  1. Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe Under Federal Investigation

    The Hatch Act prohibits FBI agents from campaigning in partisan races. Photos of McCabe campaigning for his wife raised questions about McCabe’s compliance with the law.

    As TGP previously reported, Comey’s replacement as Acting FBI Head, Andrew McCabe, has ties to the Hillary Clinton campaign. Left Wing online publication, Newsweek, is reported:

    concerns came after revelations by media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, that a political action committee affiliated with Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, who has ties to Bill and Hillary Clinton, contributed almost $500,000 to the 2015 Virginia state Senate campaign of McCabe’s wife, Jill McCabe. (She lost the election.) She also received $207,788 from the Virginia Democratic Party, which is connected to McAuliffe, a Democrat.

    The Office of U.S. Special Counsel, the government’s main whistleblower agency, is investigating whether FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s activities supporting his wife Jill’s Democratic campaign for Virginia state senate in 2015 violated the Hatch Act’s prohibition against FBI agents campaigning in partisan races.

  3. Two Top Dems in Congress Accused Of Ethics Violations

    (Zero Hedge) Democrats have been having a rough time lately as the phony Russia collusion narrative crumbles (with a little help from noted fake news purveyor CNN) while some of the party’s most venerated officials are facing allegations of misconduct – be it for colluding with the Clinton campaign (Loretta Lynch) or for allegedly submitting a fraudulent loan application and improperly pressuring a regional lender (Bernie and Jane Sanders).

      The last link has the story about the two members of the House under ethics investigation, the Dems are disintegrating before our eyes. Enough damage is being done that hopefully they will disappear from the political scene. The Repubs aren’t in much better shape with RINO’s like McCain doing his best to destroy them, they may decide to follow the example of President Trump and grow a pair but we don’t know that yet. If they don’t follow the example of President Trump they are finished as a national campaign rather like the Dems are. Their destruction of either or both parties won’t happen before the next Presidential Election but it is coming, they either change with the times or disappear, I don’t think the Dems can change and I don’t know if the Repubs can.

      • I really love Zero Hedge, get a kick out of both their straight and their off-the-wall stories. Very sharp financial analysis from different perspectives.

        But it’s an example of a great site with comments that frequently veer into zio-demonville. They need a grown-up moderator. A little intervention goes a long way to teach readers primary analytic skills.

        • Many of the alt media sites have that problem, some come up with excellent articles but the moderators vear into tinfoil hat territory on a regular bases, others allow the comments to drag them into territory that we really don’t need to be into.

  7. CBC – Montreal man denied bail in Michigan airport stabbing mutters ‘Allahu akbar’ in court

    Amor Ftouhi, 49, consented to be detained for the rest of his case in Flint

    A Montreal man accused of stabbing an airport police officer at a Michigan airport was denied bail Wednesday and will remain in custody.

    Amor Ftouhi was wearing a medical mask and repeatedly muttered “Allahu akbar” (literally, it “God is great”) when he appeared at a bail hearing. Police have alleged Ftouhi yelled that phrase as he stabbed Lt. Jeff Neville in the neck a week ago at Bishop International Airport.

    Ftouhi, a 49-year-old native of Tunisia, is charged with committing violence at an airport.

    Joan Morgan, a lawyer for Ftouhi, did not object to the government’s request that he stay in jail. Morgan said he would be held by U.S. immigration authorities even if he were granted bail. Court officials would not confirm where he is being held in custody.

    Despite sustaining a 30-centimetre wound that doctors say narrowly missed nerves and major arteries, Neville was released from hospital Monday.

    Ftouhi previously told court officials he has lived in Canada for a decade and has three children.

    The FBI believes he crossed into the United States at Champlain, N.Y., on June 16 and arrived in Michigan two days later.

    Before travelling to Flint, he lived in an apartment in Montreal’s St-Michel neighbourhood, where neighbours described him as a “good person” who tended to keep to himself.

    The FBI said Ftouhi bought a knife during his five days in the U.S., and was unsuccessful at trying to buy a gun.

    Ftouhi is next scheduled to appear in court July 5 for a preliminary hearing.

    Unqualified teachers are making medical decisions about children based on what some (almost assuredly left wing) Doctor has said, and this is being done without your permission. This is another sign that the US is going full communist in some of the states. Any US citizen reading this article needs to check and see if this is being done to their children.
