1. JFK Airport begins to screen for Ebola

(Reuters) – Medical teams at New York’s JFK airport, armed with Ebola questionnaires and temperature guns, began screening travellers from three West African countries on Saturday as U.S. health authorities stepped up efforts to stop the spread of the virus.

John F. Kennedy Airport is the first of five U.S. airports to start enhanced screening of U.S.-bound travellers from Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. Those countries have seen most of the deaths from the outbreak, which has claimed more than 4,000 lives.

Nearly all passengers travelling to the United States from those countries arrive at JFK, Newark Liberty, Washington Dulles, Chicago O’Hare and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta. The new procedures will begin at the other four airports on Thursday.

4. Inside Kobane: Islamic State releases footage of house-to-house combat

Fighting between Islamic militants and Kurdish fighters in the Syrian Kurdish town of Kobane continues after the militants pushed their furthest yet into the town this week.

This video, posted online on Friday by a group affiliated with the Islamic State, purports to show the militants engaged in gunfire inside the besieged town. The footage has been authenticated against known locations and events by regional experts.

    The reality is, if ISIS were pounding down your street you would be talking about it for ways to prevent them raping women and children, and beheading men. We’re not quite there yet, as we are allowing our governments to play at it. They pounded, and lost the war of minds. I get it. A female cannot defeat Islam as a young girl cannot defeat a feminist. The more nice you become the uglier they get. Because they feed off contempt. Stop pretending to be a Communist and Socialist for the good of the world – and they have no fuel. Stop being a little girl and the feminists can’t become lesbians to dominate you. There is no raising of desire. The rape victim does not get raped again by the very man who came to help her. You don’t leave out cookies for a pig and not expect her to pounce when no one is looking.
    Islam sprung from weakness of men, it is their coward’s army held together by the fear of retribution. The baby girl with her feet smacked with a rod by her father was his way of breaking her in, as all animals are whipped for a submission life of domestication and servitude. Vanity and Pride is the only sham they have left, because they have no dignity. “You didn’t make that” is all they can claim, when as sure as their hell, you did.

    So to get to the day of reckoning unprepared is stupid, because Islam just gets emboldened and stronger each time the POTUS takes a line of coke. We are not dealing with flesh and blood but the rages of disturbed youth. This is their point of violation, in the homes and in the schools. That child is storing up friendships with demons, those imaginary voices in their heads, and the priests and politicians that bow down to them.

    Now, with ebola you quarantine the patient until they get well. Why, because it is infectious and will kill. With islam, socialism and communism, the Trinity of Bad Ideas you have the walls of free speech to surround them with. When they get out, they are exposed to the light of ridicule and they die. But the Socialist have written laws banning free speech. So now you are made defenceless and go into fighting talk of protecting your home, your culture, your County, your civilisation; and then they have you – to imprison and degrade you in correction facilities of ‘good thought’.
    Your three gaolers united against fascism, when they mean your own impermeability to them and will not confess three times.

    So for as long as we can, shed the light on Islam, and see it is wed to the two other ideologies, that if one gets through, they all get through. Because all they ever do is rename themselves. Don’t try to win. Just don’t lose.

      Reflect on that number. They believe they can push as far as 40% – and you will do nothing about it. Not protest and march and decry their racism of positive discrimination that weakens and infantalizes people and sets them up for envy that a fascist can excite and gee up a popular uprising of resentment.

      40% of women can occupy seats of power. Islam will fix that.
      40% of taxes can be fostered on the wealth-producers. Communism will sort out the non-producers welfare-entitlement into slaves.
      40% of Blacks walk around with a sense of skin privilege. White Supremacists will fix that entitlement.

      That’s how far the socialists have got. Ask long as they can play with their loins together, let the party of skimming go on.

      America was once known as a classless society. What you achieved was your merit. Now it is run by royalty where the First Lady can open her mouth.

      Don’t lose.

  7. AFGHANISTAN – $500M worth of US-bought planes destroyed by Afghans, sold as scrap for 6 cents a pound

    Sixteen military transport planes bought by the United States government for the Afghan Air Force (AAF) at a cost of nearly $500 million were recently destroyed by the Afghan military and sold for scrap parts at around six cents per pound, prompting a government inquiry to determine why millions of taxpayer dollars were wasted on the ill-fated program.

    The Department of Defense purchased for the AAF a total of 20 Italian-made G222 military transport planes at a cost of $486 million. However, the fleet was grounded in March 2013 “after sustained, serious performance, maintenance, and spare parts problems” were discovered, according to the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR).

    After sitting unused for some time on the tarmac at Kabul International Airport, the Afghan military decided to destroy 16 of the planes and sell the scrap metal for roughly 6 cents per pound, according to SIGAR, which has launched an investigation to determine how such a large amount of taxpayer dollars were wasted on the fleet.

    SIGAR had intended to inspect the aircraft as part of its investigation and appears to have been caught off guard by the fleet’s destruction.

    “It has come to my attention that the sixteen G222s at Kabul were recently towed to the far side of the airport and scrapped by the Defense Logistics Agency,” SIGAR head John Sopko wrote in a letter to the U.S. Air Force that was released on Thursday.
