With the ascent to power of young Prince Mohammad Bin Salman, the country has seen an expansion in women’s rights including a decision to allow women to attend mixed public sporting events and the right to drive cars from this summer.

St. Catherine University recently canceled a one-day conference designed to equip and empower women for leadership roles due to the fact that every speaker scheduled to appear was white.

In particular, the line-up consisted of attractive white women mostly in their middle ages with blond or brown hair. The College Fix reached out to about a dozen of the speakers slated to present at the conference, and they all refused to comment on the cancellation.

“The Leadership Imperative: Rise to Your Purpose” was intended to “equip both emerging and seasoned female professionals with the tools they need to become impactful, respected leaders,” according to the conference website.

  5. Radioactive substance worth $70mn seized in Ankara, 4 detained – reports (RT, Mar 19, 2018)
    https://www.rt.com/news/421736-californium-nuclear-arrests-turkey/

“Four people were arrested in Ankara after they were found to have a nuclear substance in their car, local media reported. They were aiming to sell the substance for more than $70 million, according to NTV news channel.

Around 1.4 kilograms of the synthetic radioactive substance californium was found in the car during the raid, according to NTV and the state-run Anadolu Agency.

The raid was conducted by the authorities in Ankara, who were acting on a tip-off.

Californium is used in nuclear reactors. Its name was derived from the University of California, where it was originally synthesized.”

    • Wikipedia: Californium: Production
      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Californium#Production

“Microgram quantities of californium-252 are available for commercial use through the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.[50] Only two sites produce californium-252: the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in the United States, and the Research Institute of Atomic Reactors in Dimitrovgrad, Russia. As of 2003, the two sites produce 0.25 grams and 0.025 grams of californium-252 per year, respectively.[54]”

    • Around 1.4 kilograms of the synthetic radioactive substance californium was found in the car during the raid, according to NTV and the state-run Anadolu Agency.

If Californium is produced at the rate of 0.0275 grams per year, that 1.4 kg represents CENTURIES of production. Something doesn’t add up.

        • I don’tt know, it could be a different radioactive substance and they don’t know the difference, or they are trying to hide what it really is.

Other then those two possibilities your guess is as good as mine.

        • Fishy. What’s going on…?

My guess is that the source (i.e., radioactive slug) has been buffered with some other compound to disperse or distribute the material more evenly and, therefore, deliver a more reliable emissions profile.

Either that, or the actual source is quite small and most of that weight is lead shielding. All the same, riding around with even a few grams of Californium and having only a kilo of lead shielding isn’t something that would make me feel safe.

For one thing, such a small amount of shielding could easily be breached in a medium or high-speed accident. Ideally, this package would be on the tail end of a 60′ semi-trailer with me in the cab.

  12. Hillary Clinton: When I Said Backward, I Meant Small Towns
    March 19, 2018
    Daniel Greenfield

The fallout from Hillary Clinton’s sore loser tour to India has been severe. Her suggestion that white women only voted for Trump because of their husbands and that it was the backward states that didn’t vote for her infuriated even her remaining Dem establishment supporters.

Sen. Heidi Heitkamp (D-N.D.), who’s currently facing a tough reelection bid in a state won by President Trump in the 2016 election, said this week that former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s exit from politics is way past due.

In an interview Tuesday, KFGO radio host Joel Heitkamp, the senator’s brother, asked when Clinton would “ride off into the sunset,” as he remarked on a recent speech Clinton gave in which she said the U.S. “did not deserve” President Trump’s victory in the 2016 election.

“I don’t know, not soon enough, I guess,” she responded.

Pressed again by the host, Heidi Heitkamp said: “Not soon enough.”

Hillary’s routine was the last thing that the Dems, who were celebrating Connor Lamb’s possible victory needed. So she decided to explain. Not apologize. Hillary doesn’t do apologies. Instead she laboriously sets out to explain why you ignorant troglodytes misunderstood what she was saying to you. The explanation ignores the reality of what she actually said.

He said the network was responsible for laundering tens of millions of dollars in drug profits in the past three years.

Investigators have seized $6 million in cash as a result of a three-year probe undertaken by a long roster of federal and local law enforcement under the FBI’s Cross Border Violence Task Force, as well as hundreds of pounds of drugs like methamphetamine, fentanyl, heroin, cocaine and marijuana.

  17. US Building New Base in Oil Rich Area in Syria’s Deir ez-Zor Province – Reports (sputniknews, Mar 19, 2018)
    https://sputniknews.com/middleeast/201803191062705004-us-new-base-syria-reports/

“The US is reportedly continuing its military buildup in Syria. Local online news portal the Euphrates Post has published video evidence showing what appear to be two US Coalition Blackhawk helicopters consolidating the US presence in an oil-rich area in Deir ez-Zor province.

According to the resource, a new US Coalition base is being built in the area east of the city of Mejadin, near al-Omar, Syria’s largest oil field.

Col (ret.) Alexander Zhilin, head of the Moscow-based Center for the Study of Applied Problems of National Security, said that there was an obvious trend for the Pentagon to create new facilities in and around Syria’s largest oil and gas fields. Speaking to the Federal News Agency, the retired officer said this trend makes it clear that the US has no plans to leave Syria any time soon, and that their intervention has nothing to do with establishing order or fighting against terrorism.

“Over the space of several years, the US has deployed 25 military facilities in Syria, and are continuing to build new ones. In general, they try to act in such a way as to establish control of oil-rich areas and energy resources. At the same time, they don’t believe they should be accountable to anyone,” the analyst noted.

According to Zhilin, the US’s role in Syria today is to subvert and destabilize the situation, via, for example, the creation of a new terrorist army to fight the Syrian military, or to stage a provocation in Eastern Ghouta using chlorine to allow US air power to strike against the Syrian army directly.

The US and its coalition allies began a campaign of airstrikes against Daesh* in 2014, following it up by the deployment of US forces into Syrian-Kurdish areas as the terrorists’ so-called caliphate began to shrink. Damascus has criticized the US intervention, repeatedly pointing out that it was never invited into the country by the internationally recognized government of President Bashar Assad.”

    • I remember reading about this decades ago, the original inhabitants of the Cape were the Hottentots who werre genetically related to the Bushmen. They welcomed the Dutch settlers because the Bantu were pushing down and killing all of the Hottentots they could catch. I don’t remember where I read it or when, it was probably in the 60s.

Bantu claims on South Africa as an ancient homeland have about the same merit as sub-Saharan Africans asserting that they built the Egyptian pyramids.

All of this is merely Cultural Appropriation on a grand scale. Which, of course, is something that people of color are completely incapable of (just like racism). Right?!?

    • A society that refuses to protect its children from the most base predators can only blame itself. If that society chooses to point the finger at appropriately culpable law enforcement, or the judiciary, then that is the look-out of those in robes or uniform.

Telford, like Rotherham or Luton (not least among many other shining candidates), is just one step away from the ne plus ultra of Morlock “Palestinians” when it comes to the absolute most destructive path. (More on this later.)

Just a few brief centuries ago, eating your “seed crop” (i.e., the seed stock for next year’s crops), was a death sentence. Please pardon how the following is in very rudimentary terms:

Far worse than the USA, indigenous Europe’s disinclination to reproduce at replacement rates has combined with its long-standing predilection for abortion. All to create an unprecedented First World demographic gap.

Despite being one of the few Western regions of sufficient wealth where this indigenous gap could be healed the EU has, instead, chosen (at a civilizational nadir, no less) to implement some of the most perilous and potentially irreversible Social Engineering projects modern history.

Now, about those, Morlock “Palestinians”. By many lengths ahead of a distantly trailing EU, the “Palestinians” exceed all others when it comes to the worst crime of all:

      Devouring your young.

Like gobbling down your seed stock when the first frost hits, hurling babies into the furnace really doesn’t have an upside. Yet—regardless of Europe’s halfhearted efforts towards such a hideous goal—this is exactly what the “Palestinians” and Islam keep doing.

Recently, here in the West, it’s gotten much worse. A second-grade pupil stabbed his teacher! It signals a lowering of the bar by Muslims that should be a line in the proverbial sand for all Infidels.

Yet, Islam now launches—not just teenagers or pre-adolescents in bomb vests (retarded or otherwise)—even mere children against us until we either must suspect all Muslims, or let down all defenses for fear of “racism”!!!

The foregoing is a sneak preview of my upcoming essay, “Islamic Ageism” (working title). Due out sometime in the holidays with the way things are going right now.

  22. 36 takfiris killed, 345 arrested in last five days of Operation Sinai 2018: Egypt Armed Forces (ahram, Mar 19, 2018)
    http://english.ahram.org.eg/NewsContent/1/64/293077/Egypt/Politics-/-takfiris-killed,–arrested-in-last-five-days-of-O.aspx

“Egyptian Armed Forces spokesman Tamer El-Refaie has said in a statement that 36 takfiris were killed and 345 were arrested by army and police forces during the last five days of the counterterrorism Operation Sinai 2018, which started on 9 February in Sinai and other parts of the country.

The Arabic word “takfiri” refers to extremist Sunni Muslims who accuse other Muslims and followers of other religions of being infidels, often as a justification for using violence against them.

“One officer and three soldiers were killed during operations, while another three officers, a non-commissioned officer and five soldiers were injured,” the spokesman said.

The statement added that six takfiris were killed during a shootout with police forces in the North Sinai capital of El-Arish.

Air forces destroyed 12 targets used as shelter by terrorists and as well as a booby-trapped vehicle whose driver attempted attack a security checkpoint west of El-Arish.

The army has also located and destroyed 17 vehicles, 67 motorbikes, and 93 IEDs, in addition to confiscating large amounts of TNT, plastic explosives, ammunition and firearms.

The operation targets “terrorist and criminal elements and organisations” in northern and central Sinai, as well as parts of the Nile Delta and the Western Desert, the army said at the start of the operation.

The spokesman said that counterterrorism forces from the army, along with police forces and border guards, are continuing combing operations in pursuit of any terrorists or criminal elements.

The border guards, in cooperation with forces tasked with securing the Suez Canal waterway, are continuing their mission to protect navigation and tighten security measures at the crossings leading into the Sinai Peninsula.”

      https://aawsat.com/english/home/article/1209796/issa-provocation-religious-sentiment-%E2%80%98religiophobia%E2%80%99-motivates-extremism

“Secretary General of the Muslim World League Sheikh Dr. Mohammed al-Issa stressed that sectarianism, provocation of religious sentiment by the discourse of Religiophobia, disdain of followers of religions and sects, the absence of justice and marginalization, and the lack of religious awareness motivate extremism and terrorism.

Issa said that criminalizing abuse is one of the most important tools of national integration.

Humanity today stands in the face of complex historical contexts, including religious and intellectual conflicts, which are the most dangerous motivators for hatred, extremism and terrorism, he said.

Issa also held the media responsible for contributing significantly in fueling such conflict…”

  24. China Threatens Action Against U.S. After Trump Signs Bill Encouraging Diplomatic Visits to Taiwan

China will take military and diplomatic countermeasures against the U.S. if President Donald Trump passes a law that encourages relations between America and Taiwan, Beijing state media said on Sunday.

Trump signed the Taiwan Travel Act last Friday, which allows for and encourages high-level official visits between the two countries. The legislation displeased China, which has long considered the self-ruled island to be a wayward province.

“China will and should take timely countermeasures against the U.S. and all ‘Taiwan independence’ secessionist forces through diplomatic and military means,” should high-level contact occur, China’s official Communist Party newspaper Global Times stated.

  26. Saudi Arabia to unveil evidence Iran is arming the Houthis (memo, Mar 19, 2018)
    https://www.middleeastmonitor.com/20180319-saudi-arabia-to-unveil-evidence-iran-is-arming-the-houthis/

“The Saudi-led coalition fighting in Yemen is set to unveil evidence proving that Iran is arming the Houthi group in a conference today, The National reported.

“New evidence will reveal Iran’s involvement in smuggling ballistic missiles and weapons to the Houthi militia, which threatens regional and international security and spreads chaos,” Turki Al-Malki, Saudi-led coalition spokesman said.

The Saudi-led coalition has been monitoring the Red Sea and port Hudaydah for unmarked shipments to Yemen since 2015. Al-Maliki went on to claim that Houthi unmanned explosive boats have posed a “serious threat to maritime navigation and international trade”.

The Houthis have fired several missiles into Saudi Arabia over the course of the Yemen civil war, with the most notable strike towards the capital Riyadh. The Houthis also targeted Saudi Arabia’s oil company Aramco, in Yanbu, and the King Khalild International Airport, although claims were made that Saudi’s air force intercepted it…”

  28. A third of UK Muslims report abuse or crime while studying (gulfnews, Mar 19, 2018)
    http://gulfnews.com/news/europe/uk/a-third-of-uk-muslims-report-abuse-or-crime-while-studying-1.2190990

“London: A third of Muslim students have experienced abuse or crime at their place of study, with most victims believing it was motivated by Islamophobia, a National Union of Students (NUS) survey has found.

The Muslim Students’ Survey was launched in 2017 to better understand the Muslim further and higher education student population in Britain and received 578 responses among UK-based students.

One in three respondents experienced some type of abuse or crime at their place of study, with 79 per cent of those believing it was motivated by prejudice relating to their Muslim identity, the NUS said. Prejudiced statements or gestures before, during or after the incident were cited.

A third of the respondents said they were “fairly or very worried” about experiencing verbal abuse, physical attacks, vandalism, property damage or theft at their place of study, relating to their religion or belief.

Women respondents who wear a religious Islamic garment — such as a hijab, niqab or jilbab — were more likely to be very worried.

Hareem Ghani, the NUS women’s officer, said: “We are deeply concerned about Islamophobia and anti-Muslim sentiment within the education sector and society as a whole. Action must be taken immediately by institutions and students’ unions to safeguard Muslim students — especially women — against racism in or around campus.”

Racism and prejudice in universities was highlighted earlier this month when it emerged two men were arrested after a black university student complained that a group of people subjected her to racist abuse in her hall of residence.

Officers began an investigation after Rufaro Chisango, a student at Nottingham Trent University, posted a video in which a group of men can be heard chanting “we hate the blacks” and “sign the Brexit papers”.

The survey found that Prevent, which forms part of the government’s counter-terrorism strategy and requires education institutions to identify and report students suspected of being vulnerable to radicalisation, significantly affects Muslim students.

One-third of respondents felt negatively affected by Prevent. Some had been referred to authorities under the scheme, had organised events that were cancelled or significantly changed because of it or had disengaged from political debate specifically due to concerns around being reported under its terms.

As a result, 43 per cent of those who reported being affected by Prevent felt unable to express their views or be themselves.

The survey found only 38 per cent of respondents agreed that their students’ union understands their needs as a Muslim student, while 39 per cent of respondents felt able to participate in their union’s sports activities only rarely or never.

Drinking culture, a general lack of inclusiveness and mixed sex sports were stated as barriers to getting involved in sports.

Some 90 per cent of respondents said they had a prayer space or mosque on or near campus, while 68 per cent had halal food — food permitted by Islam — on or near campus. Twenty-eight per cent were clear they had a Muslim chaplain or cleric at their educational institution, while 24 per cent were sure that theirs had a Muslim imam.”

  29. Morocco Thwarts Hezbollah’s Plans to Convert Moroccans in Cote d’Ivoire to Shiite Islam (moroccoworldnews, Mar 18, 2018)
    https://www.moroccoworldnews.com/2018/03/242684/morocco-thwarts-hezbollah-plans-convert-moroccans-cote-divoire-shiite-islam/

“Hezbollah’s social and religious offensive of propagating the Shiite ideology among Moroccans living in Ivory Coast has recently met with a firm Moroccan reaction, a governmental counter-offensive to keep and maintain Morocco’s religious thrall on its citizens living abroad.

According to Assabah in its March 18 and 19 issue, Hezbollah tried to capitalize on the huge number of Lebanese established in the West African country in order to infiltrate Moroccan circles in the country, with the purpose of preaching and converting Moroccans to Shiite Islam.

According to Assabah, the ideological battle was primarily fought in schools, many of which, built by powerful Lebanese businessmen, are educational hubs for Moroccans and other Muslims in the Ivorian capital.

Assabah explains in its report that while schools built by some Lebanese nationals are “good and affordable”, the unseen cost of sending kids there resides in kids’ exposure, during religious courses, to Shiite creeds and ideology.

Knowing that Hezbollah used similar tactics with Moroccans in Belgium, Assabah explains, Moroccan authorities took appropriate measures this time to thwart this religious conversion project.

Beyond the traditional economic activities that many Hezbollah-leaning Lebanese are engaged in throughout the continent, it seems, according to reports, that the global vision is to expand Shiite Islam by building cultural and spiritual channels, especially via schools.

As far as diplomacy is concerned, Assabah further noted, many of the so-called Lebanese businessmen have allegedly invested considerable funds in lobbying activities aimed at containing the success of Morocco’s Africa agenda, an indirect way of countering Morocco’s ‘moderate’ Sunni Islam.

Morocco’s counteroffensive made use of the King’s repeated visits in the continent to reinforce religious cooperation with many fellow African countries.

More practically, as affordable schools are said to be the most effective tool in Hezbollah’s traditional proselytizing missions, Moroccan authorities have offered to take in charge 50 to 70% of school fees for Moroccans in Ivory Coast. This policy should enable the government to take up to 99% of Moroccan children out of Shiite schools, according to estimates.”

  30. ‘Love a Muslim Day’ Turns Table on ‘Punish a Muslim Day’ Letter (moroccoworldnews, Mar 19, 2018)
    https://www.moroccoworldnews.com/2018/03/242731/love-muslim-day-turns-table-punish-muslim-day-letter/

““Love a Muslim Day” letters are now being shared on social media in response to the anonymous hate letters recently sent to random UK households circulated under the title, “Punish a Muslim Day.”

These “love letters” represent acts of kindness to counter the malicious ““Punish a Muslim Day” letters, which incited recipients to commit verbal and physical violence against Muslim communities.

“Love a Muslim Day” letters were devised by activist Shahab Adris of the charity Muslim Engagement and Development, which seeks to counter Islamophobia,, reported BBC and Bristol Post news site.

The letter imitates “Punish a Muslim Day” in its format, but lists acts of “kindness” to show Muslims:

“They have loved you. They have made you so many curries and kebabs […] only you can show your appreciation, only you have the power. Don’t be a normal person. Be a special person. Show your love,” it reads and lists 10 points for smiling at a Muslim, 25 points for throwing flowers at a Muslim, […] and 2500 points for buying a Hajj package for a Muslim family-“a lifetime trip to Mecca.”

Adris told BBC that he was disgusted at the content and had the idea to “turn [the] letter on its head.”

“Some of the responses I’ve seen from the Muslim community have been really positive, but the most remarkable thing has been getting responses from people who are not Muslim, saying they will do something with a Muslim colleague,” he said.

Bristol Police reported that they haven’t received any more reports about “Punish a Muslim Day” letters, though they are still monitoring the hate letters as a safety precaution, according to Bristol Post.”

  31. Turkey-linked mosque attacked with Molotov cocktails in Germany (hurriyetdailynews, Mar 19, 2018)
    http://www.hurriyetdailynews.com/turkey-linked-mosque-attacked-with-molotov-cocktails-in-germany-129000

“A mosque in the southern German city of Ulm was attacked with Molotov cocktails early on March 19.

State-run Anadolu Agency noted that the attacks came amid threats from groups linked to the outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) to carry out more violence in Germany.

The attack caused no injuries but minor damage to the mosque belonging to the Islamic Community National View (IGMG), one of the largest Muslim-Turkish associations in the country.

Despite a ban on PKK activities in Germany, PKK and PYD supporters have carried out dozens of rallies and violent acts after Turkey launched “Operation Olive Branch” on Jan. 20 to clear Syria’s Afrin district of the People’s Protection Units (YPG), a group Ankara sees as a terror organization for its links to the outlawed PKK.

On March 18, the Turkish army and Free Syrian Army (FSA) units took “entire control” of Afrin city center in Syria’s northwestern Afrin district as part of the ongoing “Operation Olive Branch.”

More than two dozen attacks have been staged against Turkish mosques, associations and stores since Jan. 20 in cities including Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Aachen.

The PKK has been banned in Germany since 1993, but remains active with nearly 14,000 followers in the country.

Ankara has long criticized Berlin for not taking serious measures against the PKK, which uses the country as a platform for their fund-raising, recruitment and propaganda activities.

Germany has a three million-strong Turkish community, many of whom are second- and third-generation German-born citizens whose Turkish grandparents moved to the country during the 1960s.”

    • There is nothing “breaking” about this video. The people their just repackage other people’s footage and ask for money for it every minute or so. I didn’t see an original frame or anything new at all.
