President Hassan Rouhani said the last year’s nuclear deal “was the cheapest way to achieve Iran’s goals and interests.”
Speaking in Tehran on Saturday at an iftar meal breaking the Ramadan fast, Rouhani said the pre-Iran nuclear-deal era is past and Iran now needs to take advantage of the new atmosphere to pursue its “national interests more than before,” Iran’s Islamic Republic News Agency reported.

This is the moment a Muslim taxi driver refused to transport a disabled man with his guide dog after claiming it is ‘against his religion’.
Footage shows Charles Bloch, with his guide dog Carlo and girlfriend Jessica Graham, trying to get in the taxi before being told by the driver that he will ‘not take the dog’ because of his religion.
Mr Bloch, who is registered blind after being born visually impaired, had booked the cab using firm ADT Taxis in Leicester but was shocked to be told the driver would not take him upon collection.
His partner, 21, who was also born with a visual impairment and is registered blind, filmed the encounter on her phone and posted the footage – which now been viewed by millions – online.

Here is a wonderful musical tribute to the 2nd amendment. The one tiny paragraph in US law which as time goes by, we realize that if the rest of the whole constitution and bill of rights vanished and only the 2nd amendment remained, the rest would come back over time by nature. Because without the right to defend freedom of speech and all others with force, you are acting on the whim of those who claim the monopoly on force.

These days “bombs bursting in air” make everyone just a little nervous, more comfortable to watch from here.
How do veterans who’ve been in combat ever get over the reaction to such explosive noise?
You are right about the Second Amendment, without it all other rights in the Constitution are at risk as the totalitarian desires of the left grow daily.
The bombing in Medina is a mixed blessing, it will provoke retaliation against the Sunni and may lead to massive fighting all across the Islamic World. That is on the plus side, on the minus side is that part of the interislamic violence will occur in Europe, as well as North and South America.
The retaliation and counter retaliation in the Islamic world may well grow into a nuclear exchange between Iran and Pakistan as well as any other or all nations in the Middle East. Once the nukes start flying the use them or lose them mentality will become dominate in many minds in both Pakistan and Iran. The very nasty down side on this is that the targets of Iran will in all probability include Israel and one of the Paki targets will probably be India. Hopefully the exchange can be limited to the above named nations by the use them or lose them meme may cause India to launch on China as well as return fire on Pakistan. If Iran really wants to spread Chaos (they probably do) they may send some of their warheads towards all European targets they can reach.
This is the worst case scenario but given the way the Iranian leaders think this is the end times it is one we have to keep in mind.
As you think about the bombing in Saudi and what it may bring remember the Iranian boast that they have 100,000 missiles in Lebanon.
