1. Here is a protest by a group of pro-Islamic State Turks who want to destroy Al Assad and the USA as well and are asking for some group called ABD to start Islamic Jihad.

The Islamist group is asking for collation called ABD to finish with Assad and to start an Islamic Jihad : Their leader chants: America Kahr olson means: Down with USA. 2. Death toll in Xinjiang attacks jumps to 50

Of the victims, 40 were “terrorists” killed in the explosions; six civilians; two police officers and two security agents. Chinese authorities have imposed a curfew and closed schools and offices.

Urumqi (AsiaNews / Agencies) – The death toll from a spate of bombings September 21 has jumped to 50 people.  The series of explosions targeted police stations and public buildings in the Bugur county (Xinjiang). The hike in the number of dead was reported by the state news portal, Tianshan, which, has given no reason for the delay in reporting the news.

 

3. Hundreds attend funeral of muslim terror suspect in Australia who was stopped by a gunshot by police in the act of beheading etc.

Meanwhile, people threw rocks at media covering the burial of the muslim who was slain in the attempt to behead a police officer.

  1. Re #1: ABD in Turkish is an acronym for the United States of America. “ABD Defol!” likely means something like “USA Get Lost!” My understanding of Turkish is minimal, but I recognized ABD. Perhaps a Turkish speaker can translate some of the rest of this video.

    “At least five people have died in Somalia in clashes between pirates fighting over a ransom paid for a recently released hostage, sources have told the BBC.

    The gunfight broke out in the central town of Galkayo on Thursday afternoon.

    Journalist Michael Scott Moore, who has dual US and German citizenship, was freed on Tuesday after nearly three years in captivity.

    But there has been no confirmation that a ransom was paid for his release.

    It is not clear exactly who was holding him.

    He was kidnapped in January 2012 while researching a book on piracy.

    The clashes began after a long argument about how the ransom should be divided, several sources in Galkayo said….”

    “The death toll from the Ebola outbreak in West Africa has passed 3,000, the World Health Organization (WHO) says.

    The latest figures indicate that more than 6,500 people are believed to have been infected in the region.

    Liberia is the worst affected country, having recorded around 1,830 deaths linked to the latest outbreak.

    The outbreak is the world’s most deadly – US President Barack Obama has called it a “threat to global security”.

    Some studies have warned that the numbers of infected could rise to more than 20,000 by early November….”

    “The authorities in Kenya have closed a madrassa – or religious school – for teaching radical Islamic ideologies.

    The school in Machakos, about 65km (40 miles) from the capital, was targeted after local youths were detained on suspicion of joining Somali militants.

    It is the first Kenyan madrassa to be closed because of allegedly extremist teachings. A police chief warned that others could follow.

    Somalia’s al-Shabab group has carried out a series of attacks in Kenya.

    The al-Qaeda affiliate says they are in revenge for the presence of Kenyan troops in Somalia and the killing of Muslims….”

    “At least two people died in a powerful blast apparently targeting a top anti-terror police officer in the Pakistani city of Karachi, officials said.

    The blast took place in the Gizri area just as Superintendent Farooq Awan was passing though it on his way home.

    Two bystanders were killed as the bomb went off, but Mr Awan escaped with minor injuries.

    It is not the first attempt on Mr Awan’s life, but no group has said it carried out this attack.

    Police said the bomb had been placed in a vehicle and was remotely activated. He has been involved in several high-profile terror cases in his career….”

    “Taliban fighters have seized control of a strategic district in the Afghan province of Ghazni, officials say.

    Insurgents killed about 70 villagers after taking Ajrestan district late on Thursday night after a week of battle.

    A spokesman for the provincial governor said 15 people suspected of collaborating with authorities were beheaded, including women.

    The Taliban is active in many parts of Ghazni, an important gateway to the capital, Kabul, from the south-east.

    Fighting is continuing as security forces try to regain the district but officials fear surrounding districts are now vulnerable to attack.

    Some analysts say that control of Ajrestan also provides militants with a launching pad for attacks into adjacent provinces in the east of the country….”

    “Islamic State militants are advancing on the Syrian town of Kobane, where they are battling Kurdish fighters.

    The clashes are visible from Turkey, where some protesters have stormed a border fence to go to defend the town.

    Earlier, the US said it had destroyed four tanks and damaged another during a fourth night of bombardments in Syria.

    The UK parliament has voted to conduct air strikes against IS in Iraq, while Belgium and Denmark have also announced they will take part in the operation.

    IS controls much of north-eastern Syria and earlier this year seized swathes of territory in neighbouring Iraq, including the second city, Mosul.

    Some European leaders are wary of bombing Syria, as the government there has not asked for foreign assistance against IS, unlike Iraq…”
