  2. I found the comments dismaying as well. As David Horowitz says (paraphrasing) It’s hard to reason people out of positions they didn’t reason their way into.

    “My Israeli soldier” has just had his first “shabat” back home, that’s what he tweeted in a response to some tweeter who “goaded” (if that’s the word” him (these brave boys get a lot of horrid psychological attacks too)

      • Hey “YankeeKaffir” 😉 My support for Israel and the Jewish people has two main motivators – one is personal: I need to reassure my German soul that, had I lived during Nazism, I would not have joined the evil side, and then more generally: I cannot understand – I really cannot !!! – how anyone can be on the side of evil terror – and yet, increasingly more and more moronic members of the herd seem to do just that. 🙁 🙁 🙁

      • I’m not sure when it happened — maybe when the boys were kidnapped — but I’m seeing these western European demonstrations differently now. Maybe they’ve changed, I don’t know.

        I’m taking “Down with Israel!” and “Kill the Jews!” PERSONALLY.

        Eli Wiesel said, “Always believe the threats of your enemies against the promises of your friends.” Sound advice. At least there’s a place for the Jews of Europe to go this time.

        I’d never accept that in America. I’ll fight for this bastion of freedom because it’s mine and I love it. Fighting will surely be required, but lots of good people feel as I do.

        We’ve got something worth dying for here.

    One consolation is that the HAMAS-and assorted Terrorist-supporters are rather moronic bottom feeders, the bad news is that – seeing their numbers – it obviously takes no intelligence to overbreed…

    Thank goodness Joan wasn’t penetrated by such vulgarity intended to shock, and the body-counts became both their prerogatives; to submit to peace at any price under a dictator that only one of them will squirm with delight.

    You say you have something worth dying for. And the muslims are pretty clear that they have something worth killing for. I can see how this would work out to everyone’s satisfaction. But I would prefer another option. Maybe its time to decide if this is worth staying alive and fighting for.
