        • Yes and we see our children and our civilians as expendable (for clearing minefields)just as we proved in the great patriotic war war with Iraq.

          • The last time the Chinese fought a real big war (Korea) when advancing on the enemy they kept the artillery firing until they were taking visible causalities. Expect Iran to do things like that as well as sending the young and elderly in to clean paths through the minefields.

        • In the short run Israel wins, in the medium run Israle has a slight edge, but without external help the long run looks bad.

Quality beats quantity (most of the time) but in the right circumstances quantity has a quality of its own. Human wave attacks by civilians are hard to stop aNd stopping them gives you a lot of bad press.
