It is tied into the Soros paid protests but it is being done by Obama people in the intel groups trying to help make the US ungovernable. They probably hope that they can create the climate where Trump is impeached but will be happy if they can create enough chaos to stop him from doing a lot of what he campaigned on.

Number 2, I haven’t been following the riots very much depending on the others posting on Vlad to keep me updated but I don’t remember seeing many reports on them in other locations. The left is working hard to keep us from knowing how bad things are in Europe.
