The U.S. is prepared to launch a preemptive strike with conventional weapons against North Korea should officials become convinced that North Korea is about to follow through with a nuclear weapons test, multiple senior U.S. intelligence officials told NBC News.
North Korea has warned that a “big event” is near, and U.S. officials say signs point to a nuclear test that could come as early as this weekend.
The intelligence officials told NBC News that the U.S. has positioned two destroyers capable of shooting Tomahawk cruise missiles in the region, one just 300 miles from the North Korean nuclear test site.
American heavy bombers are also positioned in Guam to attack North Korea should it be necessary, and earlier this week, the Pentagon announced that the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier strike group was being diverted to the area.
(Anything that helps end the North Korean regime is a blessing to humanity. North Korea is the world’s biggest prison and the conditions inside would be condemned by Amnesty International if indeed it was a prison. Police: Woman killed in ‘intentional’ Fairfax hit-and-run
WASHINGTON — A woman killed in a hit-and-run Friday morning in Fairfax County was struck twice by a car in what police are calling an “intentional act.”
The woman was crossing Rugby Road, off Route 50, when the car struck her, turned around and struck her again, Fairfax County police spokeswoman Tawny Wright said in a Facebook Live update.
“We’re definitely looking into why this would have happened, whether there was a dispute or a random act,” Wright said.
It has not yet been determined what the motive is, but playing the odds…

That is the thing which really has CAIR’s panties in a wad. This wannabe mutawa’ah (“morals police”) is jumping the gun.

Nothing pisses off the real hardcore jihadis more than some ultra-pious wanker like Rashid (clearly an American-born White boy) taking it upon himself to implement sharia law before the time is ripe.

Rashid has encountered some backlash, even from other Muslims who may not yet be ready for full compliance with various aspects of Shariah law, or who know it would do long-term damage to Islam’s reputation in America if Muslims try to implement Shariah too early.
Fortunately, this is an instance where, either way, things could work out quite favorably. Ideally, some non-Muslim locals would provide this sanctimonious little prick with a prolonged session of parking lot therapy. Just showing the al Qaeda flag merits such attention, let alone being a full-blown traitor to America. Barring that, a few Muslim enforcers could stuff a sock in this pissy punk’s face and provide him with some extended kidney massage. Definitely a win-win.
As an aside, I’m sure more than one psychoanalyst has read the article only to conclude that this Georgia-born White boy, Rashid, has figured out how intimidate these Somalian “darkies” and do it all-the-while cloaked in a mantle of doctrinal authority.

Since 1993 there have been many opportunities to prevent the coming war and the left has stopped all of them by saying that there was too big a threat of war if we reacted with military force. This refusal to defend ourselves and our allies has resulted in a war that will start soon, one that will make WWII look small, one that could have been prevented if we had reacted forcibly one any one of over a dozen occasions.
