    • “Fighting a two-front war…”

I would suggest a three-front war: the bad guys over there, the bad guys here, and against our own useful idiots.

      • And those oligarchs who fund these Useful Idiots in return for more power, and the Communists who make them think they won’t Nationalize away their personal empires when they have turned want into need and need into necessity, when all other competition is removed. The Useful Idiot’s Idiots following the Marxist game plan: competition is futile.

      • At least three and in the near future 4 to 8 fronts that we are going to have to help the locals fight to either maintain their freedom or to regain their freedom.

        • Once they go zombie, breed baby zombies, they’re lost. Primitive African savages will cause the stock to degenerate that much more rapidly. Without a ruthless dictator to keep order, they tear each other apart. Every African head of state knows that perfectly well. They think we’re mad. They told that to Bibi during his swing through Africa in July.

Eurabia will be sovereign. My bet is that Sweden will make it official first, but the MB might drive it in as “French Islam”, or something cute like that. There’ll be elections, the votes will make it kosher. Zombies in the Umma will have legitimacy in international law.

I’m not convinced ethnic Europeans will prevail in the kind of war that’s ahead. Things are changing too fast, I’m disheartened by the low level of protest. Sporadic, disorganized. People poor in spirit, socialism has caused the social fabric to degenerate.

People are more afraid of losing their jobs than being raped – than having their children raped! The crushed cops, subversion in the puny national armed forces.

~~ Richard, this is a paradigm shift. Gotta forget about the 20th century. We’ve got to go way back for lessons. It’s hard to come to grips with this, but it is what it is.

          • Actually I am thinking about 13th through 17th Centuries. I am also thinking that genetics play a larger role in human behavior then is currently taught. Then it is much easier for civilized people to learn to be savages then for savages to learn to be civilized people.

Combine the three and this is a recipe for a long bloody nasty war that will shake civilization to its foundations and probably destroy civilization. There are indications that the European people are shifting ot tribal survival mode, not all of them but with luck enough to semi preserve Europe. Think if the indentetier (sp?) movements that are forming in all European nations.

Take heart in the long run we will win even if the US and Canada have to liberate Europe, again. There are several paths to victory but giving up is a sure path to defeat.

            • It’s unlikely to be anything like the Europe we saved in the past. I do believe this Eurabia will self-destruct, but it’s important that the precious core of enlightened people of faith are spared the bloodshed that’s almost upon us. You don’t waste the finest steel to make nails.

My prejudice is no secret. Atheist, socialists, idiots, and morally challenged cowards aren’t a priority demographic. We want those who will sustain the values we free people share.

If things go south quick, I want them rescued fast. The more organized, the more successful the resettlement. I’m quite familiar with this process: I’ve volunteered for the Jewish Agency from the womb. We have more than a century’s experience in such operations.

Mr. Sharansky is in charge; The Agency will share know-how with communities of faith. Mr. Putin is on board as well. Dissidents who suffered like Sharansky don’t cover for KGB alumni. He’s seeing a revival of faith in Russian communities he never thought possible. Other refuseniks say the same thing.

What Mr. Sharansky says, I trust.

            • That’s the timeline I have in mind.
And you’re dead on with the genetics factors.

I believe things will move much faster than in the past. The best must evacuated while there’s still time to set things up properly.

              • Things are reaching the tipping point and events will accelerate to th point we will wonder what has happened.

You are right about rescuing as many people as we can from the European/Caucasian holocaust. I have stated that this war will last the rest of this Century and probably part, maybe even most of the next one. During this time we will see at least part of Europe fall to the invaders but we will end up seeing the invaders kicked out of Europe and possibly (hopefully) large portions of the lands they currently control.

As you have said we are in for a culling of the species with those willing to life in a fantasy world being removed from the gene pool. I don’t know what Jehovah has planned for the human race but he is working towards a smarter and tougher race with high survival skills.

                • Christians have to get out. Then let the zombies and vampires do their thing. I don’t want to watch survival of the fittest; I want these people OUT.

Do you know if there’s any organized effort over there? Can’t be armchair observers, can’t sigh, say “how sad”.

    • Watching human Islamic waste circle-jerk with live ammo may be Darwinism, and may accomplish little in Syria, but it frightens me to think that the very same retarded animals are being dispersed throughout the western hemisphere with the intention of killing or enslaving us.

      • It looked ot me like a bunch of recurits on a live fire training exercise, They need a lot more work and personally I wouldn’t let them have live ammo until they received more training.

I don’t know what was exploding in the distence when they said they were destroying a M60 main battle tank (given the advances in armor it is now considered a medium tank) but it wasn’t a tank.

Also the FAE weapons they said are unknown to the west were used by the US decades ago, I think some were used in Nam but am not sure.

      • I’m all for Darwin. Give them weapons and let it rip.
Bring them here?! Seed us with Little Somalias?

        No time for frightened.

In the US we’ll put them down. Elsewhere, if I were a young Christian, I’d look into emigrating to Eastern Europe. Get all my friends to join me. Settle there till things ripen – it won’t take all that long. Then you go back with a righteous army and blast out all the rubbish.

        • That is what is going to happen, that or something real close to that. In the long run we are going to win, the nations will have changed shape and possibly names but Europe will still be Europe (more or less). And this optimism of mine isn’t taking into consideration the weapons and high tech that are on the verge of being released for use. Things are getting read to change and change big time.

The paradigm is shifting but it will shit in the direction where freedom is once again the norm.

  2. Pussy Politics

“That’s the kiss-ass generation we’re in right now. We’re really in a pussy generation. Everybody’s walking on eggshells. We see people accusing people of being racist and all kinds of stuff. When I grew up, those things weren’t called racist. And then when I did Gran Torino, even my associate said, ‘This is a really good script, but it’s politically incorrect.’ And I said, ‘Good. Let me read it tonight.’ The next morning, I came in and I threw it on his desk and I said, ‘We’re starting this immediately.'”

  3. House panel looking into Reddit post about Clinton’s email server

The House Oversight Committee is reviewing a Reddit post that alleges an IT specialist who worked on Hillary Clinton’s private server sought advice on how to alter the contents of “VERY VIP” emails, according to Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.).

Meadows is the chairman of the panel’s Government Operations subcommittee.
“The Reddit post issue and its connection to Paul Combetta is currently being reviewed by OGR staff and evaluations are being made as to the authenticity of the post,” Meadows told The Hill.

Reddit users appear to have uncovered a two-year-old post from an account believed to belong to Combetta, an engineer with Platte River Networks. The Denver, Colo.-based firm managed Clinton’s private server.

The post, which has been deleted but can be read in images archived by Reddit users, coincides with the discovery of Clinton’s use of the server.

Combetta appeared under subpoena in a committee hearing last week on the alleged destruction of evidence, but both he and colleague Bill Thornton exercised their Fifth Amendment right not to testify.

The committee has scheduled another hearing on the “preservation of State Department records” for Thursday.

Oversight Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) has issued a criminal referral asking the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia to investigate deletions from the server.

This latest probe stems from revelations from the 58-page report issued by the FBI summarizing its investigation into Clinton’s use of the server.

According to the FBI’s report, an unnamed Platte River Networks technician deleted an archive of emails from the server in March 2015 — after the House Select Committee on Benghazi had issued a subpoena for records relating to the 2012 attack on the Libyan outpost.

According to the FBI’s notes, longtime Clinton aide Cheryl Mills instructed Platte River Networks to delete a set of archived emails in December 2014. Mills told investigators Clinton had decided she no longer needed access to emails older than 60 days.

But the technician apparently forgot the request and didn’t immediately comply. According to the FBI report, between March 25 and March 31 of 2015, the technician “believed he had an ‘oh shit’ moment and … deleted the Clinton archive mailbox from the [Platte River Networks] server.”

Reporting from The New York Times has since identified Combetta as that technician, citing an anonymous law enforcement official and others familiar with the FBI probe.

Clinton and Mills told the FBI that they had no knowledge of the technician’s deletion of the emails. The technician, according to the report, “was aware of the existence of the [Benghazi Committee] preservation request and the fact that it meant he should not disturb Clinton’s email data on the [Platte River Networks] server.”

Chaffetz’s referral asks that the Justice Department investigate whether Clinton or her aides were involved in the decision to delete the archive when it was under subpoena and a request for preservation of records.

Democrats have slammed the investigation as a partisan attack designed to damage Clinton’s presidential run.

    • GOP chairman demands interview with Clinton IT aides after Reddit posts

The House Science Committee is demanding interviews this week with employees of the IT firm that managed Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

Two of those employees, Paul Combetta and Bill Thornton, recently pleaded the Fifth Amendment when subpoenaed to testify about the server before the House Oversight Committee.

Science Committee Chairman Lamar Smith (R-Texas) had originally demanded transcribed interviews with seven Platte River Networks employees in July, but has been rebuffed.

But Wednesday reports that Reddit users have uncovered a post by Combetta asking how to modify certain emails for a “VERY VIP” client have led Smith to demand the interviews be scheduled by Friday of this week.

“If true, these details raise new questions as to whether Platte River Networks purposefully defied legal document retention requirements. Further, it is unclear if the Federal Bureau of Investigation was aware of these facts at the time of their investigation,” Smith wrote in a letter sent Wednesday.

“Additionally, I am concerned that Mr. Combetta may have made an attempt to delete relevant posts, including the post mentioned above, from his Reddit.com username just hours after reports initially surfaced on September 19, 2016, about his request for assistance on deleting email addresses from archived emails,” Smith wrote.

A username — ”stonetear” — believed to be associated with Combetta deleted all of its old posts after the reports emerged.

“This raises significant concerns that materials directly related to the Committee’s investigation and responsive to its outstanding requests are being actively destroyed in an attempt to conceal relevant information from coming to light,” Smith writes.

Smith threatened to issue a subpoena if the interviews with Combetta and Thornton are not scheduled by noon on Friday.

The House Oversight Committee is also looking into the Reddit post.

On Wednesday, users appeared to have uncovered a two-year-old post from stonetear that coincides with the discovery of Clinton’s use of the server.

“I may be facing a very interesting situation where I need to strip out a VIP’s (VERY VIP) email address from a bunch of archived email. … Basically, they don’t want the VIP’s email address exposed to anyone, and want to be able to either strip out or replace the email address in the to/from fields in all of the emails we want to send out,” reads the post, which has been deleted but can be read in images archived by other Reddit users.

“Does anyone have experience with something like this, and/or suggestions on how this might be accomplished?”

The Reddit message was sent on July 23, 2014, according to the archive of the page saved by other users. The day before, the House Select Committee on Benghazi had reached an agreement with the State Department on the production of related records, according to the FBI’s investigation into Clinton’s use of the server.

The identity of stonetear is not confirmed. Reddit users point to the fact that an account on the online marketplace Etsy for a Paul Combetta has the username stonetear, and the inactive website combetta.com is registered to the email address st*******@***il.com.

An attorney for Platte River Networks, Kenneth Eichner, is declining to comment on the matter.

Combetta is currently one of the targets of a broader Oversight investigation on whether Clinton ordered the destruction of emails that had been subpoenaed by the Benghazi Committee.

The Science Committee has launched its own probe into the security of Clinton’s server.

SOT, Thomas Stollenwerk, Chief Judge of Bonn District Court (German): “The suspect is being accused of an attempted murder and bodily injuries caused by throwing his three small children [out of a window]. He allegedly had a domestic dispute with his wife and after the dispute he threw his children out of a window.”

SOT, Martin Kretschmer, defence lawyer (German): “The hearing on the criminal case which definitely has a very dramatic background has begun in the Bonn District Court today. 6. ‘No more tolerance’ MEPs accused of anti-migrant rhetoric in latest protest (express, Sep 20, 2016)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/712408/No-more-tolerance-MEPs-accused-anti-migrant-rhetoric-latest-protest-Bulgaria

“NATIONALISTS in Bulgaria have been accused of using anti-migrant rhetoric to whip up support for far-right candidates in the upcoming presidential elections.

A rally outside a refugee centre in Sofia on Friday saw crowds chanting “Aliens out”, “terrorists” and “No more tolerance” as leaders from various parties took to the stage to decry migrants.

The demo was organised by the country’s three main nationalists parties – VMRO, Ataka and the National Front for the Salvation of Bulgaria (NFSB) – which have jointly nominated VMRO leader and parliamentary vice president Krasimir Karakachanov for the presidency.

Among the 200-strong crowd on Friday was VMRO MEP Angel Dzhambazki and self-styled “migrant hunter” Petar Nizamov, Balkan Insight reported.

Georgi Bliznakov, who fought for pro-Russian separatists during the Crimea crisis and is accused of killing civilians during that conflict, was also present, as were known extremists.

The crowd was said to have cheered loudly when one Ataka MP took to the stage and spoke of “people from a foreign world” who “eat from the bread of our children”.

But liberal politicians and observers have accused the groups of whipping up racist sentiment in order to seize power on a wave of hysteria in November’s elections.

Iliyana Yotova, vice presidential candidate for the Bulgarian Socialist Party, told Nova TV: “If there were no forthcoming presidential elections, and if a coalition between ATAKA, VMRO and the National Front for Salvation of Bulgaria did not exist, would they have organised it?”

Ivaylo Dichev, professor of cultural anthropology at Sofia University, told BIRN: “They are hungry for power, that is all.

“We will suffer a lot from this xenophobia.””

    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/712427/Sarkozy-demands-migrants-live-like-French-as-he-blasts-tyranny-of-minorities

“FORMER French president Nicolas Sarkozy has declared war on Islamist terrorism and demanded all immigrants should “live like French” people.

The 61 year-old is standing for election next year and has declared he will be the “president of action” as the right-wing soars in popularity in the country in the face of recent attacks.

Mr Sarkozy reiterated his comments that he was not prepared to stand by and let France be bombarded by fear.

And he said he does “not accept” the deaths of the 238 victims of terror attacks across the country since January 2015.

In a speech designed to set out his mandate for next year’s presidential elections, which are to take place during April and May, he has defended women’s rights.

Speaking at a public meeting in Franconville, Paris yesterday, Mr Sakozy demanded all immigrants “should live like the French.”

He also hit out at “extremist political Islam” which he claimed was designed only to “provoke the Republic”.

He added: “I will not accept the medieval behaviour that wants men to swim in swimsuits while the women are locked up.”

The UMP party leader went on to say he would lead a “merciless war” on Islamist terrorism citing the victims of the Nice and Paris tragedies…”

NEW YORK CITY, New York — In the wake of the terrorist attacks in New York City and Minnesota during the weekend, the focus of the national debate has again shifted back to America’s enemies exploiting weaknesses in U.S. immigration screening processes to get into the country to attack the United States.

While President Barack Obama’s administration, and his would-be successor, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton, have promised to increase the amount of people they bring into the United States through immigration, refugee, and asylum programs, the Republican nominee for president, Donald J. Trump, has promised to put the brakes on allowing potential terrorists into the United States.

  11. SHOCK CLAIMS: US military is COLLABORATING with ISIS to topple Assad, says Syria official (express, Sep 20, 2016)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/712469/Syria-ISIS-bombing-US-military-COLLABORATING-ISIS-topple-Assad-claims-government

“THE US is secretly collaborating with Islamic State (ISIS) militants to topple Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad, it has been sensationally claimed.

A spokeswoman for the Damascus government said recent US bombings that left dozens of Syrian soldiers dead were not a “mistake” but had been organised with the jihadi group in order to shield their fighters from the shelling.

Warplanes operating with the US-led coalition hit a Syrian government position during an aerial attack on ISIS on Saturday.

The air strike involved British, Australian and Danish jets alongside those from the US.

US Central Command said that the planes stopped the attack after they became aware that the air raid could be hitting Syrian troops.

An official in Washington said the US government regretted the “unintentional loss of life of Syrian forces”.

But a Syrian government spokeswoman said the air strike, which hit soldiers near the city of Deir el-Zour in eastern Syria, did not appear to be accidental.

According to her government’s assessment of the raid, ISIS (also known by its Arabic acronym Daesh) was being protected by US planes and the terror group’s fighters emerged from the same hill that the jets were providing cover to.

She told Channel 4 News: “We don’t feel that it was a mistake that they killed tens of our soldiers

“The reason why we don’t think that it was a mistake is that there were many planes in the sky shelling our soldiers.

“The moment that they shelled our soldiers the terrorists came from the same hills that the Americans were covering and the moment Daesh terrorists occupied the area where our soldiers were the American planes stopped shelling.”

She was speaking before Britain acknowledged its part in the bombing but the outlandish suggestion that the Western-backed anti-ISIS coalition was actually helping the jihadists would have implications for UK foreign policy.

The British Ministry of Defence released a statement yesterday confirming that the UK had “participated in the coalition air strike south of Deir el-Zour on Saturday”.

But it denied the bombing of Assad’s troops was deliberate, saying the UK would “not intentionally target Syrian military units”…”

But our primary focus is to create products and services that truly benefit migrants and host communities,” the 86-year-old said in an official statement.

“If I could, I would go back in time to be better prepared for the refugee crisis in 2015, for which we were rather unprepared.”

“The Latest on Europe’s response to the influx of refugees and migrants (all times local):

    4:25 p.m.

Police from Slovakia will join Serbian patrols on the border with Bulgaria to help stem the influx of migrants trying to reach western Europe through the Balkans.

Serbia’s Interior Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday that some 15 Slovak police officers will arrive next month. The statement says Serbian and Slovak interior ministers have signed a memorandum in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Serbia has beefed up police and army troops on borders with Macedonia and Bulgaria to secure them from migrant entry. Thousands of migrants already have been stuck in the Balkan country looking for ways to cross into the EU nations Hungary and Croatia.

Migrants fleeing war and poverty have been using clandestine routes since countries along the so-called Balkan route closed down their borders for free entry in March.

    ———

    12:55 p.m.

Germany’s top security official has called on Islamic groups in the country to help integrate hundreds of thousands of newly arrived Muslim migrants.

Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere says mosques and Muslim associations have a responsibility to contribute to Germany’s effort to teach migrants the language and abide by the country’s laws and customs.

De Maiziere said Tuesday that failure to do so “will be much harder for Islam to be accepted in Germany.”

Many of the hundreds of thousands of migrants who arrived in Germany since the start of 2015 came seeking refuge from conflicts in Muslim-majority nations such as Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan.

De Maiziere acknowledged that Germany has been tested by the influx but insisted that it had done well “by international comparison.”…”

  16. Human rights concerns won’t stop Prince Charles visiting weapons buyer Bahrain (RT, Sep 20, 2016)
    https://www.rt.com/uk/360011-charles-camilla-bahrain-trip/

“The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall will soon visit Bahrain on behalf of the UK government despite long-standing concerns over human rights abuses and UK arms sales.

In April a report for the Foreign Affairs Select Committee blasted the theocratic Gulf state’s record on human rights abuses, not least during the violent crushing of protests during the 2011 Arab Spring with the direct support of another controversial UK ally, Saudi Arabia.

The report also argued that human rights had effectively been downgraded by the UK government in a bid to shore up relations with the authoritarian state, which enjoys arms trading and security arrangements with Britain.

Clarence House announced Tuesday: “On behalf of the British government, the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall will undertake official visits to the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates in November 2016.

“The beginning of construction work at Mina Salman Port marks a watershed moment in the UK’s commitment to the region,” then Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond said at the ceremony.

“The presence of the Royal Navy in Bahrain is guaranteed into the future, ensuring Britain’s sustained presence east of Suez.”

Bahrain used to be Britain’s primary naval stronghold in the Persian Gulf region. Starting from 1935 it hosted the Royal Navy’s whole Middle Eastern command.

For nearly four years, from 1967 until gaining formal independence from the UK in 1971, Bahrain was Britain’s main regional naval base.”

  17. U.N. suspends aid convoys in Syria after deadly attack on relief shipment

Erin Cunningham and Karen DeYoung September 20 at 9:44 AM

ISTANBUL — The United Nations and other relief agencies suspended all humanitarian convoys across combat lines in Syria on Tuesday after a bomb attack on an aid shipment killed more than 20 people near Aleppo as a cease-fire crumbled.

The convoy’s deadly fate Monday capped a rapid unraveling of week-old truce efforts, brokered by the United States and Russia, that intended to open routes to aid thousands of besieged Syrians and possibly spur greater military cooperation between Moscow and Washington to battle militants such as the Islamic State.

  18. Analysts cite Clinton’s illness in new plunge by Mexico peso

MEXICO CITY (AP) — Economists have long said that when the United States catches a cold, Mexico gets pneumonia. But analysts said Monday that Hillary Clinton’s pneumonia has given Mexico’s peso something worse.

The Mexican currency reached the psychological barrier of 20 pesos per dollar, and analysts and commentators cited the role of the U.S. presidential campaign.

Banamex, one of Mexico’s largest banks, listed the peso at 19.96, and other banks and exchange houses listed it even higher.

A Banco Base analysis said the strength of Republican candidate Donald Trump influenced the peso’s decline.

“The possibility that Donald Trump could win the Nov. 8 elections has made financial markets nervous and that has been especially reflected in the Mexican peso,” the bank said.

  19. Chicken shop terrorist’s mom AND wife left the U.S. just days before the attacks and ‘strict religious’ father claims he had no idea of the plot

Ahmad Khan Rahami’s father, Mohammad Sr, claims he had no idea about his son’s bombing plots
It has also been revealed that Rahami’s mom and wife left the country just days before the attacks
The 28-year-old is wanted in connection to three bombings in NYC and New Jersey over the weekend
So far he has been charged with five counts attempted murder and two gun charges for a shootout with police as he was arrested on Monday
Pressure cooker bomb was set off Saturday in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood left 29 people injured
Surveillance footage shows Rahami walking down 23rd Street dragging the bomb in a bag behind him
Fingerprints on a second unexploded bomb found blocks away led police to want to arrest Rahami
Just hours before, a pipe bomb was detonated at a military charity run in Seaside Park, New Jersey
On Sunday, five more pipe bombs were found at the Elizabeth train station and were disarmed by police
FBI officials said Rahami was not on any terror watch list but he had traveled multiple times to Afghanistan
The Rahami family came to the U.S. as asylum seekers in 1995 when Ahmad was seven years old

With Ahmad Khan Rahami now in custody, authorities are investigating whether the 28-year-old carried out the recent bombings in New York City and New Jersey alone or if he was working with others.

While officials say early signs indicate a lone wolf attack, the behavior of the suspected terrorist’s family members in the days leading up to the attacks suggest he may have told relatives of the plot.

In fact, both Rahami’s mother and Pakistani-born wife left for the Middle East just days before the bombings in Seaside Park, New Jersey and New York City, and the foiled plot in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

The Los Angeles Times reports that Rahami’s wife left for Pakistan just days before the bombings, and was stopped by officials in the United Arab Emirates, a popular stopover for flights between the U.S. and the Middle East. It’s still unclear whether she was allowed to travel on to Pakistan, was held in the UAE or returned to the U.S.

Rahami’s mother also left for Turkey three weeks before the attacks, and has not yet returned to the U.S., an official told ABC News.

Meanwhile, the bomber’s father claimed ignorance when asked on Monday if he knew about his son’s deadly plans.

‘I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m not sure what’s happening exactly. But I think so. It’s very hard right now to talk, okay?’ Mohammad Rahami Sr told MSNBC reporters.

Rahami’s own travel to and from Middle East in recent years is raising questions with federal investigators.

Authorities say the young man has made at least three trips to Afghanistan. He also visited Pakistan, where he met and married his wife. The most recent trip took place in 2014, when he petitioned NJ congressman Albio Sires to help him get his then-pregnant wife a visa. Rep Sires says he wrote to the U.S. embassy in Pakistan and was able to speed up the process for Rahami’s wife, whose passport had expired.

Despite his heavy travel to and from the Middle East, officials said that Rahami was not on any terror watch lists.

The style of bombings in Seaside Park, New Jersey and the Chelsea neighborhood remind investigators of the Boston Marathon bombings.

Investigators believe Rahami may have been trying to mimic Boston Bombing brothers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who also used bombs made from pressure cookers.

In both cases, the bombers had recently returned to their home countries. Detectives are currently investigating whether Rahami’s brother in Afghanistan could have been linked to the atrocity.

The 28-year-old has been charged with five counts of attempted murder of a law enforcement officer and two gun charges after he was captured in an FBI shootout following the terror attacks in New York and New Jersey over the weekend. Bail has been set at $5.2 million and he remains in hospital after being shot while being taken into custody.

Almost 30 people were injured in the devastating Manhattan attack in the upscale neighborhood of Chelsea on Saturday evening.

Shortly before the blast, Rahami was seen on surveillance footage walking down 23rd Street in Chelsea, dragging a wheeled bag behind him. That bag, police say, contained the shrapnel-packed pressure-cooker explosive – similar to those used in the Boston Marathon bombing – which he used in the attack.

    • USA – In the terrorist town: “Don’t say we are racists now”

Elizabeth’s mayor: “we speak 52 languages here, Islam has nothing to do with it.”

“52 different languages are spoken in our city and we have a very close relationship with the Muslim community”. Whatever prompted Ahmad Khan Rahami to radicalize himself, he certainly did not learn it here”.

In front of the house at 104 Elmora Street in Elizabeth, New Jersey, where the man arrested yesterday after a shootout in nearby Linden lived, Christian Bollwage, the six-time democratic mayor who has governed the 124’000-inhabitant industrial town bordering the Newark Airport area over the last 24 years, staunchly defends his community. “We all work here.” Yet the Rahami family in 2011 had launched a complaint against the city after the City Council had voted for the closing at 22hrs of their 24-hr fryer. They argued that the complaints of rowdiness by the neighbors were only based on racism. Do they felt persecuted?

It was only a matter of public order. Nothing to do with ethnicity or religion. Closing at 22hrs certainly would not damage their business, allowing residents in the district to sleep.

What has happened is shaking the community. Do you think the people of Elizabeth will look with suspicion into the future?

We are all concerned. In Elizabeth, in the State of New Jersey and throughout the country. That someone who’s been brought up plants bombs in garbage bins disturbs us. For this reason, I want to start a discussion here in the city. Meet more people. And go together to the bottom of all this.

    • Muslim groups condemn bombings, praise law enforcement, ahead of Elizabeth press event

Muslim faith and community leaders from across New Jersey will gather at Elizabeth City Hall today at 1 p.m. to jointly condemn the bombing attacks in New York City and Seaside Park.

Members of the New Jersey Muslim Coalition, made up of more than 120 organizations, said the violence allegedly committed by Ahmad Khan Rahami, a Muslim American of Afghan descent, goes against their faith. In a statement issued in advance of the event, the coalition thanked authorities and called for unity.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the 29 innocent people who were injured in the blast in New York City and those in New Jersey who were put at risk of injury,” the statement read. “We also pray for the quick recovery of the Linden Police officers who were injured during their prompt and heroic actions to capture the suspect.”

They also applauded the work of law enforcement and said they were committed to helping in the fight against terrorism — a sentiment echoed by law enforcement officials who say they’ve gotten many tips from within the Muslim community.

“New Jersey Muslims have a very good working relationship with New Jersey law enforcement and will do everything possible to assist in any way to help in the investigations and weed out terrorists,” the coalition said in its statement.

Mohammad Ali Chaudry, a coalition spokesman and president of the Islamic Society of Basking Ridge, the bombings and similar acts of mass violence have a deep and hurtful impact on the community. They mourn for the people directly hurt in such attacks but also suffer secondary affects when they are blamed for them, he said.

“The point is, it imposes a huge cost on the community and they do recognize that,” he said.

The press conference would be one of several that Muslims groups in New Jersey have held in the past two years following attacks inspired by extremist ideologies of terrorist organizations like the Islamic State group, or ISIS. Although the acts have been committed by individuals, they say they feel a sense of obligation, as well as outside pressure, to publicly respond for the actions of extremists who happen to share the same faith.

In their statement, they cited a familiar passage from the Quran that’s been read aloud at previous press conferences. It reads: “Whoever kills a person, it is as though he has killed all mankind. And whoever saves a life, it is as though he had saved all mankind.”

“This individual perpetrator of these terrorist attacks does not represent Islam or Muslims in any sense,” the coalition wrote. “The Islam we know and practice calls for peace, mercy, love, tolerance and helping others.”

In response to terrorism inspired by Islamic extremism, some political figures have called for banning Muslim immigration or for more profiling by law enforcement. Coalition members said they’re wary of people seizing on the incidents “for political gain or media ratings.”

“In times like these, all Americans need to stand together and avoid inflammatory rhetoric,” the coalition said. “We are stronger when we are united.”

    • Bomb Suspect’s ‘Rambling’ Note Mentioned Boston Marathon, Top al-Qaida Operative, Sources Say

Using pressure cookers to house bombs was popularized years ago by an English-language online publication produced by an al-Qaida affiliate

A note believed to have been left by the suspected New York and New Jersey bomber referenced the American al-Qaida cleric Anwar al-Awlaki and the Boston Marathon bombings, a law enforcement official familiar with the investigation tells NBC News.

The note, described by one official as “a hodge podge, a rambling, disconnected, choppy series of references to past events,” also mentioned the 2009 mass shooting at Fort Hood, where a U.S. Army major and psychiatrist killed 13 people and injured 30 others.

A senior law enforcement official initially said the note was found attached to a pressure cooker bomb left on 27th Street that did not explode. Later, though, investigators said it wasn’t clear where the note was recovered. The unexploded pressure cooker bomb was found four blocks from the scene where another exploded in or near a dumpster on 23rd Street, injuring 29 people and spraying the street with shattered glass and debris.

Authorities took suspect Ahmad Rahami, a 28-year-old naturalized citizen born in Afghanistan, into custody Monday following a shootout in Linden, New Jersey, that left two police officers wounded. They are expected to make full recoveries, and both cops have been released from the hospital.

Rahami, who was shot 10 times, remains hospitalized. He has been charged with five counts of attempted murder of a law enforcement officer, and is expected to face federal charges related to bombs that exploded at the site of a Marine 5k race in Seaside Park, New Jersey, and in Chelsea.

Federal officials say surveillance video shows a man believed to be Rahami at the scene of the Chelsea explosion and also at the 27th Street scene where the second pressure cooker device was left. Additional details about the contents of the note weren’t immediately available.

Rahami allegedly built four explosive devices, federal investigators said Tuesday. They allege he planted two pressure cooker bombs in New York City, the one on 23rd Street that exploded and the one on 27th Street that didn’t, and a device made of three pipe bombs in a trash bin in Seaside Park. Federal investigators say Rahami also allegedly built a multi-part device that was found at a commuter rail station in Elizabeth, New Jersey, late Sunday prompting a series of transit disruptions, but it wasn’t clear if the device was planted there with the intent to cause harm or tossed in an effort to get rid of evidence.

The revelation about the “rambling” note comes as authorities investigate a potential motive in the bombings. Mayor de Blasio called the bombings an obvious “act of terror” at a news briefing Monday, but officials have said there is no indication Rahami was connected to any local terror cell. No other suspects are being sought in relation to the bombings, officials have said.

Authorities also said that Rahami was not on any federal terror watchlist or on the NYPD’s radar prior to Saturday’s attack. The devices were made with commonly available materials that can be bought without raising law-enforcement suspicions, authorities say. The same kind of cellphone was used as a trigger on at least three of the devices, and the phones were all bought at the same New Jersey discount store. Fingerprints led to Rahami, officials said.

The devices weren’t all the same though, federal investigators tell NBC News. The New Jersey pipe bomb contained black powder as the explosive, while the pressure cooker that went off on 23rd Street contained a mixture of ammonium nitrate (or fertilizer) and aluminum powder. It also contained ball bearings and BBs to act as shrapnel, and was placed inside a nylon bag with a zipper.

Nearly every piece of the bombs recovered is readily available at sporting goods stores, corner convenience stores or on the internet. The instructions for building them is a mere Google search away.

Using pressure cookers to house bombs was popularized years ago by Inspire magazine, an English-language online publication produced by an al-Qaeda affiliate and used by the brothers who bombed the Boston Marathon in 2013. They too were followers of al-Awlaki, the American-born al-Qaida-linked cleric killed in a U.S. drone strike in 2011.

But while pressure cookers are advocated by terrorist organizations, their use does not necessarily suggest that someone received specialized training or was under the control of a foreign group.

“It’s not that difficult to go on the internet, find out what explosive compounds are out there, where they’re available — either through internet order or retail stores” and then create them on your own, said John Cohen, a top former counterterrorism official at the Department of Homeland Security.

The fact that different materials were found in different explosives suggests that the suspected bomber likely acquired the materials online or simply used whatever was readily available, he said

  20. FRANCE – Eight new arrests in Bastille Day truck attack that killed 86 in Nice

French authorities have made eight new arrests in connection with the Bastille Day truck attack in Nice that left 86 people dead, the Paris prosecutor’s office said Tuesday.

The office said the suspects detained Monday were French and Tunisian and had links to the attacker, Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel, who plowed a 19-ton truck down Nice’s Promenade des Anglais and into a crowd assembled for a July 14 fireworks display. All eight were arrested in the Alpes-Maritimes region in the southeastern corner of France that includes Nice.

At least five people already face preliminary terrorism charges in the attack, and are accused of helping Bouhlel obtain a pistol and providing other support. It was not immediately clear what role is suspected for the men arrested this week.

The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for the July 14 attack. French authorities say Bouhlel, a Tunisian with French residency, was inspired by the extremist group’s propaganda, but they say no evidence has been found that IS orchestrated the attack.

  23. U.S. probing Afghan-born bomber’s motive, foreign travel

LINDEN, N.J. (Reuters) – U.S. investigators were looking on Tuesday for clues to why an Afghanistan-born man might have planted bombs around the New York area over the weekend, including whether the suspect had accomplices or was radicalized overseas.

Ahmad Khan Rahami, 28, was arrested on Monday in Linden, New Jersey, after a gun battle with police. They were summoned by a neighborhood bar owner who thought the bearded man sleeping against his closed tavern’s front door in pouring rain resembled the bombing suspect.

Rahami and two police officers were wounded in the exchange of gunfire.

The events put New York on edge and fueled the debate about U.S. security seven weeks before the presidential election, with candidates Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton clashing once again on Monday.

Rahami was suspected of a spate of weekend bombings, including a blast in New York’s crowded Chelsea neighborhood that wounded 29 people, and two in suburban New Jersey that caused no injuries.

  24. Skeptical of Russia, Clinton seen going toe-to-toe with Putin

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – When Hillary Clinton attended her first major White House meeting on Russia in February 2009, the new secretary of state insisted that she wanted to play a leading role in President Barack Obama’s effort to “reset” U.S. relations with Moscow.

But while Clinton became implementer-in-chief for one of Obama’s signature first-term initiatives, she was consistently more skeptical than most of his top aides about how far Russian leader Vladimir Putin was prepared to go in turning the page, according to current and former U.S. officials.

That stance is indicative of how she would go about dealing with Moscow if she is elected U.S. president on Nov. 8, aides to both Clinton and Obama told Reuters.

With U.S. relations with Moscow already plumbing post-Cold War lows, the aides and veteran Russia watchers said she would likely take a harder line than Obama or Republican nominee Donald Trump, who has praised Putin as a strong leader.

  25. Phantom voters, smuggled ballots hint at foul play in Russian vote

UFA/SARANSK Russia (Reuters) – Voters across Russia handed a sweeping victory to President Vladimir Putin’s allies in a parliamentary election on Sunday. But in two regions Reuters reporters saw inflated turnout figures, ballot-stuffing and people voting more than once at three polling stations.

In the Bashkortostan region’s capital Ufa, in the foothills of the Urals, Reuters reporters counted 799 voters casting ballots at polling station number 284. When officials tallied the vote later in the day, they said the turnout was 1,689.

At polling station 591 in the Mordovia regional capital of Saransk, about 650 km south-east of Moscow, reporters counted 1,172 voters but officials recorded a turnout of 1,756.

A Reuters reporter obtained a temporary registration to vote at that station, and cast a ballot for a party other than the pro-Putin United Russia. During the count, officials recorded that not a single vote had been cast for that party.

Election officials at the stations denied there were violations or count irregularities.

It is unlikely that any irregularities at these polling stations would have been on a scale that could have affected the result.

  26. Turkey’s Erdogan: U.S. should ‘not harbor a terrorist’ like cleric Gulen

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan told Reuters in an interview on Monday that the United States should “not harbor a terrorist” like U.S.-based cleric Fethullah Gulen and that his activities should be banned around the world.

Gulen, who has lived in self-imposed exile in Pennsylvania since 1999, denies involvement in Turkey’s failed coup in July and Washington has said it will extradite him only if Turkey provides evidence, much to the Turkish government’s frustration.

Erdogan said Washington had “no excuse” for keeping Gulen, a former Erdogan ally who Turkish officials say has built up a network of followers over decades inside the armed forces and civil service to take over Turkey.

“If the U.S. is our strategic ally and our NATO partner … then they should not let a terrorist like Gulen run his organization,” Erdogan said, in an interview on the sidelines of the annual gathering of world leaders at the United Nations.

  28. Germany: De Maiziere discusses integration and Islam in Germany

German Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere stated that all citizens should participate in an integration process including Muslim population, during the opening ceremony of the 2nd Congress for the Future on Migration and Integration, in Berlin, Tuesday.

SOT, Thomas de Maiziere, German Interior Minister (German): “Without curiosity, realism and patience the integration won’t work.”

SOT, Thomas de Maiziere, German Interior Minister (German): “Also, the Muslims who have been living in our country for years have a huge responsibility.”

SOT, Thomas de Maiziere, German Interior Minister (German): “Integration of refugees is a big chance for Muslims who live in Germany to show everyone that integration can only work together. And in case they don’t take part in it, it will be more difficult for the acceptance of Islam in Germany. That’s a chance, a task and a risk.”

SOT, Thomas de Maiziere, German Interior Minister (German): “Despite all great efforts, and all good things that we’ve achieved as a country during this period thanks to thousands of voluntaries and numerous debates with the rhetorical polarisation, it came to discourse of a government failure, unconstitutionality and more. We are experiencing so-called hysterisation of speech.”

SOT, Thomas de Maiziere, German Interior Minister (German): “These terms didn’t and don’t clarify actual situation and the way and manner we’ve taken not only as government, but as a whole state. Neither will they help with the debate.”

SOT, Thomas de Maiziere, German Interior Minister (German): “If we speak about our own way of life, we have to say that we cannot tolerate every manifestation of other cultures in the integration process.”

SOT, Thomas de Maiziere, German Interior Minister (German): “Examples: underage weddings, combination of marriage and violence. How are we supposed to deal with men who don’t take any food from a woman in a refugee centre?”

SOT, Thomas de Maiziere, German Interior Minister (German): “When a man doesn’t want to take any food from a woman, then he won’t receive any food.”

SOT, Thomas de Maiziere, German Interior Minister (German): “That’s a task for the whole society, not only for a state and administration.”

  29. Where is Hillary Clinton? Campaign ‘Postpones’ North Carolina Fundraiser

The Clinton campaign is postponing a fundraiser in North Carolina for unexplained reasons, while Hillary Clinton remains absent from the campaign trail.

Hillary Clinton postponed a lunch fundraiser in Chapel Hill with some of the state’s wealthiest and most prominent Democrats.

No reason was given for postponement of the Clinton event, according to CBS North Carolina. It was expected to take place at the home of Betty Craven and Michael Warner.

The event was billed as “lunch with Hillary Rodham Clinton” and costs ranged from $2,700 to $100,000.

  30. Should Presidents Have the Power “To Shape Our Children”?

Creeping totalitarianism creeps up on us. So fewer eyebrows are raised now when Hillary says something like this, “As Michelle Obama said at the Democratic convention, it is about who will have the power to shape our children for the next four years of their lives.”

Michelle Obama did indeed say that. “This election, and every election, is about who will have the power to shape our children for the next four or eight years of their lives. And I am here tonight because in this election, there is only one person who I trust with that responsibility, only one person who I believe is truly qualified to be President of the United States, and that is our friend, Hillary Clinton”

Children would be better off raised by wolves than shaped by Hillary Clinton.

But elections are not supposed to be about who gets to “shape our children”. They’re how the adult voters select representatives to handle their affairs. Michelle and Hillary’s formula is creepy.

Richard: This statement shows why the modern Democrats are unqualified to lead a free nation! They are totalitarians who want to control us 24/7 Cradle tot he Grave. Statements like this that betray their real intention and goal are what we need to listen for in the speeches from all politicians. Our leaders are human and because of this have flaws, we must carefully vet our elected leaders to ensure that they do not take our freedom from us.

It’s a problem that predated Obama, but statistics cited by Ann Corcoran at her invaluable site, Refugee Resettlement Watch, show a troubling spike in recent years.

  32. The Clinton Agenda of Global Government and ‘Progressive Internationalism’
How the Democratic presidential candidate would use the UN to crush individual liberties.

Hillary Clinton is planning to hold “a number of bilateral meetings” during this week’s gathering of world leaders at the United Nations General Assembly in New York, where climate change and the rights of migrants and refugees will top the agenda. Hillary loves the United Nations. She said while serving in the Senate, for example, that “a strong United Nations is in America’s interest.” As Secretary of State, she declared that the UN “remains the single most important global institution.” She added, “We are constantly reminded of its value.”

The UN’s value to Hillary, however, requires this organization of sovereign states to overstep the limitation on its authority set out in the United Nations Charter. The UN Charter specifically stipulates that the UN is not allowed to “intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state.” Globalists like Hillary Clinton have sought to use the UN and its endless whirl of global forums, summits, and treaties to advance what Hillary has called “progressive internationalism.” Only too happy to oblige, the UN bureaucracy has poked deeply into issues traditionally associated with the internal affairs of each member nation, including parents’ authority over their children, gun control and the terms under which each nation decides the terms under which to admit foreign individuals from outside its borders.

  33. Defending Ourselves to Death
Why, despite their good intentions, Israeli leaders are failing the country.

A week ago, Makor Rishon led its weekend paper with a startling headline: “Following a long period of desecration, a cemetery in the Sharon is being moved.”

Moshav Hagor is located in the center of the country.

Successive IDF chiefs of General Staff, Lt. Gen. (ret.) Dan Halutz and Lt. Gen. (ret.) Gabi Ashkenazy hail from the farming community established in 1949 by veterans of the Palmach.

Along with their neighbors in Moshav Yarchiv, for the past decade, the farmers of Hagor have been subjected to the continuous desecration of their communal cemetery by their Muslim neighbors from Jaljulia, a Muslim town of ten thousand located between the two moshavim.

  34. Copenhagen IN FLAMES: Denmark hit by arson attacks as rampaging thugs remain on the lose (express, Sep 20, 2016)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/712571/Copenhagen-flames-Denmark-arson-attacks-rampaging-thugs-remain-lose

“EXCLUSIVE: ARSONISTS thugs are still on the lose as Copenhagen police are struggling to end a month long car-fire rampage.

Denmark’s capital was thrown into chaos in August after more than 40 vehicles were torched.

A 21-year-old man was arrested in connection to the fires and he remains in custody, a police spokesman confirmed.

However express.co.uk has now uncovered more arsonists are on the lose.

The Copenhagen police spokesman said despite the suspect being detained after the first batch of fires, the blazes have continued to plague the city.

The last car fire happened just five days ago.

A local resident, who asked not to be named, said she was concerned about the attacks.

The woman added that the fires had started in areas where many second-generation migrants live…”

  35. OECD: Anti-migrant activists must be silenced and countries MUST embrace immigration (express, Sep 20, 2016)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/712667/oecd-anti-migrant-activists-silenced-countries-embrace-immigration

“A POWERFUL international economic forum is demanding Britain shuts-up about migrant problems and starts championing inward migration.

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) called on Britain and other member countries affected by the migrant crisis to come up with “tangible solutions” in order to stop anti-immigration parties and activists from gaining ground.

According to the OECD – whose members include France, Turkey, the UK, Germany, and the US – 1.65 million people applied for asylum in 2015, 1.3 million in Europe alone.

Now a new OECD study, called ‘International Migration Outlook’, attempts to highlight the benefits of immigration in order to push countries to adopt more migrant-friendly policies, and help governments better integrate migrants into society, rather than just shunning them.

According to Stefano Scarpetta, OECD Director of Employment, Labour and Social Affairs, governments are failing to send a “pro-migrant message” and have lost people’s trust.

Across Europe people disappointed by their government’s failure to come up with a solid immigration policy are turning to far-right leaders, whose political stance on migration is far more radical.

The report strikes a particular chord with the French, where plans to relocate more than 12,000 migrants living in the Calais ‘Jungle’ camp to reception centres across the country sparked national outrage, after right-wing mayors criticised the plan and warned migrants would not get a warm welcome.

Mr Scarpetta admitted that immigration, if let to spin “out of control,” can put unnecessary pressure on local communities, but that the impact it has on a host country “varies widely”.

“Migrants tend to head towards poorer urban areas, use local public transport, go to local schools, and yes, all of that can put a strain on a small town’s infrastructure,” he said.

Mr Scarpetta said that governments facing a massive influx of migrants need to find better, more tangible solutions to the crisis if it hopes to silence anti-migrant campaigners.

If governments fail to do so, they will face a populist uprising, he warns.

According to the head of the OECD’s international migration division, Jean-Christophe Dumont, more should be done to make sure migrants are fully integrated into their host country’s society.

He said: “Politicians needs to listen closely to any fears people can have regarding the migrant crisis, and it is their job to tell people how and why their country can benefit from immigration.”

The report also says that even though immigration can exacerbate existing structural problems, it is never the “root cause” of a country’s problems, and that immigration had many long-term benefits, including job creation.

The study claims that “young and fit” migrants want to contribute to the local economy and pay taxes; and can also help countries faced with an ageing population remain “dynamic”.”

  36. ‘You never asked what WE want!’ Villagers demand REFERENDUM after migrants housed nearby (express, Sep 20, 2016)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/712564/migrant-crisis-French-villagers-Allex-Rhone-Alpes-referendum-refugees-Calais

“FURIOUS villagers have plunged France’s asylum system into chaos after demanding a vote on whether to kick out migrants re-homed in their neighbourhood.

Fuming neighbours have accused Paris of being heavy-handed and undemocratic and say they were never asked by authorities whether they wanted refugees in their community.

Some 50 migrants have been re-homed in the small village of Allex, in the south-western province of Rhone-Alpes, which has a population of around 2,500 people.

But their arrival has sparked deep divisions in the tiny countryside community, with angry locals marching on the mayor’s office demanding that they be removed.

Villagers in particular fear that their village could become “lawless” like Calais, where police confronted by more than 9,000 migrants have totally lost control of the port town.

Armed police have been stationed outside the refugees’ housing and the local mayor says the situation is now so “explosive” that he has decided to call a referendum so residents can vote on their futures.

However, many in the village have now launched their own campaign to get the vote legally recognised by the government in Paris, arguing that the re-homing of the migrants was undemocratically imposed against their will…”

  37. Eastern Europe: The Last Barrier between Christianity and Islam

    by Giulio Meotti
    September 20, 2016 at 5:00 am

Austria’s fate is now at stake.

Perhaps it was a coincidence that Cardinal Christoph Schönborn, Archbishop of Vienna and tipped to be the next Pope, chose September 12, the anniversary of the Siege of Vienna, when Turkey’s Ottoman troops nearly conquered Europe, to deliver a most dramatic appeal to save Europe’s Christian roots.

“Many Muslims want and say that ‘Europe is finished’,” Cardinal Schönborn said, before accusing Europe of “forgetting its Christian identity.” He then denounced the possibility of “an Islamic conquest of Europe.”

Konrad Pesendorfer, head of the Austrian Office of Statistics, said that by 2030, 40% of the population of Vienna will be foreign-born, thanks to internal demography and migration flows (60,000 arrivals in just one year).

Since the fall of Constantinople in 1453, much of Eastern Europe’s Christian population spent centuries under Islamic occupation, particularly under the Ottomans. It now seems that the clock has reverted to 1683, when Ottoman armies were at the gates of Vienna.
