Lt. Col. Peters is forgetting the ISIS presence in Libya that is going to be the next big theater in the fight against the resurgence Caliphate.
The destruction of ISIS in Syria and Iraq isn’t gong to end the troublle in Syria and Iraq the fight with ISIS is just the first and possible second rounds in a fight that will last many rounds. Once ISIS is gone we have Iran, Turkey, the Kurds and various religious minorities now being sheltered by Assad. This fight is just beginning and the alliances will shift as the fight continues. Welcome ot he wars in the Middle East.
Lt. Col. is confident that Europe will solve their Islamic invasion problem, so am I but not without large numbers of causalities spread over several decades.
