The Caliphate spreads death misery and destruction everywhere it touches: Links post 1 for Aug 5 – 2014

1. Thousands flee homes in Northern Iraq

2. This is a wonderful clip. If Walt Disney had a TV station in the Muslim world, this would be a regular show.

3. It appears that the Caliphate has done another masterful bit of propaganda. They seem to be about as good at that as they are at killing and forcing their will on all they can get near. Brietbart has written an article on it and both GoV and Tundra Tabloids have discussed it with me at length. I have not had the time to see it yet. But here it is below. I did notice that they conspicuously use the ‘Roman Salute’ quite a bit at around 3 minutes in. I suppose we are to make of that what we will.

4. Here is a great, seemingly old, clip on the history of America’s transactions with muslims. Star Trek Fans will love it as it refers to one previous warship that fought against jihadis called, “The USS Enterprise” and more recently another Enterprise used to fight the jihad on the Sea. Its also interesting that the recent attack on the US consulate in Libya was not the first. I do suspect however that this clip is newer that it looks to be.

5. BREAKING: Emergency at Manchester Airport

  1. Tens of thousands of Christians killed in Islamic countries each year- No outrage in the UN, BBC, CNN, NBC, among Muslims and Leftists

Ethnic cleansing Christians in Islamic ountries – No outrage in the UN, BBC, CNN, NBC, among Muslims and Leftists

    But Gaza – Outrage.

Why is Gaza different? Is it because they are aggressors first,
lob rockets with the explicit intent of killing civilians, or they are just barbarians, and need support.

  2. Saudi beheaded for torturing his toddler to death

A Saudi man was beheaded Tuesday for torturing and beating his two-year-old boy to death, while another was executed for practising sorcery, the interior ministry said.

Maqbul bin Madi al-Sharari hit his son Mohammed “repeatedly with a cane on the back of his head and the rest of his body,” the ministry said in a statement carried by SPA state news agency.

He also punched the toddler in the face repeatedly and “burned him in different parts of his body, torturing him several times, which led to his death,” the ministry said.

Another Saudi man, Mohammed bin Bakr al-Alawi, was beheaded after being convicted of sorcery, the ministry said in a separate statement.

The two men were executed in the northern Jawf region.

  4. EGYPT- Egyptian kids from orphanage video were abused: Forensics

Forensics spokesman Hisham Abdel-Hamid confirmed on Tuesday that the children of a Giza orphanage shown being beaten by the manager in an online video have in fact shown signs of violent abuse, Al-Ahram’s Arabic news website reported.

Some of the children – aged between 3 and 11 – show signs of abuse that could date back a year, when the circulated video was filmed. Others have signs of beatings that could be from as recently as two weeks ago.

The man allegedly beating the children in the video, Osama Mohamed Othman, manager of Makka Al-Mokarama orphanage in the Haram district of Giza, was arrested by police on Monday.

The video, leaked online on Sunday, immediately caused uproar among social media users, who demanded authorities launch an investigation and punish Othman.

The leaked video shows a man, allegedly Othman, spanking and violently beating a group of children as punishment for apparently disobeying his orders and turning on the TV and opening the refrigerator without his permission.

  6. Italy expels imam accused of violent antisemitic comments

Italy expelled a Moroccan imam accused of making violent antisemitic comments during a sermon at a mosque near Venice, the interior ministry said on Tuesday.

Raoudi Albdelbar, an imam from San Dona di Piave near Venice, was accused of creating a serious disturbance to public order, threatening national security and promoting religious discrimination, the ministry said in a statement.

“It is unacceptable for a sermon to be delivered that is clearly antisemitic in character, with explicit incitements to violence and religious hatred,” Interior Minister Angelino Alfano said in the statement.

The ministry gave no details of the sermon and did not quote the remarks directly.

According to Italian daily Libero, the incident occurred at the end of July. It quoted a video published by MEMRI, a Washington-based media monitoring group considered close to Israel, in which Albdelbar is reported to have said: “Oh Allah, count them one by one and kill them to the very last one.”

Italy’s Interior Ministry did not respond to telephone calls or an e-mailed request for comment.

The expulsion of Albdelbar comes amid a climate of increased tension over antisemitic attacks in Europe following Israel’s conflict with Hamas and its bombardment of targets in Gaza.
