At least four people have been killed and seven injured in a double attack by female suicide bombers near a market in Kano, northern Nigeria, police say.
One blast hit a vehicle loading area at the Kantin Kwari textile market. Boko Haram militants are suspected of being behind the attacks.
Last month more than 100 people died in a gun and bomb attack during prayers at one of the biggest mosques in Kano.

4. Suspected bomb kills 9 on Philippine passenger bus
MANILA, Philippines — A suspected bomb explosion Tuesday in a bus in front of a university in the southern Philippines killed at least nine people and wounded more than 20 others, officials said.
The Rural Transit bus had picked up passengers, mostly students, and was passing near the main gate of Central Mindanao University in Maramag town in Bukidnon province when the powerful blast sent shrapnel and debris flying through the vehicle, town safety officer Alejandro Navarro said.
The blast killed nine passengers and wounded 25 others, many of them seriously, he said.

Controversial Egyptian belly dancer Sama al-Masry sparked controversy once again this week after appearing holding underwear in her latest video clip.
In the clip, called “Ahmed, el shebsheb daa” or “Ahmed, I lost my slipper,” the singer appears in provocative clothes and holding underwear in her hands.
After the release of the video clip, many social media users reacted to the scenes.
“The only terrorism act is Sama al-Masry being on television,” one user wrote on Twitter.
Another user said: “Sama al-Masry’s latest video clip is by far the worst thing I’ve seen in my life.”
@itsnada3 wrote in Arabic: “All right, what are we supposed to tell someone like Sama al-Masry” while @AE_Kenawy said: “Is this clip a sign of freedom of expression?”

Well, the big outrage today is the putting of a hose up the tailpipe of a terrorist to re hydrate and nourish him… The CIA, those horrible sadists, did that! And I think I read that the UN wants a human rights investigation.
Anyone that has raised kids knows that when they get extremely ill and can’t keep anything down, the medicine goes up the tailpipe.
I can see a scenario where the terrorist refused food or water orally. Rather than argue, they put it up the tailpipe. I think that is called “trying to keep them alive.”

I think Europeans are marching in the streets for reasons in addition to violent Islamists.
Recently schools in Denmark were no longer allowed to serve “Danish meatballs,” the national dish, because they contain pork. Meat served in most schools and all prisons in the UK now must be halal.
And of course, who can forget the piggy bank controversy or the Celtic cross outrage, turning hospital beds to Mecca 5X/day, foot baths and muslim prayer room on campus and Friday prayers in publicly funded grade schools where females must be in the back. The list gets longer by the day.
No, I think the marching is more about the swallowing of traditional European culture by the muslim beast and the politicians that enable it.
