(This is a good opportunity to take notice of the leftist stratagem of hijacking or creating an ethno-identity based group for the purpose of subverting liberal democracy. It could be a black group like BLM, a feminist group or one of an endless string of pretend and sort of real sexual preferences groups, but all of them have one thing in common. They are pure post-modernism and what they mean by “diversity” is non white people and what they mean by multiculturalism is a mono-culture of cultural Marxism.)

  1. The fires at the Greek camp are familiar, the numerous fires in Germany, the damage during the riots in France and elsewhere. If the Moslems don’t get t heir way they start throwing a temper tantrum that destroys property and kills people. Just as their good friends the left wing fascist in the antifa groups.

    Obviously the so-called Jews of the “Jewish Chronicle” aren’t real Jews. Like, into Judaism.

    They’re committing the sin of “Lashon Hara” – serious violation of Jewish law. It means “evil tongue” – negative gossip.

    Even if something’s true, if it doesn’t serve to prevent immediate harm, it’s a sin to repeat it and a sin to listen to it. It’s something like tale-bearing: it destroys community cohesion.

    If it’s a lie – slander or libel – it’s called something else, I can’t remember the name.

    (Lashon Hara is a very, very common topic. We put notes of the phone, “Remember! No lashon hara!” You’ll find signs in haredi neighbors all over the place.

    Ps. 34:12-14, third line in Hebrew:
    What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?

    Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.

    Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.

    I’m obviously guilty all the time. But even I know better.

    A proper publication for the observant Jewish community would kill that story. That rubbish is not KOSHER.

        It serves to cause discord within the community – bad people, met with such-&-such a man!

        That’s a trivalent wrong: the “evil tongue” speaker, the one who’s spoken about, and the recipient of the gossip.

        In the olden days, probably in some haredi circles today, lashon hara can be penalized by shunning. That’s devastating, but usually temporary.

        Remember Miriam in the Bible, sister of Moses and Aaron? She was “stricken by leprosy” for gossip. She had to be set apart from the camp for a week before she was “cured” – forgiven. [Numbers:12]

        One who “desires life” – Chafetz Chaim – strives for peace, not discord.
