Dutch high court has descended to the level of mindless SJWs who demand their pound of flesh regardless of the cost to Freedom. This kangaroo court mindset seems to be spreading like wildfire. The only true justice is that every stifling leftist micro tyrant amongst us lives to feel the wrath of their own poisonous concoction. This goes for Little Green Hitlers, Social Justice Hitlers and Islamist Hitlers et al.

  3. WikiLeaks: DNC and CNN colluded on questions for Trump, Cruz

Newly released emails from WikiLeaks suggest that the Democratic National Committee colluded with CNN in devising questions in April to be asked of then-Republican primary candidate Donald Trump in an upcoming interview.

In an email to DNC colleagues on April 25 with the headline “Trump Questions for CNN,” a DNC official with the email username asked for ideas for an interview to be conducted by CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer.

“Wolf Blitzer is interviewing Trump on Tues ahead of his foreign policy address on Wed. … Please send me thoughts by 10:30 AM tomorrow.”

The sender of the email would seem to be DNC Research Director Lauren Dillon, who was identified in previous reports of DNC emails released by WikiLeaks in July.

Washington Post columnist Dana Milbank appears to have asked the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to do the majority of the research for a negative column he wrote about Donald Trump in April 2016.

Milbank’s column was titled, “The Ten Plagues of Trump,” and featured a list of “outrageous things” said by Trump. One of the “plagues” listed by Milbank, for example, was “Blood” and centered around a quote from Trump about Megyn Kelly: “You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever.”

Internal DNC emails suggest Milbanks asked for — and then leaned heavily on — DNC opposition research on Trump for the article.

  5. Farage to lead 100,000-strong march on Supreme Court on day of historic Brexit court hearing

Nigel Farage is planning to lead a 100,000-strong march to the Supreme Court to coincide with the start of the Government’s attempt to stop peers and MPs delaying Brexit.

The march, organised by the anti-European Union campaign Leave.EU, will end with a rally in Parliament Square within sight of the court building where judges will be hearing the appeal.

The campaign group is planning to “crowd fund” £100,000 from its supporters to pay for barristers to represent Leave supporters in the court action.

  6. ‘You can’t review 650,000 new emails in eight days!’ Furious Trump blasts FBI Director after Houdini Hillary is CLEARED over second email investigation sparked by Anthony Weiner’s teen sexting scandal

Donald Trump blasted the FBI’s director on Sunday night, telling a crowd of 8,000 people in Michigan that he rejects the bureau’s latest move to exonerate Hillary Clinton.

FBI chief James Comey told leaders in Congress hours earlier that a review of 650,000 emails discovered on a laptop belonging to Anthony Weiner had reinforced his July 5 decision to let her off the hook.

‘The investigations into her crimes will go on for a long, long time,’ Trump said in the Detroit suburb of Sterling Heights.

‘The rank-and-file special agents in the FBI won’t let her get away with her terrible crimes – including the deletion of 33,000 emails after receiving a congressional subpoena.’

‘Right now she’s being protected by a rigged system!’ he exclaimed.

‘You can’t review 650,000 new emails in eight days! You can’t do it, folks!’

  7. Far-right protesters march in Berlin, demand that Merkel go

BERLIN (AP) — Hundreds of far-right protesters have marched through Berlin calling for Chancellor Angela Merkel to be removed from office.

Police accompanied the protest through the German capital’s former Jewish district, at one point forcibly removing a blockade staged by far-left counter-demonstrators.

  8. Remember Nov 2010? Hacking spike shows someone knew a lot about Clinton corruption network

    The timing is key here.

In a headline published earlier today, LU noted that a FOIA request from Judicial Watch produced a new report last week, on emails from November 2010 about a spike in hacking attempts against Hillary Clinton’s homebrew server.

Judicial Watch specifically cites two emails that discuss the attempts, which occurred on 27 and 29 November 2010. There were 10 intrusion attempts altogether, on just those two days. The email exchanges discussing them were between State Department IT official Bryan Pagliano and Justin Cooper, an aide to Bill Clinton.

In an email on 29 November, Pagliano told Cooper the following:

  9. Judicially-imposed tax increases if Hillary is elected
By Jerome Woehrle November 7, 2016

If Hillary Clinton wins, she will pick at least one and probably several Supreme Court justices, pushing the legal system radically to the left. Right now, there are already four left-leaning Supreme Court justices who vote in lockstep, and soon, Mrs. Clinton will appoint a fifth justice to create a firm 5-to-4 left-leaning majority on the court.

The result will be judicially-imposed tax increases of various kinds. Effectively, we the people will lose some of our right to self-government, as state and local governments are ordered by federal judges to levy increased taxes for various social causes favored by progressives.

One ruling that will likely be overturned by the new left-wing Supreme Court is the 5-to-4 ruling in Missouri v. Jenkins (1995), which limited the ability of federal courts to impose opulent new spending paid for by judicially-imposed tax increases. A federal judge ordered the State of Missouri to spend hundreds of millions of dollars on the grossly wasteful and mismanaged Kansas City, Missouri School District. It already had far more money per pupil than other school districts in the state. The judge did it “because student achievement levels were still ‘at or below national norms at many grade levels.’” The pretext for the judge’s order was the fact that the school district had once been segregated many years before. The Supreme Court’s four liberal justices would have upheld this spending, which supplemented additional spending that a judge had ordered the school district to raise by disregarding tax limits contained in state law.

  10. Va. governor pardons 60,000 felons: enough to swing election
By LU Staff November 6, 2016

Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe has granted voting rights to as many as 60,000 convicted felons just in time for them to register to vote, nearly five times more than previously reported and enough to win the state for his long-time friend, Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

McAuliffe sought to allow all of Virginia’s estimated 200,000 felons to vote, but state courts said each individual felon’s circumstances must be weighed. To get around that, McAuliffe used a mechanical autopen to rapidly sign thousands of letters, as if he had personally reviewed them, even as his office was saying the total was 13,000.

Now, The Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group has learned that McAuliffe — who managed Clinton’s unsuccessful 2008 presidential campaign — churned out five times as many letters before the registration deadline than publicly claimed.

Virginia’s recent political history has seen multiple races that were decided by tiny margins. The 2014 U.S. Senate race, for example, was decided by only 17,000 votes, while the attorney general’s race came down to a mere 165 votes.

McAuliffe is a close friend of Hillary and former President Bill Clinton, even personally guaranteeing a loan for the purchase of their Chappaqua, N.Y, mansion in 1999. He also served as chairman of the Democratic National Committee where he was a prodigious fund raiser.

      • Not in my opinion. If she wins by those means it does mean we will have exhausted all of the peaceful means of stopping the Communist takeover of the US.

        • I’m so worried.
I barked at my poor Russian friends who just don’t get it. You can’t begin to explain to people who grew up in the Soviet Union.

          • That would be difficult, we are witnessing the beginnings of either the Second Civil War or the Second American Revolution. Russia doesn’t have the history of peaceful changes of power or of at least semi honest elections. They are use to Oligarchs and Autocrat’s, I can see how they would have a difficult time understanding why we are so worried about this election.

            • These were born and bred in the USSR. Their parents were the ones who really suffered; the kids weren’t fed a steady diet of hate and resentment. As a result, my friends came out fairly emotionally healthy. Terrific privation was just life. Some rulers were better than others; it wasn’t unrelieved misery.

One thing I know they detest. I had Soviet-era posters and desktop icons with bright red hammer & sickle – “fun” commie graphics. They’re really offensive. One lifetime dose is more than enough, I was informed.

  11. Pakistani American Muslims make final push for Hillary

WASHINGTON: As the presidential election in world’s most important country enters the final week with still no clear indication of a possible winner, Pakistani and Muslim Americans have geared up their efforts to ensure success of Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

Republican candidate Donald Trump’s plan to ban Muslim immigrations and his anti-Muslim rhetoric has mobilised Muslims to an unprecedented scale during the current elections doubling the number of their registered voters to more than one million, a record figure.

“This is a now or never time for us. The Muslim community has to make its presence count through the ballot,” said Saqib Nisar, a Pakistani American who is mobilising other Pakistanis in support of Hillary. “We are going door to door, mosque to mosque to ask our fellow Muslims and Pakistanis to participate in this decisive election as they will determine our rights in this great country,” he said.

The US Council of Muslim Organisations, an umbrella group of two dozen Muslim advocacy organisations announced this week that over one million American Muslims have registered to vote in the November 8 US elections.

Experts say the record registered Muslim voters may decide the race in some key battle states.

We believe we’ve exceeded the one million mark,” said Oussama Jammal, secretary general of the group. “We’ve been mobilising the community with voter registrations at mosques, schools and community events. That’s how we were able to make a difference this year.”

There is little doubt about the favourite candidate of Muslim voters. A fresh survey conducted by the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), a Washington-based advocacy organisation shows that 72 percent of registered Muslim voters planned to vote for Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, while only 4 percent said they would cast their ballots for Trump.

The one million voter drive was launched last December after Republican candidate Donald Trump called for “a total and complete shutdown” of Muslim immigration. To get more Muslims to vote, Muslim groups set up registration booths at more than 2,500 mosques, 500 schools and a multitude of community centers throughout the year.

“Imams have been instructed to give sermons about the importance of voting and participation in the public life,” Jammal said in an interview with Voice of America here.

Speaking to The News, political expert and Associate professor at the University of Maryland Sahar Khamis said American Muslims are taking current elections very seriously and for the first time they were participating very actively in political process. “They know the importance of this election for their future,” she said.

Pakistanis are also expressing apprehensions about possible US policy for south Asian country under Trump. “Trump will be dangerous for Pakistan. No one knows his plans about the country,” said Shuja Nawaz founding director of the South Asia Center of the Atlantic Council and now a distinguished fellow at the Center. Talking to The News, he said Hillary Clinton will also be tough leader as far as Pakistan is concern as she had in past spoken about the country in tough tone. “However, Pakistani policy makers know about Hillary and they can deal with her more easily than someone who is a complete stranger”, Nawaz said. There are some 3.3 million Muslims living in America, representing roughly one percent of the US population, according to Pew Research. About 1.5 million Muslims are eligible to vote. Large numbers of Muslims live in predominantly Democratic states – California, New York and New Jersey – where Clinton is already ahead. However, there are also relatively large Muslim communities in several key battleground states – Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia – where polls show a tightening race. But even there, the number of Muslim voters is miniscule relative to the general electorate. Going by traditionally Muslim sounding names, CAIR estimates there are 15,000 registered Muslim voters in Pennsylvania, 25,000 in Florida and 27,000 in Michigan.

  13. State Department tells court it needs 5 years to review deleted Clinton emails

State Department officials asked a federal court Monday to consider allowing them up to five years for their review of 31,000 pages of emails recovered by the FBI during its year-long investigation of Hillary Clinton.

During the same hearing, the State Department admitted that the FBI provided 2,100 emails from Clinton’s server that her legal team either deleted or withheld.

The updates came from a Freedom of Information Act hearing Monday in a lawsuit filed by conservative-leaning Judicial Watch.

Tom Fitton, the group’s president, announced on social media that State Department officials said they knew nothing of the emails related to Clinton and one of her top aides, Huma Abedin, that triggered a second FBI investigation into the former secretary of state’s communications.

FBI Director James Comey said Sunday that the bureau had not changed its position upon completion of the probe.

A federal judge reportedly expressed skepticism that the State Department would require such a long time to review the discs of emails FBI agents provided to the State Department in July.

Judge balks at five-year timeline for release of Clinton emails

A federal judge signaled Monday that he’s not inclined to agree to a timetable for the release of FBI-recovered Hillary Clinton emails that could have the records dribbling out over the next five years.

U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg made the comment during a hearing on a Freedom of Information Act case brought by the conservative group Judicial Watch where the State Department is currently processing 500 pages per month.

With as many as 31,000 emails contained on disks the FBI turned over but State has not yet processed for release, the current pace in the case Boasberg addressed Monday could stretch out for several years.

“I’m not satisfied with saying, ‘Fine, go ahead and take five years to do this,'” Boasberg said during a half-hour hearing in federal court in Washington.

At the moment, State is processing about 2,350 pages a month from the first of a series of disks the FBI gave to State after the law enforcement agency recovered additional Clinton emails from her server and other equipment, as well as individuals with whom she corresponded.

However, that tally includes both the Judicial Watch case and two others filed by Vice News reporter Jason Leopold. Once that initial disk is processed, there’s no guarantee that State would keep processing the Clinton emails at the same rate.

Justice Department attorney Lisa Ann Olson indicated that State seemed to be about halfway through processing and releasing the first disk of extra Clinton emails and expects to finish that process early next year. However, it’s hard to assess that prediction because State still can’t say how many pages of messages there are on that first disk—more than three months after the agency got it from the FBI.

“We don’t know the exact number of pages,” Olson told the judge.

Boasberg also expressed interest in State’s plans for handling more emails that the FBI recently discovered on a laptop belonging to the estranged husband of Clinton aide Huma Abedin. “I think that’s fair game as well,” the judge said.

FBI Director James Comey told Congress in a letter Sunday that the newly-found emails haven’t changed the FBI’s view that Clinton shouldn’t be prosecuted. However, the FBI chief didn’t say the agency was done analyzing the material and didn’t address any conclusions about others whose conduct was examined in the initial probe.

Olson said State has received no communications about the Abedin emails. “We don’t know anything about those documents yet,” she said.

“I only know what I read in the newspaper,” replied Boasberg, an appointee of President Barack Obama.

Judicial Watch attorney Chris Fedeli asked that the Justice Department request the records from the FBI, but Boasberg said he lacked the power to order State to do that.

“That’s up to them,” the judge said.

Olson suggested any new emails the FBI finds would be covered by a request State sent the law enforcement agency earlier this year asking for potential federal records that are discovered.

Boasberg set a hearing for Nov. 29 to discuss whether State has received any of the newly-found Abedin emails by that point or expects to get them. The timeline for productions of the other disks turned over by the FBI will be discussed at a hearing in March, the judge said.

Fedeli suggested that State should be able to crank through something on the order of 50,000 pages of Clinton emails in about a year, because the agency did so with the messages Clinton turned over directly to State at the end of 2014. The Judicial Watch lawyer also noted that the FBI went through what was reported to be a large volume of Abedin’s emails in about a week.

However, Boasberg noted that State is now facing dozens of FOIA lawsuits seeking various kinds of records relating to Clinton and her top aides. He said that means their resources are now spread across a variety of matters.

“I’m not sure they can necessarily work at the same rate,” the judge said.

After the hearing, Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said State is “slow-walking” its response in order to benefit Clinton.

Asked if his group was prepared to pursue the case no matter who wins on Tuesday, Fitton quipped: “We’re prepared to see it through to the Chelsea Clinton administration.”

  14. German talk show slammed after Muslim guest allegedly ‘justifies jihad’ –

“The German public has been outraged by the latest edition of talk show ‘Anne Will’. Discussing why more and more young people radicalize, one of the guests – a niqab-clad Muslim woman – justified young Muslims going to Syria to fight alongside jihadists.”

“The reaction to these words from Illi’s fellow-guests was immediate shock. The CDU’s Wolfgang Bosbach and Islam expert Ahmad Mansour both called the speech “terrorism propaganda on TV,” slamming the news anchor for allowing such statements to be broadcast on-air and heard by millions of Germans.”

  16. Boston Graffiti: Kill Your Local Trump Supporter

A 20-foot-long, spray-painted call for people to “Kill Your Local Trump Supporter” on the side of a Mission Hill building will be investigated by Boston police, Mayor Martin J. Walsh said.

“We don’t take threats against any of our residents lightly, and the Boston Police Department is investigating this threat,” Walsh said about the graffiti that was spotted yesterday morning on the side of the Tufts University School of the Museum of Fine Arts, housing an art studio and exhibition space on St. Alphonsus Street.

“As we head towards Election Day, I encourage all residents to share their views in a peaceful, respectful way, and to make their voices heard through their vote,” Walsh said.

  17. Huma Abedin’s Troubling Saudi Upbringing
Which is synonymous with saying “ISIS upbringing.”

Allegations concerning Huma Abedin’s connections to Islamist groups and actors devoted to taking down America through a subversive jihad is no secret. But for those in the know about Islam, its goals and methods—and especially the power of indoctrination—her life story is more than enough for concern.

Born in the U.S., Huma moved to Saudi Arabia (SA) at the age of two. There, she likely spent her formative years being indoctrinated in the same Islam that ISIS—SA’s brainchild—upholds.

Just like ISIS, SA teaches: hate and enmity for all non-Muslims; destruction of churches and all non-Muslim places of worship; fatal consequences for apostates and blasphemers; and, most importantly, the supreme merits of engaging in jihad, which is not limited to armed warfare, as the apologists often remind us, but literally consists of “striving”—or for our purposes, subverting—on behalf of Islam.

Such is the atmosphere and indoctrination that Abedin experienced growing up in SA; this was further supplemented at home by her mother, Saleha Abedin, a leading female activist of Islamic law and author of a book supporting female genital mutilation, death for apostates, and the participation of females in jihad. After 16 years of such indoctrination, Huma removed the hijab and returned to the U.S. at age 18. Two years later she was Hillary Clinton’s intern—and on her way to becoming, as Clinton later put it, a “second daughter” to her.

  18. Inside Germany’s No-Go Zones: Part I – North Rhine-Westphalia

    by Soeren Kern
    November 7, 2016 at 5:30 am

Mass, unvetted immigration from Africa, Asia and the Middle East is turning parts of Germany into no-go zones — lawless areas where the state has effectively lost control and where native Germans, including the police, increasingly fear to come.

German authorities steadfastly deny the existence of such areas, but confidential police reports, testimonies from police on the ground and anecdotal evidence from local citizens all confirm that parts of major German cities have descended into pockets of lawlessness where criminal migrants have usurped control of the streets from German police.

Observers say the problems are being exacerbated by the German government, which has relocated hundreds of thousands of asylum seekers and refugees into these areas.

The newspaper, Bild, and the newsmagazine, Focus, among others, have identified (here, here and here) more than 40 “problem areas” (Problemviertel) across Germany. These are areas where large concentrations of migrants, high levels of unemployment and chronic welfare dependency, combined with urban decay, have become incubators for anarchy.

  19. The IRGC are the baddest of the baddies
How the Nuclear Deal Enriches Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps

[…] whether its internal security, foreign adventures, or large corporate ventures, the IRGC plays an outsized role in Iran’s internal power structure. Established in 1979 to consolidate the Islamic revolution and fight its enemies, the IRGC has evolved over the years into a full-fledged conventional army, conducting and directing terrorist activity abroad. The Guard has also become a political power broker, an economic conglomerate, and an agency in charge of nuclear and ballistic-missile proliferation.

The interaction among military, economic, and political power is critical in understanding the centrality of the IRGC to Iran’s current system. The Guard exploits its influence and capabilities in one realm to increase its presence in another. Its growing economic clout is both an end in itself and a tool to advance its other agendas. Thus, IRGC revenues from economic activities yield the necessary resources and political leverage to place its members in positions of power. Conversely, the Guard’s political power serves the economic enterprises it owns, and both its political and economic weight in turn advance its military projects.

  20. =>Eeyore! Dan Pipes made The List and he says “moderate moslem”.

The SPLC Finds Niqabs and Kippahs Equally Threatening

The Southern Poverty Law Center’s Heidi Beirich has distributed a standardized reply to the avalanche of protests (including a particularly eloquent one by National Review) against its wretched Field Guide to Anti-Muslim Extremists (of which I am allegedly one). Her apologia makes a quite remarkable claim in reference to me that calls for a response. She writes that

the calling for a ban of any religious dress is indeed extreme, regardless of the religious institution. Calling for a ban on the niqab is akin to banning a kippah. Daniel Pipes, another extremist on this list, has also called for a similar ban. These calls are contrary to religious freedom.

The kippah (aka the yarmulke); really? In response, two points addressed to Ms Beirich:
    1. I am fine with the wearing of a hijab or burkini because these do not threaten public security. They are a matter of personal Islamic expression. But I reject the niqab and burqa because they do threaten public security. Had you bothered to consult my blog on this subject, with over a hundred incidents where these articles of clothing have been used to facilitate criminality, political violence, and jihad, you would understand the problem.

    2. Headgear like niqabs and burqas are banned in banks and other commercial institutions around the world, for the obvious reason that criminals use them as accessories to holdups. So far as I know, not a single institution has ever banned the kippah, a tiny covering at the top of the head, on security grounds. Can you possibly figure out why not?

  21. Anti-Israel activists continue to exploit Standing Rock Sioux pipeline dispute (#NODAPL)

On September 17, 2016, I detailed how anti-Israel groups were organizing to exploit a dispute between the Standing Rock Sioux and an oil company seeking to build a disputed pipeline, BDS Settler Colonial activists exploit Standing Rock Sioux pipeline dispute.

In that post, I provided links and images to the efforts to make the Palestinian cause the centerpiece of the Standing Rock protests.

It was a classic hijacking of another cause in which expressions “solidarity” are the means to subjugate another cause to the anti-Israel effort. It’s part of a pattern I have explored before, BDS is a Settler Colonial Ideology.

As I documented, the expressions of solidarity “From Standing Rock to Palestine” put “Palestine” at the center. When the anti-Israel cause comes to town, often in the form of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement, it all about them.
And so it continues in the weeks since my last report. The Standing Rock protests have continued and intensified over what they say is a danger to their water supply and burial grounds. They also say that the pipeline is a violation of treaties between sovereign Indian nations and the federal government.

As the protests have intensified, so too has the infiltration and exploitation of the Standing Rock protests by anti-Israel activists.

  22. Leaked Documents Reveal Expansive Soros Funding to Manipulate Federal Elections
Leaked funding documents reveal an effort by George Soros and his foundations to manipulate election laws and process rules ahead of the federal election far more expansively than has been previously reported.

The billionaire and convicted felon moved hundreds of millions of dollars into often-secret efforts to change election laws, fuel litigation to attack election integrity measures, push public narratives about voter fraud, and to integrate the political ground game of the left with efforts to scare racial minority groups about voting rights threats.

These Soros-funded efforts moved through dozens of 501(c)(3) and (c)(4) charities and involved the active compliance with civil rights groups, government officials, and purportedly non-partisan groups like the League of Women Voters.

The leaked documents also reveal deliberate and successful efforts to manipulate media coverage of election issues in mainstream media outlets like the The New York Times.
