  1. FLASHBACK: Kathy Griffin’s Nasty Threat to Trump & Barron

Today, Kathy Griffin went in front of dozens of cameras to try to “apologize” which mainly consisted of her crying and blaming Trump & old white people for destroying her career.

For some of us, it’s complete schadenfraude.

Less than 6 short months ago, Kathy Griffin made a promise and her recent “beheading of Trump” fulfilled it. On December 6, 2017 she told Vulture:

“For me, that’s Trump and all things Trump. It’s not about trying to be an equal-opportunity offender anymore because Hillary got such a beat down. It’s his turn. So I’m happy to deliver beat down to Donald Trump — and also to Barron. You know a lot of comics are going to go hard for Donald, my edge is that I’ll go direct for Barron. I’m going to get in ahead of the game.

It sounds like this sick, demented woman got exactly what was coming for her.

She picked the wrong person to bully because Trump punches back.

    Good riddance, Kathy.

  4. 27 dead as Yemen army closes in on Taiz palace (gulfnews, Jun 3, 2017)
    http://gulfnews.com/news/gulf/yemen/27-dead-as-yemen-army-closes-in-on-taiz-palace-1.2037868

“Yemeni government forces fought on Saturday to capture a rebel-held presidential palace in the southwestern province of Taiz after clashes that killed 27 people, medics and military sources said.

Medics at the rebel-controlled Thamar Government Hospital in Taiz, Yemen’s third city, said 19 Al Houthis had been killed in clashes over the past 24 hours.

Military sources, speaking on condition of anonymity, reported eight soldiers dead during the same period as the army closed in on the presidential palace.

The palace is under the control of the Iran-backed Al Houthis who are allied with former soldiers loyal to ousted president Ali Abdullah Saleh.

A Saudi-led coalition has fought in Yemen for the past two years on the side of the legitimate government of President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi.

A statement on Saudi Arabia’s official SPA news agency on Saturday said pro-government Yemeni forces had captured the palace in Taiz.

But military sources on the ground denied this, telling AFP that while government forces were closing in on the palace, they had not yet seized it.

Yemen’s conflict has killed more than 8,000 people and wounded tens of thousands, according to the UN’s World Health Organisation.”

  5. ‘Stylish’ beards banned in Balochistan’s Kharan District (tribune, Jun 3, 2017)
    https://tribune.com.pk/story/1426475/stylish-beards-banned-balochistans-kharan-district/

“Authorities in Balochistan’s Kharan District have prohibited ‘stylish’ beards in a recent order warning barbers of a heavy fine and then verbally through the area’s magistrate after rescinding it.

“All barbers are restricted from cutting beards in a fashionable way which is against the principles of Islam according to all religious scholars,” read an order issued by the office of the Kharan District Assistant Commissioner Mohammad Baksh Sajdi on May 29.

The official in his order told hairdressers to abide by the newly set rule or face a heavy fine. “Keep the beards simple. Don’t design them. All barbers must note,” the order read.

A copy of the order was also sent to other officers concerned including the deputy commissioner, the district police officer, the tehsildar and area’s station house officer.

“A maulana in the area had complained about stylish beards and that’s why the notification was issued,” assistant commissioner Sajdi told The Express Tribune.

He added that the order was later withdrawn as the government said there was no law to issue such an order.

“However, the magistrate has the authority to ban anything, so he summoned the barbers and verbally ordered them to avoid stylish beard cuts.”

On Friday, Sajdi was transferred from Kharan to Washuk.

Recently, the authorities in Ormara, Balochistan too had imposed a ban on stylish beards.

Such bans are similar to the one imposed by the terrorist outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan in the country’s tribal areas before the military had launched an operation against it.”

Al-Falih, who is also the chairman of Saudi Aramco, was addressing the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2017 opened on Thursday with its events united under the slogan ‘Achieving a New Balance in the Global Economic Arena’.
