A man who abused two Muslim women before striking one of them in the face with a packet of bacon has been jailed after admitting to religiously/racially aggravated assault.
Alex Chivers, 36 of Bryanstone Rd, Waltham Cross was sentenced at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 29 June to 26 weeks imprisonment for the assault and 12 weeks imprisonment for a public order offense – to run concurrently. He was also ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge and will complete a 12-month supervision order when he is released on license.
The offence occurred at 16:40hrs on Thursday, 8 June in Hertford Road, Enfield.
The victim, who is a Muslim in her teens, was walking with her mother when she was approached by Chivers.

Chivers was serving a suspended sentence for thefts and antisocial behaviour two months earlier, it was revealed.
Magistrates extended the suspended term of his 16-week sentence from 18 months to two years.”

Now, all should be equal under the law. So if a Muslim with the same background of thieving approached two women with Islam giving him the courage to interfere with them, that would be a Hate Crime… but oh it’s not.

Punishing the man for the assault is what the law is meant to do, punishing him for what was oin his minds when he committed the crime is thought control and that is the most evil thing you can do, you forbid people to think for themselves. The leftist politicians want power over people the ultimate power is to decide who lives and who dies, the power that is almost as sweet is the power to force people to think the approved thoughts and no others.
