Rutherford sheriff cites Beyonce video after shots fired at his home

MURFREESBORO — Other than being the sheriff and a member of law enforcement, Rutherford County Sheriff Robert Arnold doesn’t know the motive for shots fired outside his Osborne Lane home Monday night.
“We all know, as soon as you put your uniform on, you’re a target,” he said at a news conference Tuesday morning at the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office. “You make people mad when you’re just doing your job.”
Arnold said when he first heard the shots, he wondered if they were inspired by the Super Bowl halftime show.
When asked to clarify that comment, he added, “You know, Beyonce’s video.”

A Tennessee sheriff drew a connection between attacks on law enforcement officers and Beyoncé’s Super Bowl performance during a press conference Tuesday.
The sheriff, Robert Arnold, said he was talking on the phone Monday night in Murfreesboro when he heard a series of gunshots fired outside his house. He told reporters he immediately fell to the ground.
“We all know that as soon as you put on this uniform every day, you’re a target,” he said.
The sheriff noted that several law enforcement officials have been killed since the Super Bowl on 7 February, and he drew a connection to Beyoncé’s new music video, Formation, which included footage of a black child confronting heavily armed police officers, and the slogan “Stop shooting us”.
“With everything that’s happened since the Super Bowl and with law enforcement as a whole, I mean, I think we’ve lost five to seven officers, five deputy sheriffs, since Sunday’s Super Bowl, you know?” Arnold said in a video of the press conference posted by the Tennesseean newspaper. “That’s what I’m thinking: here’s another target on law enforcement.”
Asked to clarify his comment about the Super Bowl, the sheriff pointed to Beyoncé.
“Well, you had Beyoncé’s video, and how that’s kind of bled over into other things it seems like, about law enforcement,” Arnold said.

I doubt if there is a direct connection that could be proven, what the video did was inflame a very tense and dangerous situation. Hollywood needs to understand that actions have consequences and racists verbal attacks (including supporting racists cop killers) can and probably did cause some people to make racist attacks.

China sends missiles to contested South China Sea island: Taiwan, U.S. officials
China has deployed an advanced surface-to-air missile system to one of the disputed islands it controls in the South China Sea, Taiwan and U.S. officials said, ratcheting up tensions even as U.S. President Barack Obama urged restraint in the region.
Taiwan defense ministry spokesman Major General David Lo told Reuters on Wednesday the missile batteries had been set up on Woody Island. The island is part of the Paracels chain, under Chinese control for more than 40 years but also claimed by Taiwan and Vietnam.
A U.S. defense official also confirmed the “apparent deployment” of the missiles, first reported by Fox News.

Arabic banner mysteriously appears on Texas building
A Texas mayor wants federal agents to investigate after a black banner with Arabic-style writing was seen mysteriously hanging from the top of a government-owned building on Monday.
The banner, draped from the roof of Citizens Tower in Lubbock, was black with a red heart in the center and the words “alhab lljamie” printed in white. An Arabic-speaking source translated that to “love all,” according to FOX34. The flag was stabilized with two cinder blocks, Lubbock Online reported.
Mayor Glen Robertson asked City Manager James Loomis to have the flag removed from the building, which was formerly known as the Omni Building.
“I have sent Mr. Loomis an email requesting that we remove the Arabic flag from the Omni building, that we take all steps necessary to secure the building and that Chief [Greg] Stevens notify the Department of Homeland Security, FBI and the Lubbock Sheriff’s Office,” Robertson said in a public statement.

Turkey Faces More Turmoil as Erdogan Seeks to Enhance Powers
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoganis expected to try to push through parliament a new constitution concentrating power in his office after efforts to write a charter agreeable to all political parties collapsed in discord.
A special parliamentary committee charged with exploring a consensus approach broke up late Tuesday amid stiff opposition to Erdogan’s proposal from the main opposition party, CHP. Rivals of Erodgan, already Turkey’s most dominant leader in decades, have repeatedly denounced his attempts to introduce an executive presidential system, concerned over the accumulation of power.
Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu called on political parties to keep working toward a new charter, yet the impasse threatens deeper political turmoil at a time when Turkey is waging a war with Kurdish rebels in its southeast and risks getting drawn deeper into the conflict in neighboring Syria. The lira tested a three-week low early Wednesday before reversing losses.
The panel’s collapse after just three meetings opens the way for the ruling AK Party that Erdogan co-founded to submit its own draft charter, including the system change, to parliament’s main constitutional committee, which it dominates. Austria to cap migrant arrivals at 3,200 a day
VIENNA (Reuters) – Austria will cap the number of migrants allowed into the country at 3,200 a day, Austrian Interior Minister Johanna Mikl-Leitner said in a statement on Wednesday.
Mikl-Leitner said on Tuesday the country would set daily and hourly limits on the number of arrivals. Roughly 1,000 people a day have been arriving recently at its main crossing, with Slovenia.

There is no question of Turkish forces stopping their bombardment of Syrian Kurdish fighters, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, as he responded angrily to Washington’s call for his country to halt its cross-border shelling of the group while blaming the United Nations for remaining aloof from what he dubbed “a crime against humanity” by Russia in Syria.
The West has kept mum in the face of a regime that has declared war against its own people, Erdogan said, while accusing some of supporting terrorist organizations in the area hatching dirty plans under the pretext of fighting against terror.
“There are meetings being held, is there any result from those meetings? No,” Erdogan said at the Presidential Palace in Ankara.
“Russia has showed its [true colors] by standing next to the murderer and tyrant [Bashar] al-Assad who has caused the death of almost 500,000 people. At the moment, [Russia] is close to committing a very serious crime against humanity and a war crime with the bombs that it has been showering now. Turkey says wants secure strip on Syrian side of border, including Azaz
Turkey wants a secure strip of territory 10 km (6.2 miles) deep on the Syrian side of its border, including the town of Azaz, to prevent attempts to “change the demographic structure” of the area, Deputy Prime Minister Yalcin Akdogan said on Wednesday.
Syrian government forces backed by Russian air strikes have advanced towards the Turkish border in a major offensive in recent weeks. Kurdish militia fighters, regarded by Ankara as hostile insurgents, have taken advantage of the violence to seize territory from Syrian rebels.
Turkey has accused the Kurdish militia of pursuing “demographic change” in northern Syria by forcibly displacing Turkmen and Arab communities. Ankara ultimately fears the creation of an independent Kurdish state occupying contiguous territories currently belonging to Iraq, Syria and Turkey.
“There is a game being played with the aim of changing the demographic structure. Turkey should not be part of this game,” Akdogan said in an interview on the AHaber television station.
Rebel stronghold
“What we want is to create a secure strip, including Azaz, 10 km deep inside Syria and this zone should be free from clashes,” he said.
Azaz is the last rebel stronghold before the border with Turkey north of the Syrian city of Aleppo, part of what was, before the Syrian government offensive, a supply route from Turkey to the rebels fighting President Bashar al-Assad.
It has come under heavy assault in recent days, but Turkey has said it will not let the town fall into the hands of the Kurdish YPG militia.
Turkey, home to more than 2.6 million Syrian refugees, has long pushed for the creation of a safe zone in northern Syria to protect displaced civilians, avoiding the need to bring them into Turkey.
But the proposal has so far gained little traction with Washington or NATO allies who fear it would require an internationally patrolled no-fly zone which could put them in direct confrontation with Assad and his allies.
Akdogan said another 600,000 people could flee to the Turkish border if Aleppo falls to the Syrian army.

The information comes straight from electronic mail released by the State Department over the weekend as part of ongoing litigation from several groups, including Judicial Watch, and media outlets surrounding Clinton’s use of a private server to send and receive classified information as Secretary of State. This alarming information has been ignored by the mainstream media, which served as the president’s most vocal cheerleader when he established diplomatic ties with Cuba last summer. After appearing for decades on the U.S. government’s list of nations that sponsor terrorism, the Obama administration officially removed it to lay the groundwork for a full renewal of diplomatic ties.
Nevertheless, the administration knew that the radical Lebanon-based Islamic group Hezbollah had opened a base in Cuba, just 90 miles from the U.S, a few years earlier. In a cable dated September 9, 2011 Clinton is informed that “extremely sensitive sources reported in confidence that the Israeli Intelligence and Security Service (Mossad) has informed the leadership of the Israeli Government that Hezbollah is establishing an operational base in Cuba, designed to support terrorist attacks throughout Latin America.” The cable goes on to say that “the Hezbollah office in Cuba is being established under direct orders from the current General Secretary Hasan Nasrallah, who replaced Musawi in 1992. According to the information available to this source, in preparation for establishment of the base, Nasrallah, working from inside of Lebanon, carried out secret negotiations with representatives of the Cuban Government, particularly the Cuban Intelligence Service (General Intelligence Directorate — DGI), agreeing to , maintain a very low profile inside of Cuba. Nasrallah also promised to take measures to avoid any trail of evidence that could lead back to Cuba in the event of a Hezbollah attack in Latin America.”

It appears that the recent execution-style murder of a Massachusetts man was committed by two Central American teens that came to the U.S. as Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) under President Obama’s open border free-for-all. Tens of thousands of illegal immigrant minors—mostly from El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras—have entered the country through the Mexican border since the influx began in the summer of 2014 and the administration has relocated them nationwide.
News reports indicate that the 17-year-olds charged in the gruesome Massachusetts killing entered the U.S. recently as UAC’s and both have ties to MS-13, according to authorities cited by various outlets. They lived in Everett and one of the teens, Cristian Nunez-Flores, moved to Massachusetts from his native El Salvador a year and a half ago which is when the influx of Central American minors began. His parents remain in El Salvador, according to a local news article. The other gangbanger’s name is Jose Vasquez Ardon and he too is a recent arrival from Central America. Prosecutors say the teens, described in a local news article as “baby-faced boys,” shot a 19-year-old in the head. Both are being held without bail for obvious reasons.
This week two federal lawmakers—a senator and a congressman—are demanding answers from the administration involving how the teens entered the U.S. Specifically, they want to confirm if the gangbangers came as UACs and when exactly they arrived. The legislators, Senator Chuck Grassley, chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and Congressman Bob Goodlatte, chair of the House Judiciary Committee, also want to know if the administration had knowledge about the suspects’ ties with a criminal gang. “Please provide a complete copy of the alien file for Jose Vasquez Ardon and Cristian Nunez-Flores,” the lawmakers state in a letter to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Health and Human Services (HHS), the agency that’s mostly handled the barrage of UACs and the relocation process. “Please provide any other information collected or maintained by DHS and HHS regarding either Jose Vasquez Ardon or Cristian Nunez-Flores,” the request further states.
Shortly after the first batch of UAC’s arrived in mid-2014, Judicial Watch reported that many had ties to gang members in the U.S., specifically MS-13. Homeland Security sources directly involved with the UAC crisis told JW that street gangs, including MS-13, went on a recruiting frenzy at U.S. shelters housing the illegal alien minors and they used Red Cross phones to communicate. The MS-13 is a feared street gang of mostly Central American illegal immigrants that’s spread throughout the U.S. and is renowned for drug distribution, murder, rape, robbery, home invasions, kidnappings, vandalism and other violent crimes. The Justice Department’s National Gang Intelligence Center (NGIC) says criminal street gangs like the MS-13 are responsible for the majority of violent crimes in the U.S. and are the primary distributors of most illicit drugs.

Kosovo has charged Irfan Salihu, a hardline imam from Prizren, with ‘inciting ethnic hatred’ for defending the Ottoman conquest of Kosovo.

“Do you want a spare tire for yourself, oh brother? Somebody else has used it and you’re looking for a new tire, but what you get is a used one, which tomorrow will educate your children,” the imam said.
In the same sermon, which is available on YouTube, having drawn more than 246,000 views, the imam uses an array of insults, also comparing women to used spoons, napkins and door locks.
“Leave the trash outside. Let them be. Let it be known they were tainted. If you were fooled and married them, and then you discovered them, leave them. Kick them out,” he urged.
Women’s organisations protested against these remarks and women MPs met with the Islamic Community of Kosova asking for the imam to be dismissed.
However, the imam was only sacked in April 2015 in relation to his anti-patriotic sermon.

One of the cables noted that the information about Shukrijumah, killed in Pakistan in 2014, came from a trusted confidential source who had a relative involved in migrant smuggling.

“An individual approached the Ciudad Juárez Consulate to provide information pertaining to suspect Arab extremists who have been smuggled through Mexico to the United States/Mexico border,” according to a declassified cable from the U.S. consul in Ciudad Juárez to the secretary of state in September 2004. “Although not absolutely positive, one of the three is likely Adnan G. el Shukrijumah, alleged to be a Saudi Arabian terrorist cell leader thought to be in Mexico.”
Though sightings of Shukrijumah in Mexico had surfaced before, the 2004 cable is the first documentary evidence that American officials had information about the terror leader’s alleged presence near the border. The cable said the Arabs were “being hidden” in Agua Prieta, a city in the Mexican state of Sonora located across from Douglas.
The cables, obtained by Judicial Watch Inc., add new detail to the movements of Shukrijumah, who eluded capture or assassination until Pakistani soldiers killed him in December 2014 in a mountainous tribal area known as South Waziristan bordering Afghanistan.

Belgian terror search finds video linked to nuclear official
BRUSSELS (AP) — Belgian authorities say that searches in the wake of last year’s deadly attacks in Paris have uncovered video linked to a person working in Belgium’s nuclear industry.
The federal prosecutor’s office said in a statement on Wednesday that an “investigation is actively ongoing.”
Belgian media reported that several hours of video was filmed near the home of a man thought to be a senior official at the Mol nuclear waste facility in the Flanders region. The house of the unidentified man was apparently filmed from a nearby wood.
Prosecutors declined to confirm that information or provide details.
Security services have long feared that extremists might get their hands on radioactive material.
It comes as a cloud hangs over some Belgium’s nuclear plants after a number of unplanned shutdowns.

The terror cell behind the November attacks in Paris was interested in the movements of the head of Belgium’s nuclear program, media in the country have reported. This could indicate that Islamic State is planning to target European nuclear facilities.
An exclusive report by Belgium’s Derniere Heure media outlet claims that the trail of the terrorist cell that staged the deadly attacks in Paris on November 13, which left 130 dead and 350 injured, led investigators to apartments in Belgium. The video material retrieved in one of the locations raised issues of national and European security.
A video file containing more than 10 hours of material was at first not given major attention because investigators could not make out the location or the identity of the person filmed.
A camera apparently hidden in a bush filmed the front door of a house and the man living in it. Later on, however, after spotting a De Lijn (Flemish government-owned public transportation company) bus passing by the house, police discovered the location of the residence in Flanders and identified its owner.
It turned out the man spied upon was the director of the Belgian nuclear research and development program, although his name was not officially disclosed.
As the investigators learned from the video, the hidden camera was installed by a pair of unidentified men who arrived at the nuclear chief’s residence in a car with the lights turned off. They are positive that the video, which contains information potentially dangerous for Belgian national security, was made by people that have or had links to the Paris terror cell.
However, the investigators have so far been unable to discover whether the video was filmed before or after the Paris terror attacks, and how the terrorists managed to obtain the home address of the nuclear scientist.

BBC – Ankara blast: Five dead after explosion in Turkish capital
A large explosion in the Turkish capital, Ankara, has left at least five people killed and 10 injured, the city’s governor says.
Local media reported that the blast happened next to a passing military vehicle, in an area close to parliament and Turkey’s military headquarters.
Photos on social media showed large plumes of smoke rising from the area.
A spokesman for the ruling AK party said the explosion was an “act of terrorism”.
Ankara’s governor, Mehmet Kiliclar, reportedly said the explosion was caused by a car bomb, but the Prime Minister, Ahmet Davutoglu, said the cause was still under investigation.
Turkey has been hit by a serious of attacks recently, including a suicide bomber that killed 10 people in Istanbul last month. Officials said the attacker had links with the so-called Islamic State (IS).
Last October, an attack at a peace march left at least 99 people dead in Ankara.
There have been increasing concerns that the country could be targeted by another big attack, the BBC’s Selin Girit in Istanbul said.
Turkey has faced security threats from different groups, including IS and the outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK).

Terror attack on military service bus in central Ankara leaves 18 dead, 61 wounded
A suspected car bomb detonated while military service vehicles were passing by killed at least 18 civilians and military personnel and injured 61 others in central Ankara on Wednesday evening.
The terror attack, believed to be carried out by a car bomb, left five dead and 10 injured, Ankara Governor Mehmet Kiliçlar stated right after the attack. The death toll was later revised to 18.
The Ministry of Health announced that 61 wounded were currently being treated at 14 hospitals.
The Ministry added that 32 ambulances were dispatched to the scene of explosion.
At least three service vehicles caught on fire after the explosion; officials fear that the death toll may climb due to the fire.
The explosion literally took place at the heart of Ankara.
The place of the explosion is some 300 meters to Turkey’s Parliament, Presidency of General Staff and Army, Air Force, Navy and Coast Guard commands. It is also located on one of Ankara’s main arterial roads on east-west axis.
Fire and smoke was visible from many parts of Ankara, while the explosion was heard even in very remote districts.
A statement from the Turkish General Staff said that the service vehicles were attacked while waiting at the traffic lights. “We fiercely condemn this heinous attack; we wish our deepest condolences to the families of the victims and the Turkish nation. May Allah have mercy upon our colleagues, brothers in arms and citizens who lost their lives in the attack and we wish those injured a speedy recovery.”
Prime Minister Davutoglu canceled his Brussels trip for the critical EU Summit on the refugee crisis due to the terror bombing. The Prime Ministry’s office said that the official visit, for which Davutoglu had planned to leave for later this evening, was postponed to an uncertain date.

This complaint to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) is distinct from previous reports of over 50 analysts blowing the whistle to the Department of Defense inspector general regarding similar concerns, The Daily Beast reports.
Analysts from CENTCOM believe the report manipulation is purely for political reasons. The Obama administration has made confident proclamations of its success against ISIS, and high-level intelligence officials have seemingly felt pressure for their final reports to reflect those statements to avoid embarrassment. Government regulations prohibit the modification of intelligence reports to support political agendas. But given two separate sets of allegations, officials who receive CENTCOM reports, according to The Daily Beast, are taking extra time to parse through the reports to see if they can separate genuine from massaged information.
The claims of manipulation arose out of a series of surveys conducted by the ODNI. Military analysts reported superiors skewed data on the success of the anti-ISIS coalition and also added that officials went out of their way to delete emails which showed manipulation.

There was no formal decision by the UN to host Muslim prayers. The space has simply been booked without further explanation.
Muslim prayers at the UN have been operating for some time, though UN staffers are tight-lipped about when they began and who started them.
There is an ecumenical “meditation room” – without religious markings – that is continually open to the public and adherents of any faith. A plaque outside explains that the room was “personally planned and supervised in every detail” by former UN Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjold in 1957. Hammarskjold’s aim was to create “a place where the doors may be open to the infinite lands of thought and prayer. People of many faiths will meet here…[I]t is dedicated to the God whom man worships under many names and in many forms.”
Prior to recent renovations, Muslim prayers had used a remote venue on a floor above the library.
Today, one finds dozens of prayer rugs permanently set aside for use every Friday in the General Assembly building. The space is booked – the UN won’t say by whom – from 11:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and unavailable for anything else.

BERLIN — In the early years of the Obama administration, the United States developed an elaborate plan for a cyberattack on Iran in case the diplomatic effort to limit its nuclear program failed and led to a military conflict, according to a coming documentary film and interviews with military and intelligence officials involved in the effort.
The plan, code-named Nitro Zeus, was devised to disable Iran’s air defenses, communications systems and crucial parts of its power grid, and was shelved, at least for the foreseeable future, after the nuclear deal struck between Iran and six other nations last summer was fulfilled.
Nitro Zeus was part of an effort to assure President Obama that he had alternatives, short of a full-scale war, if Iran lashed out at the United States or its allies in the region. At its height, officials say, the planning for Nitro Zeus involved thousands of American military and intelligence personnel, spending tens of millions of dollars and placing electronic implants in Iranian computer networks to “prepare the battlefield,” in the parlance of the Pentagon.
The United States military develops contingency plans for all kinds of possible conflicts, such as a North Korean attack on the South, loose nuclear weapons in South Asia or uprisings in Africa or Latin America. Most sit on the shelf, and are updated every few years. But this one took on far greater urgency, in part because White House officials believed there was a good chance that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel would decide to strike Iran’s nuclear facilities, and the United States would be drawn into the hostilities that followed.
While the Pentagon was making those preparations, American intelligence agencies developed a separate, far more narrowly focused cyberplan to disable the Fordo nuclear enrichment site, which Iran built deep inside a mountain near the city of Qum. The attack would have been a covert operation, which the president can authorize even in the absence of a continuing conflict.

Gothenburg disctrict court on Wednesday sentenced the 16-year-old to four years in a detention centre for juvenile offenders and to pay damages to the relatives of the victim.
After he has served his time the boy, who is understood to be of north African origin and had been sleeping rough in the streets of Sweden, will be deported from the Nordic country, said the court.

Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s legal team announced this afternoon they want to step down and entrust the fight of his 2015 conviction and federal death sentence to fresh minds and less-depleted budgets.
The requested change of guard comes just one day after the 22-year-old convicted terrorist’s appellate case was officially opened in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in South Boston.
Tsarnaev’s trial attorneys Miriam Conrad of the Federal Public Defender Office in Boston and noted anti-capital punishment crusader David I. Bruck of Washington and Lee University School of Law in Virginia are asking to be replaced by David Patton, executive director of the Federal Defenders of New York and attorney Gail Johnson of Colorado, where Tsarnaev is imprisoned at the ultimate-security Supermax penitentiary.
Lead trial counsel Judy Clarke of California will temporarily remain on board to assist the transition and until her replacement is found.
Conrad noted in the motion to appoint counsel on appeal that Tsarnaev “remains financially unable to obtain counsel” on his own.
Citing Tsarnaev’s exhausting trial, ongoing media pressure and the time and money required to travel to Colorado to meet with him, “All of Mr. Tsarnaev’s trial attorneys support this motion, believing that Mr. Tsarnaev’s interests — and the interests of justice and judicial economy — would be best served by the proposed substitution,” Conrad wrote. “They have discussed this request with Mr. Tsarnaev, who consents to it.”

One arrested on suspicion of rape, second with conspiracy to rape
Two Saudi Air Force cadets training in Britain have been arrested over an alleged rape.
The Middle Eastern recruits, both 21, who are currently stationed at an RAF base, were held after a woman complained she was sexually assaulted last week.
The Saudi men, based at RAF Cosford in Shropshire, are alleged to have carried out the attack in nearby Telford.
One of them was arrested on suspicion of rape, while the second was held on suspicion of conspiracy to rape. They have been released on bail until next month.
RAF Cosford hosts elite air engineers from all over the world, including Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, who learn to work on planes sold by the UK to their countries.
Warrant Officer Andy Bisset, who oversees the training scheme, told a local paper in 2014: ‘We get international students being sent here to train because we are the best in the world.
‘The students come from places like Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, where we also sell a lot of our equipment to.
‘They do really well with the language barriers and the countries don’t just send everyone over, it’s their best students.’
The Shropshire air base is the only place in the country where decommissioned Jaguar jets are used for students to learn how to work with live aircraft.
The RAF Cosford website states that its school trains over 1,000 students per year, including ‘engineer officers from a number of overseas countries such as Sultanate of Oman, Nation of Brunei and, Kingdoms of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.’

Natasha Kaur, from West Mercia Police, said: ‘RAF Cosford are fully co-operating with West Mercia Police’s ongoing investigation into this incident and both men have been released on bail until March.’
An RAF spokeswoman added: ‘We can confirm that two overseas students based at RAF Cosford have been arrested by West Mercia Police on suspicion of rape and conspiracy to commit rape.’
This is not the first time that foreign recruits training in the UK have been linked to serious offences.
MoD bosses agreed to let up to 2,000 Libyan recruits train at Bassingbourn Barracks in Cambridgeshire in 2014.
But the multi-million pound programme was abandoned after allegations of rape, drunkenness, fighting and vandalism.
The majority of the Libyan cadets – a mix of established armed forces, new recruits and former revolutionaries – were sent home in November 2014 after five of them were charged with sexual assaults and reports of ill-discipline and disorder emerged.
Local residents described finding soldiers hiding under cars, wandering the streets drunk and engaging in anti-social behaviour.
Cadets Moktar Ali Saad Mahmoud, 33, and Ibrahim Abugtila, 23, were jailed for 12 years for the rape of a drunken man in Cambridge.
