before he could get medical aid, said Mohammed Omar, the group manager of Bukhari’s newspapers.
“I would always accompany him to his vehicle when he would leave the office. I did the same today but I stopped half way as I got a phone call. In the meantime as he left I heard sounds of intense firing. I rushed to his vehicle where I saw him in a pool of blood,” Omar said.
Bukhari was an advocate for a peaceful resolution of the Kashmir dispute and was often part of peace conferences between India and Pakistan attended by former diplomats and generals from both countries…”

The Department of Justice’s internal watchdog released a much-anticipated report on the FBI’s investigation of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server as secretary of state.
The report contained several bombshells.
Anti-Trump FBI agent showed “willingness” to impact election
Anti-Trump FBI agent Peter Strzok showed a “willingness to take official action” to impact the presidential election, according to the new report from Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz.

““(Trump’s) not ever going to become president, right? Right?!” asked another anti-Trump FBI agent, Lisa Page. “No. No he’s not. We’ll stop it,” Strzok replied.
Strzok’s text “is not only indicative of a biased state of mind but, even more seriously, implies a willingness to take official action to impact the presidential candidate’s electoral prospects,” the report said.

When you read this article and the report remember the report was “cleaned up” to take out what was probably information making the FBI look bad and possibly prevent them from being put on trail for their crimes.
This clean up process means that we don’t know how much of the report we can trust.

On September 4, 2001, Robert Mueller took over the FBI. At his confirmation hearings, fraud had overshadowed discussions of terrorism. And as FBI Director, Mueller quickly diverged from the common understanding that the attacks that killed 3,000 people had been an act of war rather than a crime.
In 2008, Abdullah Saleh al-Ajmi, who had been unleashed from Guantanamo Bay, carried out a suicide bombing in Iraq. Al-Ajmi had been represented by Thomas Wilner who was being paid by the Kuwaiti government.
Wilner was a pal of Robert Mueller. And when the families were having dinner together, Mueller got up and said, “I want to toast Tom Wilner. He’s doing just what an American lawyer should do.”
“I don’t know what he was doing from inside the government. I’d like to find out,” Wilner mused.
We know some of what Mueller was doing. The same official who paved the way for raiding the president’s lawyer, who illegally seized material from the Trump transition team and whose case is based in no small part on illegal eavesdropping, fought alongside Comey against surveilling terrorists. Materials involving the Muslim Brotherhood were purged. Toward the dawn of the second Obama term, Mueller met with CAIR and other Islamist groups and a green curtain fell over national security.
But the surveillance wasn’t going anywhere. Instead it was being redirected to new targets.
Those targets were not, despite the wave of hysterical conspiracy theories convulsing the media, the Russians. Mueller’s boss was still quite fond of them. Barack Obama did have foreign enemies that he wanted to spy on. And there were plenty of domestic enemies who could be caught up in that trap.

There were conflicting reports about the circumstances of the killings, with pro-government media saying Yildiz and his supporters came under attack from opponents armed with knives and sticks.
The state-run Anadolu described it as an attack against AKP, and claimed that supporters of the pro-Kurdish Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) were among those involved in the attack.
But unconfirmed reports on pro-Kurdish media blamed bodyguards of the MP for the attack, after he was met with hostility during the visit to the shopkeepers…”
