“TURKISH President Recep Tayyip Erdogan attacked the Dutch as being “Nazi remnants and facsists” as tensions heightened following the cancellation of a Rotterdam rally.
His comments come after the Dutch government withdrew it permission to allow a plane carrying Turkish foreign minister Mevlut Cavusoglu to land in Holland.
Mr Cavusoglu was originally scheduled to speak at a rally in support of a Yes vote in Turkey’s upcoming referendum, which would give Mr Erdogan greatly increased powers.
But the rally was banned for security reasons, according to Rotterdam’s mayor.
And Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said in a statement the Turkish threat of sanctions made “the search for a reasonable solution impossible”.
A statement added that while the Netherlands and Turkey could search for “an acceptable solution”, Ankara was not respecting the rules relating to public gatherings.
It read: “Many Dutch people with a Turkish background are authorised to vote in the referendum over the Turkish constitution,” it said.
“The Dutch government does not have any opposition to gatherings in our country to inform them about it.
“But these gatherings are not allowed to contribute to tensions in our society and everyone who wants to hold a gathering is obliged to follow instructions of those in authority, so that public order and safety can be guaranteed.”
But the Turkish leader has hit out at the so-called ‘ban’, attacking the Dutch people.
Speaking at a rally in Istanbul, President Erdogan said” ”Ban our foreign minister from flying however much you like, but from now on, let’s see how your flights will land in Turkey.
“They do not know politics or international diplomacy…these Nazi remnants, they are fascists.”
Mr Cavusoglu also warned Turkey would impose heavy sanctions if his visit were blocked.
But the foreign minister said he would visit Rotterdam regardless, as he accused the government of effectively taking Turkish citizens hostage by banning the meeting.
This is the latest in a string of prohibitions on campaigning from Turkish leaders hoping to drum up support from expats.
Austria, Germany and Switzerland also banned similar gatherings where Turkish officials were due to speak ahead of the April 16 vote.
Earlier this week, the cancellations in Germany led Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to accuse Berlin of “Nazi practices”.
His comment drew a sharp response from German leaders, with Chancellor Angela Merkel describing the comparison as “unacceptable”.”

The Netherlands has withdrawn permission for Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu to fly to Rotterdam on Saturday after he was barred from addressing a Turkish rally there, CNN Turk and NTV television stations said.
Rotterdam city authorities had banned Cavusoglu from addressing a meeting there in support of President Tayyip Erdogan’s campaign for extended powers to be put to a referendum in April. He had said he would fly to Rotterdam anyway.

To translate this article, there are two types of crisis here 1) this one is caused by the fact that both sides in the Saudi Iran war are fighting a total war and using food as a weapon, they are stopping the other side from getting food hoping to starve them into submission. 2) This one is caused by nature, there is a drought in the Somuli region which happens at least once a decade, the food crisis has been caused by the natives accepting modern medicine which lets most of the kids survive and over populate the region which means that their food growing capabilities can’t keep feed everyone. The only real solution if for the natives to limit the number of children each family has. This has to be done voluntarily or the population problem of China and to a lesser extent India (many more males then females) will occur. The humanitarian aid that is being called for will ease the problem for a while but not solve it since the natives will accept the food but won’t stop having large families. The water crisis will be harder for any do gooder to come up with a solution for.
The inevitable call for the western nations to declare all Somalias refugees and import them in the western nations has already started but will not solve the problem since the west is already in an immigration/invasion crisis that will be made worse if/when we stqrt grining in unlimited numbers of Somalian “refugees”.

As yet, there appear to be no independent expert witnesses scheduled to testify to the House Intelligence Committee in the upcoming hearings on the “Russian hacking” allegations.
This is particularly unfortunate since we already know that Russia didn’t “hack” anything that actually affected the election. That’s likely to be obscured by a parade of partisans earnestly insisting that Russia did hack something. Yet that assertion itself can be, and has been, disputed by experts.
The impression being set up by the witness list is like what you’d get if only the prosecutor got to argue his case in a courtroom. But it’s even worse, because unlike a courtroom trial, congressional hearings lead to political conclusions for which there is no appeals process.
So it’s extremely important – unless you just want to mislead the people – to get the playing-field/adversarial-arguments dynamic right.

The basic point of the article is that as of now it appears that the fix is in, while the list isn’t complete (as far as we know) the only witnesses in the investigation of the Russians trying to interfere in the election are people who say that the issure is settled and the Russians did interfere.
There are no witnesses who say that it could be anyone who did the hacking of the DNC because the malware that was used has been out long enough that just about everyone has a copy of it.

When the mainstream media first got wind of Donald Trump’s claim that the previous administration had wiretapped his campaign/transition offices at Trump Tower, they went ballistic. They took the charge as if Trump had insulted them personally. How dare he accuse Barack (Not-a-Smidgen-of-Corruption) Obama of breaking the law.
Perhaps it’s time for our friends in the mainstream media to try switching to decaf. First of all, the president didn’t say Obama broke the law. He just said that Trump Tower was wiretapped. If the story is true, it could have been a legal, court-approved wiretap.
Another wiretap by the Obama administration that was probably legal, if questionable, was that of former Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio). But the bugging of investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson’s computer was very likely illegal and certainly immoral.
Kucinich says that he was wiretapped in 2011 and that a conversation he had with a foreign leader was recorded. He told Fox News Channel’s Shannon Bream that he knew for certain he was wiretapped because the Washington Times let him listen to the a copy of the recorded conversation they had obtained. Apparently this revelation occurred two years after he left office.

An excerpt from an upcoming documentary on the relationship between the Hamas terrorist organization and UNRWA shows Gazan children being led into a mock terror tunnel, where they are taught how to attack an Israeli kibbutz.
“The UNRWA kids were recruited by Hamas to help build the tunnels, and then infiltrate through the tunnels,” said David Bedein, the director of the Center for Near East Policy Research, which is producing the documentary.
Bedein said that Hamas has diverted international aid to construct tunnels with which to attack Israel. “At the same time, Hamas has been getting full supplies, including from Israel, for the past year, and they are able to get cement to continue building [the tunnels].”
He said that the tunnel in the video was a “model tunnel that they built” for training purposes, including the training of school children to kill Israelis.
“Hamas controls the UNRWA teacher’s union, and Hamas comes into the schools and [takes the children for this training] as one of their after-school activities.”

SYRIA -300 families of IS fighters flee Syria’s Raqqa
Three hundred families of Islamic State group fighters have fled the jihadists’ self-proclaimed Syrian capital of Raqa in 24 hours, as rival forces advance on the city, a monitor said Saturday.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said “300 families of foreign fighters of IS have left the city of Raqa since dawn Friday to take refuge in the province of Deir Ezzor to the east and Hama to the west”.
The northern city of Raqa is the target of advancing Turkish-backed Syrian rebels, a US-backed alliance of Kurdish and Arab forces as well as Syrian government troops supported by Russia.
The Observatory’s head, Rami Abdel Rahman, said that IS families were using the only remaining escape route, on boats across the Euphrates River to the south.
President Bashar al-Assad stressed in a television interview broadcast on Saturday that the recapture of Raqa was a “priority” for his forces.
“We have come very close to Raqa now… Our forces have reached the banks of the Euphrates, very close to the city of Raqa,” he told the Chinese channel Phoenix.
“It will therefore be a priority for us,” he said, in comments carried by Syria’s state news agency SANA.
The United States on Thursday also turned up the heat on the jihadists, sending an additional 400 American troops into Syria to support operations to retake Raqa.

Finland: Pro-refugee demonstration dwarfs nationalist counter-protest in Helsinki /strong>
Hundreds of pro-refugee supporters gathered alongside asylum seekers in Helsinki Railway Square on Saturday, to mark 30 days of an Iraqi and Afghan refugee sit-in held in the area. The pro-refugee demonstration far outnumbered a much smaller nationalist demonstration, where far-right groups called for a “clean-up” of the refugee camp in central Helsinki.
Supporters showed their solidarity with refugees who have been denied the right to stay in Finland and are facing deportation back to their home countries.
Asylum seeker, Sadiq, explained the dangers of deportation. He said, “Please pay attention to asylum seekers, they are human beings, they are just the same as you, they want to stay in a safe country and please do not deport them to death”.

Germany: Thousands march against far-right NPD in Saarbruecken
Over 4,000 people marched through Saarbruecken in opposition to the far-right National Democratic Party (NPD) on Saturday coinciding with NPD’s Party Day.
The protesters marched through the city before rallying outside the Saarbruecken Castle holding banners with slogans like “No to the NPD Party Day in Saarbruecken” and “Colourful instead of brown,” in reference to the historical links between the colour brown and German far-right parties.
More than 30 different organisations, including trade unions, social associations and youth groups, participated in the demonstration. The demonstration was peaceful though traffic was severely restricted.
Founded in 1964, the NPD holds a single seat in the European Parliament but is not represented in the German Parliament (Bundestag). They secured just 1.3% of the vote in 2013 elections, falling short of the necessary 5%.

Italy: Huge clashes break out as antifascists protest Salvini’s Naples visit
Protesting antifascists clashed with police in Naples, Saturday, as the head of the Italian far-right Lega Nord party Matteo Salvini visited the southern city.
Police fired rounds of teargas and other crowd dispersal ordnance and, in turn, protesters threw projectiles at advancing officers. A number of arrests have been reported.
This is the first time that Salvini is holding a Lega Nord rally in the city.
BREITBART – Turkey Threatens to Lift Migrant Blockade to Europe
The Turkish Foreign Minister has said that his country is prepared to once again allow migrants passage into Europe if Turks are not permitted to travel in the European Union (EU) without visas.
Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told CNN Turk television Saturday that the EU’s failure to uphold its part of the agreement entered into last March jeopardized Turkey’s will to keep migrants from crossing through Turkey into Greece.
Turkey will present a final text to EU leaders, Cavusoglu said, “and either it will all be canceled, including the visa liberalization and migrant deal, or it will all be implemented.”
This is not Turkey’s first threat to release droves of migrants into the European Union.
Last August, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s warned that he was ready to reopen migrant routes from Turkey into Europe, a move that could mean an influx of as many as 3 million migrants into the EU.
“The European Union is not acting sincerely with Turkey,” Erdogan said in an interview with the French daily Le Monde. “We have taken in 3 million refugees, whereas the EU’s only concern is keeping them out of its territory.”
Turkey has exploited the prospect of waves of millions of migrants into Europe to pressure Brussels into allowing Turkish citizens to enter Europe freely without visas, which is seen as a first step toward eventual Turkish membership in the EU.
Erdogan has insisted that the waiving of Europe’s visa requirement was meant to go into effect simultaneously with the agreement regarding Turkeys’ blocking of migrants from entering EU states, particularly Greece.
“If our demands are not met, readmissions will no longer be possible,” Erdogan warned.
In March 2016, Turkey and the EU made a pact to stem a the flow of migrants to Europe in exchange for billions of euros in aid to Turkey and the lifting of short-term visa requirements on Turkish citizens.

CANADA – Mayor Calls Criticism Of Muslim Prayers In School ‘Hate Speech’
Brampton, Ontario Mayor Linda Jeffrey is dismissing critics who object to Muslim students having Friday prayer sessions in public schools as purveyors of “misinformation and hateful speech.” Jeffrey was responding to critics in a letter she released Thursday as Toronto-area parents in the Peel District School Board are preparing a full-scale protest on Saturday to demand that public schools not promote one religion over another.
The parents have organized a “Canada First” movement and plan a “Walk to Oppose Religion in Schools” this weekend at Celebration Square near Square One in Mississauga, a suburb of Toronto. They are also opposed to the motion introduced by local Liberal Member of Parliament Iqra Khalid that would ban “Islamophobia” and potentially make their protest subject to hate crimes legislation./strong>
The parents are furious with the Peel District School Board’s decision to lift all restrictions on what are called “Friday prayer days” for Muslim students. The sessions take place on school time and include both prayers and sermons that are usually read in Arabic — leading many to ask just what is being said.
At the last board meeting, parents expressed their outrage over school board chairwoman Janet McDougald’s dismissive attitude when she was asked, “When you vote to allow Islamic Prayer in public schools, will you record all sermons that are offered in Arabic so we can analyze them later to ensure there is no hate speech being offered?”
McDougald called the questioner a “racist” and threatened to not take any more questions at the meeting.
In January the board lifted restrictions it had placed on the Muslim students that limited their selection of prayers and sermons to a pre-approved list. Now they can choose whatever they want.
Parents also want to know why there is Muslim prayer in public schools when no other religion is accommodated with special prayer sessions.
It’s not just Christian parents who are upset. The head of Canadian Hindu Advocacy, Ron Banerjee, suggested the Muslim prayers “may violate Canadian values.”
The Brampton mayor is unmoved. “I am troubled by the misinformation, fear mongering and outright falsehoods being spread by some,” Jeffrey wrote, making the dubious claim that the Ontario Human Rights Code gives Muslims the right to pray in public schools.

California man arrested on White House grounds after scaling fence
A man from California carrying a backpack scaled a White House fence Friday night and was arrested on the South Lawn of the presidential residence, according to the U.S. Secret Service.
The suspect — identified by D.C. police as Jonathan Tran, 26 — was being charged and could make an initial appearance in D.C. Superior Court later on Saturday on a charge of unlawful entry.
A federal law enforcement official said the man arrested has no prior criminal record and had no previous history with the Secret Service. The official spoke on the condition of not being named to discuss background information about the suspect that is not usually made public by police. Tran is from the city of Milpitas, just outside of San Jose.
On Saturday, President Trump said the “Secret Service service did a fantastic job last night,” and he described the suspect as a “troubled person.”
The U.S. Secret Service said the breach occurred at 11:38 p.m. when the person managed to get over an outer-perimeter fence near the Treasury Building on East Executive Avenue. Uniformed members of the Secret Service arrested him on the South Lawn.

An intruder scaled a fence to breach White House grounds Friday night.
The individual scaled the South Grounds fence at the White House at approximately 11:38 p.m., the U.S. Secret Service said in a statement Saturday. The intruder who was carrying a backpack was arrested by Secret Service officers, who also searched the backpack as a precautionary measure.
The backpack was found to be free of any hazardous materials, according to the Secret Service statement.
The president, who had no public events Friday night, was at the White House at the time.

The House intelligence committee asked the executive branch to provide by Monday any evidence to support President Donald Trump’s claim that his phones were tapped at Trump Tower during the election, a senior congressional aide said Saturday.
The request was made in a letter sent by committee chairman, Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., and the panel’s ranking Democrat, Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., according to the aide, who wasn’t authorized to discuss the request by name and requested anonymity.
In a tweet last weekend, Trump accused his predecessor, Barack Obama, of ordering the tap. Obama’s director of national intelligence, James Clapper, has said that nothing matching Trump’s claims had taken place, but that has not quelled speculation that Trump’s communications were monitored by the Obama administration. Trump has not provided evidence to support his claim and has asked Congress to investigate.
Early this week, Schiff said the committee would answer the president’s call to investigate the claim. He also said that he would ask FBI Director James Comey directly when he appears later this month before the full committee, which is investigating Russian activities during the election.
“We should be able to determine in fairly short order whether this allegation is true or false,” Schiff told reporters Tuesday evening at the Capitol.
Nunes has said that so far he has not seen any evidence to back up Trump’s claim and has suggested the news media were taking the president’s weekend tweets too literally.
“The president is a neophyte to politics — he’s been doing this a little over a year,” Nunes told reporters earlier this week.
Other lawmakers have asked for similar evidence.
Declaring that Congress “must get to the bottom” of Trump’s claim, Sens. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., asked Comey and Acting Deputy Attorney General Dana Boente to produce the paper trail created when the Justice Department’s criminal division secures warrants for wiretaps.

“At least eight Afghan policemen were shot dead by two of their comrades in the latest insider attack carried out in southern Zabul province of Afghanistan.
According to the local government officials, the incident took place late on Friday in a check post located in Shinkai district.
Provincial governor’s spokesman Gul Islam Sayal confirmed the incident and said the two assailants managed to flee area after the attack.
He said the policemen belonged to the Afghan Local Police (ALP) forces and the assailants also managed to take several weapons from the check post with them.
Sayal further added that an investigation is underway regarding the incident and it is yet not clear if the two policemen had links with the anti-government armed militant groups.
According to Sayal, the check post where the incident took place is located on Qalat and Shinkai highway.
This comes as at least eleven policemen lost their lives in a similar attack carried out by their comrades in southern Helmand province of Afghanistan.
The majority of the insider attacks are carried out by the comrades of the security forces with some of them having links with the militant groups.”
