  1. ISIS Genocide Designation Should Result in War Crimes Charges for Obama, Others
By Erik Rush March 17, 2016

Secretary of State John Kerry stated Thursday at the State Department that the Islamic State terror group, or ISIS, is committing genocide against Christians and other minorities in the Middle East, after facing pressure from lawmakers and rights groups to make the designation official.

“In my judgment, Daesh [ISIS] is responsible for genocide against groups in territory under its control, including Yazidis, Christians and Shia Muslims,” Kerry said, also accusing ISIS of “crimes against humanity” and “ethnic cleansing.”

This is a good thing, not only because it calls a spade a spade, as it were, but because it opens the door to members of the Obama administration, including the President, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and even a few high-ranking Republicans being charged with war crimes and the aforementioned crimes against humanity.

These are, as we know, executable offenses under international law.

While it may seem doubtful at this juncture that such things will ever come to pass, the fact is that if we did not have an Islamist-friendly, international socialist oligarchy ruling America and the European Union, the Obama administration’s orchestration of the 2011 Arab Spring, the creation of ISIS, and facilitation of other Islamic terror groups could be duly examined, and blame laid where it is deserved.

    • It has my vote but I doubt it will happen, of course at the beginning of WWII very few people thought the Nazi leaders would face war crimes trials.

  2. Dad Says He Encountered an Intruder Wearing Only Shorts in His Daughter’s Bedroom — Then He Got ‘Complete Tunnel Vision’

A suspected intruder was shot by a homeowner in Ontario, California, early Tuesday morning after the homeowner found an unknown man in his daughter’s bedroom.

According to KNBC-TV, authorities do not know why the man, 32-year-old Jose Andres Alfaro Chavez, was in the home, but confirmed that he did force his way into the residence owned by Arthur Corral.

Corral, who fired three shots at Chavez, told dispatchers that he was prepared to stand his ground and protect his family. When he confronted the man in his 19-year-old daughter’s bedroom, Corral said Chavez was wearing only shorts.

“I warned him to stay where he was at — he didn’t listen,” Corral told KNBC. “I had complete tunnel vision. I didn’t know I hit him until he fell on the floor.”

Hours prior to the shooting, Chavez was reportedly wandering around the neighborhood, jiggling door handles in search of food and water. Witnesses say he was shoeless and shirtless, carrying only a Bible and jail release papers. According to KNBC, Chavez had been released from jail just one day prior to the incident after he was arrested for driving without a license and providing false information to police.
